      • Polyimide 기판을 이용한 Flexible CIGS 박막 태양전지 제조

        In this study, we fabricated the Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ (CIGS) thin-film solar cells by using a polyimide substrate. The CIGS thin-film was deposited on Mo coated polyimide substrate by a 3-stage co-evaporation technique. Because the polyimide shows thermal transformation at about 400?C, the substrate temperature of co-evaporation process was set to below 400?C. Corresponding solar cell showed a conversion efficiency of 7.08 % with V_{OC} of 0.58 V, J_{SC} of 24.99 mA/cm² and FF of 0.49.

        <P>A nanoink solution-based process was developed as a low-costing method for the fabrication of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGSe) thin-film photovoltaic cells. The sonochemical synthesis of CIGSe nanocrystals of the nanoink through step-by-step mixing of the reactants was investigated. To achieve the ideal stoichiometry of Cu(In0.7 Ga0.3 )Se2 to tune the bandgap and to fabricate high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, the synthetic parameters, the concentration of hydrazine, and the amount used of the gallium precursor were investigated. As the hydrazine concentration increased, gallium loss was observed in the CIGSe product. The gallium content in the reactant mixture strongly affected the metal stoichiometry of the prepared CIGSe nanocrystals. The nanoink solution based fabrication of thin-film photovoltaic cells was also explored, and the resulting device showed a conversion efficiency of 5.17?%.</P>

        소아에서의 Garre 골수염

        Garre’s osteomyelitis is associated with bacterial infection and bone necrosis resulting from obstruction of blood supply. The most common cause for Garre’s osteomyelitis is odontogenic infection that originates from periodontal tissue or dental pulp. Subperiosteal abscess may also cause Garre’s osteomyelitis in the progress of the infection. Mandible is more often affected than maxilla, most commonly in the permanent first molar region of mandible. Clinically, it results in a hard swelling over the jaw, producing facial asymmetry. Meanwhile, radiograph shows a characteristic feature of irregular pulpal cavity, showing new periosteal proliferation located in successive layers to the condensed cortical bone on stimulated site. The treatment method for Garre’s osteomyelitis are removal of the infection source, root canal treatment, antibiotic medication, and incision and drainage. This report presents a case of Garre’s osteomyelitis under 15 years old. The patient was successfully treated by antibiotic medication accompanied with root canal treatment. Since the symptom of pediatric patients is less severe than adult, careful diagnosis with history taking and clinical examination is necessary. Furthermore long-term follow-up examination is needed to prevent recurrence even after the symptom disapears. Garre 골수염은 혈류 순환 및 영양 공급의 장애로 골이 괴사되거나, 세균 감염이 증가되면 발생한다. Garre 골수염은 치수 나 치주 감염에서 시작된 치성계 감염과 이의 진행에 따른 골막 하 농양이 주요 원인이 되며, 외상으로 인한 악골의 복합 골절 시 2차 감염, 국소적인 치은의 외상에 의해서도 발생할 수 있다. 상악에서보다 하악에서 많이 발생되며 호발 부위는 하악 제 1대구치이다. 임상증상으로 이환 부위의 하악골은 팽창되어 있으나 구강점막은 정상적 색조를 가지며 안면 불균형을 나타낸다. 방사선 사진 상 심한 우식증을 가진 치아의 치근단 병소를 관찰할 수 있으며, 자극을 받는 골조직 부위의 치밀골 증가로 골수강은 좁 아지거나 폐쇄되며 외양이 불규칙하게 나타난다. 치료 방법으로는 항생제의 투여, 원인치의 발치 또는 근관치료, 절개 및 배농술 등이 알려져 있다. 본 증례는 15세 이하의 소아환자에서 악골 골수염이 발생한 경우, 장기적인 항생제 투여나 항생제 투여 및 근관 치료를 병 용하여 성공적으로 치료된 증례이다. 소아 환자의 경우 성인에 비하여 증상이 경미하므로 주의 깊은 병력 청취와 임상 검사를 통한 진단이 요구되며, 증상이 사라진 경우에도 재발을 방지하기 위하여 장기간의 추적 검사가 요구된다.

