Fused deposition (FD) modeling by Stratasys Inc., is one of the material deposition subfamilies of solid freeform fabrication (SFF) technologies. In this process, build material in the form of a flexible filament, is heated to a semi-liquid state and extruded from a controlled deposition head onto a fixtureless table in a temperature controlled environment. The position of nozzle is computer controlled relative to the base, which allows geometric complex models to be made to precise dimensions. FDM provide what the part was directly tested by the worker. It provide believable data. This Study is identify to surface roughness by build orientation adjustment. So, the paper is the study on surface roughness by build orientation at FDM.

Where is the Oriental martial arts going in these days? Can it be separated with sports or physical education to get its own region? To get a solution from these questions, there are three parts of studies of the possible trends on Korean martial arts such as the actual conditions on educating coach of martial arts, the research about thesis of martial arts, and the actual conditions of related journals. For the conclusion, the following five solutions could be shown. At first, there should be a general modification on processing of educating the martial arts coach. 1. Expanding the items of martial arts can raise the level of coach's educating quality based on the curriculum, the contents, and the variety programs. 2. Martial arts sports, ordinary martial arts, and traditional martial arts must be unifiable and simple to develope its problems. 3. the importance of traditional martial arts and the qualified test of its coach must have a mutual preservation and maintenance through being related with each other between martial arts' each items. Second, it's necessary to train the martial arts with required elements of the recognition, the theory, the existence and the philosophy. Third, it's necessary to take shape of pyramidical structure through the long term policy of training martial arts. Forth, variety events of martial arts should be held regularly from the government. At last, it's necessary to expand the martial arts region and make variety activities from related academies or institutes.

Child is not little man but rather a father of man. Children are faced to surgical and medical problems reqiring various specialists. Authors analized 1126 pediatric surgical in-patients of Chung-nam National Univ. Hospital from Jan. to Dec. 1988 by departments, age, sex, duration of admission and types of diseases in order to get the information for management of children’s hospital. The results are as follows: 1. Absolute numbers of in-patients by departments are above 200 in general surgery and opthalmology, between 100-199 in plastic surgery, ENT, chest surgery and below 99 in urology and neurosurgery. 2. Male to female ratio as a whole is 1.8:1, male dominant. 3. Duration of admission within 1 week was of 55% as a whole, 87% in ENT, 85% in ophthalmology, 13% in orthopedic surgery. 4. Average duration of admission was 10.8 days as a whole, 4.6 days in ENT, 5.1 in ophthalmology, 29.7 days in orthopedic surgery, and variable by types of diseases. 5. The most frequent disease by departments was hernia in general surgery, fracture in orthopedic surgery, cerebral contusion in neurosurgery, ventricular septal defect in chest surgery, strabismus in ophthalmology, tonsillitis & adenoiditis in ENT.
말쥐치기름 및 들깨기름의 攝取가 高콜레스테롤 食餌 흰쥐의 血淸 및 肝臟의 脂質成分에 미치는 影響

Hypercholesterolemic male rats of Sprague Dawley, divided into six groups, were fed for 3 weeks with the diets containing several different oils of 10,0, the mixtures of 5% perilla oil and 5% other oils. The concentration of the lipid peroxide, T-cholesterol, phospholipid and triglyceride in the serum and liver were measured along with the HDL-cholesterol concentration of the serum. The results were as follows: 1. The concentration of LPO in the serum of the rats fed with lO% perilla oil, with 5% perilla oil+5% lard and with 5% perilla oil+5% file fish oil was higher than those with any other oils. The concentration of that was significantaly high in the liver of the rats fed with 10% perilia oil, while it was considerably low with 10% olive oil. 2. The concentration of T-cholesterol in the serum of the rats fed with 10% perilla oil, with 10% file fish oil and with 5% perilla oil+5% file fish oil was lower than those with any other oils. 3. The concentration of HDL-cholesterol was low in the serum of the rats fed with 10% perilla oil, while it was high with 5% perilla oil+5% file fish oil and with 10% file fish oil. The concen tration of that for the T-cholesterol in the serum of the rats fed with 10% file fish oil and with 5% perilla oil+5% file fish oil was much higher than those with any other oils. 4. The concentration of T-cholesterol in the liver of the rats fed with 10% perilla oil was high, while it was low with 10f file fish oil and with any other oils. 5. The concentration of PL and TG in the serum of the rats fed with 10% perilla oil and with 10% file fish oil was lower than those with any other oils, but it was lower in the liver of the rats fed with 10% perilla oil than the mixtures of perilla oil and with 10% file fish oil.

