      • 저염도 음식물 쓰레기를 이용한 퇴비시여가 배추의 생육에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the changes of physico-chemical properties of soil applied with compost made by food wastes and its effect on the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage was grown in the soil treated with food waste compst(FWC) of 0, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10㎏/3.3㎡. As the amount of FWC increased, number of leaves, leaf area and fresh weight increased where application of 5㎏ and 10㎏/3.3㎡ showed vigorous plant growth in the late growing period. The pH of soil by application of FWC was not raised, which was similar to the soil before treatment. Organic matter increased in soil by increasing the amount of FWC. However, concentration of Cu and Pb in the soil reduced. The concentration of available phosphate(P) was lower in the soil treated with FWC than in the soil before treatment, which means that a large amount of P may be uptaken by plant. This study suggested that FWC should be an alternative to chemical fertilizer for vegetable production.

        림프종 환자에서의 갈륨, TI-201 그리고 Tc-99m MIBI 섭취의 비교

        Purpose; Ga-67 scintigraphy has been used for the evaluation of tumors, especially lymphoma. Recently, Tl-201 and Tc-99m MIBI were also used to tumor imaging. Tl-201 and Tc-99m MIBI had better physiologic characteristics than Ga-67, so we studied 32 biopsy proven lymphoma patients (male 24, female 8, mean age 46 years) with Ga-67, Tl-201 or Tc-99m MIBI and compared the scan findings. Materials and Methods: Twenty-three of 32 patients were injected 74-111 MBq (2-3 mCi) of Tl-201, before chemotherapy and imaged with dual-headed SPECT (Prism 2000, Picker, USA) at 30 minutes after injection. Delayed images were obtained after 3 hr in 8 patients. Twenty seven of 32 patients were injected 740 MBq (20 mCi) of Tc-99m MIBI and imaged at 30 minutes after injection. 111-185 MBq (3-5 mCi) of Ga-67 was injected in 12 patients and imaged at 48 and 72 hours after injection. Twenty eight patients were diagnosed as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and others were Hodgkin's lymphoma. Results: Twenty patients were positive on Tl-201 scan and 3 patients showed negative findings. One of these 3 patients, Tc-99m MIBI and Ga-67 scan were positive. Twenty two patients were positive on Tc-99m MIBI scan and 5 patients showed negative findings. One of these 5 patients, Tl-201 was positive and 2 were positive on Ga-67 scan. Ten of 12 patients showed positive findings on Ga-67 scan. The sensitivity of these agents were 83.3%, 87.0% and 81.5% for Ga-67, Tl-201 and Tc-99m MIBI, respectively. The sensitivity was highest in Tl-201 scan, but there were no significant differences among three tests. In this study, there was no significant difference of uptake ratios between early and delayed images of Tl-201. Conclusion: Scintigraphy with Tl-201 and Tc-99m MIBI in lymphoma patients have similar sensitivity with Ga-67.

        This study purpose is to contribute to a enhancement of judo competition to investigate the Leader behavior of judo coach as understanding how way they affected a satisfaction of players in the colleagues and professionals team. The follow is we got a conclusion. To analyze how the leader style effect a satisfaction of player, we used the t-test, multiple regression model as utilizing spss version 12.0 program. The first, the coach of professional team showed a social support action while the coach colleague team showed training, orders and pragmatical action. The second, the coach of superiority team showed a reward action of affirmative and pragmatical while the coach of non superiority team showed a democratic action. The third, this report was showed ; the training and orders action of the coach and social support action had a affection on the satisfaction of player's task achievement and coach action, also the coach's social support action and affirmative reward action had a affection on the satisfaction of player's social reaction.

      • 연질피복자재 시설의 환경특성과 토마토 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        There are many materials and agents in soft plastics film for Protected Cultivation. These are Polyethylene, Ethylene-vinylacetate, Polyvinylchloride ect. in materials and Stabilizer, Surfactant, Antihazier ect. in agents. This study was conducted to know characteristics of light transmission, minimum temperature in winter and tomato growth, yield. The results are summarized as follows ; 1. Changsu was shown the most stable change of contact angle which was influenced water droplet in inner film surface. 2. Light transmission was decreased in proportion of increasing contact angle after 10 months. 3. Effect of temperature maintenance in Samjung PE was 27% higher than PE. 4. Light transmission and efficienty of Samjung PE were 78.0% and 72.8%, it was 6.3% and 3.5% higher than PE(control), respectively. 5. Samjung PE was superior to any other materials in view of tomato growth and yield.

