        최근 내시경술의 발전으로 진단적인 측면 뿐 아니라 그 치료적인 면에서도 많이 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 저자들은 오심을 해결하기 위해 칫솔로 설근부를 자극하여 구토를 유발하던 중 우발적으로 연하되어 식도·위 접합부 및 위내에 있다가 내시경으로 제거된 칫솔 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. With the improvement of the technique and instrument, the gastroduodenal endoscope has been used not only in diagnostic purpose but in therapeutic approach. In this case, we removed a swallowed toothbrush in esophagus and stomach with gastroduodenal endoscope and snare without complication.

        기능형 중재자 기반의 교육자원 서비스 시스템의 구현

        대부분의 웹 기반의 교육 시스템은 교육 정보 제공에만 중점을 두고 있다. 웹이 점차 교육 정보를 제공하는 보편적인 기반이 되어 감에 따라서, 웹은 이제 정보 제공의 차원을 넘어 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로 변모하고 있다. 이에 새롭게 변화된 웹 환경에 맞는 교육 서비스 모델이 시급히 요청되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹 기반 교육의 여러 한계성을 해결하기 위하여 새로운 기능형 중재자 기반의 교육자원 서비스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문의 기능형 중재자기반의 교육자원 서비스 시스템은 웹상에 산재되어 있는 교육 자원들을 효율적으로 관리하고 사용자의 요청에 맞는 교육 서비스 정보를 제공하여 줌으로써, 교육 서비스 자원들의 재사용 효율과 생산성을 높일 수 있다 Most of web-based education systems are only to supply education information. As the web becomes the common basis to support the effective education, it is used for not only applying education information but also developing to the dimension to provide various services. The education service models prospering to the newly diverse environment are necessary. In this paper, a education resource service system based on functional broker is implemented to overcome the weakness of the traditional Web-based instruction. This paper shows that the web-based education service system such as functional broker can manage the varied education resources efficiently and so contribute to realize the life-long education.

        뇌동맥류 파열 환자에서 증후성 뇌혈관연축의 발생 및 회복에 영향을 미치는 인자들

        To determine the factors affecting development and recovery of symptomatic vasospasm. the author analysed the results of patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms treated by nimodipine and prophylactic “triple0H” therapy. From January 1991 to December 1995. 199 patients underwent surgery for ruptured intracerebral aneurysms. Combined hypervolemic hemodilution was initiated at the time of admission. Induced hypertension was added immediately after surgery(aneurysmal neck clipping). All patients received nimodipine intravenously or orally until the 14th day of SAH Sixty patients underwent surgery on Day 0 through 2 after attacks of subarachnoid hemorrhage(Goup A) 105 patients on Day 3 through 14(Group B). and 35 patients after Day 14(Group C). Of 199 patients. 76(38%) patients suffered from symtomatic vasospasm. Symptomatic vasospasm occured in 34% of Group A patients. 33% of Group B patients. and 5% of Group C patients. Symtomatic vasospasm occured more frequently in the older age group. the Fisher group 3 and Hunt & Hess grades 3, 4 and 5 groups. Of 76 patients who suffered from symptomatic vasospasm. 47(62%) patients recovered completely. The author analysed the relationship between recovery rate and sex, age. Hunt & Hess agrde and Fisher group among these 76 patients. Recovery rates between these groups were not significantly different. Based on this experience the author believes that Hunt-Hess grade. Fisher group and age are important factors affecting symptomatic vasospasm development.

        With two Gymnastics players, three Basketball players, four Baseball players, four Football players as the Subjects, this study was made in order to reveal the degree of Physical Work Capacity (PWC) 170 by measuring how Heart Rate would change when they run on the Treadmill. The Results are as following: 1. In max Heart Rate, Baseball players were the highest as 209.00±4.90 beats/min, Gymnastics players were 195.50±3.54 beats/min, Football players were 192.00 ± 7.02 beats/min and Basketball players were the lowest as 187.00 ± 8.89 beats/min. 2. In max Running time and Running distance, Football players were the highest, 11.66 ± 0.59 minutes as Running time, 2450.3 ± 151.28m as Running distance, Basketball players were 11.21 ± 1.73 minutes and 2358.9 ± 381.77m, Baseball players were 10.69 ± 0.47 minutes and 2256.9 ± 104.60m and Gymnastics Players were the lowest, 8.50 ± 0.03 minutes and 1721.80 ± 9.90m. 3. In Heart Rate increase while they run on Treadmill, it was totally the highest in Baseball players, and was appeared orderly in Gymnastics players, in Football players, and in Basketball players. % HR max was appeared generally that Gymnastics players were appeared the highest, and was appeared orderly Baseball players, Basketball players, Football players. 4. In Heart Rate change while the Recovery, the Basketball players were appeared generally low Heart Rate at the Sometime, and was appeared orderly Football players, Gymnastics players, Baseball players. % H.R. max, Basketball players was recovered the fastest speed. Within 4min recovery it was appeared quickly that was orderly Basketball players, Baseball players, and after 4min was appeared orderly Basketball players, Gymnastics players, Baseball players, Football players. 5. In PWC 170 test, Basketball players were appeared superior that 9.09 min in Running time and 1781.0m in Running distance, and 240m/min in load and 6% in slope. And next Football players were appeared 7.27 min in Running time, 1463.4m in Running distance, 220m/min in load, and 5% in slope, Gymnastics players were appeared 5.53 min in Running time, 968.0m in Running distance, 200m/min in load and 4% in slope. Baseball players were appeared inferior that was 12 min in Running time, 704.0m in Running distance, 200m/min in load, and 4% in slope.

