      • 共産主義體制의 內在的 危機要因에 關한 硏究 : 蘇聯 및 東歐를 中心으로

        高性俊,韓昌榮,金恒元 제주대학교 1983 논문집 Vol.16 No.2

This year is 100th since Marx died. There have been so many reports that the 100th anniversary of Marx's death was being marked in unforgettable ways. If Marx were to come back, what does he discover? Maybe he discovers that things aren't what he has expected. What is the significance of polish crisis in early 1980s? It has taught the world a lesson that is both stark and undeniable: as a means of organizing an economy and providing for the well-being of a citizenry, Communism is a failure. It is related to the dark future of communism. The causes of polish crisis are two: one is the fall of social status and the consciousness of frustration. The other is the continuous failure of Economic policy and the bankrupty of national Economic life. If we interpretate the two causes on the thread of connection in communist system, the former implies the "equality" idea of communism is falseconsciousness. The latter means the practical limit of communist economic system. Nowaday in Communist Societies, the dream of classless society is not practical. Rather as Millovan Djilas said, new class came in view. He sees the party as the incumbent institution of class rule: The new ownership is not the same as the political government, but is created and aided by that government. The use, enjoyment, and distribution of property is the privilege of the party and the party's top men. We call them Nomenklatura. The alienation of the worker from his work is at least as great today at the plants in communist countries as it was in the Manchester textile mills that Engels studied in the mid-l9th century. The command economy, too is slowing down if not breaking down. No communist country has met the proclaimed goals of its Five-Year plan: The desired results that the economies were organized to achieve have simply failed to materialize. And the projections for the next ten years are even gloomier. So U.S.S.R and Eastern Europe try to reform the economic policy, But those reforms challenge the very essence of the system, which is totalitarianism. It is the dilemma of the communist countries hold. What is the result of Soviet Communist System? The result is a tension and a paradox. On the one hand, inefficiency, stagnation and alienation are theinevitable accompaniments of the centralization, elitism and repression that are necessary to carry out the first order of businss: the preservation of power. On the other hand, the political system is well designed to be impervious to the consequences of the economic failure and social demoralization that are built into it.

        高忠錫,韓昌榮,高性俊 제주대학교 1983 논문집 Vol.15 No.2

When we approach national unification, we have to start discussing on the Communist Ideology of the North Korea. In a totalitarian society like north Korea, political ideology has become the backbone of the entire social system. It determines the direction of political development, the uniform rule that regulates the whole political activities, the pace setter that covers all aspects of social life of the entire people, and the solemn religion that provides with moral criteria of evaluating everyone's mental activities. Political ideology is a historical product. It reflects prevailing ideals of the people living in an era, If a group of people share common frustration in a particular social system, they begin to envisage a dream of an ideal society where such frustration is presumed not to exist. In such circumstances, when someone provides logical nexus linking the current unsatisfactory state and the desirable logical nexus linking the current unsatisfactory state and the desirable future utopia, and suggest also an action program for the social changes necessary to get to the ideal state, we call it a birth of an ideology, we can say then that a political ideology is the will of the people to resist against the contemporary political or social system. There fore it is inevitable that a political ideology directly reflects both the static and dynamic system-state of a society in a particular era. How we prescribe the characteristics of Modern Marxian Revolutionary Ideologies? They are transformed based on the traditional Marxism Leninism according to specific circumstances. For example, Euro-communism, the thought of Kim Il-song, Marxist dependence theory are what we call Modern Marxian Revolutionary Ideologies. Nowaday in Communist Societies, the dream of classless society is not pratical. Rather, as Milovan Djilas said, new class came in view. Poland in the past two year and a half has taught the world a lesson that is both stark and undeniable: as a means of organizing an economy and providing for the well-being of a citizenry, Comnlunism is a failure. These mean that Marx's theory, in soviet practice, is collapsed. Euro-communism is drifted about recently. Marxist dependence theory has lost support because of radical and unrealistic points. The Thought of Kim Il-Song is no other than a tool for indoctrination of the people to accept Kim's one-man dictatorship. What we learn above is that modern Marxian revolutionary ideologies are only false-consciousness.

