This study investigated customer satisfaction in cyber trading. The study focused on two aspects: First, validity of traditional model (ACSI model) was empirically tested to see whether the model would be adequate for customer satisfaction measurement in cyber trading. Second, a new model was proposed, and validity of the new model was compared with the validity of traditional model. Internet survey was conducted for empirical analysis. AMOS and SPSSWin Ver. 8.0 were used for statistical analysis of ACSI model and the new model with 432 and 532 data, respectively. The results show that the proposed model was more adequate for customer satisfaction measurement in cyber trading than the ACSI model. Perceived service Quality was the major latent variable affecting customer satisfaction, with service reliability, accuracy of provided information, responsiveness, system design, and customization as measurement variables.
시ㆍ군ㆍ구 행정정보화사업의 예상효과와 지역정보화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 행정정보화 사업의 효과를 체계적으로 분석하여 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존 연구에서 제시하는 분석 프레임과 가이드라인을 바탕으로 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 행정정보화 사업에 대한 평가를 실시하였으며, 평가는 2 단계로 나누어 진행되었다. 1단계 행정정보화 사업에 대한 평가는 실제 데이터를 기반으로 한 성과 분석을 목적으로 하였으며, 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 하여 2단계 행정정보화 사업의 예상효과를 제시하였다. 6개 시ㆍ군ㆍ구를 대상으로 한 데이터 분석 결과 정보화를 통하여 행정 효율이 평균 60% 증가한 것으로 파악되어 정보화가 지방행정의 효율화에 상당히 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 58개 정보화 효과지표를 가지고 분석한 2 단계 사업의 예상 효과분석 결과에 따르면 행정 효율화와 대국민 서비스 향상을 통한 가치가 사업에 소요되는 비용을 충분히 상회하는 것으로 나타났다 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 행정 정보화 사업의 성공을 위해서는 성공적인 정보시스템 구축 외에도 정보공동 활용, 기초자료의 정확도 향상, 관련 제도 및 절차의 개선등에 대한 지속적인 관심과 노력이 필요한 것으로 제시되었다. This study systematically evaluated the impact of IT investment on local government administration. The evaluation methodology was based on analysis framework and guidelines proposed by previous studies. The evaluation process was composed of two phases. The first phase was conducted as post-evaluation of IT project completed in 2000. The second phase evaluation focused on anticipating the benefits of IT project, which commenced in Nov. 2000 and will be completed in 2002. The analysis results show that nearly 60% improvement on administration efficiency was achieved. The second phase study identified 58 IT performance measures and quantified tangible benefits of future performance improvement. The anticipated benefits of IT project was shown to be significantly greater than the required IT spending. Success of IT project will require successful implementation of information systems as well as harmonious information sharing, accuracy of raw data, amendment of related laws, etc.

Over the past couple of years, the procurement management function has become the core part of the e-Government activites in Korea. The Korean government initiated the e-Govermment projects to provide a better service thorough more efficient givernment administration. One of the core e-government project was an e-procurement service using the government e-procurement system. The e-procurenment service project has been so successful that the Korean Public Procurement Service (PPS) was awarded UN Public Service Award in 2003. It is expected that Korean government agencies will save large amount of money by implementing the e-procurement systems for public purchases. This paper provides a case study of the Korean Public Procurement Service’s e-procurement service. The case study is based on Information strategic planning for the Korean government’s e-procurement service project, and includes definition of government e-procurement service, in-depth analysis on government procurement service and processes, identification of procurement-related organizations, the Korean government’s e-procurenment vision/strategy, and the expected benefits from the government e-procurement service project.
상품 주제기호의 색상화가 업무효율 향상에 미치는 영향: 도서를 중심으로

The 21st century is already a highly information and intelligence-based society. Benefits and losses are determined not by materialistic differences, but by the digital divide. However, as much as computers may be convenient, it is still the human being that creates the information, meaning that the distinguishing of information according to the human eye is the most basic and accurate method. In this matter, the object of this paper is to study whether the collection and arrangement work of librarians get more efficient by using coloring system with the traditional call number system. The study results show that book arrangement time was reduced by 75% and the error rate was improved by over 80% by using the coloring system.
