        Hypophosphatemia rickets 환아의 증례보고 : A CASE REPORT

        Hypophosphatemia rickets는 비타민 D의 치료량에 내성을 갖기 때문에 Vitamin D-resistant rickets(VDRR)라고도 명명되며, 이는 요세관으로부터 무기질 인산의 재흡수가 감소됨으로써 혈청 칼슘농도는 정상이나 인산농도가 낮고 alkaline phosphatase가 약간 증가되기 때문에 쉽게 진단되는 구루병의 한 형태이다. 이러한 Hypophosphatemia rickets의 임상적인 소견으로 양 다리가 휘는 것, 작은 키, 척추측만, 손목과 발목부위의 팽대가 나타나며 구강내 소견으로는 자발적인 치성농양의 높은 발생률, 맹출 지연, 근단공의 폐쇄지연, 얇고 저형성된 법랑질, 명확히 인지하기 힘든 치조백선, 확대된 치수강, 법랑상아경계까지 연장된 치수각 등이 있다. 본 증례는 유치의 상실과 그에 따른 치료를 위해 본원 소아과에서 의뢰된 비타민 D 저항성 구루병 환아의 임상소견과 그 치과적 치료에 대해 보고하는 바이다. Hypophosphatemia rickets, also known as Vitamin D-resistant rickets(VDRR) and refractory rickets, is a form of rickets which is resistant to the usual doses of vitamin D. VDRR is characterized by decreased renal tubular reabsorption of inorganic phosphate and is easily diagnosed by a normal blood calcium, hypophosphatemia, and slightly elevated alkaline phosphatase. Clinical features of Hypophosphatemia rickets included lateral bowing deformities of the legs, short stature, scoliosis, and enlargement of wrist and ankles. Dental finding in patient with VDRR were spontaneous dental abscesses in caries free teeth and other dental findings included delayed eruption, delayed apical closure, thin and hypoplastic enamel, absent or poorly defined lamina dura, enlarged pulp chambers, and numerous accessory canals and pulp horns that extend up and into the dentinoenamel junction. we reported the clinical feature and treatment of VDRR child who was referred from the department of pediatrics for early loss of primary teeth and its treatment.

      • 우묵사스레피(Eurya emarginata)의 플라보노이드 화합물의 분리 및 동정

        The extracts of Eurya emarginata showed inhibitory effect on the growth of HL-60 leukemia cells. So, 80% methanol(MeOH) extract of its leaves was partitioned to hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and residual water fractions. The ethyl acetate fraction, which showed desirable activities, was further purified using SiO2 column chromatography(CC) followed by reverse phase silica gel CC, then another normal CC to give fraction 4-1-8 as a pure compound. The compound 4-1-8 was analyzed by NMR spectrometry using 1H, 13C, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC spectra, and finally proved to be well-known flavono glycoside, Quercitrin.

      • 전력 케이블용 반도전층 재료의 열분석 특성

        To measure modulus and damping of semiconductive materials in power cable, we have investigated the modulus and damping of semiconductive materials showed by changing the content of carbon black. Then they were produced as sheets after pressing for 20 minutes at 180[℃] with a pressure of 200[kg/㎠]. The content of conductive carbon black was the variable, and their contents were 20, 30 and 40[wt%], respectively. The modulus and Tanδ experiments were measured by DMA 2980. Ranges of measurement temperature from -50[℃] to 100[℃] and measurement frequency is 1[Hz]. The modulus of specimens was increased according to a increment of a carbon black content. And modulus was rapidly decreased at the glass transition temperature. The tanδ of specimens was decreased according to a increment of a carbon black content.

      • 청소년의 주거가치 및 주거선호 경향과 관련변인에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 울산시 소재 중 · 고등학교에 재학중인 청소년들의 주거가치와 주거선호 경향을 파악하고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위한 자료는 설문조사를 통해 수집되었으며 최종적으로 597부가 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 빈도, 백분율 등을 포함하는 기술통계와 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주거가치를 프라이버시 및 안전성, 편리성, 입지 및 근린환경, 개성 및 사회적 지위, 경제성의 5개 특성으로 나누어 그 경향을 조사한 결과, 그 중 프라이버시 및 안전성, 편리성, 입지 및 근린환경의 3개 특성에 대해 다소 높은 가치를 부여하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주거선호는 기본 편의시설, 근린시설 및 공동생활, 개인생활, 첨단시설 및 자기과시 등 4개 특성으로 나누어 조사하였으며, 그 중 기본 편의시설에 대한 선호도가 가장 높았다 셋째, 주거선호를 이루는 4개 특성을 종속변인으로 한 회귀모델은 모두 유의적인 것으로 나타났으나, 주거가치에서는 개성 및 사회적 지위, 입지 및 근린환경에 대한 가치를 종속변인으로 한 두 모델만 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. This study attempts to explore the housing values and preferences of adolescents in Ulsan. The sample for this study consisted of 597 middle and high school students living in Ulsan, and the probability sampling method was utilized. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) It was found that the adolescents are more likely to have high values on privacy & security, followed by convenience, and neighborhood environment, while low values on individuality & social status, and economy of housing. (2) The adolescents have the highest preferences for basic facilities, followed by high-style facilities & show-off, neighborhood & community life, and Personal life. (3) Among the five aspects of housing values, the two regression models of individuality & social status and neighborhood enironment are significant, while all of the models of four aspects of housing preferences are significant.