      • 벼의 冷害 메카니즘에 관한 生化學的 硏究 : IV. 低溫에서 벼 미토콘드리아의 呼吸活性轉移를 결정하는 酵素Complex

        Mitochondria and submitochondrial particles(SMP)isolated from the chilling sensitive plant tissues have been known to show the respiratory activity transition of succinate oxidase for mitochondria that has been generally interpreted as being induced by the membrane phase transition at a low temperature. In the previous work with rice plants in this laboratory, it was elucidated that the transition temperature of mitochondrial respiratory activity of rice tissues (leaves and panicles) reflected precisely the relative chilling susceptivity among varieties. Thus, it was attempted in this study to find out which enzyme complex in the electron transport chain assumes control of respiratory activity transition, especially being focused on the principal electron transfer pathway of complex I→complex III →complex IV. SMP suspensions prepared from etiolated rice leaves were used to investigate the temperature dependence of enzymatic activity of NADH dehydrogenase(complex I), NA DH-cyt. c reductase(complexes I-III), NA DH oxidase (complexes I-III-IV), and cyt. c oxidase(the complex IV) respectively. The Arrhenius plots revealed that only cyt.c oxidase and NADH oxidase, the complex IV -containing enzymatic system, experienced the activity transition at the identical temperature, 13℃ for rice leaves of variety Sangpung and 17.5℃ for that of variety Taebaeg. Meanwhile, NADH dehydrogenase and NADH-cyt. c reductase did not show a break point on the Arrhenius plot, indicating that complex I and complex III are irrelevant to the respiratory activity transition of mitochondria at a low temperature. The above results suggest that , at least in plant mitochondria, complex IV be a key factor governing the respiratory activity transition.

        In this paper, the result of application of vibration method to the orthotropic plates with free edges supported on elastic foundation and with a pair of opposite edges under axial forces is presented. Such plates represent the concrete highway slab and hybrid composite pavement of bridges. The reinforced concrete slab can be assumed as a special orthotropic plate, as a close approximation. The highway slab is supported on elastic foundation, with free boundaries. Sometimes, the pair of edges perpendicular to the traffic direction amy be subject to the axial forces. The plate is subject to the concentrated load/loads, in the form of traffic loads, or the test equipments. Finite difference method is used to obtain the deflection influence surfaces needed for vibration analysis. The influence of the modulus of the foundation, the aspect ration of the plate, and the magnitudes of the axial forces and the concentrated attached mass on the plate, under the natural frequency is thoroughly studied.

        Mobile nodes in ad hoc mobile networks typically communicate over wireless channels and are capable of movement. These are networks that support multihop communication and can be formed on a temporary basis. This paper proposes a solution that allows mobile nodes to access the wired Internet and to roam from base station to base station. And we also develop the efficient method that adapts in Global MANET which can be changed over time. It is observed that we can reduce not only error detection time but also network load, thus increasing the data reception rate in Global MANET Environment.

      • 중형,중고 Thyratron 4C35A의 동작 특성

        Some operational conditions and characteristics of an old, medium-sized thyratron, ITT4C35A, were investigated by the measurements on the static breakdown voltage, AC and DC I-V relationship. For the case of our 4C35A tube, the minimum static breakdown voltage was 2 kV according to its minimum anode voltage. But above this minimum anode voltage, there were considerable deviations of the breakdown voltage of grid from 2 kV to 350-480 V when grid input voltage was swept fast. On the contrary, there were not any breakdown phenomena below 350 V, independent of anode voltage. From those results, it turned out that the breakdown voltage for the quasi-static case was more than 2 kV and capacity of the power supply was sufficiently high for the glow-arc transition and the grid input was more than 350 V for the dynamic condition, and that the tube type was a positive grid thyration, although it might be used with negative grid input. Also, it might be concluded that nonlinearity and current controlled negative resistance(CCNR) were initiated from variations of the charge distribution and the operational characteristics of the tube was very similar to the rectifier.

        In this paper, we evaluated two main QoS supporting routing protocol on wireless ad hoc network. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS support service between source and destination becoming a very important issue. Of all routing protocols, DSR and AODV are very important routing protocol in MANET. So we simulated DSR and AODV QoS Routing Protocol Through simulation evaluation tool NS(Network Simulation) based on various environments.

        In this study, Mechanical property, thermal property, watervapor, and oxygen permeability of biodegradable Soy protein/Pectin-montmorillonite nanocomposite, prepared with Na^(+)-MMT, have been studied. X-ray diffraction and TEM experiments an polymer/silicate composite samples demonstrated that the intercalation of polymer chains leads to increase in the spacing between silicate layers. In addition, it were found that the intercalated Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite were prepared. It was found that the addition of only a small of clay was enough to improve the thermal stability and mechanical property of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite. watervapor of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin. oxygen permeability of Soy protein/Pectin/montmorillonite nanocomposite was generally lower than that of Soy protein/Pectin.