      • 한국에서의 스페인 연구 60년사 : 동향과 과제

        Este trabajo trata de ojear la historia de las investigaciones con los temas de Espan~a realizadas en Corea durante unos 60 an~os. Para dicho objetivo elaboramos una base de datos de la bibliografi'a que abarca todos los libros, arti'culos, tesis sobre Espan~a publicados en Corea desde el an~o 1945 hasta el 2007. Basa'ndonos en el cual analizamos la tendencia del estudio espan~ol en Corea. La suma de los estudios realizados en Corea durante tal peri'odo llega a ser 3,072 ejemplares, entre los cuales, los libros son 1,131(36.82%), las tesis, 612(19.92%) y los arti'culos acade'micos, 1,329(43.26%). Analizando los datos, primero, esbozamos co'mo se han cambiado por las etapas el nu'mero de los frutos de las investigaciones espan~olas en Corea a lo largo del tiempo, segundo, nos centramos en la transicio'n por peri'odo del porcentaje que ocupan cada campos de estudio. por ejemplo, en poli'tica, economi'a, cultura, sociedad, historia, geografi'a, lingu¨i'stica y literatura, turismo, etc. y el cambio de los contenidos de estudio en cada campos segu'n las etapas del tiempo. Una peculiaridad destacable en el resultado del ana'lisis es que han estimulado la investigacio'n sobre Espan~a en Corea unos eventos histo'ricos en ambos pai'ses como la imigracio'n de coreanos a los pai'ses hispanohablantes, la poli'tica de la campan~a de exportacio'n por parte del gobierno coreano, la adhesio'n de Espan~a en la CE en 1986, los Juegos Oli'mpicos en Seu'l en 1988, la asociacio'n de Corea tanto en la OCDE como en la ASEM en 1996, la Copa Mundial de Fu'tbol en Corea en 2002, etc.

        활석을 이용한 사포나이트의 수열합성

        삼팔면체형의 스멕타이트계 사포나이트(saponite)를 천연 광물질인 활석을 이용하여 수열법에 의해 합성하였다. 출발물질은 활석에 Na₂CO₃를 첨가하여 공기중에서 800℃로 가열한 후, 화학양론적 조성에 맞게 Al(No₃)₃·9H₂O 및 Mg(No₃)₂·6H₂O 금속염 수용액을 첨가하였고, pH는 7∼12 범위 내로 NH₄OH 수용액에 의해 조절하여 제조하였다. 수열반응 조건은 약 1리터의 수열반응 용기에서 230 ℃, 압력은 25∼75 kgf/㎠의 범위 내에서 10∼60시간이었다. 실험결과, 반응온도 및 회전속도를 230℃와 180 rpm으로 고정시킨 수열조건 하에서 반응시간, 반응압력, pH 조건을 각각 40시간, 25 kgf/㎠, 약 10으로 하였을 때, 그리고, 화학조성을 화학양론적 조성에 필요한 Na₂O의 양보다 200% 과량 추가하였을 때, 양호한 사포나이트가 합성되었다. 또한 압력을 75 kgf/㎠까지 증가시켜도 결정도에 미치는 영향은 미미하였으며, 반응시간이 길수록 더 좋은 결정도를 나타냈다. Saponite was synthesized from talc by hydrothermal method. The starting material was prepared by adding Al(N0₃)₃·9H₂0 and Mg(N₃)₂·6H₂O solution to the talc powder, which was previously activated in air at 800℃ together with Na₂C0₃. The alkalinity of the solution was controlled by NH₄0H solution. The autoclaving was carried out in the closed stainless steel vessel (about 1 liter) for 40 hours under the pressure of 25 ㎏f/㎠ at 230℃. The characterization of the reaction product shows that saponite was crystallized successfully. After the experimental results, pressure was not sensitive parameter in the range of 25-75 ㎏f/㎠, but longer reaction time results in better crystallinity.

