        Ki-1 임파종 1 예

        A 60-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of fever with chillness and anarexia for 12 weeks. Physical examination revealed supraclavicular lymphadenopathy and left inguinal lymphadenopathy. Abdominal CT scan showed the evidence of maked lymphadenopathy on retraperitoneal, external iliac, obturator, left inguinal, and celiac lymph nodes. A pathologic diagnosis of Ki-1(+) lymphoma was made by the biopsed supraclavicular lymph node because the node consisted of large cells with pleomorphic nuclei, scanty cytoplasm, large basophilic nucleoli, atypical vacuoli and large cells were positive for leukocyte common antigen, Ber-H2, marker, and B-cell marker.

      • Cutting performance of tungsten carbide tools coated with diamond thin films after etching for various times

        <P>In this study, diamond thin films were deposited on tungsten carbide tools using surface-wave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (SWP-CVD). To eliminate the adverse effects of cobalt on the diamond deposition process, the cobalt was removed from the surface of the tools by etching with Murakami’s reagent for various times (30, 60, and 120 min). The cutting performance of the untreated and the diamond-coated WC tools was examined by performing cutting test on carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP). The results showed that all the diamond-coated tools exhibited great improvement on the durability and wear resistance compared to the uncoated one. In addition, the diamond-coated tool lift time is found to be proportional to the etching time. An increase more than twofold has been achieved when the etch time was increased from 30 min to 120 min.</P>

      • 울산퇴적점토의 광물조성 특성에 관한 연구 : 울산의 삼산지역 해성퇴적점토를 대상으로 On the Marine Deposit Clay in Samsan area

        본 연구에서는 울산광역시 남구 삼산동 일원 2개소에서 채취한 시료에 대하여 토질시험 및 X-선 회절(XRD)분석을 실시하여 점토의 광물학적 특성을 분석하였다. 대표시료의 화학성분 분석을 위해 X-선 형광분석(XRF)을 수행하였으며, 그 입자구조와 화학적 특성을 검토하기 위하여 주사전자현미경(SEM)과 에너지분산분광법(EDX)을 이용하여 비교.검토하였다. X-선 회적분석결과, 삼산지역 점토의 주 구성광물은 석영, 장석, 각섬석, 점토광물 등으로 나타났으며, 점토광물의 함량은 깊이에 따라 증가하였다. 점토광물의 정량분석 결과, 일라이트가 주를 이루고 있었으며, 카올리나이트, 녹니석, 스멕타이트 순으로 나타났다. 화확 성분 분석결과, 그 구성비율은 SiO2, Al203, Fe203의 순으로 나타났으며, 그 외 Na203, K20, MgO, CaO가 미량으로 존재하고 있었다. 울산퇴적 점토의 모양은 판상 및 침상이며, 정육면체의 소금결정과 유공충이 포함되어 있어 유기물 함유량과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to examine mienralogical properties of the soft clay that is distributed widely in samsan area, Ulsan. XRD analysis were examined to find the quantities of the clay minerals. And SRF, SEM and EDX analysis were also examined to investigate the chemical compositions and the structures of the clay. The properties of the samples from 2 sites in Samsan area were that the minerals of the clay are illite, kaolinite, chlorite, smectite and etc.. The plenty of illite has 38 to 53% of content in whole study area. And kaolinite has 18 to 30% of content, chlorite has 15 to 25%, and smectite has 4 to 12% of content, respectively. The results of SEM observation showed that appearances of Ulsan clay are sheet, plannar or needle form. Ulsan clay include salt crystal of cubic and foraminifera, which are related with the content of organ.

      • 體型別 Harvard Step Test後 血液有形成分의 變化

        The purpose of this study was to see the change of the formed elements of blood according to the Somatotypes after the Harvard step test. Six male students of D middle school in Dae ton were served as subjects. They were classified into Endomorphy, Mesomorphy, and Ectomorphy by Sheldon’s anthropometric method. Being based on before and after Harvard step test for 5 minutes, the F ratio of change of the formed elements of blood according to the Somatotype groups obtained the Conclusions as following; 1. The formed elements of blood according to Somatotypes in normal state had no remarkable difference. 2. After Harvard step test, each of the Somatotype group marked increase of the formed elements of blood. 3. After Harvard step test, Mesomorphy was lower than Endomorphy and Ectomorphy in concentration rate of the formed elements of blood. 4. In Hemoglobin, only Endomorphy group had increcesed significantly.

