      • 정밀실측 디지털데이터를 적용한 경관 계획 및 조경설계도면 작성기법 연구

        본 연구는 항공사진 촬영기법을 통한 정사영상 촬영과 도면작성 및 조경 설계분야에의 적용 가능성에 대한 실제 사례를 살펴보고자 진행된 연구로 경로비행 상태를 모니터링 한 결과 ±1m오차범위의 고도를 안정적으로 유지하며, Waypoint 지점에서 정확한 촬영이 이루어지는 점으로 보아 소형 UAV를 이용한 조경설계 정사영상 데이터 구축 및 도면제작이 효율적인 것으로 확인되었다. 첫째, 경로비행 결과 Waypoint를 따라 확보된 디지털 데이터를 3D 형태의 메쉬데이터로 구축한 결과 정밀한 DEM과 DSM을 구축할 수 있으며, DXF파일로 추출함으로써 수치지형도보다 정밀한 지형분석이 가능하였다. 둘째, RTK 측정 데이터와 정사영상데이터를 비교분석한 결과 3D 맵핑을 통한 디지털 공간정보 데이터의 신뢰성이 확인되었으며, 초소형 UAV를 이용하여 고해상 정사영상과 DSM 제작이 가능해지는 등 운용의 용이성과 장비의 기동성 측면에서 합리적인 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 정사영상데이터 기반 도면을 작성한 결과 일반 수치지형도보다 정밀하며, 종합적인 데이터의 구축이 가능해지면서 조경설계 분야에 즉시 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 조사분석 방법이 정밀하고 경제적이며, 지속적인 모니터링과 분석이 가능해지면서 3차원 지형정보 제공, 경관영향평가, 현상변경에 따른 변화예측 등 적용할 수 있는 분야가 다양한 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to explore actual cases of the possibility that ortho image using aerial photography could be applied to the field of drawing and landscape design. As a result of monitoring the flight path status, it is confirmed that the construction of the ortho image data and the drawing of the landscape using the small UAV are efficient because the altitude of the error range of ±1m is stably maintained and accurate photography is performed at the waypoint. First, digital data obtained along the waypoint as a result of flight path can be deployed as mesh data in 3D form, enabling precise DEM and DSM to be built. If this is extracted as a DXF file, it is possible to perform a more precise topographical analysis than the digital topographic map. Second, the reliability of digital spatial information data through 3D mapping has been verified by comparing and analyzing RTK measurement data with ortho image data. Since high-resolution ortho image and DSM can be produced using small UAV, which are analyzed to be reasonable in terms of ease of operation and mobility of equipment. Third, as a result of drawing based on ortho data, it is possible to construct the data more precisely than the general digital topographic map, and it can be applied immediately to the landscape design field. In addition, as the survey analysis method is precise, economical, and continuous monitoring and analysis becomes possible, various fields can be applied such as providing 3D terrain information, landscape impact evaluation.

        Sequential magnetic resonance spectroscopic changes in a patient with nonketotic hyperglycinemia

        Nonketotic hyperglycinemia (NKH) is a rare inborn error of amino acid metabolism. A defect in the glycine cleavage enzyme system results in highly elevated concentrations of glycine in the plasma, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, and brain, resulting in glycine-induced encephalopathy and neuropathy. The prevalence of NKH in Korea is very low, and no reports of surviving patients are available, given the scarcity and poor prognosis of this disease. In the current study, we present a patient with NKH diagnosed on the basis of clinical features, biochemical profiles, and genetic analysis. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) allowed the measurement of absolute glycine concentrations in different parts of the brain that showed a significantly increased glycine peak, consolidating the diagnosis of NKH. In additional, serial MRS follow-up showed changes in the glycine/creatinine ratios in different parts of the brain. In conclusion, MRS is an effective, noninvasive diagnostic tool for NKH that can be used to distinguish this disease from other glycine metabolism disorders. It may also be useful for monitoring NKH treatment.

