This study is to represent basic data of biomechanical work of human body which has been data measured precisely and is to see on pathology and abnormal gaits patterns. And 5, 6th grade boys in Taejon city were attended in this experiment. Each student wore 8 landmarks on their lower leg joints and walked for 4 Km/h, 5 Km/h, and 6 Km/h on the treadmill Mechanical energy of lower extremity segment by lower joint (thigh and shank) movement were measured in stance phase and swing phase which were assessed internal work and energy of segment The conclusions were as following; 1. Increasing gait velocity cause toe off in early stage and swing of lower extremity happen early and quickly with angle of shank increasing in swing phase. 2. Children gait velocity grow rapidly above 5km/h, internal work of thigh mechanical energy showed value of work clearly and large. and internal work change represent greater in shank than in thigh 3. The stance period of gait is the period off set by two operated cocontracting muscles, and the later the speed of gait is, the lower the effect of the net torque.

This study is to deal with the wedding ceremony and the contents of prohibited marrages in the ancient society. In the chapter one and chapter two, the required conditions for a marriage were investigated. To be an approved marriage, a marriage should be arranged by the elders of the families and have a certain wedding ceremony. Also the society didn't allow a marriage between different classes but admitted an intermarriage and a double-marriage. In the chapter three, introduced the transition of the marital institution in Tongil silla period. In this period, it was strengthened the control over bigamy with the arrangements of the political system and the accept of the doctrines of Confucianism. The marital institution reflects the mechanism and the character of a society.

지역사회 정신의학 전공의 교육과정 실태조사

Objectives : There is a increasing need to recruit and retain more psychiatrists who can plan and implement organized programs to work with chronic mentally ill patients in community settings. The aim of study is to discover what training is currently in place to prepare psychiatrist for work in "community" or "public" settings. Methods : Survey questionnaires were mailed to 85 residency training directors and 10 leaders of community mental health in 2005. Response rate was 75%. Results : Academic seminar about community mental health were not administered to residents in 63% of training hospitals. Forty one out of 64 training hospitals had community mental health rotation programs, Community mental health center (50%) and day hospital (36%) were the most common type of programs. Few general hospital had affiliation with community mental health programs. The amount of time for clinical rotation varied from less than three months part time to 6 months fulltime, with most frequent form of one day per week for three month in second or third year of psychiatry residents. Conclusion : Further steps are needed to improve residency training curricula and to encourage well qualified psychiatrist to choose careers in community psychiatry.

폭풍발생에 따른 해안단면변화에 관한 수치해석

폭풍발생에 다른 해안단면의 변화를 예측하는 것은 해안선 변화에 대한 종합적인 대책을 수립하는데 있어 중요한 역할을 한다. 해안단면변화는 주로 해빈의 유사이송에 에 의해 발생되나, 유사이송은 유사의 입경, 수면상승높이, 쇄파고 등 많은 요소들에 의해 복합적으로 작용하기 때문에 현재에도 정확한 예측이 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 해안단면에서의 평형에너지소산개념을 수치모델에 도입하여 폭풍발생에 따른 안층방향의 해안단면변화와 해빈침식에 대하여 분석하여 보았다. 안층방향의 해안단면변화와 해빈침식은 평형단면 파라미터, 유사이송률 파라미터, 수면상승높이에 의해 크게 영향을 받음을 알 수 있다. A numerical model is applied for predicting variation of the beach profile and beach erosion during storms. Equation of sediment continuity and dynamic equation, governing on-offshore sediment transport due to a disequilibrium of wave energy dissipation, are used in the model. During a storm, the beach profile evolves to a form where the depth at the surf zone is related to the distance seaward of the waterline. In general, variation of the beach profile is found to be sensitive to the equilibrium profile parameter, the sediment transport rate parameter and the elevated water level. Also, the model response characteristics in the simulation of beach erosion show a lag between the maximum storm surge elevation and the maximum erosion.

The purpose of this study is to present the mathematical interpretation on joint torque while being normal gait which include the muscle tension and use equation of motion with a double rigid-pendulum model. then, the estimates of the stance and swing phase were obtained from photoghaphs. When the angel of thigh(θ₁) and calf (θ₂) of lower leg measured from vertical direction to counterclockwise are compared, the results as follow; 1. It is possible to interpret the mathematical model on the joint torque of lower extremity with double rigid pendulum model. 2. With the conition of double rigid pendulum model, the length of center of mass does not effect at the change of angle.

Carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132)가 항암제의 세포독성에 미치는 영향

The cytotoxicity of carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132) and anticancer drugs (cisplatin, mitomycin C, 5-fluorouracil) against tumor cell lines(L1210, SK-HepG-1) and mouse splenocytes was examined by MTT assay. Ge-132(8.5 x 10²㎕/ml, 1.7 X 10³㎕/ml, 3.4 x 10³㎕/ml) showed dose-dependent cytotoxicity against the tumor cell lines, on the contrary, increased cell proliferation against the normal mouse splenocytes. Combination of Ge- 132 with cisplatin(1.5㎕/ml, 15㎕/ml), mitomycin C(0.5㎕/ml, 1.0㎕/ml) or 5-fluorouracil (0.31㎕/ml, 1.25㎕/ml) showed additional cytotoxicity against L1210 and SK-HepG-1 cell lines, however, reduced clearly the anticancer drugs-induced cytotoxicity against the normal mouse splenocytes.

자전거의 페달반력 측정 시스템 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop the measurement system of pedal reaction-force for the bicycle that measures two-dimension force with loadcell on the pedal. The system consisted of sensor part, data collection part and software part for control. The sensor part consisted of preamplier and signal condition circuit. It was consisted of high intensity circuit to decrease the noise and to improve response trait. The data collection part with 12 bit was collected for the data by timing mode on trigger signal. The signal of the sensor was controlled for the sampling speed by way of the software in computer. Measuring system on pedal reaction force testified the utilization through calibration and the experimental test.

Mechanical energy of lower extremity segment by lower joint(thigh and shank) movement were measured in stance phase and swing phase by using 2 dimentional image analyzer, and which were evaluated energy of segment The conclusions were as fllowing; 1. Rotational kinetic energy change slightly in lower extremity segment, translational kinetic energy change in the biggest, and value of energy creat greater in swing phase than in stance phase. 2. Energy change in gait cycle increas in swing phase and decrease in stance phase. 3. Perfect energy change of lower extremity segment is not do.

정신보건법의 주요 쟁점 조항에 대한 선진국과의 사례 비교

Objectives The Mental Health Act is an initiative aimed at changing and shaping mental health services and protecting human rights of persons with mental disorders. Since the Mental Health Act was legislated in 1995, four amendments have been made according to the issues that arose from public concerns. However, there are still many debates about the human rights protection of the mentally iII. This study aimed to provide information regarding major aspects of the Mental Health Act by comparing them among several developed countries. Methods Current Mental Health Acts of the state of Michigan in the United States, Scotland in England, the state of Victoria in Australia, and Japan were reviewed. Issues regarding the Korean Mental Health Act were collected from seminar materials, news media contents, and mental health professionals Results The definition of subjects in Korean Mental Health Act was more inclusive than other countries and was derived from a medical classification of mental illness. Family members or guardians were granted important responsibilities for deciding the involuntary admission of mentally ill patients in Korea and Japan. In Western countries, Mental Health Review Tribunals or courts have the primary responsibility for important decisions about mentally ill patients. The regulation of immediate dis- charge after request by voluntarily admitted patients was not enacted in all countries except Korea. The mandatory procedure for involuntary admission in Western countries includes an individual case review with personal interview by a Mental Health Review Tribunal or court. Conclusion The Korean Mental Health Act appears to meet the basic standards of Guidelines from international organizations. Our traditional culture and inherent health systems seem to influence the legal regulation of mental health service and might be related to the problems of human rights protection of mentally ill patients in Korea.

고려시대 귀족 여성의 혼인 생활 연구 : 염경애 묘지명을 중심으로 focusing on the epitaph of Yeom Kyung-ae

This study is to deal with the married life of novel women in Koryo dynasty. So this article analysed the epitaph of Yeom-Kyungae(廉慶愛). In the chapter one, introduce her growth and marriage. In the chapter two and chapter three, deal with her married life. On this study, we recognized a marring late, the custom of soryubuga(婿留婦家) and vigorous economic activity of women. All of them is related to Buddhism and bilateral kindred in the society.
