주민참여형 농어촌 테마공원 개발계획 연구 : 청풍지구 농어촌 테마공원을 중심으로

Rural theme park is an on-going business that has been practiced by Ministry for Food, Agriculture,Forestry and Fisheries since 2007. The business aimed to facilitate urban and rural interchange and local economy activation. Rural theme park themed communities by using unique natural and cultural properties owned by the locals. the project adopts bottom-up development that reflects opinions of residents in the tourism planning process. However, it seems to be true that residents have been excluded from tourism planning process even if they were the host of the project for the reasons of lack of knowledge on community-based rural tourism development and lack of experience on bottom-up development. The case of Chung Poong Area in Je Cheon rural theme park used in this study has prioritize residents' involvement in planning procedure. This project emphasized the importance of residents' participation and their role in the entire process of tourism development that ranges from project site decision to the major business decision. Thus, this study suggests a direction that can be used for the future rural theme park projects and community-based project related to planning and design in rural area. 농어촌 테마공원(Rura1 Theme Park) 사업은 2007년부터 농림수산식품부에서 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 농촌관광 수요를 충족하고 농촌지역의 활성화를 위해 진행하고 있는 사업으로 도농교류 및 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 농어촌 테마공원은 농촌지역이 가지고 있는 고유한 자연적,문화적 자원 등을 주제로 지역특색에 맞게끔 다양한 형태의 테마공원을 조성하는 것으로 지역주민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하는 상향식 사업으로 진행해 나아가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사업의 실질적인 주체인 지역주민의 경우 주민참여형 농환지역개발사업에 대한 이해부족과 상향식 사업에 대한 경험부족 등으로 계획수립 과정에서 소외되고 있는 것 또한 현실이다. 본 연구는 제천지구 농어촌 테마공원 기본계획을 수립하는 과정에서 지역주민의 참여를 우선적으로 고려하였으며,대상지 선정에서부터 주요사업 도출과정에 이르기까지 계획수립의 전과정에서 걸쳐서 지역주민의 참여와 역할에 대해서 언급하고 있다. 따라서 향후 농어촌테마공원뿐만 아니라 농어촌지역계획 수립과 관련한 주민참여형 사업에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

신경섬유종증 환자에서 상완신경총 병변의 소견을 보인 척추 신경섬유종

본 증례는 50세 여성의 제 1형 신경섬유종 환자로서 척추 신경섬유종에 의해 초기 상완신경총 병변 소견을 보였다. 약 4개월 동안 후경부통, 좌측 견관절, 좌측 상완의 마비를 보였으며, 초기 전기진단학적 검사상 경수 5번과 6번 신경근을 중심으로 쇄골상부 신경절전성 상완신경총 병변이 관찰되었다. 그러나, 액와 자기공명영상, 초음파검사, 단순 방사선검사, 골주사 등의 영상학적 검사에서는 심한 흉추 척추 전-측만증과 경수 뇌경막에 확장 소견을 제외하고는 상완신경총 병변의 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 7개월경과 후, 좌측 상지 및 양측 하지의 근력 저하, 경수 4번이하의 감각 저하, 경도의 흉통을 동반한 호흡곤란이 진행되었다. 응급으로 시행된 경수 자기공명영상에서 좌측 경수 3번과 4번에 경막내 액와-속질의 신경종양이 진단되었다. 수술적 처치를 시행하였으며, 거시적 관찰상 척수 신경섬유종이 진단되었다. 급격히 진행하는 척수 신경섬유종은 초기에 상완신경총의 신경근 병변의 소견을 보일 수 있으므로, 신경섬유종증 환자에서 상완신경총 병변의 진단에 세심한 주의를 요한다. We observed a patient with symptom similar to brachial plexus lesion caused by spinal neurofibroma in a 50-year-old female with a history of neurofibromatosis-1(NF-1). She presented with posterior neck, left shoulder and left upper arm paralysis of 4 months duration. The initial electrodiagnostic study(EDS) revealed supraclavicular preganglionic brachial plexus lesion of mainly involved left C5 and C6 roots. However, radiological imagings including axillar MRI, ultrasonography, cervical plain radiography and bone scintigraphy showed no definitive brachial plexus disease except cervical dural dilation and severe thoracic scolio-Iordosis. On 7 months after the first admission, she had aggravated muscle weakness on the left upper arm and both lower extremities, sensory impairment below C4 and respiration difficulty with the chest pain. Emergency MRI showed intradural axillar-medullary neurogenic tumor at the left C3-C4. Subsequently, the patient was treated with surgical resection. Grossly specimen examination displayed the presence of a spinal neurofibroma. In rapidly progressing spinal neurofibroma represented firstly as root lesion of brachial plexus in EDS, the physician should pay scrupulous care to evaluate the cause.

