        비외상성 두개내 출혈 환자에서 심근손상의 발생과 예후에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of myocardial injuries in patients with nontraumatic intracranial hemorrhage by identifying the occurrence of myocardial injury and defining its correlation with subsequent cardiovascular events. Subjects and methods: One hundred twenty-four patients with nontraumatic intracraninal hemorrhage presented to the emergency department within six hours from onset of symptoms were enrolled. Brain CT, serial electrocardiography, and echocardiography were done at the emergency center. Blood samples for troponin I and creatine kinase(CK)-MB were drawn immediately and eight hours after admission, Troponin I and CK-MB were measured using a chemiluminescent immunoassay, respectively. Results: Electrocardiographic and echocardiography abnormalities were found in 65 cases(52.4%) and 21 cases(17%), respectively. Serum troponin I and creative kinase-MB were increased in 35 cases (28.2%) and in 58 cases(46.8%), respectively. Abnormal findings of echocardiography and ECG, as well as elevated levels of serum troponin I and creative kinase-MB, were associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular event and survival. Logistic regression analysis revealed that an abnormal echcocardiographic finding and elevation of serum troponin I were factors associated with the occurrence an adverse cardiovascular event and that electrocardiographic abnormalities and initial mental status were factors associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion: This study reveals that actual myocardial injury develops in a significant proportion of patients with nontraumatic intracranial hemorrhage and that the development of the myocardial injury is associated with an adverse cardiovascular event that occurs during admission.

        A powerful typhoon Maemi pounded South Korea and causing significant property damage. Gale winds that registered velocities of 60 meters per hour was the highest in Korean history, Typhoon Maemi hit the Korean Peninsula and caused floods, landslides and power outages mostly in southern and eastern coastal regions. Therefor, this paper investigated the damage pattern of buildings occurred by the strong wind in Pusan. The range of investigated buildings are mainly apartment in the region of Youngdo-gu in the seaside and Buk-gu near the Nakdong River.

      • 진행성 비소세포폐암의 이차항암화학요법으로서 Docetaxel 단독요법의 성적

        Background : The survival benefit associated with first-line chemotherapy in lung cancer has led to the need for second -line chemotherapy, for which Docetaxel (Taxotere^(?)) has proven efficacy in both settings. This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of docetaxel in patients with non-small cell lung cancer who had failed first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. Methods : Thirty one patients with non-small-cell lung cancer, who had failed first line platinum-based chemotherapy, between March 1999 and August 2003, were enrolled in this study. Patients received intravenous docetaxel, either 75 mg/㎡ or 100 mg/㎡, with routine premedication every three weeks. Results : Fourteen patients (45.2%) had a partial response. The median survival and progression- free survival times were 12.5 months (95% CI 7.3-17.6) and 3.0 months (95% CI 1.6-4.5), respectively. This study showed 2 factors gave different survival benefits; the age (< 60 years: 20.1 months vs. > 60 years: 6.6 months, p=0.0105) and the histological type (adenocarcinoma: 25.6 months vs. others: 7.9 months, p=0.0055). The predominant toxicity was neutropenia, which occurred as WHO grade 3 or 4 in 38.7 % of patients. One treatment related death was also reported. Non-hematological toxicity was minor and easily controlled. There were no significant statistical differences in the survival benefit and toxicity between the two doses. Conclusion : Docetaxel, as second-line monotherapy, was well tolerated and effective in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer who failed first line platinum -based chemotherapy.         축대칭 렌즈 코어의 초정밀 보정가공에 관한 연구

        Code V was used to make a plan for collimator lens with aspherical surface in the present study. The acquired optical design data were applied for ultra-precision machining. The optimum properties were determined to find ways to compensate the tool positioning error allowance during the ultra-precision machining. In ultra-precision aspheric machining, figure tolerance corrected by tool positioning error be improved by compensation cycle number.

