        상처받은 애착과 적대의 이동 : 김소진을 중심으로

        이 글은 국가보안법이 분단문학에서 좌익2세 작가들이 아버지를 형상화하는 수준을 결정짓는 기율로서 기능해왔다는 전제 하에 87년 체제의 성립과 국가보안법의 개정이 문학(화)장에 야기한 파문을 살펴보고자 했다. 이는 분단문학에서 아버지와 아들 중심의 관계가 더 이상 의미있는 소재가 아니었음에도 불구하고 김소진이 「쥐잡기」를 통해 분단문학의 계보를 이어나갔다는 점에 주목하게끔 한다. 김소진에 이르러 분단문학은 비로소 ‘아버지는 누구인가?’라는 물음이 아니라 끊임없이 아버지를 재현하는 아들, 즉 ‘나는 누구인가?’라는 질문으로 전환되는 것이다. 이때 김소진이 86세대라는 사실은 그의 문학이 수행했던 기억/문학의 정치성이 정체성 정치와 연동되어 있음을 짐작하게끔 한다. 87년 체제를 단순히 경제적 · 법률적 · 이데올로기적 · 공식적 제도가 아니라 사회문화적 · 비공식적 · 사적인 제도, 관계, 정체성, 의미 관계 일체를 포함하는 시스템(system)으로 간주할 때, 87년 체제의 한 요소이자 분단문학의 기율인 국가보안법이 86세대의 정체성과 밀접한 관련을 맺으면서 특정한 기억/문학의 정치성을 발휘했던 양상은 그 자체로 87년 체제의 단면을 보여주는 역동적인 드라마라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 이러한 드라마는 ‘정동(affect)’의 차원에서 제대로 포착 가능하다. 김소진 소설에서 ‘나’는 주로 상처받은 운동권으로 그려지는데, 그는 사회주의 이데올로기라는 ‘적대(antagonism)’의 상실을 아버지에 대한 애착으로 보상받고자 한다. 그러나 아버지에 대한 애착은 아버지를 부정했던 상처를 환기하는 것이었다. 이러한 ‘상처받은 애착(wounded attachment)’은 그 대상이 명확하다는 점에서 아버지의 누구도 탓할 수 없는 ‘원한(ressentiment)’과 구별된다. ‘나’는 아버지의 원한에 의해 구조화된 정체성 정치의 무력함과 거리를 두고자 하지만, 종종 아버지에게 감정 이입하면서 아버지처럼 나보다 연약한 자에게 상처를 입히는 가해자가 되어버린다. 한편, 아버지는 동시에 법의 영역에서 초연한 존재로 그려지는데, 이는 더 이상 ‘적’이 아닌 아버지가 다시 분단문학의 서사에 기입되기 위해서 취해야 했던 전략을 드러낸다. 그것은 바로 문학적인 것에 대한 단념이었다. 결국 김소진의 상처받은 애착은 적대의 자리에 대한 것이었다. 그러나 흥미롭게도 그의 소설에서 정작 적대의 대상으로 그려지는 것은 여성의 섹슈얼리티이다. 이는 김소진의 의도와 무관하게 1990년대 문학(화)장에서 적대의 대상이 이동하고 있던 양상을 보여준다. 따라서 김소진의 텍스트는, 적대의 위치에 머무르고 싶었으나 이미 대결자로 편입된 아버지와 대결자가 되고 싶었으나 여전히 적대로서 여겨졌던 여성의 섹슈얼리티 사이의 쟁투를 축약해서 보여주는 장소이다. 사라진 적대에 대한 상처받은 애착이 적대와 경합의 엇갈린 공존을 만들어낸 것이다. This treatise attempts to examine the ripples created by the establishment of the system in 1987 and the revision of the Nation Security Act and their impact on the literature landscape, on the premise that the Nation Security Act has functioned as the order that determines the degree in which second generation left-wing writers embody their fathers in division literature. This draws attention to the fact that, even while the relationship between father and son was no longer a meaningful topic in division literature, Kim So-jin persisted with the genealogy of division literature through his “Catch a Rat.” It is with Kim So-jin’s arrival that divisional literature ultimately turns into the question of “who I am” as the son that continuously reproduces the father, not the question of “who the father is.” That being noted, the fact that Kim So-jin is a member of the 86 generation allows us to conjecture that the politics of memory and literature having been performed by his literary landscape is indeed linked to identity politics. When the system in 1987 is deemed to be the system encompassing the entirety of sociocultural, informal, and private institutions, relationships, identity, and semantic relationships, not merely an economic, legal, ideological, or formal institution; it is then that the aspect of the Nation Security Act―the constituent of the system in 1987 and the discipline of divisional literature―, which demonstrated the politics of specific memories and literature while being closely connected to the identity of the 86 generation, is rendered a dynamic drama showcasing a cross section of the system. Furthermore, the drama can be properly captured from the dimension of “affect.” In Kim So-jin’s novel, the protagonist “I” is mainly portrayed as a wounded activist, and he seeks to be compensated for the loss of “antagonism,” a socialist ideology, with his attachment to his father. However, his attachment would evoke the wounds that denied his father. His “wounded attachment,” being specifically directed toward his targets, is to be distinguished from “ressentiment” of his father who could not blame anyone. The protagonist “I” intends to distance himself from the powerlessness of identity politics structured by his father’s resentment, but he would often find himself sympathizing with his father to become the same perpetrator who wounds the weak. On another note, the father is simultaneously portrayed as an unprecedented being in the realm of law, and this is to reveal his strategy that he, who is no longer deemed an “enemy,” had to take in order to be re-written in the narrative of divisional literature―his renunciation of the literature. Ultimately, Kim So-jin’s wounded attachment is towards the position of antagonism. Interestingly, however, what is indeed portrayed as the object of antagonism in Kim So-jin’s novel is women’s sexuality, perhaps indicating the object of antagonism in the literary landscape in the 1990s trending toward elsewhere, regardless of his intention. Therefore, Kim So-jin’s text summarizes to illustrate the struggle between the father who had been incorporated as a confronter even while not seeking to give up the position of antagonism, and the sexuality of a woman who sought to become a confronter but still was regarded as antagonism. The wounded attachment to antagonism in absence engendered the mixed coexistence of antagonism and agonistic.