부추 전용 포장 결속기 개발

An Allium-odorum is difficult material to handling, because it is soft and weak as mechanical. For bundling work of allium-odorum, we must grip in the bundle shape of unit weight, however, it is difficult that grip allium-odorum by hand because the bundle bulk is very big. Especially, in packing work, the bundle shape of allium-odorum package than other vegetables is very important, because difference of a price becomes much according to the bundle shape. In this paper, we propose bundling mechanism for a quadrangle shape in bundle shape, and semi-automatic bundling mechanism that makes use of a eccentric roller and a triangularity link. We carry out mechanical modeling and analysing respectively using the CATIA V5 and SimDesigner. We manufactured the prototype of the semi-automatic bundling machine, and got satisfied result through field test. And this machine will be commercialized and announced soon.

We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.

AbstractSocial work concerned with the interactions between people and their social environment which affect the ability of people to accomplish their life tasks, alleviate distress, and realize their aspirations and values.System theory is a concept which social work has borrowed from the science to help explain and understand the relationships between ideas and things. Any system is made up of subsystems enclosed by a boundary. Input from outside is taken in, processed, and put out, causing feedback. Because we know that this process goes on, we have also accepted the idea of planned change.Social work practice is on the interactions between people and system in the social environment. People are dependent on systems for help in obtaining the material, emotional, or spiritual resoures and the services and opportunities.

핸드볼팀과 배구팀 지도자의 리더행동유형과 선수만족도 및 팀성과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among leadership style, athletes's satisfaction in athletes group in Pusan city. Two hundred twenty five male and female athletes(handball and volleyball players) were selected from junior and senior high school students. Also, in this study, survey questionnaire method was utilized to measure relationship among leadership style, athletes's satisfaction and team achievement in athletes group in Pusan city. 1. A leadership style dependant upon gender, grade school, coach age, gender of coach, type of sports. 1) A leadership style dependant upon gender, there was not significant difference between male and female athletes' autocratic behavior, but there was significant difference the rest of four behaviors at p.<001. 2) Male junior and senior high school athletes were greater than female junior and senior high school athletes in training behavior, democratic behavior, social support behavior, positive feedback behavior. In autocratic behavior, female senior high school athletes were greater significant than male senior high school athletes. 3) In democratic behavior, social support behavior, it was found significant difference between genders at p.<001. Male coach was significant greater than female coach's training behavior, democratic behavior, social support behavior and positive feedback behavior. 4) Coach's age 30s was greater than 20s of coach's age in autocratic behavior. 5) It was found that volleyball players greater recognized coach's training behavior than handball players. 2. The relationship between leadership style and athletes satisfaction, there was positive correlationship among training behavior, democratic behavior, social support behavior and positive feedback behavior, but there was not correlationship in autocratic behavior. 3. The relationship between leadership style and team achievement, was significant correlationship in training behavior and social support behavior, but there was not significant correlationship in rest of leadership styles. Therefore, to increase team achievement, training behavior and social support behavior is very important elements.

(주)한길은 콘크리트 2차 가공 업체로서, 주로 벤치플륨, 맨홀, 수로관, PC암거박스 등을 생산하고 있는 중소기업이다. 이 업체는 제품의 특수성과 생산 시설의 규모로 인하여 납품 계약 후에 미리 적정량을 생산하여 재고로 보유하면서 제품을 적기에 납품해야 한다. 그러나 현재 입고, 재고, 출고 관리 등의 업무전산화가 이루어져 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라 생산, 저장, 관리가 동일한 장소와 더불어 지역적으로 분리된 곳에서 이루어지고 있어 정보관리에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 근거리 네트워크와 전화접속 네트워크를 혼합한 하이브리드 형태의 분산 환경 시스템을 구축하여 경제적으로 가장 최적인 네트워크 솔루션을 제공하고, 이를 바탕으로 하는 입고, 재고, 출고 관리 시스템과 기본적인 회계 등의 전산 업무를 개발하여 업체의 생산성 및 경쟁력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.
