      • 南部 畓地帶에서 發生하는 올챙이고랭이(Scirpus juncoides Roxb.)의 雜草生態的 硏究

        This study on the occurrence, regeneration and reproduction of the problematic weed, Scirpus juncoides Roxb., in the paddy field in the southern area was carried on for 12 months in order to investigate the various adaptability. The results obtained are as follows: 1. In O₂condition, a slightly insufficient condition treated by 0.02mm polyethylene film was the most favorable for germination. 2. In temperature, the more favorable condition for the germination of S.juncoides Roxb. seed was 35℃, 30℃, 25℃ in order, and the emergence rate of their stumps was high from 20℃ to 30℃. 3. In light intensity, germinating rate of S.juncoides Roxb. seed was higher in shade conditions than in perfect exposure, and so was the emergence rate of stump. 4. In light quality, germinating rate of S.juncoides Roxb. seed was high in order of black, yellow, green, and colorless film, while the emergence rate of stump was high in green film treatment. 5. In hydrogen-ion concentration of soil, the most optimun pH value for germination was 5.7, while in the extemely acid and alkaline soil, the growth was checked after the sixth week. 6. The emergence rate of stump was high in order of 3g, 4g, 5g, 2g, 1g in stump weight. 7. Initial growth of S.juncoides Roxb. shoot at two weeks after its cutting depended on underground nutrition. 8. Regeneration vigour of S.juncoides Roxb. shoot became dull since a growth period, and only one cutting after 25, May was enough to control S.juncoides Roxb. 9. Cutting of S.juncoides Roxd. shoot in the lagvegetative period around the end of May did not affected its regrowth. 10. In soil moisture content, the number of flower-bud was more in 100% saturated condition than in 80% saturated. In the submergence condition, 2cm water flooded depth was the most favorable for flower-bud formation of S.juncoides Roxb. 11. There was no constant tendency in soil condition and poor aeration condition was well adapted to S.juncoides Roxb. 12. As the shade rate increased, the flower-bud formation of S.juncoides Roxb. was suppressed. 13. The flower-bud formation of S.juncoides Roxb. was increased in yellow polyethylene film treatment. 14. with the MPK fertilizer level increased, the number of flower-bud was rapidly increased.

        확장된 안면경부 피판을 이용한 협부 재건

        Together, the cheek and neck can be considered as a single anatomic location because skin vascularity, texture and thickness are similar. The cervicofacial flap has been described as the treatment of choice for the cheek defect because of its good mobility and excellent cosmetic result. However, if the defects on the cheek are wider than the length of palpebral fissure or extended to the lower two thirds of the cheek, the conventional cervicofacial flaps would be inadequate in size without the benefit of expansion. Tissue expansion of the cheek and neck is distinguished by a particularly high rate of complication. Prevention of various complications require careful planning and certain modifications in technique. We have used the following modifications and measures to prevent the complications and to maximize the expansion. 1) Whenever possible, expanders were placed over the rigid foundation such as mandible or posterior neck area after wide undermining. 2) Expanders were placed deep to platysma in the neck area. 3)Following optimal expansion, the further dissection extending to the clavicle and the posterior neck area was performed for optimal mobilization and draping of the expanded skin. 4) The expanded skin was advanced upward on the cervical portion and rotated forward on the cheek portion. 5) The flap should not be draped above the inferior orbital rim and postoperatively the pressure garments were applied to prevent drooping of the expanded skin. We experienced 21 cases of the expanded cervicofacial flaps with above surgical modifications and the expanded cervicofacial flaps can resurface the 95% of cheek defects with munimal complications and excellent cosmetic results.

        In this paper, we proposed a speech support system of personal computer for the blind. The system is consist of hardware part and software part. The hardware part are consists of personal computer and sound card. The software part are consist of sound driver system, TSR character table, text-to-speech conversion algorithm. This system can recognize inputted characters from keyboard.

      • 중간세공 분자체 MCM-41의 세공표면에 Co(II) 흔입에 관한 광음향 분광학적 연구

        초산 코발트(II)를 포함하는 반응 젤을 가지고 Co-MCM-41을 수열 합성하였다. 550 ℃에서 하소 후에 Cork 치환된 MCM-41의 결정성은 매우 저하되었다. 인산을 사용하여 pH-3.0으로 조절한 Co(II) 수용액을 가지고, 적심 방법을 이용하여 MCM-41에서 Co(II)를 혼입하였다. 그리고 공기 중에서 하소시켜 Co-PO/MCM41을 제조하였다. MCM-41 세공 내에 혼입된 Co(II)의 존재형태는 광음향 분광법 (PAS)을 이용하여 조사하였다. 초산 코발트(II) 용액으로 제조된 Co-PO/MCM-41의 광음향 스펙트럼에서 500nm 부근의 흡수밴드는 하소 후 600nm 부근의 삼중 흡수밴드로 바뀌었다. 이 흡수밴드는 산소 이온에 의해 사면체 구조의 환경에 있는 Co(II)의 ⁴T₁(P)←⁴A₂(F) 전이 때문이다. 이것은 인산 리간드를 갖고 있는 괄면체 구조를 이루며 MCM-41 세공표면에 원자적으로 잘 분산되어 있음을 나타낸다. Co-PO/MCM-41은 증류수로 현탁화한 후에도 안정하다. The cobalt in Co-MCM-41 synthesized hydrothermally from a reaction gel including cobalt(II) acetate as a cobalt source was present as extraframework Co oxide clusters after calcination at 550℃. The quality of Co-substituted MCM-41 was deteriorated dramatically after calcination at 550℃. the incorporation of cobalt within mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 by the incipient wetness method using Co(II) aqueous solution at pH=3.0 controlled with phosphoric acid and then calcination in air (Co-PO/MCM41) has been carried out. Photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) technique was applied to study the local environments of Co(II) incorporated within mesopores. Co-PO/MCM41 were stable while treatment with water. The band around 500 nm in PSA of as-prepared Co-PO/MCM41 with Co(II) acetate aqueous solution was changed to the triplet bands around 600 nm, which could be assigned to the ⁴T₁(F)→⁴A₂(P) transition of Co(II) surrounded tetrahedrally by oxygen ions, after calcination. It may be attributable to that the octahedral cobalt species to be dispersed atomically onto the surface of mesoporous molecular sieves as a tetrahedral species without the transformation to Co oxide phase.