      • 산화전세정에 따른 표면 Microroughness 및 불량분석에 관한 연구

        The purity of wafer surface is an essential requisite for the successful fabrication of VLSI silicon circuits. In the cleaning step, the precleaning(NH₄OH/H₂O₂/H₂O) method has been used. The precleaning process for bare wafer can affect the state of wafer surfaces. It can cause the degeneration of gate oxide layer. For the investigation of this problem, we measured the microroughness of silicon wafer surface using the atomic force microscope(AFM). The microroughness is in the range of 1.1∼1.6Å. The result is increased proportionally to the number of cleaning times. This problem by additional precleaning distributed to edge in the wafer. To avoid th yield drop due to the microroughness, we suggest that the content ratio of precleaning solution is to be at 0.2:1:10 and the cool DI water rinsing should be followed after cleaning step. However, additional cleaning process should be applied carefully to avoid failure even in the optimized precleaning process.

        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

      • 토양으로부터 Polygalacturonase를 생산하는 Cryptococcus spp. CS-2의 분리 및 동정

        제주도 북제주군 애월읍에 위치한 밀감 과수원의 토양으로부터 YM 배지를 이용하여 효모를 분리한 후, 1% polygalacturonic ac펀가 첨가된 배지에서 polygalacturonase 생성능력이 우수한 효모를 분리하였다. 분리된 strain CS-2의 생리화학적인 실험을 수행한 결과 분리균주는 Diazonium blue B(DBB) color test와 urease test에서 양성반응을, acetic acid, citrate acid 생성시험, gelatin과 fat 분해시험에서는 음성반응을 나타내어 Cryptococcus속과 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 탄소원의 조사에서 galactose를 탄소원으로 이용할 수 없었고, 질소원은 모두 이용할 수 없었다 또한 30℃에서는 성장하였으나, 35℃ 이상의 온도, 50% 이상의 glucose농도(w/w), 0.01% cyclohexamide 그리고 1% acetic acid에서는 성장을 하지 못하였다. 현미경을 이용한 형태학적인 관찰 결과, strain CS-2의 크기는 1.3×2.9μm인 타원형으로 관찰되었다. multiple budding을 하고, ascospore는 존재하는 반면, pseudornyceliurn과 true mycelium은 존재하지 않았다. 본 실험에서 사용된 strain CS-2의 형태학적, 배양학적, 생리학적인 여러 가지 결과를 종합하여 Cryptococcus속의 특징과 유사함을 확인할 수 있었기에 Cryptococcus spp. CS-2라 명명 하였다. A ploygalacturonase-producing yeast was isolated from Cheju soil by selective enrichment medium. One strain which has the highest activity of polygalacturonase was selected. The characteristics of the strain CS-2 were as follows: CS-2 utilized xylose, sucrose, maltose, trehalose, cellobiose, melibiose, lactose raffinose, inositol dulicitol, and dextrose, but did not utilize galactose, nitrate, nitrite, and lysine. Growth of CS-2 was inhibited by cyclohexamide, 1% acetic acid, and high concentration(over 50%) of glucose. It grew at 30℃ but did not at 35℃, The cell size of the strain CS-2 was 2.9㎛ in length and 1.3㎛ in diameter. Vegetable reproduction was multiple budding and ascospores was present 1 to 4. Pseudomycelia or true mycelia formation were not observed in any of the cultures. These results suggest that strain CS-2 is most likely a strain related Cryptococcus spp.(Cryptococcus spp. CS-2).

      • 불측정 상태변수를 갖는 이산치 다변수계통에 대한 슬라이딩 모드 제어기의 설계

        In this paper, we degined sliding mode controller for discrete-time multivariable systems with unmeasurable state variables. Practical control systems are usually realized by digital computer. And there has existed a gap between the continuously designed VSCS (Variable Structure Control System) and the realized control systems. So, we propose the sliding mode control theory which are extended from continuous VSCS theory for controlling the discrete systems. And the previous sliding mode control theory assumed that the systems have all of measurable state variables. However, in practical systems, all state variables are not measurable. Thus, in this paper, we also investigate the discrete system there not all states are available for switching function synthesis or control. In all the case, computer simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effects of theories.

      • ONO 적층절연막의 전기전도 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the stacked-dielectric layer oxide/nitride/oxide(ONO) is studied to scale down the memory device. Studying the change of composition in ONO layer due to the process condition and the conduction mechanism are investigated. The composition of the oxide film grown through the oxidation of nitride film is analyzed using auger electron spectroscopy(AES). AES results show that oxygen concentration increases at the interface between oxide and nitride layers as the thickness of the top oxide layer increases. When the top oxide film is thicker than 35Å, the concentration of oxygen increases both at the surface of nitride and in the nitride film. As the thickness of the top oxide and nitride increases, the electrical breakdown field increases. Optimum film thickness for scaled stacked-layer dielectric(ONO) is 63Å for nitride and 28Å for top oxide. In this case, maximum electrical breakdown field and leakage current is 18.5[MV/cm] and 8×10??[A], respectively.

      • 자일리톨과 탄수화물의 Streptococcus mutans에 대한 효과

        Xylitol is a 5-carbons carbohydrate, which can be replacedwith sucrose for preventing caries. The replication of Streptococcus mutans and its formation of artificial plaque were studied in the media containing xylitol. The combined effect of xylitol and other carbohydrates on Streptococcus mutans wasalso studied. The replication of Streptococcus mutans was inhibited according to the increased concentration of xylitol.Streptococcus mutans replicated at the initial stage ofincubation in the media containing glucose. fructose of loctose, while replicating from the beginning of incubation in the media containing fructose as combining with xylitol. The formation of artificial plaque by Streptococcus mutans was significantly reduced in the media containing with xylitol and fructose. These results indicated that the replication of Streptococcus mutans was inhibited according to the increased concentration of xylitol, and the formation fo artificial plaque by Streptococcus mutans was significantly inhibited in the media containing xylitol and fructose.