        은행나무의 잎끝마름병에 미치는 SO2 의 영향

        대기오염과 병충해발생과의 관계를 규명하고자 은행나무에 SO₂가스를 처리한 후, 잎끝마름병균을 접종하여 식물의 생리·생화학적인 변화를 조사하였다. 0.1㎕/ℓ의 SO₂가스를 하루 8시간씩 7일간 은행나무에 처리한 결과 Chlorosis등의 가시피해는 나타나지 않았으나, 광합성이 대조구에 비해 40%가량 감소되고, CO₂이용효율과 수분이용효율이 감소되는 현상을 보였다. 가스처리 후 병원균을 상처접종시키고 42일 뒤 SI와 SFI의 발병도를 조사한 결과 SI가 SFI에 비해 3배 가량 빠르게 병이 진전되어 있었다. 병원균의 먹이가 되는 당의 함량은 대조구, SFI, SI간에 유의성을 보일 만큼의 차이는 보이지 않았으나, 광합성은 SI가 SFI에 비해 11%가량 저하되었다. 광합성이 저하되었음에도 불구하고 당의 함량이 유지되었으므로 탄소 고정관계를 알아본 결과 CO₂ 이용효율이 저하되지 않았음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 함께 수분이용효율이 SI에서 SFI에 비해 13.2% 증가되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면, 이온유출량 등으로 보아 SO₂가스처리로 인해 식물이 연약해져 병원균에 대한 저항력이 낮아졌고, 수분이용효율의 증가로 인해 탄소 고정이 활발하게 이루어짐으로써 당이 원활히 합성되는 한편 내부적인 변화로 인해 합성된 당의 전류가 억제되어 잎에 당이 축적되었기 때문에 SI의 발병도가 훨씬 높았던 것으로 생각된다. To examine the relationship between air pollution and occurrence of disease in plants, we investigated the alteration of physiology and biochemistry of Ginkgo biloba by inoculating with Coniothyrium sp. and fumigating with 0.1㎕/ℓSO_(-2) Visual damage did not appear but photosynthesis, CO₂use efficiency(CUE) and water use efficiency(WUE) were reduced when G. biloba was exposed to SO₂for 7days (8 hours a day). When inoculated with Coniothyrium sp., the seventies of damage in G. biloba showed a threefold difference between SO₂-treatment (SI) and SO₂-free treatment (SFI) at day 42 from initial inoculation. Little difference was observed in sugar contents that may be used pathogens feed, among control, SFI and SI. In spite of the reduction in photosynthetic rate, sugar contents and CUE were maintained. WUE was enhanced 13% more at SI than SFI. The CO₂fixation boosted because of enhanced WUE, and thus sugar synthesis was not affected. In addition, sugar transport seems to be retarded for some internal alteration. Consequently, the severity of SI was more serious than that of SFI because Coniothyrium sp. easily invades into the physical texture of G. biloba weakened by SO₂fumigation and because sugar was accumulated in leaves of G. biloba.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the children's computer activity concerning their working mother's recognition, home environment and current operation at their home. 109 working mothers who sampled in 5 day care centers were selected as the subjects of this study. This study was performed by the questionnaire made by this researcher, and the data were analyzed with Frequency, Percentage. The results of this study are as follows, Working mother's recognition on the need of young children's computer activity was positive(91.8%0. Working mother thought that young children's computer activity was needed for young children's various experiences(24.7%) and the preparation for the future life(22.6%). The most important objective of young children's computer activity was to help children get familiar with the computer(30.3%). And working mothers recognized that the effect of young children's computer activity was to promote their children's originality, imagination and insight. The environment of young children's computer activity in the working mother's home was sufficient(75.3%). Most have their own computer hardware and peripheral equipment. And the computer's installation environment was set up well. Young children did computer activities with parents(33.3%) or brothers(47.4%) at their livingroom. It took one hour for young children to do the computer activity at home(75.7%). The degree of possession of the software in working mother's home was 1-5(50.0%). Working mother put a