      • 患者에서 分離한 腸內細菌(大腸菌)에 대한 血淸型 및 抗生劑 耐性傳達에 관한 硏究

        This study was undertaken the biochemical characteristics, serotyping and antibiotics susceptibility to 79 strans of Escherichia coli isolated from patient from march in 1993 to December in 1993. Of 79 isolates, thirty one isolates(39.2%) were idenfied by pathogenic E. coli immune sera producted by Denka Seiken. Among them, 9 isolates(11.4%) were 06, followed by 015 and 044(4 isolates, 12.9%), respectively. 018, 0114, 0119, 0125, 0146, 0153 and 0164 were identified 1 isolate(3.2%), repectively. Resistance rate of E. coli isolated from patients against 12 antibiotics were 86.1%(68 isolates). Of them, resistance rate against TC was 68.3%(54 isolates), AM 64.4%(51 isolates), CB 62.0%(49 isolates), NN and NA 8.9%(7 isolates) and PB 1.3%(1 isolate), respectively. Of 68 resistant isolates, 59 isolates(86.8%) were resistant to more than 2 drug, followed by 2 drugs-resistance pattern01 isolates, 16.2%), 3 drug and 6 drig resistance pattern(9 isolates, 13.2%). Of multipleresistance pattern, AM-CB-SM and AM-CB-SM-TE pattern were most frequent(5 isolates, 7.4%, respectively) and more than 10 drugs resistance pattern was 1 isolate. Of 68 resistant isolates, 42(61.8%) were transferred their resistance to recipient cell (E. coli ML1410Na^(r)), Of them, the most frequently multiple transferred drugs was 2 drugs(40.5%, 17isolates) and the most frequently multiple transferred pattren was AM-CB(23.8%. 10 isolates).

        연폭로 근로자들에서 적혈구 Pyrimidine 5'-Nucleotidase 활성도 및 요중 N-Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase 활성도와의 상관관계 연구

        In this study, we measured the activity of the erythrocyte pyrimidin 5'-nuclectidase(P5N) and urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) from 154 workers exposed to lead and 43 workers not exposed. We analyzed the correlation of the P5N activity and NAG activity with other biololgical exposure indices of lead such as blood lead(PbB) and zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP). The measurement was performed by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results are as follows : 1. The mean value of P5N activity for workers exposed to lead was 9.50±3.13 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb and 11.60±2.2 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb for workers not exposed. The P5N activity showed a normal distribution, but the other indices of lead showed logarithmic normal distributions. 2. The P5N activity and ZPP were decreased as PbB was increased. But the NAG activity had no correlation with changes of PbB. 3. The correlation coefficients of the P5N activity with other biological exposure indices of lead such as PbB, ZPP, NAG activity were -0.72, -0.55, and 0.05, respectively. We speculated that the P5N activity can be used as a reliable biological exposure index of lead but NAG activity can be used as a biological management index of lead.

      • 슈퍼그래픽의 이미지와 選好性 分析에 關한 硏究 : with Visual Design Element 視覺디자인 要素를 中心으로

        The Purpose of this thesis is to suggest objective basic data for the super graphics in the urban landscape through the quantitative visual quality analysis. For this, the image structure of super graphics have been measured mainly by questionnaries and semantic differential scale method and analyzed by the method of factor analysis, means and multiple regression. Degree of visual preference have been measured mainly by questionnaries and likert attitude scale method and finally these data have been analyzed by using the stepwise method. The data were collected by presenting 12 super graphics photographs-4 each sample pictures from the 3 each selected districts representing typical urban landscape style(central business district, shopping district, apartment complex). Observer groups were categorized as professionals, students, the others. Result of this thesis can be summarized as fallows: 1. From all 12(3×4) sample super graphics, the value of each semantic differential scale among the observer groups were presented significant group difference, But no significant difference of the S.D.scale value were observed among central business district, shopping district and apartment complex super graphics. 2. For all experimental points, 4 types of fator have been observed. Factors covering the image of super graphics were found to be the evaluation, the intimacy, the potentiality and the tidiness. 3. Main factors of the super graphics image and factors indicating the group variations yielded high significance between areas. 4. The harmony with surrounding environment, the proper selection of super graphics subject yielded high values for all groups. Especially, the good color sense with building was the most important variable determining the degree of visual preference. 5. The urban C.B.D. super graphics obtained 5∼12 ranks of regional visual preference and the shopping district super graphics obtained 2∼11 ranks, and apartment complex super graphics obtained 1∼7 ranks.

