This study reviews reform tasks for developing the Chinese university education. Chinese university remains underdeveloped, compared with other countries with similar economy level. Difference in demand and supply of university education is an issue, confronting Chinese Higher Education. Chinese universities have been controlled by government's close supervision under old planned economy. This implies that Chinese higher education adopt free market system. Society and individuals as well as Central Government need to be involved in establishment and management of university. Private universities should be developed with policy support of Central Government. Free competition and supplementation are major directions which public and private universities should be developed and managed. Quality control and efficiency are a share of university authorities. Government's minimal control and university's autonomy are key reform tasks for developing Chinese university education and upgrading university quality.

This article is intended to study histopathological and immunohistochemical response after autogenous full-thickness skin graft in rat. 12 male Sprague-Dawley rats were used as the experimental animals. A 1 cm×1 cm skin (0.7mm diameter) was taken on the right inguinal area of the rat. Another full-thickness skin graft (1cm × 1cm) was taken from the left inguinal area of the rat. And it was transplanted to the right inguinal area of the rat. The left side wound was closed directly. Light microscopic observation was made at the postoperative 1, 3, 8, 16 day, after the hematoxylin-Eosin staining of the 4u-thick paraffin embedded specimens and the immunohistochemical staining of the 10u-thick frozen specimens with mouse anti-rat monoclone antibodies and ABC staining kit. The results were as follows. 1. Electromicroscopic studies revealed interstitial tissue bleeding of transplanted autogenous skin. The response was severe in the 1 day group after operation, moderate in 3 day group, mild in 8 day group, and almost resolved in the 16 days group. 2. Electromicroscopic studies also revealed a mild monocyte response in the 3 day and 8 day groups. A histiocytic infiltrate was observed. There was a mild response in the 3 day group and moderate response in the 8 day group. 3. Immunohistochemically studies revealed a few pan T cells in the 1 day group, mild appearance of pan T cells and cyototoxic T cells in the 3 day group, a moderate infiltrate of pan T cells and helper T cells in the 8 day group, and total resolution of pan T cells in the 16 day group. 4. According to these finding, a strong inflammatory response was observed around transplanted autogenous skin in the 3 & 8 day groups. In the 16 day group this response had resolved histopathologically and immunohistologically.
Design and Test of a Duoplasmatron for Beam Extraction with a Carbon Dioxide Gas
Sae-Hoon Park,Sang-Hun Lee,Yu-Seok Kim 한국물리학회 2020 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.76 No.7
The demand for radiocarbon dating using the accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS) is rapidly increasing. Accordingly, a system to inject gaseous samples directly into an ion source in order to measure isotopic ratios by using an AMS system is proposed. With ion beam extraction via direct injection of a gas into the ion source, the preparation of the gaseous sample and the graphitization process can be simplified using a gas ion source. A duoplasmatron was designed and installed in an ion source test stand to perform ion beam extraction using carbon dioxide. The ion source can adjust its geometry for the magnetic field distribution, which can be meet to optimize the beam properties to stratify the design criteria in this test stand. The ion beam extraction test results are presented in this paper.

Purpose: To introduce the clinical utility of the absolute value of the reconstructed waveform method in the analysis of multifocal visual evoked potential (mfVEP). Methods: The mfVEP with 4-channel recording was performed using RETIscan(R) on 10 eyes of 10 normal subjects. Amplitudes were obtained from ring-shaped 6 areas and 4 sectors. The best visual evoked potential (VEP) response method and the absolute value of the reconstructed waveform method were compared in terms of analysis of the amplitudes. In order to assess the false positive rate of the examination, stimuli were administered with one-half of the cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor completely covered and the results were compared using 2 methods. Results: The amplitudes in 6 areas and 4 sectors analyzed with the best VEP response method and the absolute value of the reconstructed waveform method showed no statistical difference (p > 0.05). The amplitude in the stimuli-blocked area of the absolute value of the reconstructed waveform method was smaller than that of the best VEP response method (p < 0.05) and the amplitude of the stimuli area showed no substantial difference between two methods (p > 0.05). Conclusions: The absolute value of the reconstructed waveform method has similar reproducibility and lower level of false positives relative to the best VEP response method. Therefore, it can be considered as a useful method in the analysis of the mfVEP.

Objective To elucidate the effect of task-specific lower extremity training (TSLET) on cognitive and gait function in stroke patients. Methods Thirty-eight patients were assigned to either the TSLET group or the control group. The individuals of TSLET group went through a TSLET plus conventional physical therapy. The control group received two sessions of conventional physical therapy. The primary outcome involved the assessment with visual and auditory digit span test. The secondary outcome was evaluated by the Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) and Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) for cognitive function, Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Time Up and Go Test (TUG), 10 meters Walking Test (10mWT), 6 minutes Walking Test (6MWT), and Korean version of Modified Barthel Index (K-MBI) for gait, balance, and functional ability. Results After intervention (3 weeks) and 2 weeks of follow-up, the TSLET group showed statistically significant improvement in the visual digit span test backwards compared with the control group. In secondary outcome, a significant improvement was observed in GDS, BBS, TUG, and 10mWT in the TSLET group. There was no significant difference between the two groups concerning visual digit span test forward, auditory forward and backward digit span tests, K-MMSE, 6MWT, and K-MBI. Conclusion TSLET could be a useful alternative strategy for improving cognitive and gait function in stroke patients.
Simulation Study on Duoplasmatron With Optimization of Ion Beam Extraction System
Park, Sae-Hoon,Kim, Yu-Seok Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers 2017 IEEE transactions on plasma science Vol. No.
<P>The ion beam extraction system for various ion sources must be designed and evaluated using optimized parameters such as the gap distance between electrodes, applied voltage, and beam properties, using several different programs. SIMION, a 3-D simulation program, can transport various particles at once, and it is useful for simulating beam trajectories from the ion source and the beam line. PBGUNS can be used to calculate the effect of the gap between the plasma electrode and the extraction electrode on the ion beam properties. We propose combining the SIMION and PBGUNS results to compensate for problems in the calculation for the plasma. The calculation result from PBGUNS is utilized to perform ion beam extraction, which is close to the plasma model in SIMION, which can be used to easily simulate beam trajectories and model electrodes. We proposed a simulation method using SIMION to develop a model using plasma information from the PBGUNS result.</P>