software at young children's computer activity from the beginning(65.4%). And they confirmed the contents of the software. A standard of buying the software was mainly inducement that people had ever that software(24.1%). Working mother recognized on the possessing software that were appropriate for their children's age and educational. An obstacle about children's computer activities in their home was shown to be insufficient of possessing appropriate software for the child. For the activation of the children's computer activity, it was required to possess various and appropriate softwares. For children's computer activity was connected with day care center's, working mother wanted to take part in parent's seminar(36.6%) or participation class for parents(23.4%).

      • Effect of ER signal peptides (KDEL) on expression and function of anti-virus monoclonal antibody in plant

        Plant genetic engineering has led to the production of plant-derived mAb (mAbP), which provides a safe and economically feasible alternative to the current antibody expression systems. In this study, the expression levels of mAbP SO57 with or without ER-signal peptides (Lys-Asp-Gly-Leu;KDEL) in transgenic tobacco plants were analysed in transgenic plant. PCR and Reverse Transcription-PCR analyses showed existence of heavy and light chain genes of mAb with or without KEDL and their transcription in plant, respectively. Western blot showed that the expression levels of mAbP SO57 with KDEL were significantly higher than that without KDEL. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the Fc domains of both purified mAbP and mammalian-derived mAb have similar binding activity to the FcγRI receptor. High-performance liquid chromatography analysis showed that the mAbP SO57 with KDEL had glycan profile with both oligomannose and golgi type, whereas the mAbP SO57 without KDEL had only golgi type glycans. Neutralizing analysis with rabies virus CVS-11 showed the similar neutralizing activity between mAbP SO57 with and without KDEL. These results suggest that the potential of mAbP SO57 for rabies immunotherapy is regardless of plant specific glycan structures.

        Plant genetic engineering led to the production of plant-derived mAb (mAbP), which provides a safe and economically feasible alternative to the current animal expression systems. In this study, the expression level of mAbP SO57 between with and without Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu (KDEL) was compared in transgenic plant. PCR and PT-PCR analyse showed stable gene insertion transcription of heavy and light chain genes of mAbP SO57 with or without KDEL in plant, respectively. We validated expression of mAbP SO57 by western blot. Western blot showed the significantly higher expression level of mAbP SO57 with KDEL compared to without KDEL. Flow cytometry (FACS) analysis showed that the Fc domains of both purified mAbP and mammalian-derived mAb (mAbM) evidenced similar binding activity to the FcγRI receptor (CD64). High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysed, glycosylation patterns of mAbP SO57 with or without KDEL. The mAbP SO57 with KDEL had glycan profile with both oligomannose type (47.6%) and golgi type (52.4%), while the mAbP SO57 without KDEL had only golgi type (100%) glycans. Neutralizing analysis with rabies virus CVS-11 showed the similar neutralizing activity between mAbP SO57 with and without KDEL. These results suggest the potential of mAbP SO57 for rabies immunotherapy, regardless of plant specific glycan structures.