      • 시판 청량음료 시음 후의 마뇨산 배설에 관한 실험적 연구

        In this study, we measured the urinary excretion of the hippuric acid after ingestion of several kinds of common soft drinks. The urinary hippuric acid has been known as a sensitive and specific biomarker of toluene exposure in workplace. But it has not been known exactly that drinking some kinds of soft drinks can increase urinary hippuric acid significantly even in usual dosage. These phenomena surely can invoke problems in interpretation of urinary hippuric acid at the regular health check up of the workers exposed to toluene. We recruited 140 healthy volunteers(medical school students) and surveyed their diet history, medication, smoking and drinking habit before experiment. The persons who had eaten some kinds of food or drinks which were including benzoic acid were excluded and the rest 122 were divided into 2 groups. The Experimental group(n=88) drank the soft drinks which contained benzoic acid, and the control group(n=34) drank the soft drinks which contained not. We checked the excretion of urinary hippuric acid in 1.5hr and 3hr after ingestion of the drinks in each group. The measurement of urinary hippuric acid was performed by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results were as follows: 1. The mean age(year) was 23.3±1.4 in experimental group, and 23.5±2.4 in control group; the number of female was 13(14.8%) and 4(11.8%) in each group. 2. The geometric mean of urinary hippuric acid before drinking soft drinks was 0.24, and 0.21g/l in experimental and control group(p=0.426). In 1.5 hour after ingestion of the drinks, the geometric mean increased 1.14g/l in experimental group, and 0.17g/l in control group, which was significantly different after adjusting the urinary hippuric acid before drinking(p<0.01). By addition some other covariates(sex, smoking in amount) in the model, the result was not changed(p<0.01). In 3.0 hour after ingestion, the geometric mean was 0.32 and 0.16g/l in each group, even the difference was much smaller than that of 1.5 hour after drinking, which was statistically different after adjusting the urinary hippuric acid of before drinking(p<0.01), sex and smoking additionally(p<0.01). 3. The mean increasement of urinary hippuric acid after 1.5 hour(Diff 1) after ingestion was 0.83 in experimental group, which was significantly different from that of control group(-0.06, p<0.01). Diff 2(the increasement after 3.0 hour) was also different from each other(p<0.01). 4. We used 7 different kinds of soft drinks in experimental group. The increasement after drinking them was different from 0.57 to 1.05g/l after 1.5 hour, from -0.08 to 0.08g/l after 3.0 hour, but statistically not significant in each other(p=0.146, p=0.849 in sequence). We concluded that the soft drinks which contain benzoic acid could increase the urinary hippuric acid excretion significantly, even over 1.0g/l without toluene exposure. It seems to be needed that check the diet and drink(at least 3.0 hour before collect the urine) history is essential in interpretation of urinary hippuric acid concentration.

