        4계절형 복합리조트 조성에 관한 연구 : 축령산리조트를 중심으로 Mt. CHUKRYUNG Resort

        By the 21'st century Kyunggi-Do long-term plan, in April of 1998, the Kyunggi-Do Government decided to open the competition for the design proposal of the Mt. CHUKRYUNG Resort in Gapyung-Gun, Kyunggi-Do.(Area: about 5,376,100㎡) The government sought design proposals in the summer of 1998. This proposal collaborated on a design for the in the competition and awarded first place out of entries. The main ideas of the proposal are to create tourist demand by introducing the specialized multi-function, to serve a important role as "Growth-Pole" of a regional economy, and to acheive the harmony of development and environment preservation. Under these propositions, the proposal selected by city committee members will offer new vision for the Mt. Chukryung Resort.

      • 완전 방실차단을 동반한 급성 심근염

        급성 심근염환자에서 발행한 완전 방실차단을 영구 심장박동 조율기로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Myocarditis, an inflammatory process involving the myocardal wall, may be caused by most infectious agents. Irrespective of its etiology, it presents commonly with evidence of heart failure, hypotension, and various electrocardiographic abnormalities. Patient with myocarditis may be asymptomatic or may have a rapidly progressive fatal disease. Medical management of patients with myocarditis includes specific therapy for underlying infection and control of the complication of myocarditis such as congestive heart failure and arrhythmia. Recently we had experienced myocarditis with complete atrioventricular block in 37-year-old man. Although he had shown complete recovery of heart failure, he had shown complete atrioventricular block, so we inserted permanent pacemaker. We report it with review of the literature.

        원예치료를 통한 여성재소자들의 사회성 및 대인관계 변화 연구

        The purpose of this study was identify change for socialite and interpersonal relationship of female prisoner through horticultural therapy on 14 prisoners in ○○female prison located in Chung-Book. Measurement methods were used Scale of sociality, Scale of change for interpersonal relationship, Form for evaluation of horticultural therapy. The results were as follows; 1.After HTP, Sociality was increased on female prisoners. and there was statistically significant difference(p〈0.01). 2.According to low-ranking field of I-R, communication, sensitivity, openness were increased, satisfaction, confidence, a feeling of intimacy were decreased, understanding was the same after HTP. But the average was increased, and there was statistically significant difference(p〈0.01). 3.Form for evaluation of horticultural therapy showed a increase of participation, interest and assistance, verbal communication, interpersonal relationship. Through above result, horticultural therapy has positive effect far socialite and I-R on female prisoners.

      • CaSO_4 :Mn 열발광선량계의 물리적 특성

        열발광형광체는 방사선계측 및 선량측정에 널리 사용되고 있다. CaSO_4에 Mn을 활성화하여 CaSO_4 : Mn TL 시료를 직접제작하여 이의 열발광특성을 조사하였다. 측정된 CaSO_4 : Mn의 glow-curve 5℃/sec의 가온율에서 peak온도가 126℃였으며, Halperin과 Braner 및 Chen의 이론에 의하여 열발광과정의 차수와 활성화에너지를 결정하였다. 제작된 CaSO_4 : Mn의 TL 강도는 10^-2 ∼ 10^4 Rad의 ^60Co γ선에 대해 선형적인 선량의존성을 보였으며, 100시간에 50% 정도의 fading을 나타내었다. The thermoluminescent phosphors have been widely used in radiation detection and dosimetry. By adding Mn activator to CaSO_4, the CaSO_4 : Mn thermoluminescent phosphor was prepared and its characteristics was investigated. The measured glow-curve of CaSO_4 : Mn phosphor consisted of a single peak around 126℃ at the heating rate of 5℃/sec. The kinetics order of thermoluminescence process and the activation energy of electron trap was determined by analyzing the glow-curves based upon Halperin and Braner, and Chen's theories. The prepared CaSO_4 : Mn phosphor showed the linear dose response within the range of 10^-2 to 10^4 rad of gamma-ray and fading of 50% in 100 hours after irradiation at room temperature.

      • Captopril과 Nifedipine 병합요법의 강압효과에 관한 임상적 연구

        Background: The hypotensive effect of captopril(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor) and nifedipine(calcium channel blocker) was studied. Method: Captopril(75mg) and nifedipine(30mg) were administered in 30 hypertensive adults during twelve weeks after a week observation for washout with stepwise increments of the dose according to the patient's blood pressure in every two weeks. Result: The supine blood pressure were decreased from 169.5±22.3/104.0±20.3 mmHg to 130.4±21.3/82.4±19.5mmHg at the end of twelve weeks during therapy.(p<0.05) The standing blood pressure were also decreased conferrably and to the some lower level. Hematologic examination and blood chemistry revealed no discernible abnormal findings before and after the treatment. During the period of the study a few probably drug-related symptom such as cough and headache, gastrointestinal disturbance developed but not troublesome enough to administering. Conclusion: Captopril and nifedipine regimen is well tolerated and effective in the treatment of hypertensive patients.