A-431 세포주의 방사선 및 항암제의 감수성에 관한 실험적 연구

고광준,최은숙,홍성우 大韓口腔顎顔面 放射線學會 1999 Imaging Science in Dentistry Vol.29 No.1

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to aid in the prediction of tumor cell tolerance to radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. Material and Methods: Human epidermoid carcinoma A-431 cell lines were irradiated by 2, 4, 6, 8, 10Gy at a dose rate of 210cGy/min using Co Irradiator ALDORADO 8 and then were exposed to bleomycin or cisplatin at concentration of 2㎍/ml for 1 hour. The viable cells were determined for each radiation dose and/or each drug at the 4th day and cell surviving curves were obtained using semiautomated MTT assay. Results: The surviving fraction after irradiation of 2Gy was 0.99, and there was not significant difference of surviving fraction in comparison with the control group on A-431 cell line(P>0.05). But there were significant differences of surviving fractions at doses of 4, 6, 8, 10Gy in comparison with the control group(P<0.05). The cytotoxicity of bleomycin or cisplatin was significantly different in comparison with the control group on A-431 cell line (P<0.05). And the cytotoxicity of cisplatin was greater than that of bleomycin on A 431 cell line (P<0.05). There were significant differences of surviving fractions after irradiation of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10Gy with bleomycin or cisplatin in comparison with each group of irradiation only on A-431 cell line(P0.05). There were significant differences of surviving fractions between the groups of irradiation with bleomycin and cisplatin at doses of 2, 4Gy(P<0.05), but there were not significant differences of surviving fractions at doses of 6, 8, 10Gy on A-431 cell line(P>0.05).(J Korean Oral Maxillofac Radiol 1999:29:325-337)

        高性俊 건국대학교 1988 論文集 Vol.26 No.1

This paper briefly surveys the background and development of socialism in Latin America, and argues the future of socialism in Latin America. Eyen though most countries in Latin America were liberated from Spanish and Portuguese colonial government in the 1820's, the absolute culture and socio-economic institution of their colonial systems have been preserved. The characteristics of the socio-economic structure of Latin America formed liked this are hacienda, mono-culture economy, imbalance in income distribution, Catholic culture and bipolar social class, and all of them become the background of socialist movement which have been developed since the mid 19th century, with the problem of inequality doe to the processes of industrialization being posed. Socialist political movements emerged in Latin America in the mid-nineteenth century, primarily in southern South America where European immigration was high. These groups usually were composed of middle class intellectuals, had little success in winning the broad working class support and were divided into Marxist, anarchist, syndicalist and democratic approaches to socialism. In the 20th century, socialist parties were firmly established in some countries like Argentina and Chile, but in many instances they were firmly established in some countries like Argentina and Chile, but in many instances they were supressed by dictatorial governments. Democratic socialist parties lost support to other leftist reform that adopted in part the socialist program, including land reform, nationalization of foreign-owned enterprise and social welfarism. The establishments of Communist parties after World War I and radical "popular socialist" after World War II divided the socialist movement. A few communist parties of Latin America predated the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 in Russia, but most of them were created in the 1920's. Orthodox Latin communist parties joined the Communist International and were much Influenced by the doctrines and policies laid down by the Soviet Union, but communists tried to command power within the system by anticommunist policies of powerful rightist military influence and U.S. A. It was in 1959 when socialist revolution was succeeded by Fidel Castro in Cuba. Cuban revolution became the model of communist revolution in this area and encouraged communist movements. But it also brought about the division of communist movement by adding Cuban-type to the orthodox communist movement. In the 1970's, a wave of neomilitarism in Latin America drove most of communist parties Into the underground and they had little popular support in other nations. Only the Sandinista Revolution succeeded through guerrilla war in Nicaragua in 1979. Will the socialist revolution like those of Cuba and Nicaragua spread in Latin America ? It is doubtful that such revolution will happen in other nations because of the military influence and U.S. A. The march of democratization in Latin America will dissolve political, economic and social causes to promote communist penetration too. But when democratization may not progress successfully, radical socialist movement will raise its head strongly again.

The purpose of this study is to suggest basic data to make out the program about the health and promotion of physical fitness. So, we measured the status of the present police officers physical fitness through measuring their height, weight, %body fat, and healthy physical fitness and through comparing it with popular physical fitness survey data in an age. The conclusion that compared and analyzed the measuring result of the height, weight, and the element of healthy physical fitness of 143 police officers in G province is following First, Their height, weight, board jumping and VO2max is seemed to be high as compared with the standard. Second, %Body fat is closely similar with the standard. Third, The flexibility and sit-up is seemed to standard below By this time, it is true that the study of the superiority players evaluation of physical fitness is developing in our country. But, the study of the physical fitness evaluation about non-player, that is general person has been neglected in korea. So, it is not very enough the study and developing program for the improving the general person's physical fitness. Therefore, It should make the spacial study of the various physical fitness of korean in an occupation, a sex and age. And then, the special exercise program that can satisfy the various needs of today 'men is needed. Also, it should make the vertical study for the improvement of physical strength in vocational classification. Also, the government and office should invest institutional effort to help the police officer' health and welfare. Police officers also have to learn themselves the efficient and continuous exercise habit to be happy with health in considering their own physical condition. And then, the prescription of the exercise program about the result must come with.