      • 부활을 위한 정원디자인 - 중국 우한시 국제정원박람회 창의화원 -

        본 작품은 중국 호북성 우한시에 위치하는 ‘2016 국제원림박람회장의 창의화원 테마정원 계획부지에 1,400m2 규모로 조성되었다. ‘부활을 위한 정원디자인‘이라는 주제를 설정하여 평평한 대상지 북측에 좌측능선과 우측능선을 1.5m 마운딩하여 풍수적 좌청룡과 우백호 기세를 반영했다. 작품명 ‘A Garden Design for Revival’은 자연재생과 인간성 회복을 위한 생태정원 조성을 의미한다. 자연에 대한 인간의 겸손, 소박한 구조물 및 친환경적인 조경요소, 해학이 있는 공간, 생태적 고리가 이어지는 유기적 공간조성을 목표로 ‘현실 속 낙원’을 구축코자 하였다. 첫째, 토지이용은 한국의 농촌경관에 부합되는 앞마당, 뒤뜰, 텃밭, 그리고 연못과 정자, 장독대, 돌탑, 담장 등의 시설요소를 도입했다. 좌청룡 공간은 대나무를 식재하여 부지를 위요하였고, 우백호 공간은 대나무와 돌담, 목책으로 비보개념을 대입하였다. 둘째, 마당 및 초당(草堂)은 풍수적 명당(明堂)의 형국을 고려하였으며, 뒤뜰의 신선한 공기가 따뜻하고 건조한 앞마당 쪽으로 순환하는 통기의 구조를 취하도록 하였다. 가족의 안위와 행복을 염원하는 한국적 당산목과 상징동물, 그리고 어머니의 공간을 대입하였는데, 정화수(井華水)를 떠놓고 자녀들의 안녕을 기원하며 먹거리를 위하여 장독을 채우고 관리하며, 가족들의 식사를 마련하는 개념을 반영했다. 화계와 굴뚝으로 이루어진 뒤뜰과 초당은 한국의 전통 가옥방식을 채택하여 방문자들의 쉼터 구실을 겸하도록 하였으며, 대청마루, 툇마루, 방문의 4쪽 들문, 후면벽면 토담처리, 뒤뜰과 앞마당으로 이어지는 통풍구조, 굴뚝에서 나는 연기, 뒷마당의 닭장, 모이를 줍는 닭, 장독대, 대나무 숲 등 한국적 조경요소들을 도입하였다. 셋째, 아버지의 뜰은 식구들의 식량을 위해 일하고, 땅을 경작하며 미래의 안녕을 기원하는 공간개념을 연계시켜 구성했는데, 자연을 사랑하며 자연의 일부분임을 반영한다. 생태마당은 아버지의 일터이자 마음이 서린 공간으로 실용적 가치를 고려하였는데, 생물과 먹거리, 인간이 공존하는 비오톱 뜰을 조성하는 것을 목표로 삼았다. 후원권역은 주동선 체계에서 생태연못과 계류를 조성하고 초정과 폭포수, 섶다리 등을 도입하여 한국성을 반영하였으며 풍수적 가치가 담긴 대숲 뒷동산이 채택되었다. 한편, 담과 나무울타리, 목재담장, 돌탑, 목탑 등의 조경요소를 소생물권 요소기능과 연계하였다. 돌담 상부는 보행통로로 구축하여 전망 데크 역할을 겸하도록 하였고, 목재담장 및 목탑 등은 시간이 흐르면서 자원의 순환 내지 재생산의 기지가 되도록 하였으며, 돌탑과 목탑 등은 관람자들을 위한 참여 공간으로 소원을 비는 상징 시설물이 되도록 구성했다. The title of this work 'A Garden for Revival' means the creation of an ecological garden for natural regeneration and humanity restoration. The theme covers human humility for nature, simple structures, eco-friendly landscape elements, and relaxed spaces with humor. We tried to build a 'paradise in a space' with the aim of creating an organic space in which ecological rings are well connected. First, For the land use plan for the ecological garden, we introduced a space including a front yard, a back yard, a kitchen garden, a pond, a pavilion, Buddhist monasteries, and a stone tower; which are harmonized with the rural landscape of Korea. On the north of site, a mounding is constructed with the height of 1.5m at the ridge-line of left and right side, being named as Left Blue Dragon & Right White Tiger. Bamboo is planted in the Left Blue Dragon district and it makes surrounding the site. In the Right White Tiger district, bamboo is partly planted and an area of the rest is constructed a stone wall & a log wall to supplement a Genius Loci. Second, A Cottage & Madang locate in the Genius Loci. A moist-cold air of backyard circulates to dry-warm front yard through the opened cottage doors. It makes desirable ventilation. A space of traditional Korean mother is composed of caring for her family’s safety and happiness. Mother prays for her family in front of the water bowl called Junghansu(井華水) in early morning. She fills and manages crocks with Korean fermented food, and also prepares every meal for her family. A backyard with Flower Steps & Smokestack and the cottage are suitable for visitor’s shelter. Korean traditional landscape elements are introduced such as main floor, Toenmaru, pull-up opened 4doors, back earthen wall, ventilation system backyard to front yard, smoke from smokestack, chicken coop in backyard, the chicken pecking in the yard, planter crocks, bamboo grove, and so on. Third, Farther works everyday for his family`s food. He cultivates a land and prays well-being of future. He loves the nature, and knows himself that he is a part of the nature. Eco-yard is father`s workspace and his mind is filled. The goal is that all Eco-yard makes a biotope and creates a yard with coexistence of human beings and biology. Landscape elements such as Stone wall, branches fence, log wall, stone pagoda, log pagoda, etc are a function of biotope living-based of an organism. A top of stone wall is path and plays role as an observatory deck. As time passes, a log wall and a log pagoda will decay, and then they will be food of larva and fertilizer of plants. They will be the base of resource circulation or reproduction. A stone pagoda and a log pagoda play role as the space of visitor`s participation.