The rotating machinery such as the centrifugal pump related to the safety in nuclear power plants have to evaluate their structural integrity and operability through the experimental test, computational analysis or the combination of the test and the analysis. The paper presented is currently aimed at the computational analysis of the designed nuclear pump in the sense of the structural integrity and operability for the centrifugal machinery pump. The commercial finite element analysis program(MSC/NASTRAN)was available to perform the static analysis on the horizontal centrifugal pump installed on the gas stripper system. The numerical results are analysed with respect to the natural frequency, nozzle loads as well as seismic loads, and also the shaft critical analysis along with evaluation of deflection are verified to ensure that the design results meet the seismic requirements.

Present study is aimed to investigate the effect of muddy water in lmha Dam on various tissues and plasma proteins of carp. Cyprinus carpio. The gills in muddy water were appeared to have clubbing and edema in secondary lamellac and primary lamellac respectively. The sizes of glomerula in kidney were lessened smaller rather then those of in Andong Dam but the thickness of integument was becoming broader. Scanning electron micrographs of gills showed that muddy debris and parasites were attached to between primary and secondary lamcllac, suggesting that muddy water are invloved the possibility to lower the respiratory rate. By using SDS-PAGE 42 Kda plasma protein was identified only in carp plasma of muddy water and plasma protein bands were shown both quantitative and qualitative changes . Ferritin activity was observed more strong and Fe-1 was appeared to specific to in carp plasma of muddy water.
전류제어형 PWM컨버터를 이용한 동기발전기용 여자시스템에 관한 연구

동기발전기 출력전압은 여자시스템의 계자전류 제어에 의해 일정하게 유지된다. 고주파 PWM 컨버터(전류제어모드 buck컨버더)형태의 여자시스템은 부하변동이 발생하였을 때 동기발전기의 계자전류를 제어하게 된다. 이 논문은 정상상태 및 과도상태에서의 안정화를 개선하기 위하여 여자시스템의 설계 및 실험에 대해 다루었다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과는 제안된 여자시스템이 50kW 동기발전기의 DVR에 의해 응답시간이 개선되었음을 보여주었다. The output voltage of synchronous generator is regulated constantly by field current control in excitation system. High frequency PWM converter (current control mode buck conveter) type excitation system for synchronous generator is able to control exciter current when the load change happened. This paper deals with the design and evaluation of the excitation system for a synchronous generator to improve the steady state and transient stability. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed excitation system is able to improve the response time by the DVR(digital voltage regulator) of 5O[kW] synchronous generator.

본 연구는 독일 Schumacher의 1m 크기의 세라믹 캔들 필터가 1개 설치된 실험장치를 구성하여 집진시 단일 필터 주위에서의 분진 속도분포를 PDPA를 이용하여 측정하고, 분진층의 유무와 분진 투입 위치에 따른 분진 속도분포의 변화를 관찰하였다. 측정 결과 집진이 계속되어 분진층이 발달함에 따라 접진 속도가 감소됨을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 투입구가 위치하는 필터표면에서 집중적으로 분진층이 발달하여 이곳에서의 분진 속도 감소가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 필터내부와 압력용기부사이의 압력 차에 의한 필터 표면에서의 분진 속도 평균값은 0.28m/sec 이었다. 또한 분진 투입을 암력용기부 하단에 위치한 투입구로 투입하였을 때 필터 주위의 분진의 고른 속도분포를 관찰할 수 있었다. The experimental set-up with a 1m long ceranic candle filter of Schumacher(Germany) was built in this work. The dust velocity field around the filter was measured using PDPA. The effects of dust cake laver and dust inlet position on the dust velocity field were also analyzed. It was found that the filtration velocity decreases as the dust cake builds up on the filter. The filtration velocity largely decreases around the filters near the dust inlet since the dust cake tlevelops fast there. The average dust velocity on the filter due to the pressure difference through the filter was measured to be 0.28m/s. More uniform dust velocity field around the filter was obtained when feeding dust in a lower position of the pressure vessel.

Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.
