        This study is determin digging and development preferential ranking which is the potential area of seafront in Busan Kijanggun according to rise citizen of literary life and increase desire of culture life. Obtained results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. Decide to development preferential program that eight area selected from the potential area of seafront to position in Busan Kijjanggun. 2. Appraisal standard I decided to development preferential program which is Yunhwa gigu, Yonggung temple, Juksung estuary, Sirangdae, Munjung· Mundong harbor, Seoam harbor, Hoyamlee and Sinpyung harbor. 3. Appraisal standardII decided to development preferential program which Yunhwa gigu, Yonggung temple, Juksung estuary, Hoyamlee and Sirangdae, Seoam harbor, Sinpyung harbor and Munjung ·Mundong harbor get the same grade. 4. As a result of comparative appraisal standard I, II is that first~third program is equal but it was changed from fourth program. 5. When potential area in seafront appraised by Lee unit, appraisal standard I is superior than appraisal standardII.

        유방 절제술 후 조기 운동프로그램의 치료 효과

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the therapeutic effects of an early exercise program after mastectomy and to provide the early exercise program protocol for patients who had undergone mastectomy. The subjects were seventy women who were diagnosed with breast cancer. They were randomly assigned either to a experimental group (n=35) that received early postoperative exercise program or to a control group (n=35) that received only education by nurses. Data were obtained for each patient from goniometric measurements of shoulder flexion, abduction, external rotation, 10 elements of functional performance, and subjective pain evaluation using visual analogue scale (VAS). All variables were measured preoperatively, three days postoperatively, and one month postoperatively. Data were compared by groups using independent t-test and Mann-Whitey U test for parametric or non-parametric data, respectively. There were no significant differences between the groups for all variables preoperatively and at three days postoperatively. But there were significant differences at one month postoperatively. The experimental group showed a statisti-cally significant increases in shoulder flexion, abduction, and external rotation and in the pain VAS at one month Postoperatively (p〈,05). Also, at one month prostoperatively, the experimental group had less difficulty with three elements of functional performance-doing up a 'back' zippered article of clothing, reaching the ipsilateral scaula, and contralateral scapula with the fingers on the operated side- than the control group (p〈.05). The results of this study suggest that after mastectomy, the early exercise program conducted by a well-trained physical therapist can make a significant contribution to the return of more normal shoulder function and activities of daily living and to an increased quality of life.

      • 도·농통합에 대한 주민의식 사례연구 : 전주·완주를 중심으로 Urban Integration in Chonju & Wonju

        Many integrations between cities and counties were acomplished by the law in 1995. Most of the integration objects had been same districts before they were seperated into city and county. While they have grown respectavely as an autonomous district, there have happened many probloms in urban and rural area simulaniously. The city has such a probloms as traffics, pollutions, house shortages, etc. and county faces population decrese and becom hollow. Urban-Rural Integration have been recommended as a cure of these probloms. There are some posibility the city can solve the shdrtage of space and the county can get out of poor capital by the integration. Chonju and Wonju have had same cultural and historical backgrounds in a long time. They contact every time in many spheres. There is no resons they are not integreted together. But they were left out of the integration measures managed by the government in 1995. So it seems to be very important to find out what is their opinions about the chonju-Wonju integration. This article treats the reidents's opinions about the integration between Chonju and Wonju.

      • 沈澱浮選法에 의한 重金屬의 分離에 관한 硏究

        An experimental study on the removal of copper, cadmium and Zinc in wastewater by sulfide precipitation and precipitate flotation using CEDA-Br as the collector were carried out. The results were as follow 1. Copper ion was removed more than 99% at the entire range of pH and was rapidly removed at pH8. 2. Cadmium sulfide was efficiently removed more than 1 equivalents addition of sodium sulfide to the total amounts of cadmium ion at pH 6∼10 by flotation. 3. Removal efficiency of zinc sulfide was not satisfied using CEDA-Br by flotation at any pH, but it was considerably increased when cupric sulfide was present at alkalic condition. 4. Removal rate and the maximum amount removed by flotation were inversely proportional to bubble size. 5. Average particle size of cupric sulfide and cadmium sulfide was below 1.5㎛ over the entire range of pH.

