      • NF3D 환경의 모바일 3D 레이싱 게임 엔진 구현

        Advances in mobile hardware enables high-end and high quality 3D mobile game. Mobile 3D game engine is a development library that handles graphical rendering, manager the game, the images, input, output, and general functions like AI, collision detection and other rendering facilities. Our objectives are implementing global functions existing on a mobile racing game in a single core block, separating graphical routines and game logic on Mobile environment. In this paper, we will survey current state of the art of Mobile 3D platform and show our mobile racing game on NF3D environment.

      • 골수강내 금속정 및 나사못 맞물림을 이용한 경골의 치료

        Fracture of the tibial shaft is the most common among the long bone fractures, and it is difficult to treat because of a high incidence of delayed union, nonunion and malunion. Interlocking Intramedullary mailing is considered to be valuable method in treating long bone fracture such as tibial fracture these days because it enables rigid fixation, early joint motion exercise and weight bearing. Between April 1993 and March 1997, we treated 63 cases of tibia fractures with interlocking intramedullary nailing. The results were as follows: 1. Among the 63 cases, 51 cases were closed fractures and 12 cases were open fractures. 2. Static interlocking nailing was done in all cases and dynamization was done in 7 cases in postoperative 13 weeks. 3. Average union time was 19.9 weeks, 19 weeks with closed tibia fracture and 2.4 weeks with open tibia fracture. According to fracture site, 22 weeks with proximal tibia fracture, 19.2 weeks with mid-tibia fracture and 21.4 weeks with distal tibia fracture. According to the Winquist-Hansen classification, Type I was 19.8 weeks, Type Ⅱ was 20.4 weeks, Type Ⅲ was 22 weeks and Type Ⅳ was 26 weeks. 4. Weight bearing was started at the time of subsidence of pain and tenderness of the fracture site, 11.5 weeks with closed fracture and 12.3 weeks with open fracture. 5. According to the functional result of Klemm and Borner, 44 cases were excellent, 9 cases were good, 7 cases were fair and 3 cases were poor.

      • 모티리움 엠정(말레인산돔페리돈 12.72 mg)에 대한 한미 돔페리돈정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two domperidone maleate tablets, test drug (Hanmi Domperidone^ⓡ tablet: Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co.) and reference drug (Motilium-M^ⓡ tablet: Jassen Korea Pharm. Co.), was evaluated according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male volunteers were divided randomly into two groups and administered the drug orally at the dose of 20㎎ as domperidone in a 2×2 crossover study. There was a week washout period between administrations. Blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals for 48hr and the plasma concentration of domperidone was determined by a HPLC method. AUC_0-48hr (area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 48hr), C_max (maximum plasma drug concentration) and T_max, (time to reach C_max) were estimated from the plasma drug concentration-time data. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed no difference in AUC_0-48hr, C_max and T_max between two products. The apparent differences of these parameters between two products were less than 20% (i.e., 1.047, -0.416 and 9.347% for AUC_0-10hr, C_max and T_max, respectively). The powers (1-β) for AUC_0-48hr, C_max and T_max were over 0.99. Minimal detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.05, 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (i.e. 11.15, 10.21 and 18.13% for AUC_0-10hr, C_max and T_max respectively). The 95% Confidence intervals (δ) for these parameters were also within ±20% (i.e. -5.49≤δ≤7.58, -6.39≤δ≤5.57 and -1.28≤δ≤19.95 for AUC_0-10hr, C_max and T_max, respectively). These results satisfied the criteria of KFDA guidelines for bioequivalence, indicating the two tablets of domperidone maleate were bioequivalent.

        Diffuse panbronchiolitis is a clinical pathologic condition characterized by chronic inflammation of respiratory bronchioles, with clinical features that position it as a differential diagnosis among the sinopulmonary syndromes. We experienced 46-year-old male patient who complained of dyspnea and productive sputum for 2 years. Diagnosis was made by the clinical and radiological features and confirmed by transbronchial biopsy. The clinical findings included chronic sinusits, productive cough,dyspnea, rhonchi, and wheezes. High resolution computerized tomography showed a diffuse nodular pattern, airway ectasia, and airway wall thickening. The biopsy showed interstitial accumulation of foam cells and lymphoid cells in the walls of respiratory bronchioles. We treated low does of roxithromycin, After 8 months, the patient nearly improved symptoms and HRCT findings.

        Generally, shear wall system appears to resist the lateral loads, because high-rise buildings require satisfaction of building drift limit due to lateral loads. However shear wall system used mostly concrete, in this paper steel plate shear wall use to resist the lateral loads instead of reinforced concrete wall system. But, there is lack of research and understanding of steel plate shear wall system so that no real building of such system exists in Korea. This paper demonstrates stability and serviceability of steel plate shear wall by preliminary experimental test.

