      • 農作物 害蟲의 天敵 거미類의 分布와 그 生態 硏究 : 慶北 聞慶地域의 山間田作地와 그 周邊의 거미類를 中心으로

        聞慶地域의 山間 田作地의 콩밭과 참깨밭, 그 주변에 서식하는 거미相에 대한 硏究調査 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수집된 거미류의 총 개체수는 722마리였으며 동정· 분류 결과는 15科 39屬 63種이었다. 2. 優占科로는 Lycosidae(37.7%), Araneidae(32.0%) and Thomisidae(12.1%)의 순이었다. 3. 優占屬으로는 Pordosa(36.0%), Misumenops(8.4%), Cyclosa(8.2%), Neriene(5.0%), Argiope(4.8%)와 Neoscona(4.8%)의 순으로 나타났다. 4. 優占種을 보면 별늑대거미(Pardosa astrigera 178), 꽃게거미(Misumenops tricuspidatus 55), 넷혹먼지거미(Cyclosa sedeculata 45), 중국늑대거미(Pardosa hedini 39), 긴호랑거미(Argiope bruennichii 34), 안경무늬왕거미(Metleucauge yunohamensis 29)와 무당거미(Nephila clavata 29)의 順으로 나타났다. 5. 優占種들은 山間 田作地의 농작물과 그 주변의 山林害蟲防除를 위한 天敵으로 이용이 가능하다고 사려되는 바이다. The results investigated of the fauna and ecology of spiders of Soybean and Sesame fields in Moon-Kyung area is summarized as follows; 1. 722 individuals of spiders were collected and identified 15 families, 39 genus and 63 species. 2. The major families are Lycosidae(37.7%), Araneidae(32.0%) and Thomisidae(12.1%). 3. The major genera are Pardosa(36.0%), Misumenops(8.4%), Cyclosa(8.2%), Neriene(5.0%), Argiope(4.8%) and Neoscona(4.8%). 4. The major species are Pardosa astrigera, Misumenops tricuspidants, Cyclosa sedeculata, Pardosa hedini, Argiope bruennichii, Metleucauge yunohamensis and Nephila clavata. 5. All of major species are considered as the natural enemy of Soybean and Sesame field and the forest around upland.

      • 가용성 난각막이 Fibroblast 세포의 증식 및 Type Ⅲ Collagen 생성에 미치는 영향

        In this study it has been demonstrated that egg membrane hydrolysate(EMH) is able to stimulate the proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells and increase the production of type Ⅲ collagen in NIH 3T3 and Malme-3 (human skin fibroblast) cells. The addition of EMH to quiescent NIH 3T3 cells resulted in an increase of proliferation which was assayed by MTT method. The maximum effect of EMH was detected in 0.4% EMH treated cells which was comparable to that of 5% serum (96% of 5% serum effect). The addition of EMH to NIH 3T3 and Malme-3 cells also increased the production of type Ⅲ collagen in both cells. These results indicate that EMH may enhance the repair process after injury and prevent aging processes in connective tissues.

      • 고려인삼의 홍삼 품질평가요인 분석

        This study was conducted to evaluate the elements affect on the quality of red ginseng. For that purpose, we surveyed the relationship between the red ginseng quality and the properties of material ginseng, processing methods, root year, root size, production location, and cultivation methods. Six-year old raw ginseng caused higher inside cavity than younger one did and larger sized ginseng increased outside cracking and inside cavity but decreased inside white than smaller sized one did. The production location did not affect the quality of red ginseng. The red ginseng processed with the ginseng grown on upland field showed lower outside cracking and inside cavity than the red ginseng processed with the ginseng grown on paddy field did. In terms of cultivation method, transplanting method showed lower inside cavity and inside white rates than direct sowing method did. In conclusion, ginseng cultivation location and cultivation method affected on the quality of the red ginseng more than the root age, root size and production location did.

      • 비안와대뇌형 모균증 치험 3례

        Rhinocerebral mucormycosis is a well-described fulminant fungal infection that typically presents in a rapidly fulminant manner. This condition is more likely to occur among patient with diabetes mellitus, malignant tumors, who have long-term steroid treatment, or who suffer from some debilitating diseases. We report 3 cases of rhinoorbitocerebral mucormycosis, all suffered from diabetes mellitus. In all 3 cases, endoscopic sinus surgery was done and the antifungal agent(amphotericin B) was administered intravenously, and two patients died. One survivor who had focal extension of paranasal sinus and orbit, required one surgical intervention without orbital exenteration and he is alive without recurrence disease. The severity of the disease is probably dependent upon the gost resistance to the invasion of phycomycetes. Early diagnosis and immediate, effective treatment are the key for cure of the disease.