      • 논 비점오염 저감을 위한 최적관리기법(BMP) 보급 효과 분석

        본 연구에서는 최적관리기법(BMP)을 실제 영농지역에 보급하여, 광역단위 논에서 발생하는 비점오염물질의 저감효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 현재까지 선행 연구들을 통해 다양한 BMP 효과 검증이 이루어졌으나, 실제 영농지역 농민들에게 BMP를 보급하여 그 효과를 측정한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광역단위 논 지역을 대상으로 물관리기술(물꼬)과 시비관리기술(완효성 비료)을 보급하고 강우시와 비강우 모니터링을 통해 BMP 효과를 측정하였다. 연구 대상지구는 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리 일대로 새만금 지역에 위치하여 있다. BMP 보급 효과를 분석하기 위하여 먼저 참여농민과 농지를 선정하였으며, 관개지역과 배수면적을 구분하여 모니터링 조사 지점을 선정하였다. 연구대상지구는 SO#1(완효성 비료 95%, 비참여 농가 5%), SO#2(완효성 비료2%, 물꼬 8%, 완효성비료 + 물꼬 40%), SO#M(완효성 비료 96%, 비 참여 농가 4%) 총 3개의 배출구로 구분하였다. 각 지구별 오염부하량을 측정한 결과, 대조구 대비 SO#1에서는 수질항목별로 10.6 ∼ 85.5%, SO#2는 8.1 ∼ 45.9%, SO#M은 10.7 ∼ 86.2%의 범위로 저감된 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, SS의 단위면적당 오염부하 저감율이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, TOC의 단위 면적당 오염부하 저감율은 가장 작은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 본 연구 결과는 7월부터 10월까지 측정한 데이터를 활용하여 산정한 결과로 써레질, 이앙기간에 발생한 단위면적당 오염부하량은 포함되지 않은 결과이다, 따라서 추가적인 연구를 통해 효과를 검증할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

      • Interacelluar reprogramming of expression, glycosylation, and function of plant-derived anti-virus therapeutic monoclonal antibody

        Plant genetic engineering has led to production of plant-derived mAb (mAbP), which can provides a safe and economically effective alternative to the conventional antibody expression methods. In this study, the expression levels of mAbP SO57 with or without ER-retention peptide extensions signal (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu; KDEL) in transgenic tobacco plants were analysed in transgenic plant. The expression levels of mAbP SO57 with KDEL were significantly higher than that without KDEL regardless of transcription level. mAbP SO57 with KDEL localized surround to the nucleus suggesting that the mAbP with KDEL is localized in ER. The mAbP without KDEL and mAbH had mainly Golgi type glycans, whereas the ER-localized mAbP with KDEL had glycan profile with both oligomannose type (47.6%) and Golgi type (52.4%). The Fc domains of both purified mAbP (with and without KDEL) and human-derived mAb (mAbH) had similar bingding activity to the Fcγ RI receptor (CD64). Both mAbP (with and without KDEL) had a shorter half-life than mAbH. However, both mAbP with and without KDEL was as effective at neutralizing activity of the rabies virus CVS-11 as the mAbH. These results suggest that ER localization of recombinant mAbP by KDEL reprograms glycosylation and enhances production of the functional antivirus therapeutic antibody in the plant.

