        밤나무 교잡종 과실의 질적 특성

        본 연구는 밤나무 교잡종 과실의 조합별 및 개체별 질적특성을 조사함으로써 신품종 육성의 기초 자료뿐만 아니라 품종검정 기준설정의 기초자료로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 과실모양은 11 조합의 많은 개체에서 타원형(85.30%)을 나타냈으며 K×R 등 5조합에서 삼각형(3.78%), R×K 등 8조합에서 원형(5.46%), R×O 등 3조합에서 장타원형(5.46%)으로 각각 관찰되었다. 과피색은 모든 조합에서 암갈색과 적갈색이 각각 49.16%와 38.24%로 관찰되었으며 과피털은 K×R과 R×K만이 과피 전체에서 각각 1개체씩 관찰되었다. 과피털의 밀도는 대부분의 조합에서 92.86%가 중 이상이었으며 좌면의 크기는 E×O, E×R, K×O에서만 중 이상인 것으로 조사되었다. 과실의 광택은 K×O조합에서만 약인 개체가 출현하였으며 열과형태는 모든 조합에서 3가지 형태중 2가지 이상의 형태가 각각 혼재되어 있었다. 양적형질이 우수한 8개체 중 RO-22, RO-25 등 2개체만이 과실모양과 과피색이 각각 장타원형과 암갈색을 나타내었으며 OK-2 제외한 나머지 5개체는 각각 타원형과 적갈색으로 관찰되었다. 과피털의 위치는 OK-2 제외한 모든 개체는 과정부였으며 과피털의 밀도는 IO-15 제외한 모든 개체에서 밀하게 분포하였다. 좌면의 크기는 JO-7과 RO-25 개체가 가장 작았으며 광택은 K×O의 1개체를 제외한 모든 개체에서 중 이상으로 우수하였다. 열과형태는 JO-7과 JO-12, IO-15, OK-15 개체에서 각각 과정부 열과와 주두부 열과 등 각각 단일 형태를 나타낸 반면, OK-2 등 4개체는 과정부 열과와 측면부 열과가 혼재하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 내피박피성을 조사한 결과, OK-2, OK- 4, OK-15 등 3개체는 내피박피율이 20% 내외로 불량한 반면 RO-25, JO-12 등 2개체의 내피박 피율이 각각 78.6%, 72.4%로 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났다. This study was aimed to applicate as the basic data for the presentation of International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) guideline and for breeding new cultivars through qualitative characteristics of nut in chestnut hybrids. In nut shape, oval type, 85.30%, could be observed in all combinations, and triangle type, 3.78%, in K×R, K×O, E×R, I×R, J×O, and oblong type, 5.46%, in R×O, I×O, E×O, I×R, respectively. Both dark and reddish brown, 49.16% and 38.24%, in nut color were observed in all combinations, and nut pericarp hairs in only K×R, R×K could be observed in whole part. The density of its hair showed above middle rank (92.86%) in most of combinations, and the size of hilum area showed above middle rank in only E×O, K×O and E×R. Ten combinations except K×O showed a good condition in nut luster, and two or three types of three split type could be observed in all combinations, simultaneously. Superior individuals, RO-22 and RO-25, showed oblong and dark brown, but others except OK-2 showed oval and reddish brown in nut shape and nut color, respectively. In position of nut pericarp hair, only OK-2 showed stigma part, but all of superior individuals except IO-15 showed thickness in its density. Only JO-7 and RO-25 were smaller than others in size of hilum area, and JO-7, OK-4, OK-15, RO-22 and RO-25 had nuts with excellent luster. Most of individuals had nuts with two or three types in type of nut split, and JO-7, JO-12, IO-15 and OK-15 showed only single type. In peeling rate, OK-2, OK-4 and OK-15 showed around 20% while RO-25 and JO-12 showed 78.6% and 72.4% being considered as superior individuals for roasted chestnuts.

        Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage due to hemophilia A with impaired coagulopathy is very rare. Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage has been recorded as having originated from many retroperitoneal organs and blood vessels, and it may be due to local and/or systemic factors. In the majority of the patients, kidney and adrenal gland were the major site of hemorrhage. The systemic causes of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage are anticoagulation therapy and chronic hemodialysis. During the course of these treatments, hemorrhagic complications may occur at many site, including the retroperitoneal space. Blood dyscrasias including leukemia, polycythemia, sickle cell trait and hemophilia have been reported associated with spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage.       • 『及幼方』에 대한 연구

