개사를 통한 노래부르기가 정신지체아동의 어휘력에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 개사를 통한 노래부르기가 정신지체아동의 수용과 표현어휘력 신장에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 부산시에 소재하는 J초등학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 정신지체아동 2명으로 선정하였다. 13개의 동요 등을 개사하여 72개의 표적어휘를 선정하였고, 개사를 통한 노래부르기는 10주에 걸쳐 주 4회씩 총 40회기동안 실시하였으며 매회기는 40분간 실시하였다. 한국표준수용어휘력검사를 이용하여 사전검사와 사후검사에서 어휘력 검사를 각각 2회 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 개사를 통한 노래부르기가 정신지체 아동의 수용어휘와 표현어휘 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 제시하였다. 특히 동물과 식물명, 그리고 일반사물, 가정도구, 가정, 사회생활, 여가생활 등과 관련된 명사 어휘의 수용과 표현이 높아지고 동사와 형용사에 대한 수용어휘력도 향상되었다. Mental retardation refers to substantial limitations such as mental intelligibilities and social interaction in present functioning. Especially, language abilities are basic social skill to identity and interact with themselves and others in the society as human beings. Unfortunately, the children with mental retardation are usually exposed in language difficulties. Vocabulary is a fundamental tool to lead smooth language development. The purpose of this study was to illustrate the effects of singing with changed words of songs to develop vocabulary abilities for children with mental retardation. Two children, 10.6(MA5.7) and 11.0(MA7.2) years old, with mental retardation were participated for this study. Thirteen sings were selected, and the words of the songs were changed based on seventy two target vocabularies. Pre- and post-test with Korean Standard Vocabulary Test were utilized to verify the effective of the singing to improve vocabulary ability for forty sessions. Each sessions was for forty minutes. The results of this study were that: (a) the singing strategy was effective to improve the receptive vocabulary ability; and (b) the singing strategy was effective to improve expressive vocabulary ability for children with mental retardation. Therefore, this study concluded that the singing is effective to improve vocabulary ability for mental retardation.

Thymoma is associated with myasthenia gravis, Pure red cell aplasia, and autoimmune diseases such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, and hypogammaglobulinemia. It's association with aplastic anemia is rare and aplastic anemia appearing after surgical removal of thymoma is especially rare. The authors hereby report a case of aplastic anemia occuring in a patient who was diagnosed with thymoma and myasthenia gravis and had the tumor surgically removed. The patient was treated with anti-thymocyte globulin, cyclosporin, and prednisolone, and showed partial remission with hematologic improvements after 12 months.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

섬망 치료에 있어서 Quetiapine과 Risperidone의 효과 비교

본 연구에서는 최근에 개발된 비전형 항정신병 약물인 quetiapine이 섬망의 치료에 효과가 있는지와 비전형 항정신병 약물인 risperidone과 효과의 차이가 있는지 평가하고자 하였다. 총 71명의 환자가 본 연구 대상에 포함되었고 CGI, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE를 평가 도구로 하여 치료 전과 치료 일 주일 후 측정한 전체 점수를 비교하였다. 부작용에 대한 평가도구로는 ESRS 점수를 치료 전후에 비교하였다. 연구 결과 두 군 모두에서 일주일 후 측정한 CGI-S, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 두 군 간 치료전후의 통계학적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 부작용은 두군 모두에서 나타나지 않았다. 이번 연구에서 quetiapine은 섬망 환자의 치료에 있어 risperidone과 동등한 효과를 보이고 부작용이 적어 섬망 환자의 치료에 안전하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Objectives:It has been shown that risperidone, an atypical antipsychotics, has effectiveness for treatment of delirium as good as haloperidol and has less side effects than haloperidol. Quetiapine also has less extrapyramidal side effects and has effectiveness for treatment of delirium. The aim of this study was to investigate whether quetiapine is effective for the treatment of delirium compared with risperidone. Methods:All subjects(71 patients) were randomized to receive either risperidone(35 patients) or quetiapine(36 patients) with fixed dose at the first day of treatment. Then, all subjects received either medications with flexible doses according to judgement on clinical status of patients. The effectiveness was evaluated using Clinical Global Impression-Severity(CGI-S), Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale(K-DRS), Korean Mini Mental Status Examination(K-MMSE), and Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98. Results:There was no significant difference between both groups in the baseline K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98, K-MMSE and CGI scores. At the seventh day of the treatment, K-DRS, K-DRS-R-98 and CGI scores were significantly improved from the baseline both in the quetiapine and risperidone treatment group. Conclusion:Quetiapine is effective for treatment of delirium.