        인공이식재 MEDPOR 를 이용한 중안모증가술(PARANASAL AUGMENTATION)과 측모의 변화

        With the increasing esthetic requirement in orthognathic surgeries, midfacial corrective surgeries were developed to improve the paranasal depression. Augmentation with autogenous bones has long been the standard in facial reconstruction, however limited graft availability, donor site morbidity, and difficulties in 3-dimensional shaping were led to limited use. Porous high density polyethylene(Medpor) was introduced in the 1970s as an alloplastic implants. It can be used in various size and shapes, and shortend operation time. The purpose of this study is to determine, by means of cephalometrics, the degree of long term stability and gaining of the overlying soft tissue thickness. The results were as followings : 1. There was no evidence of foreign body reaction, infection, and tissue necrosis. 2. Medpor implants had an advantage of clinical use ; easy to contour and adapt to obtain a precise 3-dimensional construction. 3. Cephalometric study of 16 cases of paranasal augmentation revealed an overall increase of soft tissue thickness of approximately 82.1% in 6-months following. 4. The successful results could be obtained under the aseptic handling.

        The purpose of this study was to compare the characterists and change in physique and physical function by college student of physical education major(287males and 40 females of age groups ranging from 18 to 26). The results were as following; 1) The characteristics of physique and physical function by sex and age. ① The male group of 18yrs old showed higher values in Height, Weight, Upper Limb Length, Strength, Flexibility, and Vital Capacity than any other groups, but female group showed lower values in Height, Weight, Chest Girth, Lower Limb Length, Thigh, Girth, Calf Girth and all of the Physical function. ② The male group of 19yrs old showed high values in power and Agility, then female group showed in Strength and Flexibility. ③ The male group of 20yrs old showed the lower values in Weight, Waist Girth, Upper Limb Length, Fore Arm Girth, Thigh Girh.Calf Girth, Vital Capacity, and female group are very lowed in Upper Arm Lenght, Fore Arm Length, Skin Fold Thickness and 5 minute Run. ④ The male group of 23yrs old showed the high values in Upper Arm Girth, Fore Arm Girth and Balance, and then female group higher in Weight, Chest Girth, Waist Girth, Upper Arm Girth, Fore Arm Girth, Thigh Girth, Power, Shuttle Run, Balance and vital capacity than any other age Groups. ⑤ In male group, Chest Girth, and Blood Pressure were significantly related, and Side Step and Trunk Extension were nagatively related to the age at 0.1% level, and then in female group, Sargent Jump, Standing Long Jump and Vital Capacity were showed a significantly related at 0.5% level. 2) The difference of physique and physical function between male and female by age. ① Everage difference in whole physique items except skinfold thickness was 9.8%, and that 21.1% in all of physical function except Trunk Flextion between male and female group subjects. ② About the ages, the 18yrs old male group showed the 22.8% higher values of 26 items, but 22yrs old male group were about 12.2% in 23 items, thus it is very lower than any other groups. 3) The difference of physique and physical function between General group and physical education group in age-matched. ① In the physique male physical education groups showed about 7% higher in Weight, Chest Girth, Upper Limb Length, Upper Arm Girth, Thigh Girth, and female group showed about 7% higher in Weight and Upper Limb Length. ② In the physical function, Trunk Flextion, 5 minute Run, and Blood Pressure(Diastolic) were about 8% high values in whole group, and female group showed about 8% higher in Standing Long Jump, Shuttle Run, and Trunk Extension. ③ In 22yrs old male and female physical education group were very dominated in physique and physical function than the other age group against the general group.

        When examining the topic of fashion for the first time, many people are fascinated with the contrasts in perspectives of the phenomenon. Psychologists speak of fashion as the seeking of individuality; sociologists see class competition and social conformity to norms of dress; economists see a pursuit of the scarce; aestheticians view the artistic components and ideals of beauty; historians offer evolutionary explanations for changes in designs. Literally hundreds of view-points unfold, from a literature more immense than for any phenomenon of consumer behavior. It is presented to show that complete theory that is interesting and imaginative can be organized from the building blocks offered by the behavioral sciences. Comprehensive synthesis of a fashion theory is the next step, and it is the giant step that will elevate fashion to its central and rightful place in the analysis of consumption. In this chapter, I outline a single conceptual model of the fashion process, describe different behavioral science approaches to modeling this fashion process, and show how these varied approaches can be unifield in a general fashion theory.
