이 글에서는 정보 제어 분야에서 탄소 중립을 위해 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지를 기술한다. 그리고 구체적인 예로서 스마트빌딩에서 에너지 관리를 위한 정보제어 기술과 디지털 트윈에 대해서 소개한다. 또한 탄소 중립을 위해 내연 기관 기반의 모빌리티 다음 세대인 전기 기반의 모빌리티인 전기자동차와 전기 선박 핵심 기술을 설명한다. 또한 이 글에서는 다양한 기술 발전에 따른 엄청난 양의 에너지 관련 데이터들을 분석하는 빅데이터 및 인공 지능 기술에 대해서도 소개한다.
초등학교 교사들이 과학과 에너지 영역 실험수업에서 겪는 문제

This research was conducted to 450 teachers at the elementary school in Kyungnam region with regard to the definitive issues occurring in science laboratory instruction in respect of Energy Domain from the 3rd grade to the 6th grade on the basis of the experience of teachers in the field. The result is as follows: Firstly, as a result of the examination of the frequency in the issue occurrence per unit, units such as 'Electromagnet(6-1)' , 'Weight and pressure in the water(6-2)' 'Mirror and lens (5-1)' showed high number of response. Secondly, as a consequence of the observation on the issue occurred in the experiment class for science and energy per each subordinate area, the total number of response showed the highest in the order of power and exercise, electromagnetism, and light and sound. Therefore, I would like to propose some systematical methods to solve the issues in the field shown through a result of this study in terms of supporting a teacher as follows: Firstly, several issues in science laboratory instruction in respect of Energy Domain should be periodically investigated and the cause or solution on the issue including the relevant background knowledge should be thoroughly probed into in order to develop teaching materials which teachers in the field could utilize. Secondly, with regard to the cause and solution for the issues, etc. in science laboratory instruction in respect of Energy Domain that teachers in the field experience, a re-educational program for teacher should be handled in depth.
Design of Q-filters for Disturbance Observers via BMI Approach

The type-k disturbance observer, also known as high order disturbance observer, is a robust output feedback controller which can reject polynomial-in-time disturbances exactly and at the same time unmodeled disturbances approximately. To ensure the robust stability of the closed-loop system, the key component of the controller called Q-filter should be designed appropriately. In this paper, we formulate the design problem in terms of a set of bilinear matrix inequalities so that the coefficients of Q-filters are chosen simultaneously. The solution from the proposed method can be less conservative compared to the recursive design procedure developed recently.
Field Effect Transistor with ZnS Active Layer on ITO/Glass Substrate

<P>The organic-inorganic field effect transistors (OIFETs) with ZnS active layer were fabricated on the ITO/glass substrate using cross-linked PVP (poly-4-vinylphenol) as a gate insulator. ZnS semiconductor films were prepared by the atomic layer deposition method. In the case of cross-linked PVP film, the leakage current and capacitance were about 1× 10-8 A and 12 nF/cm2, showing good gate insulation property. The carrier concentration and mobility of ZnS film deposited on SiO2/Si wafer was found to be -9.4×1015 cm-3 and 49.0 cm2/ V·sec, respectively. For the OIFET devices with ITO/PVP/ZnS/Ti:Au structure, the carrier mobility was about 1.9 cm2/V·sec. From the AFM images, lower mobility in the OIFET device compared with ZnS film on SiO2/Si substrate may be attributed to a rough surface morphology of ZnS film.</P>

<P>This note proposes a dynamic controller for practical coordinated tracking of uncertain heterogeneous multi-agent systems. The agents are high-order linear systems subject to external disturbances and plant uncertainties, the input to the leader is not known to other agents, and the network topology is time-varying. We adopt a recently developed reduced-order disturbance observer to present a distributed tracking controller which uses only relative measurements. It is shown that the proposed controller can be tuned to ensure the ultimate boundedness of tracking error which can be chosen arbitrarily small despite the network switching, plant uncertainties, and disturbances. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.</P>