      • 시설유형별 환경특성이 풋고추 수관형성에 미치는 영향

        Light transmittance of glass, PC, PET, and PE house were 64.7, 61.3, 60.7 and 56.4%, respectively. They were totally lower than transparency of their covering materials because of shading with frame and equipments. The best shading part of greenhouse recoded light transmittance of 36-40% was below gutter. Temperature in greenhouse from 21:00 to 08:00 was high in order of glass, PC, PET, and PE house according to accumulated heat energy in soil. The results of investigation for green pepper canopy and growth, plant height and node length in the glass house were longer than any other greenhouse. But the green pepper canopy for group production was best in the glass house because of higher light transmittance and diffussion of greenhouse. Therefore branch angle and canopy width of green pepper in glass house were more wide, and number of organs like leaf, stem and fruit of green pepper in the glass house were more than any other greenhouse.

        환기정도에 따른 수술실용 신발 종류가 수술실 오염에 미치는 영향 : How to Choose Suitable Shoes?

        Background : Various types of protective footwear have been used to minimize bacterial contamination in operating rooms. In recent years, debate has arisen concerning the need for use of such protective footwear. This study was designed to provide useful data about choosing shoes most suitable for the surgical environment. Methods : Between November, 1999 and January, 2000, we performed this experimental study by comparing effect of three types of shoes (i.e., disposable shoescover, operating room-restricted shoes, and ordinary shoes) on bacterial contamination of operating rooms equipped with two different ventilation systems (i.e., high air-change, low air-change) respectively. Data were collected during two-hour sham operations in which subjects and their activities were strictly standardized. Bacterial flora were sampled from the study area floor and air colony-counts were measured. Results : In experiments involving high air-change ventilation system, there was a significant difference of floor contamination between three types of shoes, but no difference of air contamination. Under low air-change system, there was a significant difference of both floor and air contamination between three types of shoes. Conclusion : The results show that protective footwear would be unnecessary in the operating room with high air-change ventilation system, but it is important to choose suitable shoes carefully under low air-change system. Therefore, the use of outdoor shoes can be considered under high air-change system, but it would seem sensible to apply their first use in less bloody operations at the day surgery center or out-patient department to prevent transfer of body fluid into the outside environment.

      • 기체크로마토그래피/질량분석기에 의한 수질시료 중 4-니트로톨루엔의 분석법 연구

        Analytical method of 4-nitrotoluene (4-NT) in water was developed by gas chromatography/mass selective detector/selected ion monitoring (GUMMSIM). 4-NT was extracted with diethyl ether. Organic layer was washed with 5 % sodium chloride solution. The influence of solvent and evaporation condition on extraction of 4-NT were examined. The retention time of 4-NT peak was 7.72 min. Coefficient of variation (CV) of 4-NT (ng) within day and day-to-day was ranged from 7.0 to14.6% and from 7.7 to 20.8%, respectively. Recovery of 4-NT was ranged from 84 to 109%, and detection limit of 4-NT was less than 1 ng/ml.

        백서 하악골의 기능적 전방위가 악관절 원판에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to examine the changes in the shape of the Sprague-Dawley rats' articular disk following postural hyperpropulsion by observing their articular specimens through light and electronic microscopes after following 2-week and 4-week postural hyperpropulsion from their four weeks of age. The findings of this study are summarized as follow. It was shown that as compared with the control group, the experimental group indicated a significant increase in thickness of the 2-week groups' anterior and posterior portion of the articular disc. The experimental group showed statistically more significant increase in thickness of the 4-week groups' anterior portion of the articular disc than the control group. Light micrograph showed that the experimental group had more fibroblast in the anterior portion of the 2-week and 4-week groups than the comparing group. The 2-week groups showed in the findings through the electronic microscope that there were found the well developed and dilated RER which see-ms to actively synthesize the extracellular matrix including collagen, the cells with the well developed RER without distention which seems to actively synthesize the intracellular microfilaments due to the well developed free ribosome, and the typical chondroid cells. In addition, there was more fibroblast cell with the distended and well developed RER in the anterior area of the experimental group than that of the control group while fibroblast with the well developed RER and free ribosome was quite abundat. Based on the above result of this study, it was shown that the functional hyperpropulsion of the mandible causes the changes in the nature of the mechanical load to the certain portion of the articular disk. As a result, it seems that there may be occurred some changes in morphology of the disc by adaptation or confrontation with these changes at the cellular level.