      • 선암호에서 동물플랑크톤의 군집구조와 현존량

        1996년 8월에 울산광역시 남구 선암동에 위치한 선암저수지의 하계 동물플랑크톤의 군집구조와 현존량을 조사하였다. 조사기간 중 수온은 27.6∼28.5℃였다. 동물플랑크톤은 3문 1아문 5강 8목 4아목 14과 24속 37종으로 분류되었으며 동물플랑크톤 군집의 종조성 비율은 윤충류가 37.9%로 가장 높았다. 동물플랑크톤의 현존량은 1,575inds./L이었고 최우점종은 Bosmina longirostris 차우점종은 Carchesium polypinum이었다. 우점도지수는 0.36이었고 종다양도지수는 2.71로 나타났다. This study was performed to investigate the zooplankton community and abundance in Seon-Am reservoir in August 1996. 37 taxa of zooplankton have been identified and most important groups was Rotatoria which contributes to 37.9% at the composition of zooplankton community. The occurrence of the first dominent species was Bosmina longirostris and second dominent was Carchesiun polyponum in summer. Abundance of zooplankton was showed 1,575inds./L. Dominance index ranked 0.36. Species diversity index was investigated 2.71.

        On the occasion of sudden cardiac fibrillation, it is critical to use the defibrillator which delivers electrical energy across the patient's chest, in short time. Since the capacitor and battery inside 1CD(implantable cardioverter/defibrillator) degrade according to the increase of usage and time, the charging time of capacitor becomes prolonged, in order to compensate the prolonged charging time, we propose an algorithm which controls the charging time by changing frequency and duty cycle of feeding pulses to the input of flyback converter.

      • 기술집약적 시장에서의 수직적 브랜드확장 시 확장제품의 광고유형에 따른 소비자의 확장제품 평가에 관한 연구 : 지각된 적합성과 브랜드확장 방향의 조절효과

        본 연구에서는 확장제품의 광고유형(정교화 광고 vs. 관련성 광고)에 따른 효과를 수평적 브랜드확장(horizontal brand extension) 상황에서의 모브랜드와 확장제품간의 지각된 적합성(perceived fit)만으로 연구범위를 한정시켰던 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 제품군간의 상대적 기술수준 차이가 존재하는 기술집약적 시장에서의 수직적 브랜드확장(vertical brand extension)시 확장제품의 광고유형 효과가 모브랜드와 확장제품간의 지각된 적합성과 브랜드확장 방향간의 상호작용에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 2(확장제품의 광고유형: 정교화 광고 vs. 관련성 광고) X 2(지각된 적합성 정도: 높음 vs. 낮음) X 2(수직적 브랜드확장 방향: 하향적 vs. 상향적) 집단간 실험설계(between-subjects factorial design)를 적용하여 각각의 실험상황에 있어서 정교화 광고와 관련성 광고 중 어떤 광고전략을 실행하는 것이 확장제품에 대한 소비자의 평가를 높이는데 효과적인지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 모브랜드와 지각된 적합성이 낮은 제품으로 하향적 브랜드확장이 이루어진 경우나 모브랜드와 지각된 적합성이 높은 또는 낮은 제품으로 상향적 브랜드확장이 이루어진 경우에는 기존의 수평적 브랜드확장에서와 마찬가지로 정교화 광고가 확장제품에 대한 소비자의 평가를 높이는데 있어서 보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 적합성 정도가 높은 제품으로 하향적 브랜드확장이 이루어진 경우에는 기존의 연구에서 확장제품에 대한 광고유형으로 정교화 광고가 효과적인 것으로 단정지었던 것과는 달리, 오히려 관련성 광고가 확장제품에 대한 소비자의 평가를 높이는데 있어서 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

      • MoSi_2기 복합재료의 소결온도에 따른 미끄럼마모 특성

        Molybdenum disilicide(MoSi_2) is considered to be a promising high temperature material for turbojet anhypersonic engines in aerospace and various industrial applications, because of a high melting point(2030℃),adequate density(6.3g/cm^3) and an excellent oxidation resistance. Mosi2 powder was evaluated from the variation of fabricating such as preparation temperature 1250℃, 1350℃ and 1500℃ respectively. Abrasion tester used a pin-on-disk type and a Si3N4 ceramic ball which used as machine structural materials. The test condition apply to load of 8kgf at 7.5rpm for 6 hours and the effect of hardness is also discussed. As a result of the tests, the friction coefficient was decreased with sintered MoSi_2 of increasing temperature but the function coefficient did not vary much for all specimens at all temperatures.

        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.
