태안해안국립공원 지역특화자원을 활용한 탐방프로그램 개발 연구

본 연구를 위해 먼저 국내·외 해상·해안국립공원의 운영프로그램 현황에 대한 조사를 시행하였으며, 조사된 일부 사례의 경우 기후 및 지형적 요인, 그에 따른 생태환경의 차이, 그리고 관련 법령 차이 등의 이유로 즉시 국립공원에 도입하기 보다는 중·장기적 운영계획과 인프라의 확충, 전문성 확보 등 체계적인 준비가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 보다 적합한 탐방프로그램의 개발을 위해 사업대상지 현장방문을 실시하였으며, 기존 운영프로그램 현황, 각종 시설, 인력현황 파악, 주변 환경 분석, 담당자 인터뷰 등을 통해 맞춤형 탐방프로그램을 구성하였다. 태안해안국립공원의 경우, 연구원 협업 철새 가락지 부착체험, 태안 해변길 - 솔모랫길 탐방, 태안해변 드론 탐방, 마음의 의자, 연날리기, 새와 예술 그리고 … 등의 체험형 프로그램과 한서대학교와 함께하는 해양 안전 교육 프로그램, 유류 오염 교육 프로그램 등의 교육형 프로그램 등 모두 8가지 해양국립공원 운영프로그램이 도출되었다. 제안된 탐방프로그램을 운영하기 위해서는 별도의 장소 및 운영시설의 확충, 예산편성, 운영을 위한 타당성 검토 등이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 특히 탐방프로그램을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 프로그램 지도자의 역량개발이 필요하며, 현재 운영되고 있는 프로그램을 보완하고 새로운 프로그램을 시행하기 위한 추가적 논의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. For this study, we first examined the currently operating programs of domestic and overseas maritime and costal national parks. It was found that some of the programs require systematic preparations such as mid- and long-term operation plans, infrastructure expansion, and maintenance of professionalism rather than immediately introducing them into national parks due to the differences in climatic and geographic factors, ecological environment, and relevant regulations. To develop more suitable programs, on-site visits were made and the customized programs were suggested by closely examining the status quo and interviewing people in charge of running the currently offered programs. For Taean Coastal National Park, eight programs were recommended as feasible ones, including the experiential programs such as Bird Ringing, Taean Beach Trail - Sol Sand Trail Walking, Travel Taean Beach with Drone, Thinking Chair, Kite Flying, and Culture & Arts Program (Birds, Arts, and …), and the educational programs such as Marine Safety Training and Oil Pollution Awareness Program. For the suggested programs to be realized, the expansion of separate places and operating facilities for each program, budgeting, and feasibility study should be preceded. To operate the programs effectively and efficiently, in particular, it is necessary to develop the competency of program leaders, and additional discussion for supplement the currently operated programs and implement new programs.

Abstract - In this thesis, we propose a QoS supporting method on wireless ad hoc-based active network for improving reliability. On the loss of route path, the existing DSR routing protocol has several problems with wireless network communication because of decease of data reception rate and increase of network load. The proposed method improves reliability of data transfer by using functions of active network. That is, by using functions of active nodes and active packets, the proposed method supports QoS with reservation transfer method that saves data packets on transfer at intermediate nodes with lost path and then re-transmit the packets after route reconfiguration.
토끼에서 근육주사시 입자 크기에 따른 amoxicillin의 비교 약물동태학

To investigate the pharmacokinetic difference between the two amoxicillin (AMX) particles in rabbits after intramuscular injection (i.m.), both of AMX-S (particle size: 10 ㎍) and AMX-L (particle size: 100 ㎍) were injected into New Zealand White rabbits (1.2±0.3 ㎏) at a dose rate of 10 ㎎/㎏ of body weight. In this study, serum AMX concentrations were detected by microbiological assay with E. coli BE 1186 which shows high antibiotic sensitivity. After i.m. administration, AMX-S and AMX-L were best fitted as 1-compartment model with the absorption and elimination phase. The biological half-life (T_1/2, _k10) of AMX-S is 4.06±1.09 h and that of AMX-L 4.76±0.69 h. The serum maximal concentration time (T_max) of AMX-S and AMX-L were 0.88±0.17 h and 0.77±0.11 h, respectively. Maximal AMX concentration (C_max) (AMX-S: 5.71±0.62 ㎍/㎖, AMX-L: 5.04±0.25 ㎍/㎖) in serum showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of bioequivalance, however, there was no difference between the two AMX's after i.m. injection in the basis of C_max and AUC.

Supercritical fluid extraction can generally be accomplished at conditions near the critical point of fluid. Most phase equilibrium studies related to supercritical fluid extraction have been restricted to single-solvent system. However, under certain conditionsm, it may be advantageous to use a mixed fluid. Therefore, this work is to offer the necessary basic data, ie., the method to calculate the critical properties of mixtures. For the prediction, it is necessary to use the equation of state which can represent the state of substance at high pressure. In present work, it uses the equation proposed by Peng-Robinson to calculate the critical properties of mixtures. It is shown that the experimental values to be available in literature may be well corresponded to the calculated values by thermodynamic relationships and the equation of state mentioned above. Then, we obtained also the optimum value of interaction parameter included in the equation for a mixed fluid system.
마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 맨-머시인 시스템에 의한 최적제어 문제의 해법

This paper discribes the man machine system based on micro-computer for solving optimal control problems which are basically different in many point from the ordinary solving methods by use of big computer. The proposed man machine system is consist of a simulator related to a given differential equation system. CRT display unit showing instantaneous states of the simulator, micro-computer system for calculating the performance index value function, and a man who plays a role as a part of the overall system. In this man machine system, there are two feedback loops which are the conditional reflection loop and the intelligent feedback loop. By using this man machine system, some experiments were tested to solve optimal control problem of one dimensional heat conduction process. As a result, it was showed that the solutions by man machine system are reasonable ones when that are compared with the solutions by numerical calculation.
殺蟲性 O,O-Diethylphenylphosphate 誘導體의 形態와 反應性에 關한 分子軌道論的 硏究

Molecular orbital theoretical study on the stability of conformations and chemical reactivity of 0,0-diethyphenylphosphate derivatives were carried out by EHT and CNDO/2 molecular orbital calculation method. The results shown that the dipole moment(μ) and total energies of the θ=90° conformer were μ=3.185D & E_t=-162.6479(au) and also that of the θ=0° conformer were μ=5.596D & E_t=-162.4013(au), respectively. Therefore, the values of μ & E_t of the θ=90° conformer were much smaller than that of the θ=0° conformer. The form with angle of rotation θ=90° of phenyl ring was shown to be most stable and this was interpreted in terms of electrostatic and steric effect. O,O-diethylphenylphosphate derivatives are predicted to increase both charge and orbital controlled SN_2 reactivity of the electron withdrawing substituent reduces the HOMO & LUMO energy, while the electron withdrawing substituent due to increase in positive charge of phosphorus atom of phosphate molecule.

The object of this paper is to evaluate the chip breakability using the experimental equation of surface roughness, which is developed in turning by an orthogonal array method. L_(9)(3⁴) orthogonal array method, one of fractional factorial design has been used to study effects of main cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut, on the surface roughness. The evaluation of chip breakability is used the chip breaking index(C_(B)), non-dimensional parameter. And the analysis of variance (ANOVA)-test has been used to check the significance of cutting parameters. Using the result of ANOVA-test, the experimental equation of chip breakability, which consists of significant cutting parameters, has been developed. The coefficient of determination of this equation is 0.866.