      • 영산강 치수대책 사업 중 나타난 원촌지구의 어류상 변화

        This study was accomplished to give a better understanding of a suitable habitat for fish by investigating ichthyofauna. Freshwater fish was found as evidence of disturbance or spontaneous condition of inland water ecosystem. Ichthyofauna were identified with 26 species belonging to 6 families, including eel, carp, crusian carp, steed barbel, goby minnow, korean piscivorous chub, medaka and korean aucha perch in Weonchon. Ichthyofaunal change appeared during project of riparian improvement at the Weonchon in Yeongsan river; Species diversity, evenness and richness were decreased in one year after construction, however, the tendency of increase was comprehended in this region. However, Yeongsan river was polluted more then other larger national rivers in Korea. Yeongsan river keeps its natural environment well preserved and flows throughout the river, and fishes live in their habitat. Species diversity, evenness and richness were decreased in one year after construction. However, increasing biodiversity of fish was in process of preparing suitable habitat for fish of in this region comprehendingly.

        cDNA array 방법을 이용한 망간에 노출된 흰쥐 뇌기저핵의 유전자발현 분석

        Objectives: This study investigated the gene expression profile in basal ganglia of manganese-exposed rats based on cDNA array analysis. Methods: For cDNA array, 25 male Sprague-Dawley rats (250±25 g) were intraperitoneally injected with 25 ㎎/㎏ B. W./day of MnCl2 (0.3 ㎖) for 10 days. For dose-related gene expression analysis, rats were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2, 1.0, and 5.0 ㎎/㎏ B. W/day of MnCl2 for 10 days. Control rats were injected with an equal volume of saline. RNA samples were extracted from brain tissue and reverse-transcribed in the presence of [α^(32)P]-dATP. Membrane sets of the Atlas Rat 1.2 array Ⅱ and Toxicology array 1.2 kit (Clontech, Palo Alto, CA) were hybridized with cDNA probe sets. Northern blot hybridization method was employed to assess the dose-related gene expression. Results: Fifty-two genes showed significant changes in expression of more than two-fold. Twenty-eight were up-regulated and 24 were down-regulated in the manganese-exposed group compared to the control. Among the 52 genes, 28 genes including nuclear factor I-X1 (NF1-X1), neuroligin 2 and 3, mitochondrial stress-70 protein (MTHSP70), neurodegeneration-associated protein 1 (Neurodap 1), multidrug resistance protein (MDR), and endoplasmic reticulum stress protein 72 (ERP72), were reported for the first time related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia. According to the dose-related gene expression analyses, MTHSP70, Neurodap 1 and ERP72 genes were up-regulated compared to the control even in the group exposed to low manganese dose ( 0.2 ㎎/㎏ B.W./day). Conclusions: Twenty-eight genes detected for the first time in this study were closely related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia and further study of these genes can give some more useful information about the manganese metabolism.

      • 등속성 운동 시 근전도 주파수 분석에서 얻은 피로지수의 특성

        In rehabilitation programs involving muscle re-education and endurance exercise, it is necessary to confirm when fatigue occurs. It is also necessary to quantify fatigue, to confirm whether the muscle has been exercised sufficiently. In general, as fatigue occurs, the force-generating ability of the muscle is reduced. If the median frequency (MDF) obtained from electromyograrn (EMG) power spectrum is correlated highly with work, then the timing and degree of fatigue may be confirmed. This study examined the relationship between work and MDF obtained from the EMG power spectrum during repetitive isokinetic exercise. Surface EMG signals were collected from biceps brachii and vastus lateralis of 52 normal subjects (26 males, 26 females) at 120˚/sec and 60˚/sec while performing an isokinetic exercise. The exercise was finished at 25% of peak work. MDF data was obtained using a moving fast Fourier transformation (FPT), and random noise was removed using the inverse FPT, then a new MDF data was obtained from the main signal. There was a high correlation between work and MDF during repetitive isokinetic exercise in the biceps brachii and vastus lateralis of males and the biceps Brachii of temales (r=.50∼.77). However, there was a low correlation between work and MDF in the vastus lateralis of females (r=.06∼.19).