      • LT, Other : O-064 ; High prevalence of steatosis among liver donors who had no evidence of fatty liver on ultrasonography justifies pre-operative liver biopsy

( Joon Seong Ahn ),( Dong Hyun Sinn ),( Geum Youn Gwak ),( Jong Man Kim ),( Choon Hyuck Kwon ),( Jae Won Joh ),( Yong Han Paik ),( Moon Seok Choi ),( Joon Hyeok Lee ),( Kwang Cheol Koh ),( Seung Woon 대한간학회 2012 춘·추계 학술대회 (KASL) Vol.2012 No.-

Background: The degree of steatosis of donated liver is one of decisive factors that determine graft function in recipient and recovery of remnant liver in living donor. Hence, the assessment of hepatic steatosis is a critical element to judge donor compatibility. We evaluated the prevalence and predictors of steatosis among liver donors who had no evidence of fatty liver on screening ultrasonography (US-negative). Methods: Degree of hepatic steatosis was reviewed for 492 US-negative liver donors (age: 30.1 ± 9.9, male: 301 (61.2%)). Clinical and laboratory variables were analyzed to identify predictors for steatosis. Results: The prevalence of severe (≥ 60%), moderate (30 ∼ 59%), mild (5 ∼ 29%) and no steatosis (<5%) were 0.6% (3/492), 10.8% (53/492), 39.6% (195/492) and 49.0% (241/492), respectively. In multivariate analysis, BMI [kg/㎡, OR (95% CI): 1.15, p = 0.021] and serum triglyceride level [mg/dl, OR (95% CI): 1.01, p = 0.004] were independent factors associated with steatosis ≥ 30%. The optimal cutoff for steatosis ≥ 30% by receiver operator curve analysis was 23 kg/㎡ for BMI and 88 mg/dl for triglyceride. Steatosis ≥ 30% was significantly more prevalent for liver-donors with high BMI (15.2% vs. 9.0% for BMI ≥ 23 vs. < 23 kg/m2, p = 0.034) and with high serum triglyceride level (15.5% vs. 8.7% for triglyceride ≥ 88 vs. < 88 mg/dl, p = 0.021). Based on these two parameters, the prevalence of steatosis ≥ 30% was 6.6%, 13.0% and 28.6% for none, one and both risk factors, respectively. Conclusions: About a half of US-negative liver donors have steatosis ≥ mild degree and one-tenth of them has ≥ moderate degree. USG assessment is not sufficient to exclude donors with significant steatosis especially for those with high BMI and triglyceride level, and thus, pre-operative liver biopsy should be positively considered for them.

Psychosocial Stress in Nurses With Shift Work Schedule Is Associated With Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders

( Seong Joon Koh ),( Mingoo Kim ),( Da Yeon Oh ),( Byeong Gwan Kim ),( Kook Lae Lee ),( Ji Won Kim ) 대한소화기기능성질환·운동학회 2014 Journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (JNM Vol.20 No.4

Background/Aims The aim of this study was to investigate the role of psychosocial problems and their associations with rotating shift work in the development of functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods In this cross-sectional observation study, survey was administered to nurses and nurse assistants in a referral hospital. In addition to demographic questions, subjects were asked to complete the Rome III Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Rome III Psychosocial Alarm Questionnaire. Results Responses from 301 subjects were assessed. The overall prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and functional dyspepsia (FD) were 15.0% and 19.6%, respectively. Psychosocial alarms were prevalent in the nursing personnel (74.8% with alarm presence and 23.3% with serious condition) and were more frequent among rotating shift workers (84.7% vs. 74.5% for alarm presence and 28.1% vs. 13.3% for serious condition). The prevalence of both IBS and FD significantly increased with psychosocial risk. An independent risk factor for IBS was serious psychosocial alarm (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 10.75; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.30-88.99; P = 0.028). Serious psychosocial alarm was an independent risk factor for FD (aOR, 7.84; 95% CI, 1.98-31.02; P = 0.003). Marriage (aOR 0.30; 95% CI, 0.09-0.93; P = 0.037) was associated with the decreased risk of FD. Conclusions The high prevalence of psychosocial stress among nurses who work rotating shifts is associated with the development of functional gastrointestinal disorders.

Korean clinical practice guidelines on biologics for moderate to severe Crohn’s disease

        Koh Seong-Joon,홍성노,박수경,예병덕,김경옥,신정은,윤용식,Lee Hong Sub,정성훈,Choi Miyoung,나수영,최창환,김주성 대한장연구학회 2023 Intestinal Research Vol.21 No.1

Crohn’s disease (CD) is a relapsing and progressive condition characterized by diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, and hematochezia that results in serious complications such as perforations, fistulas, and abscesses. Various medications, interventions, and surgical treatments have been used to treat CD. The Korean guidelines for CD management were distributed in 2012 and revised in 2017 by the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Research Group of the Korean Association for the Study of Intestinal Diseases. Substantial progress in mucosal immunologic research has elucidated the pathophysiology of IBD, leading to development of biological agents for treatment of CD. The first developed biologic agent, tumor necrosis factor-α agents, were shown to be efficacious in CD, heralding a new era in management of CD. Subsequently, vedolizumab, a monoclonal antibody against integrin α4β7, and ustekinumab, a human monoclonal antibody that inhibits the common p40 subunit of interleukin-12 and interleukin-23, were both approved for clinical use and are efficacious and safe for both induction and maintenance of remission in moderate-to-severe CD patients. Moreover, a recent study showed the non-inferiority of CT-P13, an infliximab biosimilar, compared with infliximab in CD patients. The third Korean guidelines for CD management provide updated information regarding treatment of moderate-to-severe CD patients with biologic agents.