        To examine proper part and medium in in-vitro culture shoot formation of in-vitro Crisium japonicum var. ussurinese KITAMURA, the test was carried out. The results are as follow: The wsa good in differentiation of the plant on the medium was good in MS+BA 10.0+Ki 10.0㎎/ℓ. In the results of formation and roots formation, proper medium was MS+Ki 0.1/ℓ. The case of MS+Ki 0.1㎎/ℓ was much no of shoots, ratio of roots, no of roots, also was good on growth.

      • 乳酸菌에 의한 돼지설사 원인균의 生育沮害

        E. coli A_2 and G_7 occurring bacterial diarrhea of pigs were inoculated with 10^5/ml into thioglycollate medium without indicator-135C, and then Str. faecium and Str. faecalis var. liquefaciens were inoculated with 10^5/ml and 10^7/ml into previous inoculated samples of E. coli A_2 and G_7. Inoculated samples cultured at 37℃, were tested to determine changes in viable numbers of organisms and pH. The experimental results are summerized as follows: 1. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli and 10^5/ml Streptococci, E. coli decreased after 8 hours from incubation, and finally decreased to 10^1/ml after 48 hours. 2. In the mixed culture medium of 10^5/ml E. coli and 10^7/ml Streptococci, E. coli drastically decreased, were not disappeared after 36 hours. 3. The pH value of the pure culture of E. coli was 5.30 and in the mixed culture of E. coli and Streptococci the pH value was 4.49-4.80 after 8 hours from incubation.

      • 탄수화물에 관한 연구 : 디아세톤글루코스의 헥소퓨라노스고리에 대한 산화와 입체선택적 변형에 관한 연구 Oxidation and Stereoselective Modification of the Hexofuranose ring Derived from Diacetone Glucose

        천연물 합성에서 출발물질로 유용하게 쓰이는 디아세톤 글루코스 헥소퓨라노스고리의 산화와 입체선택적 변형에 관하여 연구하였다. 이 고리의 C-3위치에 있는 히드록시기를 Trifluoroacetic anhydride(TFAA)로 사용하여 케토기로 산화시키는 방법을 연구한 후 얻어진 C-3 위치에 케톤에 대해 Grignard반응과 Wittig반응을 도입하여 퓨라노스고리의 C-3위치에 입체 선택적으로 치환기를 유도하는 방법을 연구하였다. 또한 고리밖의 곁가지의 변형도 아울러 연구하였다. We have studied on the oxidation and the stereoselective modifications of the hexofuranose ring derived from diacetone glucose. We have attempted the method of the oxidation with trifluoroacetic anhydride (TFAA) on the C-3 position of this furanose ring. On the other hand, we have induced the stereoselective substrate on the keto group of the C-3 position. The modifications of the side chain out of the ring have been also studied.