        SOD2와 NDPK2 유전자 집적에 의한 페튜니아의 아황산가스 저항성 증진

        유전자 집적에 의해 아황산가스 저항성 증진 페튜니아를 개발하고자 비생물적스트레스 저항성 유전자로 널리 알려진 SOD2 와 NDPK2유전자가 각각 도입된 SOD2 형질전환 계통 SOD2-2-1-1-35(T₄)[S(T₄)]와 NDPK2 형질전환 계통 NDPK2-7-1(T₂)[N7-1(T₂)]간 상호교잡을 실시하여 교잡 제1세대를 획득하였다. 교잡 제1세대 중 SOD2와 NDPK2유전자가 모두 집적된 개체 획득율은 32.1-73.0%이었고, SOD2와 NDPK2유전자가 모두 집적된 개체는 SOD2 또는 NDPK2유전자가 단독 도입된 개체에 비해 아황산가스 30ppm처리 피해율이 2.6-5.1배 낮아 아황산가스 저항성이 증진되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 아황산가스 저항성이 증진된 교잡 제1세대를 자가수분에 의해 세대진전 시켜 획득한 교잡 제2세대의 아황산가스 저항성 검정을 통하여 교잡 제1세대에서의 아황산가스 저항성이 후대에서도 안정적으로 발현함을 확인하였다. 또한, 광합성 효율 증진 조사를 통해 아황산가스 저항성이 증진된 SOD2와 NDPK2유전자 집적 후대가 아황산 가스에 대한 스트레스를 덜 받고 있음을 확인하였고, RT-qPCR분석을 통해 SOD2와 NDPK2유전자 집적 후대의 아황산가스 저항성 증진이 SOD2와 NDPK2 유전자 집적에 의한 효과임을 확인하였다. The aim of this study was to develop a transgenic petunia with enhanced resistance to sulfur dioxide (SO₂) gas by stacking two genes, SOD2 and NDPK2, which are both known to confer resistance to abiotic stresses. The first-generation hybrids (TF1) were obtained through reciprocal crosses between an SOD2-transgenic line SOD2-2-1-1-35(T₄)[S(T₄)] and an NDPK2- transgenic line NDPK2-7-1(T₂)[N7-1(T₂)]. Approximately 32.1-73.0% of the first-generation hybrids (TF₁) carried both SOD2 and NDPK2 genes. These hybrids showed 2.6 and 5.1 times less damage than hybrids carrying only SOD2 or NDPK2 genes, respectively, when they were treated with SO₂ gas at 30 ppm. This confirmed that the heterozygous hybrids were more resistant to SO₂ than the hybrids carrying either one of the resistance genes. Second-generation hybrids (TF₂) were obtained by selfing the TF₁ individuals. We confirmed the expression of the stacked genes in the TF₂ hybrids by phenotypic observation of their response to SO₂ gas at 30 ppm as well as using RT-qPCR and photosynthetic efficiency.

        일 대학병원에 입원한 노년기 양극성 장애 환자의 인구학적 및 임상적 특징

        Objectives : As the elderly population is continuing to increase, psychiatric diseases of the elderly are becoming an important social issue. This study looks into the demographical and clinical features of the elderly patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder in a University hospital. Methods : The study subjects include patients admissioned in the closed wards of Soonchunhyang Seoul hospital and Cheonan hospital from March, 2000 to February, 2005 who met the DSM-IV-TR criteria for bipolar disorder at the time of discharge. A total of 146 patients (76 men, 70 women) medical records were studied retrospectively. Subjects older than the age of 50 at time of admission were grouped as the old age group, whereas those who were younger than 50 as the young age group. Also among the old age group, those who had the first onset of episode under the age of 50 were grouped as the early onset group, whereas those who had the first onset after the age 50 were grouped as the late onset group. Results : The number of bipolar disorder patients in the young age group and old age group were 73 and 73 respectively. The number of early onset group and late onset group were 46 and 23 respectively. The old age group had a relatively higher incidence of bipolar II disorder than the young age group. Also in the old age group there was a higher incidence of hypomanic or depressive episode rather than manic episode compared to the young age group. And in the old age group psychotic symptoms were less common and the mean admission length shorter than the young age group. Additionally in the old age group treatment with Lithium monotherapy or with no mood stabilizers at all were relatively common. Among the old age group, late onset group had a higher rate of bipolar II disorder than the early onset group. Conclusion : This study shows differences in the demographical and clinical features among different age groups. But additional research would be required to determine whether the bipolar disorders in the elderly or late onset group are actually a different type of disorder from those of the young.
