        동료수용ㆍ이해훈련 프로그램이 학습장애아의 이타적 행동 및 사회적 책임감에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 동료수용ㆍ이해훈련 프로그램을 특수학급에 입금된 학습장애아에게 적용하여 이타적 행동과 사회적 책임감을 증진시켜 학교 내 생활에서 구성원간의 사회적 관계를 원만하게 하고 교수-학습활동과 동료들간의 대인관계에서 어려움을 개선하고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 OO초등학교 특수학습의 학습장애아3명을 대상으로 10개월간 주 1회 24회기를 적용하였다. 본 연구는 사전ㆍ사후 검사 설계로 독립변인은 동료수용ㆍ이해훈련 프로그램은 3명의 학습장애아동의 이타적 행동과 사회적 책임감이며, 이타적 행동과 사회적 책임감 사전검사(4월)와 24회 동료수용ㆍ이해훈련 프로그램 적용후 사후검사(11월)의 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 동료수용ㆍ이해훈련 프로그램은 3명의 학습장애아동의 이타적 행동을 개선시키는데 효과가 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 토대로 학교내 학습장애아의 개인적 특성(흥미, 동기, 성격 등), 학습장애아에게 적절한 교수방법, 다양한 프로그램의 개발에 과한 추후 연구가 필요하다고 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine effects of the peer acceptance/understanding training program on the Pro-social Behavior and Social Responsibility of students with learning dificiencies in social cognitive function. The peer acceptance and understanding training programs used in this study is to improve pro-social behavior and social responsibility such as help, sharing, corporation with other, and making people comfortable.

        모조 근관의 크기와 충전 방법이 orthograde MTA apical plug의 미세누출에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the dye leakage of MTA (mineral trioxide aggregate) apical plug produced by two orthograde placement techniques (hand condensation technique and ultrasonically assisted hand condensation technique). To simulate straight canal, 60 transparent acrylic blocks with straight canal were fabricated. These transparent acrylic blocks were divided into 2 groups (Group C: hand condensation technique (HC) and Group U; ultrasonically assisted hand condensation technique(UAHC)) of 30 blocks with each MTA application method. Each group was divided into 2 subgroups (n = 15) with different canal size of #70 (subgroup C70 and subgroup U70) and #120 (subgroup C120 and subgroup U120). After apical plug was created, a wet paper point was placed over the MTA plug and specimen was kept in a humid condition at room temperature to allow MTA to set. After 24 hours, remaining canal space was backfilled using ObturaⅡ. All specimens were transferred to floral form socked by 0.2% rhodamine B solution and stored in 100% humidity at room temperature. After 48 hours, resin block specimens were washed and scanned using a scanner. The maximum length of microleakage was measured from the scanned images of four surfaces of each resin block using Photoshop 6.0. Statistical analysis was performed with Mann-Whitney U test. Group U of UAHC had significantly lower leakage than Group C of HC in #70-size canal (subgroup U70) (p<0.05). 이 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 두 개의 근관 크기(#70, #120)를 가진 레진 모형에 MTA (mineral trioxide aggregate)를 서로 다른 두 가지 방법 (수기구 충전(HC), 초음파 보조 수기구 충전(UAHC))으로 정방위 충전하고 MTA apical plug의 미세누출을 평가하는 것이다. 직선형 근관 형태를 가지며, #70과 #120의 치근단 크기를 갖는 레진 모형을 각각 30개씩 준비하였다. 이 시편들을 MTA의 적용 방법에 따라 각 군을 2개의 아군으로 다음과 같이 분류하였다 (n=15); C70: HC + 치근단 크기 #70, C120: HC + 치근단 크기 #120, U70: UAHC + 치근단 크기 #70, U120: UAHC + 치근단크기 #120. MTA충전을 완료한 후에, 24시간 동안 실온에서 100% 습도를 유지하여 경화시켰다. 근관의 상부는 열연화 충전 시스템(Obtura Ⅱ)을 이용하여 충전하였다. 48시간 동안 100% 습도를 유지하여 실온에서 0.2% rhodamine B 용액을 이용해 미세누출 실험을 하였다. 이 연구결과 #70의 치근단 크기를 갖는 그룹 사이에서 UAHC가 HC에 비해 미세누출이 적은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 이 연구 조건하에서는 초음파 진동을 동반한 정방위 MTA apical plug 형성 방법이, 특히 좁은 근관에서 더 효율적 인 것으로 사료된다.

      • Shearography를 이용한 타이어 내부결함의 정량평가 및 진전 모니터링

        In recent years, shearogrpahy has significantly improved capabilities in the areas of unbond and separation detection in tires. Although shearography has many advantages for qualitative evaluation, the technique remains the problem of quantitative analysis of inside defects, because shearography needs several effective factors including the amount of shearing, shearing direction and induced load, which exist as barrier for the quantitative analysis of inside defects. In this study, the factors were optimized and the size of cracks inside of tire has been quantitatively determined. Since the factors are highly dependent on inspectors skill and also affect the in-situ workability.