        Evaluating the Degree of Macrodispersion of Carbon Nanotubes using UV-VIS-NIR Absorption Spectroscopy

        We measured the degree of macrodispersion of the various single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) using UV-VIS-NIR absorption spectroscopy. CNTs were dispersed with SDS of 2 wt % in deionized water using the homogenizer and then were further centrifugated at 6000 g for 10 min. The degree of macrodispersion, expressed by Dm(λ)=Aa(λ)/Ab(λ)*100 (%), where λ is the wavelength and Aa(λ) and Ab(λ) are the absorbance of the sample after and before centrifugation, respectively. In the case of MWCNTs, we evaluated the degree of macrodispersion by the average degree of macrodispersion (Dm(λ)) between 1000 and 1200 nm. The degree of macrodispersion of SWCNTs was evaluated at the wavelength in which van Hove singularity-related transition regions were excluded, i.e., the range was chosen between E11S and E22S peaks. We have estimated six samples with the same method. The standard deviation of each sample was lower than 5. Therefore, we presented a reliable evaluation method for the macrodispersion of CNTs for standardization.

      • ZVT-PWM 승압형 컨버터를 이용한 무전극 램프의 역률 개선

        무전극 램프(EFC)의 전등은 램프 양단에 고주파를 갖는 고전압을 인가해야 한다. 종래의 무전극 램프의 구동 회로로 선형 증폭기가 이용되어져 왔으나, 낮은 에너지 변환 효율로 인해 PWM 스위칭 방식의 인버터로 교체되고 있다. 그러나 고주파 스위칭시 인버터의 스위칭 소자에서 스위칭 손실의 증가 및 노이즈 발생의 문제로 인해 PWM 인버터는 고주파 동작이 제한된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 영전압 스위칭 기술을 PWM 인버터에 적용하여 고주파 스위칭이 가능하고, 또한 스위칭 손실과 노이즈 발생을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 무전극 램프 구동용 인버터의 역률 개선 회로로서 이용될 수 있는 승압형 컨버터에 있어서 소형화 및 고전력 밀도에 큰 장점을 갖는 영전압 천이 PWM 승압형 컨버터에 관한여 서술하였다. 영전압 천이 PWM 승압형 컨버터의 정상상태 동작을 구간별로 해석하였으며, 이를 통하여 영전압 스위칭 조건을 도출하였다. 또한 이 컨버터를 무전극 램프 구동용 인버터의 역률 개선 회로에 적용, 실험을 하였으며 그 결과 0.99이상의 역률을 달성함을써 역률 개선 동작의 타당성을 입증하였다. Driving the electrodeless fluorescent lamp, the high AC voltage with high frequency is required. The linear power amplifier has been widely used as a driving circuit of electrode-less fluorescent lamp(EFL). However, the low efficiency of the power amplifier causes the driving circuit to be replaced by a PWM switching inverter. In other to use a PWM switching inverter as the driving circuit of an electrode-less fluorescent lamp, the high switching frequency is required But due to the switching loss at switches of the inverter, the limitation of high switching frequency appears in the inverter. One solution to this limitation is to reduce the switching loss by using the zero voltage switching technique. In this paper, an application of the ZVT-PWM(Zero-Voltage-Transition) boost converter, which has great advantage on mini-on and high power density, to the power factor correction circuit of the EFL(Eiectrode1ess Fluorescent Lamp) inverter i s studied. The operation principle of the converter are described to identify the power factor correction characteristics of the inverter. Experimentally obtaining the high power factor above 0.99, it is verified that the power factor correction of the EFL inverter successfully achieved.

        침습성 아스페르길루스증으로 치료받았던 급성 백혈병 환자에서 조혈모세포이식후 발생한 파급성 아스페르길루스증 1례

        본 증례는 침습성 아스페르길루스증의 과거력을 갖고 있는 백혈병환자에서 조혈모세포이식을 받은 후 치명적인 파급성 아스페르길루스증이 발병한 예이다. 환자는 항암요법 후 흉부 방사선 및 단층촬영에서 진균성 폐렴을 의심하여 항진균제를 투여하고 폐엽절제술을 시행하여 아스페르길루스에 의한 폐렴임을 확인하였다. Amphotericin B로 치료한 후 조혈모세포이식을 시행받은 뒤 치료에도 불구하고 파급성 아스페르길루스증으로 진행되어 사망하였다. 이 증례에서 보듯이 이전에 아스페르길루스증의 과거력이 있는 경우에 이식후 치명적인 결과를 유발할 수 있으므로, 고위험군을 선별하는 지침과 적절한 치료법에 대한 연구가 필요하겠다. Invasive aspergillosis has been increasing as the number of severe immunocompromised hosts rises. Particularly, in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients, incidence of invasive aspergillosis ranges from 4 to 10%. Even with appropriate treatment, the prognosis of invasive aspergillosis in allogeneic HSCT recipients remains poor, showing high mortality rate. Herein. we report a case where invasive aspergillosis in a patient with acute myelogeneous leukemia progressed to disseminated aspergillosis after allogeneic HSCT. A 31-year-old woman with acute myelogenous leukemia had invasive aspergillosis after third reinduction chemotherapy. After administering amphotericin B, the patient underwent the wedge resection of lung. and HLA-matched allogeneic HSCT was then conducted. On day 14 of transplantation, the patient died of disseminated aspergillosis, including possible cerebritis and endocarditis despite the amphotericin B therapy.

