Because of the historical background and cultural origins “Dream of Red Mansions” produced, leaving it the Manchu ethnic culture eclectic historical and cultural masterpiece. “Dream of Red Mansions” in the basic language is Chinese Beijing dialect, which can be seen during the probe into the many natural ingredients Manchu language and culture. Language is the carrier of ethnic cultures, these words Manchu vivid, charming, deeper exhibited the influence of Manchu culture. In all sectors of society to express their own cultural patterns through different inner world, expressing different emotions and the pursuit, which formed the Qing ethnic diversity of cultures.

        중국 장기주택임대차모델의 문제점과 개선방안

        최근 몇 년간 새롭게 부상한 중국 장기주택 임대모델은 임대차 방식을 보다 편리하게 만들면서 대도시 임대인에게 인기가 높고 객관적으로 투명하게 임대할 수 있도록 했다. 객관적으로 공실률을 줄여 도시 내 집을 살 능력이 없는 사람들의 주거 여건을 높였다. 여기에 국가적으로 좋은 장기주택 사업자가 운영할 수 있는 정책환경까지 제공되면서 장기임대업자가 우후죽순처럼 생겨나고 있다. 각 회사가 시장을 선점하고 이익을 높이기 위한 장기주택의 운영 행태는 법적 한계를 뛰어넘어 임차인과 임차인의 권리를 심각하게 침해하고 있다. 장기주택임대회사 업체가 주도하는 데다 소유주, 임차인(실거주 세입자를 지칭)까지 더해져 인터넷 금융플랫폼의 네모난 주체가 불건전한 장기 임대모델을 형성하고 있다. 장기아파트 회사들은 위탁관리와 전대 운영방식의 차이를 모호하게 하고 있다. 주택소유권자와 맺은 계약은 위탁계약의 형태지만 실제로는 임대차계약의 실체다. 장기아파트 회사들은 계약서의 성격을 흐려 임차인과 소유권자의 권리를 침해하고 위험을 양자에게 전가한다. 이를 통해 ‘고진저처ㆍ장수단불(高进低处, 长收短付)’의 자금 축적에 성공해 많은 돈을 벌어들였다. 그러나 이런 경영 방식은 피라미드 사기극으로 발전하기 쉽다. 코로나19 사태로 대도시의 임차인이 대거 줄어 장기 아파트에서 받은 임대료를 소유권자에게 더 이상 지급하기 어려워졌고, 장기 아파트 회사들이 대거 운영이 어려워지면서 이미 임대료를 낸 임차인이 거주할 집을 잃은 사태가 속출하고 있다. 이런 패턴이 계속 악화되는 것을 방지하고 장기 임대 아파트 모델이 건전하게 발전할 수 있도록 한국의 주택임대차보호법을 거울삼아 법적으로 임대기간, 임차인 대항력 부여, 임대료 증감 및 보증금의 회수 등 몇 가지 측면에서 중국 주택임대차법을 보완하자는 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 한국의 다양한 임대 방식을 벤치마킹해 전체적으로 임대 플랫폼과 모델을 잘 구축하고, 주택 임대의 공개 투명성을 높여 궁극적으로 임차인의 권리를 충분히 보장받을 수 있는 임대차법이 만들어지길 기대한다. China’s long-rent apartment rental model is a new housing rental model that has emerged in recent years. This model makes the way of leasing more convenient and is favored by the renters in big cities. At the same time, it also objectively makes the housing rental process more open and transparent. It objectively reduces the vacancy rate of houses and improves the living conditions of people who cannot afford to buy houses in the city. In addition, the government has provided a favorable policy environment for the operation of long-term rental apartment companies, which results in the boom of the service industry. In order to seize the market and increase profits, companies have broken through the legal boundaries in the operation mode of long-lease apartments, which seriously infringes on the rights of lessors and renters. Led by the long-term rental apartment company, plus the house owners, tenants (here refers to the actual living tenants), Internet financial platforms constitute an unhealthy long-term rental apartment model. Long-term rental companies blur the distinction between escrow and sublease operations. The contract that signs with building droit person surface is the form that entrusts a contract, it is the essence that rents a contract actually. By obscuring the nature of the contract, the long-term rental apartment company infringes on the rights of the lessee and the owner of the house, and transfers the risk to both. In order to achieve the “high advance low, long close short pay” capital accumulation mode, obtain a large amount of capital, so as to profit. But this way of doing business can easily develop into a “Ponzi scheme”. As the number of renters in the first and second tier cities decreased significantly during the epidemic period, it was difficult for long-term rental apartments to continue to be paid to the owners, resulting in a large number of long-term rental apartment companies to operate, causing renters who had already paid rent to lose the rental notice they had paid. In order to prevent the deterioration of this model, the long-term rental apartment model can develop healthily. The author draws lessons from South Korea’s “residential lease Protection Law”, from the legal point of view, puts forward suggestions to improve China’s residential lease law from several aspects, such as lease term, giving the lessee force majeure, rent increase or decrease, and the obtaining of security deposit. It can even imitate South Korea to enrich the leasing methods, establish a good leasing platform and model in general, improve the openness and transparency of housing leasing, and finally form a leasing law where the rights of all parties can be fully guaranteed.