        임플란트의 collar design이 변연골과 연조직에 미치는 영향

        연구 목적: 임플란트 경부가 잘 설계된 경우 양호한 연조직 반응을 통해 변연골을 보존하는데 도움이 된다. 본 실험에서는 연, 경조직 경계부에 가장 가까이 위치하는 임플란트의 collar design이 변연골 변화와 연조직 반응에 미치는 영향을 동물실험을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 2마리의 건강한 Beagle dog에 임플란트 collar design만 다른 두 종류의 임플란트(Neobiotech Co. Seoul, Korea)를 식립하였다. Collar에 bevel 을 부여한 군(Bevel 군)과 "S"자 형태를 부여한 군(Bioseal 군)으로 나누어 마리 당 7개, 군당 7개, 총 14개의 임플란트를 무작위로 식립한 후 Healing abutment를 즉시 체결하였다. 디지털 표준구내 방사선사진을 이용해 4주 간격으로 총 12주간 근원심 변연골 변화를 관찰하였고, 12주에 희생하여 조직학적 분석을 통해 협설 변연골 흡수 및 임플란트 주변 연조직 반응을 평가하였다. Mann-Whitney test를 통해 동일한 방사선 사진 촬영 시점에서 근원심 변연골 변화량 및 조직계측치를 군 간 비교하였고, Kruskal-Wallis test를 통해 방사선 사진상 근원심 변연골 변화량이 시간에 따른 차이가 있는지 군 내 분석 한 후 Duncan test를 통해 사후 검증하였다(α=.05). 결과: 방사선학적 분석 결과 각 촬영 시점에서 두 군간 근원심 변연골 변화량의 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>.05). 군 내에서 시간에 따른 근원심 변연골의 흡수량을 분석한 결과 Bevel 군에서는 시간에 따른 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (P>.05), Bioseal 군에서는 시간에 따른 차이를 보였으며, 4주및8주와 비교했을 때 12주에서 변연골의 증가를 보였다(P<.05). 조직학적 분석 결과 협설측 변연골 흡수량에서 두 군간 차이를 보이지 않았으나 (P>.05), Bevel 군에 비해 Bioseal 군에서 더 견고한 결합조직부착을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 생물학적 폭경의 값은 두 집단 간 차이를 보이지 않은 반면에 (P>.05), 접합상피부착은 Bevel 군에서 유의하게 길었고, 결합조직부착은 Bioseal 군에서 더 길게 나타났다(P<.05). 결론: Bevel 군에 비해 Bioseal 군에서 결합조직부착은 길게 형성된 반면에 접합상피부착은 더 짧게 나타났으며, 생물학적 폭경과 초기 변연골 흡수에는 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 연조직 반응의 차이가 실제 기능하중 하에서 변연골 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해서 향후 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of implant collar design on marginal bone change and soft tissue response by an animal test. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Two types of Implant (Neobiotech Co. Seoul, Korea) that only differs in collar design were planted on two healthy Beagle dogs. The implants were divided into two groups, the first group with a beveled collar (Bevel Group) and the second group with "S" shaped collar (Bioseal group). Standardized intraoral radiographs were used to investigate the mesio-distal change of the marginal bone. Histological analysis was done to evaluate the bucco-lingual marginal bone resorption and the soft tissue response adjacent to the implant. Mann-Whitney test was done to compare the mesio-distal marginal bone change at equivalent time for taking the radiographs and the tissue measurements between the groups. RESULTS. Radiographic and histological analysis showed that there was no difference in marginal bone change between the two groups (P>.05). Histological analysis showed Bioseal group had more rigid connective tissue attachment than the Bevel group. There was no difference in biological width (P>.05). Bevel group showed significantly longer junctional epithelium attachment and Bioseal group showed longer connective tissue attachment (P<.05). CONCLUSION. For three months there were no differences in marginal bone change between the Bevel group and the Bioseal group. As for the soft tissue adjacent to the implant, Bioseal group showed longer connective tissue attachment while showing shorter junctional epithelium attachment. There were no differences in biologic width.

      • 원수주입위치 변화에 따른 침지식 막반응조의 처리특성과 중수도 적용성 평가에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, Water is deteriorating with several reasons such as increase of wastewater which is flowed into river and limitation of water resource. Therefore, we concentrate on plans for securing of water resource by reusing wastewater treatment effluent. In this study, reuse system was organized using submerged membrane bioreactor(SMBR) consisted of anoxic, select, and aerobic tank with membrane as plan for solving problems mentioned above and optimized operating hydrauric retention time(HRT) was found by comparing with the characteristics of treatment with several HRT. Also, the lst floor and 2nd floor membrane module were analyzed to find more effective operating condition in SMBR. Specific characteristics of treatment for waste water SMBR was represented as follows. we could know below 10㎎/L of BOD, below 5㎎/L of COD, 0 ㎎/L of SS without regard to change of HRT, which was satisfied with the standard of reuse water. Optimized HRT was 2.3hr and by composing the 2nd floor membrane module, air flow rate could be reduced 28.5% lower than of the 1st floor membrane.