        This study has on object to re - thesis conception or definition of health on base of the physical education. For this I grafted the general conception of health on the categorical fundamental relation, and then I can take a conclusion as following. We have known that though a definition of physical education don't refer to health, it seeks after the wholesome human with physical, mental, social soundness in the inside. Until now, we have thought of the physical education as a tool for human education more than the essence of it. This study is for soloing these problems. That is to say, not any more, we must have eyesight the participational value theories get out of the peculiar value theory for the fully fanctioning person. For these things, I intended rearranging the definifion of health on base of logic of the categorical fundamental relation. Considering the existing definition of health, we have expressed it as a state being active easily in everyday life. I have known that we quote from the general definition of health even in the physical education. But, I come to feel that the health of different dimension must be established in physical education. Especially, we emphasize the health not in the level of leisure activities but in tough physical fitness. To perform mental activities in the mechanisal civilization and the information societh, I established these logics that we must have stronger physical fitness and mental will than in the past. We can use "I am healthy" when the physical and mental health consist of one from. I learned that when the monoism health was accomplished like these, it can be grafted physical category. That is to say, the health in the category of physical education must be different from the health mentioned in generally. To approach logically, I substitute the categorical fundamental relation. I learned that although we can divide it in various forms. these category took a boundary according to the understonding subject. We told that the categorical fundamental relation was related with the category of the existance and recognition. I understand that the former possible to divided from physical, Individual and society by the concept of existion, the latter possible divided from the subject condition and physical education's condition. After all, I place the focus on taking possess of superior to rank the physical education category because of including all the former and the latter. Therefore, I come into logic that the health in physical educational category must be set up the conception in more different location than the health level asking in these lower rank. Accordingly, from now, we must express more concrete, raising level that the definition of health is " the status leading physical health mental health and positive activities in society.

      • 칼륨수준이 수경토마토의 영양생장과 과실수량에 미치는 영향

        Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum MILL.cv. Ogatazuiko) plants were grown is the nutrient solution at five levels of potassium (1-16me/l) which were adjusted by addition of K₂SO₄. Leaf and stemgrowth at 1me K was largly restricted and K deficiency symptoms was observed. However, there were no significant differences in vegetative growth in the rang 2-16me K.K content of the leaves increased with the increment of K in the nutrient solution but there was no significant differences in N content of the leaves. The result obtained here demonstrated that 4-16me K is thought to be suitable for stabilized fruit production.

      • 테니스선수 및 동호인의 그립, 경기유형에 따른 상해 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to help to protect athletes and to effective practice by suggesting some informations about the sports injuries of tennis players and persons of similar tastes. The subject of this study was selected from tennis players registered in Korean Tennis Association including persons of similar tastes in 1996 used of stratified cluster random sampling. The number of subject was 500 composed by 100 tennis player, half of them was male and female, and 400 persons of similar tastes, also half of them was male and female. The questionnaire was based on Kim Jung Park(1986), Yun Jae Won(1987), Kim Sang(1994) and Kim Yunn Hoo's survey and some inquiries were added. For analysis, whole frequency and percentage based on this was calculated and inferred by their purpose, and X�verification was imploied. The results of this study are the followings. First, the injured parts by forehand grip showed attentional difference at .05 on the collarbone, arm and forearm. Second, the injured parts by backhand grip showed high percentage by western grip 40.3%, continental grip 20.7% and 20.5% in order, and the attentionrate was .001. Third, when the player stroke by frerhand grip dislocation, abration and elbow injury occurred and the attentional difference was over .05. Forth, when the player stroke by backhand grip muscle atony, twist and ligament injury occurred but the attentional difference was not Fifth, injured parts based on game pattern showed attentional difference on arms at .01, but the injuries on down part of leg and foot occurred more often in case of base line play.

      • Genesis 영상처리 보드를 이용한 의용 영상 실시간 에지 검출

        인터넷과 전자산업기술의 발달로 영상의 획득과 처리를 동시에 수행하는 실시간 처리 기술이 용이하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 심장혈관의 위치, 모양, 크기 등의 정보를 우리에게 알려주는 의용 영상의 에지검출에 Genesis 보드와 이를 제어하는 MIL 패키지를 사용하여 실시간 개념을 적용한 실험을 구현해 보았으며, 획득한 영상에 적용한 마스크의 크기에 따른 영상처리 속도와 실시간 개념에 맞는 최대 제한 속도를 조사해 보았다. The development of electronics and internet technologies is enable to perform of real-time image acquisition, processing, and transmission almost simultaneously. In the paper, real-time edge detection of the medical coronary angiograms image was accomplished by making use of the Genesis H/W board and the MIL(Matrox Image Library) S/W package. The comparison of the processing time for the various mask to detect the edges of the given image shows the determination about the limited mask size under the real-time processing environment.