        Simulation and Experimental Investigation of Impact Damage in Composite Shell

        <P>In this paper, the energy absorption characteristics on extruded aluminum box-section strengthened with carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) laminates and/or foam material were investigated under impact loading. Impact tests using a pneumatic impact tester were conducted with the specimens in three-point bending flexure with consideration given to the side-door impact beams in vehicles. The absorbed energy to the specimen during the impact was determined from the loaddisplacement curve, which was obtained from the strain gauge attached to the impactor and the laser displacement transducer. From the results, it was found that the strengthening by externally bonding with CFRP laminates improved the impact-induced energy absorption. Also, the effect of the improvement was clearly seen in the case of the use of filling form material in the aluminum extrusion together with attaching CFRP laminates.</P>

      • <i>Paragonimus westermani</i>: Biochemical and immunological characterizations of paramyosin

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Paramyosin of the helminth parasite is a muscle protein that plays multifunctional roles in host-parasite relationships. In this study, we have cloned a gene encoding <I>Paragonimus westermani</I> paramyosin (PwPmy) and characterized biochemical and immunological properties of the recombinant protein. The recombinant PwPmy (rPwPmy) was shown to bind both human immunoglobulin G (IgG) and collagen. The protein was constitutively expressed in various developmental stages of the parasite and its expression level increased progressively as the parasite matured. Immunohistological analysis revealed that PwPmy was mainly localized in subtegumental muscle, tegument and cells surrounding the oral sucker, intestine, and ovary of the parasite. Sera from patients with paragonimiasis showed antibody reactivity against rPwPmy, and IgG1 and IgG4 were predominant. Immunization of mice with rPwPmy also induced high IgG responses. Biochemical and immunological characterization of PwPmy may provide valuable information for the further study to develop a vaccine or a chemotherapeutic agent for paragonimiasis.</P>

        High-Velocity Impact of Carbon/Epoxy Composite Laminates

        <P>The response of Carbon/epoxy composites under high velocity impact was investigated experimentally. The strain rate dependent behavior of T300 Carbon/epoxy matrix composite in tension is studied experimentally by split Hopkinson bar technique. Dynamic stress-strain plot was obtained and compared with the quasi-static tensile test results. The results of the study indicate that Carbon/epoxy composites are strain rate dependent materials. Stacking sequence has a significant effect on the material response. Tensile strength of the composites all increased with increasing strain rate. And failure strain decreased when strain rate increased.</P>

        ON THE m-POTENT RANKS OF CERTAIN SEMIGROUPS OF ORIENTATION PRESERVING TRANSFORMATIONS

        It is known that the ranks of the semigroups $\mathcal{SOP}_n$, $\mathcal{SPOP}_n$ and $\mathcal{SSPOP}_n$ (the semigroups of orientation preserving singular self-maps, partial and strictly partial transformations on $X_n={1,2,{\ldots},n}$, respectively) are n, 2n and n + 1, respectively. The idempotent rank, defined as the smallest number of idempotent generating set, of $\mathcal{SOP}_n$ and $\mathcal{SSPOP}_n$ are the same value as the rank, respectively. Idempotent can be seen as a special case (with m = 1) of m-potent. In this paper, we investigate the m-potent ranks, defined as the smallest number of m-potent generating set, of the semigroups $\mathcal{SOP}_n$, $\mathcal{SPOP}_n$ and $\mathcal{SSPOP}_n$. Firstly, we characterize the structure of the minimal generating sets of $\mathcal{SOP}_n$. As applications, we obtain that the number of distinct minimal generating sets is $(n-1)^nn!$. Secondly, we show that, for $1{\leq}m{\leq}n-1$, the m-potent ranks of the semigroups $\mathcal{SOP}_n$ and $\mathcal{SPOP}_n$ are also n and 2n, respectively. Finally, we find that the 2-potent rank of $\mathcal{SSPOP}_n$ is n + 1.

        Failure characteristics of combined coal-rock with different interfacial angles

        In order to investigate the influence of the interfacial angel on failure characteristics and mechanism of combined coal-rock mass, 35 uniaxial/biaxial compressive simulation tests with 5 different interfacial angels of combined coal-rock samples were conducted by PFC2D software. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) The compressive strength and cohesion decrease with the increase of interfacial angle, which is defined as the angle between structure plane and the exterior normal of maximum principal plane, while the changes of elastic modulus and internal friction angle are not obvious; (2) The impact energy index $K_E$ decreases with the increase of interfacial angle, and the slip failure of the interface can be predicted based on whether the number of acoustic emission (AE) hits has multiple peaks or not; (3) There are four typical failure patterns for combined coal-rock samples including I (V-shaped shear failure of coal), II (single-fracture shear failure of coal), III (shear failure of rock and coal), and IV (slip rupture of interface); and (4) A positive correlation between interfacial angle and interface effect is shown obviously, and the interfacial angle can be divided into weak-influencing scope ($0-15^{\circ}$), moderate-influencing scope ($15-45^{\circ}$), and strong-influencing scope (> $45^{\circ}$), respectively. However, the confining pressure has a certain constraint effect on the interface effect.

Let $$CPO_n=\{{\alpha}{\in}PO_n:({\forall}x,y{\in}dom{\alpha}),\;|x{\alpha}-y{\alpha}|{\leq}|x-y|\}$$ Then $CPO_n$ is a subsemigroup of $PO_n$. In this paper, we characterize Green's relations and the regularity of elements for $CPO_n$.

        Model Predictive Current Control for Dual Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Active Disturbance Rejection

        In order to improve the dynamic performance of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTP-PMSM) and the problems of large current ripples, an improved model predictive current control (MPCC) method of DTP-PMSM combined with linear active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is proposed. An improved MPCC strategy for the purpose of reducing voltage vector control error is proposed, based on the largest and second largest voltage vector control sets. The cost function of restraining harmonic plane current is established, and the three-step model predictive current control is carried out. Aiming at the problems of steady-state error and low prediction accuracy caused by motor parameters and external disturbance, the linear ADRC is adopted. The second-order linear extended state observer is introduced to improve the difficult problem of multi parameter tuning of nonlinear extended state observer. Through simulation and experiment of the proposed method for DTP-PMSM, the results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