      • 저손실 스너버 회로를 이용한 유도 전동기의 서지전압 억제

        The development of advanced Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)has enabled high-frequency switching operation and has improved the performance of PWh4 inverters for motor drive. However, the high rate of dv/dt of IGBT has adverse effects on motor insulation stress. In many motor drive applications, the inverter and motor are separated and it requires long motor type. The long cable contributes high frequency ringing at the motor terminal and it results in hight surge voltage which stresses the motor insulation. The inverter output filter and RDC snubber are conventional method which can reduce the surge voltage. In this paper, we propose the new low loss snubber to reduce the motor terminal surge voltage. The snubber consists of the series connection of charging/discharging capacitor and the voltage-clamped capacitor. At IGBT turn-off, the snubber starts to operate when the IGBT voltage reaches the voltage-clamped level. Since dv/dt is decreased by snubber operating, the peak level of the surge voltage can be reduced. Also the snubber operates at the IGBT voltage above the voltage-clamped level, the snubber loss is largely reduced comparing with RDC snubber. The proposed snubber enables to reduce the motor terminal surge voltage with low loss.

        만경강 유역내 하천의 특성별 영향 평가

        본 연구는 만경강 유역의 수질 보전을 위한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 만경강 본류와 이에 유입되는 지천을 선정하여 2001년 5월부터 11월까지 매월 수질 모니터링을 실시하였다. 만경강 유역내 본류 및 지천의 유기물과 영양염류 함량을 조사한 결과, 본류의 T-N은 3.78~12.68 ㎎/L였으며, 지천중 축산폐수가 유입되는 익산천의 농도가 가장 높았다. 본류의 T-P의 BOD는 각각 0.043~0.864 ㎎/L와 2.59~13.29 ㎎/L였으며, 지천중 익산천이 가장 높았다. 본류의 COD는 12.9~119.5 mg/L였으며, 지천중 도시생활하수가 유입되는 추천이 가장 높았다. 만경강 유역 수질저하의 주 원인은 축산폐수였으며, 도시생활하수가 그 다음으로 중요한 원인으로 평가되었다. 만경강 본류의 T-N과 T-P는 하천의 유량이 증가하는 홍수기인 7~8월보다 장마선 갈수기인 5~6월에 높았고, COD는 장마전 갈수기보다 홍수기에 높았으며 장마가 완전히 끝난 영농후 갈수기인 9~11월에도 수질저하가 지속되었다. 만경강에 유입되는 지천중 전반적으로 수질오염이 심각한 익산천과 추천은 영농후 갈수기에 수질이 가장 저하되었고 상대적으로 홍수기에는 양호하였다. A survey on four tributaries along with Mankyeong River was carried out to get the information for the water quality improvement and control. Typical paddy farming were major agricultural practices in Kosancheon and Soyangcheon. Iksancheon was livestock raising watershed. Chucheon was urban watershed. Water quality in six sites of main stream and four sites of tributaries in Mankyeong River were investigated from May to August in 2001. The concentration of nutrients in main stream of Mankyeong River were in the range of 3.78~12.68 mg/L for total nitrogen, 0.043~0.864 mg/L for total phosphorus, 2.59~13.29 mg/L for BOD and 12.9~119.5 mg/L for COD, respectively. Water quality of Mankyeong River mostly exceeded the standard water quality criteria of Korea. Major causes of water pollution were evaluated as sewage of swine and urban area. Among the four tributaries, water quality in agricultural practices, Kosancheon and Soyangcheon was relatively less polluted. While, the highest level of water pollution measured in Iksancheon was due to livestock The water quality of Iksancheon and Chucheon was generally more polluted in the dry period than in rainy period.