        It is necessary that the civil servants have high level of ethical norms and management science technique. Until now the mainstreams in the field of public administration have been administrative responsibility and ethics, 'cause corruptions of the public servants have been taking place all the time. Therefore, due to the peculiar characteristic of the government action principles reguired for the civil servants are much more strict then those for the members of other organizations. Particularly in the administrative state, civil servants are said to the provider and the change agent for the nation requiring more ethical consciousness. Judging from the 「charters of civil servants ethical」 and 「law on national civil servants」, ethics and responsibility reguired for the public servants in of almost importance. There wouldn't be my problems if observed. However the reality in not so simple, Thus ethical consciousness and the proper actions of public servants are urgently needed. Several virtures are prerequiste for the execution of ethics and responsibilities of the servants. In this paper, such essential virtures are reviewed. I'll look into how public servants are indulged into corruption depending upon the environment and circumstance. In addition, examples from foreign countries will also be investigated in that we can learn valuable lessons from them, Finally, the establishment of ethical actions which are not prone to corruption are pursued. One way of establishing ethical adions is ‘feeling of balance’, ‘principle of discipline’, and ‘categorical imperative’.

      • 폐경 전·후 여성들의 골다공증 인식도에 관한조사

        This is one of the preliminary researches for preventing osteoporosis in women of before and after menopause. We examined 63 women of 46-60 age(1-3 grade students' mothers of P highschool in Pusan) in order to check the standard of primary factors and prevention about osteoporosis by analyzing the questionary which was written by them. As a result, we got the relationship among RF(Risk Factor), PF(Prevention Factor), Age and BMI of osteoporosis is as follows : 1. The relationship between PF and RF was-0..315 and R^2=0.100 at the properness exam of the model. 2. The relationship between BMI and RF was low as 0.076 and R^2=0.006 at the properness exam of the model. 3. The relationship between Age and RF was 0.226 and R^2=0.051 at the properness exam of the model. 4. The relationship between BMI and PF was low as 0.015 and the result of the properness exam of the model got no meaning as 0.000. 5. The relationship between Age and PF was -0.13 and R^2=0.017 at the properness exam of the model. 6. The relationship between Age and BMI was 0.233 and R^2=0.054 at the properness exam of the model. The above facts are presumed as the result of the questionary which has sample size and low distinction. So if these problems are improved in the next study, more meaningful result can be obtained.

      • DC방전에 대한 전류 및 전압 조건에서 1차원 전산모사

        여러 그룹들의 연구 결과로서 DC 방전 전산모사를 위한 여러 가지 수치해석적 방법들이 보고되어 왔다. 대부분의 방법들은 전극에 전압을 경계 조건으로 가정하고 전류를 구하는 방법인데, 때로는 전류값을 조건으로 주고 전극의 전압이 결정되는 방법이 필요한 경우도 있다. 본 연구에서는 전류값이 조건으로 주어진 경우에 전극의 전압이 결정되는 방법을 적용했으며, 1차원 전산모사를 통해 두 가지 방법에 의한 결과를 비교하였다. Various numerical simulation algorithms for simulating DC discharge were reported from many research groups. Most of reported methods uses terminal electrode voltage as a boundary condition to obtain current density. However, in some case, we need to obtain terminal voltage from boundary condition of current. In this paper, the method which obtain voltage under current condition is applied, and we compared the results of two methods through one-dimensional simulations.

      • 팔라듐 담지 촉매에 의한 메탄의 연소반응

        Catalytic oxidation of methane was studied in a fixed bed flow reactor. Supported Pd and La promoted Pd catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method. Up to 0.5wt.% of Pd, the catalytic activity was increased with Pd loading. However, the activity did not change above that loading. 0.1wt.% La added Pd catalysts showed increased catalytic activities due to increased methane and oxygen adsorption. La addition proved to increase the dispersion, thus increases thermal stability of the catalysts. However, when the loading of La exceeds 1.0wt.%. methane oxidation activity was decreased. presumably due to the pore and Pd blocking by added La.

        감자식초의 항돌연변이원성 및 세포독성 효과

        This study was performed to examine the antimutagenic and cytotoxic effects of potato vinegar and commercial vinegars(cider, brown rice, persimmon vinegars) on Salmonella typhimurium TA98. TA100 and cancer cell lines using Ames test and cytotoxicity assay, respectively. In Ames test, all vinegars did not exhibit any mutagenicity, but showed substantial inhibitory effects against N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosog-uanidine(MNNG), 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide(4NQO), 3-amino-1.4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b] indol(Trp-P-1) and benzo(a)pyrene(B(a)P). The number of revertants per plate decreased significantly when these vinegars(80㎍/plate) were added to the assay system using TA100 strain. Especially, potato vinegar(80㎍/plate) showed high inhibition rate of 69.9% against mutagenicity of B(a)P on TA100 strain. In the cytotoxicity assay, these vinegars also showed prominent cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines. Potato vinegar(10㎍/showed the strongest cytotoxic effect against HT1080 (fibrosacoma cell) and K562 (myelogenous leukemia) at the same concentration when compared with other vinegars.