        Power Amplifiers and Transmitters for Next Generation Mobile Handsets

        As a wireless handset deals with multiple application standards concurrently, RF transmitters and power amplifiers are required to be more power efficient and reconfigurable. In this paper, we review the recent advances in the design of the power amplifiers and transmitters. Then, the systematic design approaches to improve the performance with the digital baseband signal processing are introduced for the next generation mobile handset.

        Efficient hysteresis-less bilayer type CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3</sub> perovskite hybrid solar cells

        <P>Bilayer type CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>PbI<SUB>3</SUB> (MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>) perovskite hybrid solar cells were fabricated via a one-step spin-coating process by using solubility controlled MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB> solutions of MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) and MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–DMF (N, N-dimethylformamide)–HI. The best DMSO-bilayer device showed 1.07?±?0.02 V <I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB> (open-circuit voltage), 20.2?±?0.1 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> <I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB> (short-circuit current density), 68?±?2% FF (fill factor), and 15.2?±?0.3% <I>η</I> (overall power conversion efficiency) under the forward scan direction and 1.07?±?0.02 V <I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB>, 20.4?±?0.1 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> <I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB>, 70?±?3% FF, and 15.9?±?0.4% <I>η</I> under the reverse scan direction. The best HI-bilayer device had 1.08?±?0.02 V <I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB>, 20.6?±?0.1 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> <I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB>, 75?±?1% FF, and 17.2?±?0.2% <I>η</I> under the forward scan direction and 1.08?±?0.02 V <I>V</I> <SUB>oc</SUB>, 20.6?±?0.1 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> <I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB>, 76?±?2% FF, and 17.4?±?0.3% <I>η</I> under the reverse scan direction. The deviation of average device efficiency (<img ALIGN='MIDDLE' ALT='${\eta }_{{\rm{avg}}})$' SRC='http://ej.iop.org/images/0957-4484/27/2/024004/nanoaa0741ieqn1.gif'/> of 20 DMSO samples and 20 HI samples was 14.2?±?0.95% and 16.2?±?0.85%, respectively. Therefore, the HI-bilayer devices exhibited better device efficiency and smaller <I>J</I>–<I>V</I> (current density–voltage) hysteresis with respect to the scan direction than the DMSO-bilayer devices due to the reduced recombination and traps by the formation of a purer and larger MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB> perovskite crystalline film.</P>

        Diazonaphthoquinone을 적용한 감광성 폴리이미드의 특성에 관한 연구

        유기용매에 용해성이 우수한 폴리이미드 수지를 합성하여 photoactive compound(PAC)와 혼합하여 감광성 폴리이미드 조성물을 제조하였다. 그리고 폴리이미드와 PAC의 구조가 여러 물성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 카르복실산과 불소를 함유하는 diamine을 기반으로 다양한 모노머를 사용하여 폴리이미드 수지를 합성하였다. 먼저 감광성재료로써 기본적으로 가져야할 특성을 가지기 위하여, 카르복실 기의 함량에 따른 i-line 파장의 흡광도, 현상액에 대한 용해도 차이, 유기용매에 대한 용해도를 확인하였다. 상기 3 가지의 물성을 확인하여 감광재료로 사용하기 위한 기본적인 카르복실 기의 함량을 결정하였다. 이후에 PAC과 혼합하여 7 ㎛ 이상의 막 두께에서 미세 패턴 구현이 가능한 최적의 폴리이미드 조성비를 확정하였다. 그리고 1,200 msec 이하의 감도로 미세패턴을 형성하기 위하여 다양한 PAC을 첨가하여 그 영향을 조사하였다. 최적의 시료에 대한 필름의 수축율 및 열팽창 계수를 측정한 결과 각각 18 %와 69.32 ppm/℃의 우수한 감광성 폴리이미드 조성물을 제조할 수 있음을 확인하였다. We synthesized a new polyimide having good solubility in organic solvent, and mixed it with photoactive compounds (PAC) to propare a photosensitive polyimide composition in organic solvent. The influence of polyimide structure and PAC on the various physical properties was investigated. Firstly, we synthesized a new polyimide using various monomers such as diamines containing carboxylic acid and fluorine. We measured a transmittance at i-line wavelength, dissolution rate in the developer (2.38% TMAH) and solubility in organic solvents with respect to the carboxylic acid content of the resulting polyimides to obtain an optimum carboxylic acid content when a film of 7 ㎛ thickness was prepared from a mixed solution of the polyimide base resin and PAC. We also investigated the effect of PAC compositions on the micro pattern formation at the sensitivity below 1,200 msec. The rate of shrinkage of a film and heat expansion coefficient were also measured for the optimum formulation, and the results were 18 % and 69.32 ppm/℃, respectively, from which it was confirmed that the resulting photosensitive polyimide compositions have excellent properties.