        음주 외상 환자

        Background: We studied the incidence of trauma caused by alcohol related accidents, and the effects that alcohol has on the occurrence, the extent, and the outcome to the patient. Methods: In our study we studied trauma patients excluding pediatric patients(15 years old and under) who came to the Emergency department of Korea University Medical School Anam Hospital from the 1st of January 1996 to 30th of June 1996, looked into their medical records, and studied the records in a retrospective manner. The trauma patients were devided into two groups, a) alcohol-related and b) alcohol-non-related. The two groups were then subdivided according to their sex, age, the time they came in, the anatomical part of the trauma, the mechanism of their injury, the extent of the injury, the length of their hospital stay, the length of their ED stay and were seperately compared and analyzed. Statistically, ANOVA and logistic regression analysis using SAS were used in the study and then was assessed in Chi-square analysis methods. Results: The total of the trauma patients, added up to 832 people, 577:male and 255:female. Among this sum, 163 trauma patients were alcohol related(male:127 & female:36). 115 people were in the age group of 21-40. Compared to the non-alcohol related trauma group, the alcohol-related group had more facial & scalp injuries and tended to come in the hours between 0-6 AM. The cause of the injuries were mostly by fist-fighting and suicide, compared to mostly accidental-slipping injuries in the non alcohol-related group. There were no difference in the degree of the injury(ISS) and the length of hospital stay between the two groups, whereas the length of the stay at the ED was longer to the alcohol-related trauma patients. Conclusion: Alcohol related trauma patients were mostly in their 20s and 30s, came to the hospital at a late time and the reason for their visit were mostly because of fist fighting. In the Emergency department, because prompt and correct diagnosis is quite difficult to make in this group, their ED stay tended to be longer. We can conclude that measuring the blood alcohol level of these patients, continuing the psychological therapy and educating people is needed.

        일부 법인 택시 노동자의 교통사고와 볼안전운전행동에 미치는 인적요인

        목적: 본 연구는 택시 업종을 대상으로 택시노동자의 다양한 인적특성들이 불안전운전행동을 매개로 교통사고와 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 방법: 총 6개 택시사업장에 335명의 택시노동자를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 자기기입식 설문조사 방법으로 지난 1년간 교통사고 횟수와 운전 중 불안전한 행동수준을 파악하였다. 이에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 개별 노동자의 인적 특성을 수집하여 요인분석을 통해 직무요인, 정신건강요인, 연령요인, 건강습관요인, 수면요인으로 범주화 하였고 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 이들 요인들이 불안전운전행동을 매개로 교통사고 횟수에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 결과: 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 직무요인(β: 0.122), 수면요인(β: 0.114), 그리고 불안전운전행동(β: 0.018)은 교통사고 횟수에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 불안전운전행동을 통해 교통사고 횟수에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무요인(β: 1.319), 정신건강요인(β: 6.429), 건강습관요인(β: 1.177)이었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과 택시 교통사고는 택시노동자의 일반적 특성, 정신건강상태, 직업적 특성이 불안전운전행동을 매개로 직·간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 효과적인 택시 교통사고 예방을 위해서는 이들 인적 요인에 대한 적절한 대책이 필요할 것이다. Objective: This study investigated the driving habits of taxi drivers, in order to examine the characteristics of human factors causing traffic accidents and unsafe driving behavior and to determine any relevancy among them. Method: Taxi drivers (N=335) answered a questionnaire investigating various measures of human factors, unsafe driving behaviors, and number of traffic accident experiences in the previous year. In factor analysis, the characteristics of human factors were classified into 5 common factors: job, mental health, age, health habit and sleep factor. A contextual mediated model was proposed to distinguish the distal (5 common factors) and proximal (unsafe driving behaviors) factors in predicting traffic accident involvement by hierarchical multiple regression. Result: In hierarchical multiple regression, job factor(β: 0.122), sleep factor (β: 0.114) and unsafe driving behaviors (β: 0.018) yielded a direct effect on the rate of traffic accidents. Mental health factor β: 6.429), job factor (β: 1.319) and health habit factor(β: 1.177) yielded a indirect effect on the rate of traffic accidents by unsafe driving behaviors. Conclusion: Various human factors co-related by the unique characteristics that exist in the taxi service industry have significant effects on the rate of traffic accidents mediated by unsafe driving behaviors. Therefore a proper countermeasure against these factors should be established in order to effectively reduce the rate of taxi accidents.