      • 세포질의 알카리화가 Fibroblast Monolayer에 미치는 Mitogenic Effect

        Stimulation of ?? exchange by growth factors has been implicated as an event required for progression of cells from quiescence to a state competent for proliferation. To test this hypothesis, confluent monolayers of mouse and human fibroblasts, were treated with the carboxylic ionophore monensin which catalyzes ?? exchange at the plasma membrane. When ?? monensin is incubated with cells DNA synthesis is stimulated. Growth factors that stimulate ?? exchange also induce expression of two cellular proto-oncogenes, c-fos and c-myc. These gene products have been implicated as regulators of proliferation of mammalian cells. Transient exposure of quiescent Balb/c-3T3 cells to monensin stimulates expression of both c-fos and c-myc proto-oncogene. These data suggest that stimulation of ?? exchange regulates the level of mRNA decoding for c-fos and c-myc and provide a key stimulus for cell proliferation.

      • 카메라를 이용한 이동 로보트 주행 제어

        This paper presents the navigation method for a mobile robot which uses a single camera and fluorescent lamp as a guide mark, projected on a convex mirror. The current position and heading direction of the mobile robot are obtained from the image of the guide mark. While the mobile robot travels to a goal position, the current position and heading direction of the mobile robot are updated continuously and the desired path and actual moving path are displayed on the monitor screen in real time. This proposed method eliminates the need to rotate the camera to track the guide mark, since a panoramic view of the surrounding area is available from the convex mirror, and natural guide marks such as usual florescent lamp on the ceiling or door frame can be used for navigation.

      • 펩타이드 성장인자의 second Messenger가 NIH 3T3 세포증식에 미치는 영향

        Various peptide growth factors bind to their specific cell surface receptors and produce second messengers which transduce the growth signal into the cytoplasm and nucleus. To study the effects of these second messengers on the cell proliferation, tumor promotor TPA, calcium ionophore A23187 and dibutyl cAMP were used. Among These agents TPA showed strongest stimulation on the proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells and also synergistic effect with dibutyl cAMP. But these effects were eliminated by amilolide, ?? antiporter inhibitor which implied that TPA and dibutyl cAMP transfer the signal to the ?? antiporter. And this signal is important for the cell proliferation.

      • In Vitro에서의 항암물질 Screening 방법에 대한 연구

        Screening method for the isolation of anticancer molecule from microbial extract was entablished by using sulforhodamine B(SRB) assay, Hep-2 and PC14 cell lines which were derived from human epidermoid carcinoma and prostate adenocarcinoma respectively. The effect of cell number on SRB assay showed the absorbance is proportional to cell number. The growth rates of cell lines were determined using the SRB assay. These results can be used for the optimization of screening test. Primary screening test showed that extracts of Actinomycetes isolated from soil have cytotoxic activity to PC14 and Hep-2 cell lines.

      • Colo 320 세포에서 Streptomyces sp. No.2303 배양추출액의 항암활성 작용기작의 규명

        Streptomyces sp. No. 2303 was selected previously by its cytotoxic effect against human lung carcinoma A549 cells and its inhibitory activity to expression of oncogene, c-myc. In this study, the cytotoxic effect of N0.2303 on c-myc amplified human cancer cell, Colo320 DM and HSR was performed by using 3-(4,5-dimethyltiazol-2-yl)2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. Culture extract of No.2303 showed cytotoxic effect and induced DNA fragmentation which is hallmark of apoptosis in Colo320 DM and HSR cells. To elucidate the action mechanism of culture extract of No.2303, the effect of messengers of polypeptide growth factors on the anticaner activity of No.2303 was investigated. 12-0-tetradecanoyl phorbol-13-acetate(TPA) and dibutyryl cAMP(db cAMP) plus 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine(IBMX) were used as second messengers of growth factor because they act like diaclyglycerol(DAG) and cAMP respectivly inside of the cells. Anticancer activity and apoptosis induced by No.2303 were inhibited by treatment with TPA and db cAMP plus IBMX. These results imply that No.2303 induce anticancer activity by inhibiting c-myc expression and inducing apoptosis through pathway which involves the activation of protein kinase C(PKC) and protein kinase A.

      • 구조도면 자동생성 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        Last products of architectural engineering can divide into structure calculations and designs. Structural calculations and designs are using because a lot of common use programs are developed, but automatic drawing is not available. And data that is used in structural analysis is not used in drawing creation process and a lot of time and efforts are required to all of the engineers and architectural designers. Also, because primary engineer is taking charge of this, many mistake of drawing creation are made. Automatic drawing can enhance engineer's productivity and company's competitive power in construction market in the era of globalization. Therefore, in this research, I developed structure drawing automatic creation program by VB (Visual Basic) that is used recently among automation method and appled to sample model. By using this program, we can make automatically and quickly analyze and design without any mistakes.