      • 전라도 지역 문화재 미등록 민가정원 가치발굴

        본 연구는 전라도 지역 문화재 미등록 민가정원을 대상으로 예비 잠재자원을 추출하고 각 정원에 대한 현황을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전라도 지역 민가정원의 역사성은 조선 중기에서부터 근대에 이르기까지 다양한 분포를 보이고 있으며, 일부 정원들은 대종가의 형태가 현재까지 이어지면서 등록문화재를 넘어 국가지정문화재에 버금가는 역사성을 지니고 있었다. 현존 민가정원들은 대부분 조영자의 후손들이 거주하고 있으며, 일상관리를 통해 전반적인 주거형태 변화가 나타나지 않아 과거의 모습을 유추할 수 있었다. 둘째, 정원의 입지는 대부분 배산임수 지형을 바탕으로 동족촌 인근 또는 농지로 사용되는 넓은 평야에 위치하고 있었다. 또한 집성촌이나 전통마을, 주요 역사문화자원들과 인접하여 상대적으로 전통공간에 대한 통합적 보호 속에서 현재까지 그 모습이 이어져 올 수 있었다. 셋째, 조사대상 가옥의 배치는 二자형, ㅁ자형, ㄱ자형, 축선형, 병렬형 등이 확인된다. 각 공간들은 비교적 평탄한 지형에 건조물을 기준으로 공간의 위계를 설정하였으며, 가옥의 배치와 조합을 통해 정원 공간의 성격을 부여하였다. 특히 축선형 가옥은 가옥 내부에서 정원 조망에 용이하도록 지형을 활용하거나 건조물 일부를 덧달아 조성한 사례가 확인된다. 넷째, 전라도 민가 정원 대부분 노거수가 현재까지 생육하고 있어 가옥의 오랜 역사를 짐작케 한다. 또한 향토 수종을 중심으로 전통재식 방법에 따라 수목들이 식재 되었고 각 공간의 특성에 따라 개화 특성 및 수목이 지닌 상징성, 계절감을 고려한 수종의 선정 및 식재가 이루어졌다. 다섯째, 전라도 지역 문화재 미등록 민가정원의 분석 결과 각 민가정원 모두 조영자의 후손들이 실제 거주함으로써 역사성과 주거 형태가 유지되고 있었으며, 집성촌 기반 정원의 입지선정 및 정원의 배치, 향토수종 중심 소규모 정원의 조성, 대형 연못 조성, 외부 수림과의 유기적 연결 등이 특징으로 나타났다. 그러나 소유주의 노령화, 현대적 생활공간으로 개조, 부지 또는 건조물의 매매에 따른 변형, 소유주나 관리인력이 상주하지 않는 정원의 변형 등의 위협요인에 대해 시급한 정비가 요구된다. 또한 지속적 보존관리를 위해서는 초기 조성형태로의 시기적 분류, 민가정원으로서의 가치 강화 등의 중장기적 방안이 검토되어야 할 것이다. This study extracted preliminary potential resources from unregistered private gardens of cultural heritage in Jeolla-do and analyzed the current status of each garden, resulting in the following conclusions. First, the historical characteristics of the local private households in Jeolla Province vary from the mid-Joseon period to the modern era, and some gardens had historical characteristics comparable to those of national cultural heritage as the house of the head family continued to the present. Most of the existing private households are inhabited by descendants of the creator, and the overall change in residential type was not seen through daily management, allowing us to infer the past. Second, most of the gardens were located near a clan village or on a large plain used as farmland, based on the feng shui thought, with back to the mountain and facing the water. In addition, it has been able to continue to the present day in the integrated protection of traditional spaces, adjacent to clan villages, traditional villages, and major historical and cultural resources. Third, the subject houses to investigation are arranged in 二-shaped, ㅁ-shaped, ㄱ-shaped, axis-type, and parallel-type. Each space was constructed based on a relatively flat terrain and the hierarchy of the space was established based on the structure, and the characteristics of the garden space were given through the arrangement and combination of houses. In particular, the axis-type houses have been constructed by utilizing terrain or adding some of the buildings so that they can easily view the garden from inside the house. Fourth, most of the private house gardens in Jeolla-do have grown old trees so far, which gives us an idea of the long history of the house. In addition, trees were planted in accordance with traditional farming methods, focusing on local species, and depending on the characteristics of each space, trees were selected and planted considering the symbolism and seasonality of the trees. Fifth, as a result of the analysis of unregistered garden of cultural heritage in Jeolla-do, the descendants of the creators of each private home are actually living, so historicality and residential type are maintained. In addition, it was characterized by the location selection and the placement of gardens based on clan villages, the creation of small gardens centered on native species, the formation of large ponds, and the organic connection with external forests. However, urgent maintenance is required for threats such as aging owners, remodeling modern living spaces, changing sites or buildings according to sales, and transforming gardens without owners or management personnel. In addition, mid- to long-term measures such as time-based classification into the initial form of creation and strengthening the value as a private garden should be considered for continuous preservation management.