Estimation of landfill leachate generation is main issue that determain leachate collection system and scale of disposal system. Other reason is indirect estimation of damage of collection, drainage and disposal system for generation difference and control. The subject of this study is that Sudogwon landfill site #1 is landfill closure site. Actual leachate start 493 m^(3)/day at Jan. 1993 and maintain 5,000∼7,000 m^(3)/day after 1997. The other side estimation from HELP Model is 3,000∼6,000 m^(3)/day for same period. But concerned with condensation water and compression by increased layers, historical actual leachate geneation and estimation from HELP Model are similar.

Fabricated and designed of a power amplifier for 2.4 GHz ~ 2.48 GHz ISM band system application with BFP-620 SiGe HBT, ASG-304 SiGe HBT, LP3000 PHEMT. The amplifier composed three-state balanced type and fabricated with FR-4 of dielectric rate of 4.7. The result exhibits a linear gain over 40 dB, P_<아래첨자>1</아래첨자>dB over 30 dBm, PAE over 30 % and OIP<아래첨자>3</아래첨자> of 46.2 dBm.

TiO₂를 이용한 아세틸렌 가스의 광촉매 산화반응

Photocatalyzed degradation of acetylene gas was carried out over precoated titanium dioxide(anatase) illuminated UV light in a flow reactor. photocatalytic oxidation of acetylene gas indicated high conversion rates (78.0%) to CO₂gas. And photocatalytic oxidation of gas according to a fold, twofold, and threefold of titanium dioxide(anatase) respectively gave high conversion rates. The longer reaction time was, the higher conversion rate to CO₂ gas showed.

인삼과 그 제품의 생물학적 효과검정

수삼, 백삼, 홍삼, 홍삼정분, 홍삼차, 몇종의 인삼차의 효과를 검정하는 한 방법으로 효모의 증식촉진이용법을 적용한 결과 홍삼의 물추출물의 촉진효과가 가장 컸으며, 백삼의 물추출물이 그 다음이었고, 수삼의 물추출물과 백삼saponin은 백삼의 물추출물의 약 절반정도의 효과를 나타내었다. 홍삼정분의 물추출물은 배양초기에 백삼정도의 최고촉진효과를 나타내는 대 비하여 인삼차들은 배양후기에 유의성있는 촉진을 일으켰다. 인삼차중에는 홍삼차의 촉진효과가 가장 컸으며, 이보다 효과가 약간 떨어지는 것과 상당히 떨어지는 것도 있었다. 홍삼과 일종의 인삼차의 물추출물을 첨가하였을 때 효모세포의 전자현미경적 관찰에서는 대조군에 비하여 뚜렷한 차이난 변형을 찾을 수 없었지만 홍삼첨가군에서 원형질막 안쪽으로 소낭이 다소 증가되어 보였다. For the bioassay of raw ginseng, white ginseng, red ginseng, red ginseng extract powder, red ginseng tea and several ginseng teas, the growth acceleration determination method using Saccharomyces cerevisiae was applied in the present study. The water extract of red ginseng was most effective to the growth, the water extract of white ginseng was less effective, and the effect of water extract of raw ginseng and white ginseng saponin was about half than that of water extract of white ginseng. The water extract of red ginseng extract powder caused a maximal effect in the earlier period of culture, whereas several ginseng teas caused a significant growth acceleration in the later period. Red ginseng tea was most effective among ginseng teas, one ginseng tea was less effective, and another two teas showed least effect. From a electron microscopic observation on the yeast cell which was cultured with water extract of red ginseng and one ginseng tea, a distinct difference or deformation was not found comparing with control group. But some increase of vesicles along the cell membrane appeared in the red ginseng group.