        『Gup Yu Bang 』is the first Korean book that specialized in pediatrics. It was written by Jo Jeong-jun on the 25th year of King Young Jo in the Choson dynasty. He quoted a lot of information from 『Yi-Hak-Yip-Mun』 by Yi-cheon in the Myung dynasty and 『Xiao Er Yao Zheag Zhi Jue』 by Qian Yi in the Song dynasty, but he added his own opinions and clinical experiences to the book. In addition to that, the book explains not only symptoms and prescriptions but also the etiology and pathology of children’s diseases. In particular, he showed a great deal of creativity in his book called 「Dong Bang Six Fu’s Qi Principle」 After studying 『Gup Yu Bang』, I have drawn the following conclusions. 1. Prevention is more important than treatment in pediatrics. 2. When we make a diagnosis, facial inspection has priority. 3. In terms of treatmemt, Wu zang is a general rule. Therefore, we should focus on Wu zang and Pi Wei. 4. The following terms definition symptom cause prescription clinical example prevention are to be explained with reference to the nature or symptoms of the disease. 5. We can see that smallpox was more widspread than the measles in the period of King Young Jo. 6. Even though he was influenced by 『Yi-Hak-Yip-Mun』, 『Xiao Er Yao Zheag Zhi Jue』, and 『Dong eui bo gam』, his own explanation is clearer in his book called 『Gup Yu Bang』 which is based on his own clinical experiences. 7.『Gup Yu Bang』 is a practical and experiential book.

      • 특징형상개념을 이용한 CNC선반용 CAD/CAM시스템 개발

        Most of CAD/CAM systems for CNC lathe have been developed as the form of automatic programming systems which can generate autormatically or interactively the NC code from the process sheets and design drawings of products. But these systems have some problems during the modeling process of product shap since the shape is not described by the features intimate with system users such as chamfering, rounding, groove, arc and so on. Therfore, in this paer, the feature based CAD/CAM system for CNC lathe which is able to represent the truned product shapes by the typical features, is developed. Especially the system has the various capabilities such as the automatic determination of cutting domains, the automatic generation of CL data and NCcode, the real time cutting simulation for verification of NC code, the DNC operation and so on.

      • 50,000rpm급 초고속 주축계의 정적/동적/열적 특성 해석

        This paper concerns the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics analysis of a high-speed spindle system for horizontal machining centers with φ45mm × 50,000rpm. The spindle system is designed based on the angular contact ceramic ball bearings, built-in motor, oil-air lubrication method and oil jacket cooling method. The structural and thermal analysis models of spindle system are constructed by the finite element method. The static and dynamic characteristics are estimated based on the static deformation, modal parameter, mode shape and frequency response function, and the thermal characteristics are estimated based on the temperature rise, temperature distribution and thermal deformation. The analysis results illustrate that the designed spindle system has excellent structural and thermal stabilities.

      • 부산시 가로수 현황과 토양환경개선에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between soil hardness, soil acidity, and the vitality of street trees. This data was investigatived in 40 areas on 10 main street routes of Pusan; Chungang-ro, Naktong-ro, Suyeong-ro, Taejong-ro, Konghang-ro, Kudeok-ro, Kumjeong-ro, Mandeok-ro, Kaya-ro, Chungjang-ro. The findings are as follows : 1. The average soil hardness where tree grates have been built was shown to be 22.23㎜. In the absence of tree grates, the average soil hardness was 24.60㎜. These figures do not exceed the accepted parameters for acceptable soil hardness when rearing trees (22∼25㎜). However, soil hardness was measured higher in areas where tree grates were absent. Consequently, tree grates are necessary. 2. Soil acidity was measured as satisfactory(pH 5.5), mediocre(pH 5.5∼5.0), inferior(pH 5.0∼4.5), very inferior(pH 4.5). No areas were measured as satisfactory soil acidity. Four areas were measured as mediocre(10%), 19 areas as inferior(47.5%), and 17 areas as very inferior (42.5%). This indicates a requirement to improve soil acidity as about 90% of the investigatived areas were measured as either inferior or very inferior. 3. The following is an analysis of correlation between soil hardness, soil acidity and the vitality of the Ginkgo biloba ; The Ginkgo biloba was found to have a positive correlation was measured with the diagram (R²). In conclusion, the results of the analysis show a strong influence of soil hardness and soil acidity upon the vitality of Street Tree.

      • 대학생 스트레스에 관한 연구 : 경주대학교 재학생을 대상으로 With a Focus on Kyongju University

        This study attempts to identify the degree of mental stresses experienced by undergraduate students in Kyongju University and to suggest alternative solutions for them. For the empirical study, survey questionnaire was designed based on the 'Symptom Checklist-90-Revision' developed by a clinical psychologist, Dr. Derogatis in Johns Hopkins. 300 survey questionnaires were distributed to the students and 225 were returned recording 75% response rate. The survey results show that four categories including 'Interpersonal Sensitivity', 'Depression', 'Anxiety', and 'Hostility' marked between point 3 and 4 in average. On the other hand, the average point of 'Obsessive/Compulsive' was below the point 3. In particular, male students are turned out to seriously suffer from the 'Obsessive/Compulsive', which is presumably caused by the issues such as joining military service, being employed after graduation, getting along with girl friend and so on. Male students rather suffer from 'Obsessive', 'Interpersonal Sensitivity', and 'Hostility', while female students suffer from 'Depression' and 'Anxiety'. In addition, low year students experiences higher degree of stress in terms of 'Interpersonal Sensitivity' and 'Depression' than high year students. According to Allport(1995), in order to keep positive mental health, 6 elements including positive self esteem, favorable interpersonal relationship, stable emotion, reality recognition, self-objectification, and various philosophical viewpoints in life need to be developed.