        Effects of Glycerol Concentration on Viability of Frozen-thawed Canine Spermatozoa

        Glycerol is the cryoprotectant most frequently used to freeze semen in several of species. The objective of the present study was to compare the effect of three different glycerol concentrations (4, 6 or 8%, v/v) on frozen-thawed dog sperm survival rate. Ejaculates from 9 dogs collected by digital manipulation were pooled and assessed by macroscopic and microscopic criteria. Semen was divided into 3 aliquots, which were centrifuged and the sperm pellets rediluted with first Tris-glucose-citric acid extender. After 1 h cooling at , second extender containing 4, 6 or 8% glycerol was added, respectively. The semen was loaded into 0.25 ml straws and frozen and stored in liquid nitrogen and thawed. Sperm vigor, live:dead spermatozoa ratio using HOS test, and sperm morphology using stain were evaluated. After thawing, there were no significant differences among groups in vigor, viability and morphology. In conclusion, the three glycerol concentrations (4, 6 or 8%) can be used successfully in cryopreservation of canine semen. Therefore the use of 4% glycerol in the extender has less toxic effect and reduces of freezing injuries.

        Enhanced Efficacy of Human Brain-Derived Neural Stem Cells by Transplantation of Cell Aggregates in a Rat Model of Parkinson's Disease

        Objective : Neural tissue transplantation has been a promising strategy for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD). However, transplantation has the disadvantages of low-cell survival and/or development of dyskinesia. Transplantation of cell aggregates has the potential to overcome these problems, because the cells can extend their axons into the host brain and establish synaptic connections with host neurons. In this present study, aggregates of human brain-derived neural stem cells (HB-NSC) were transplanted into a PD animal model and compared to previous report on transplantation of single-cell suspensions. Methods : Rats received an injection of 6-OHDA into the right medial forebrain bundle to generate the PD model and followed by injections of PBS only, or HB-NSC aggregates in PBS into the ipsilateral striatum. Behavioral tests, multitracer (2-deoxy-2-[$^{18}F$]-fluoro-D-glucose ([$^{18}F$]-FDG) and [$^{18}F$]-N-(3-fluoropropyl)-2-carbomethoxy-3-(4-iodophenyl)nortropane ([$^{18}F$]-FP-CIT) microPET scans, as well as immunohistochemical (IHC) and immunofluorescent (IF) staining were conducted to evaluate the results. Results : The stepping test showed significant improvement of contralateral forelimb control in the HB-NSC group from 6-10 weeks compared to the control group (p<0.05). [$^{18}F$]-FP-CIT microPET at 10 weeks posttransplantation demonstrated a significant increase in uptake in the HB-NSC group compared to pretransplantation (p<0.05). In IHC and IF staining, tyrosine hydroxylase and human ${\beta}2$ microglobulin (a human cell marker) positive cells were visualized at the transplant site. Conclusion : These results suggest that the HB-NSC aggregates can survive in the striatum and exert therapeutic effects in a PD model by secreting dopamine.

        요골동맥을 통한 경피적 관상동맥 중재술 환자의 손마사지 효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of hand massage in patients who underwent transradial percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group and non-synchronized design. The study included 30 patients in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. Hand massage was performed 2 times for 5 minutes each in the experimental group and the control group only received usual nursing interventions. Pain, level of discomfort, and vital signs were defined as key outcome measures, and the data were analyzed using the chi-square test, an independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, repeated-measures analysis of variance, and Friedman test. Results: Significant differences were observed between the 2 groups in the pain score (F=7.91, p=.003), discomfort score (F=18.15, p<.001), pulse (F=12.92, p<.001), and respiration rate (χ²=19.35, p<.001). Conclusion: Hand massage can be a helpful nursing intervention for transradial percutaneous coronary intervention by reducing pain and discomfort to a considerable degree.
