황기 n-Butanol 분획물을 활용한 주름개선 화장품 효능 검정

Background : This study, the fraction for testing the efficacy of the Astragalus extract was concentrated active ingredient. The concentrated fraction was applied to a cosmetic material that Astragalus testing results confirmed that the improved efficacy. Methods and Results : The fractions were performed using an n-butanol solvent for increasing the efficacy of the Astragalus extract, by using the material fractions collected to compare and ultimately an increase in whitening and wrinkle efficacy. The solvent to be used in the fractions was used for the n-butanol good dissolution to the effective substance(Astragaloside, Isoflavonoid). It increased approximately 6.5 times the sample extract and the n-butanol fraction of the Astragalus as a result Astragaloside 15 ppm, 97 ppm respectively analyzed by HPLC equipment, isoflavonoid content was confirmed by an increase in the content of the fractions increased 4.5 times to 280 ppm, 1,260 ppm. Tyrosinase inhibitory effect, respectively IC50 5.70 mg/mL, IC50 1.02 mg/mL to, Collagenase producing ability is IC50 4.88 mg/mL, IC50 0.93 mg/mL with n-butanol fraction was good whitening, anti-wrinkle efficacy than the extract. Sensory evaluation was conducted in the same amount of sample, using a purified Astragalus cosmetics received high marks. Stability evaluation(MTT assay) was checked for more than 100% cell viability at the concentration 2,000 ppm. Conclusion : n-butanol fraction of Astragalus was subjected to a component analysis and In vitro test, it was confirmed an increase active ingredient content. The results of sensory evaluation and stability evaluation, it was confirmed been made to improve qualities as a cosmetic materials.

최근 디지털 정보량의 기하급수적인 중가에 따라 대규모 데이터인 빅데이터가 등장하였다. 빅데이터는 데이터가 실시간으로 매우 빠르게 생성되며 다양한 형태의 데이터를 가지며 이 데이터를 수집, 처리, 분석을 통해 새로운 지식을 창출한다. 그러나 기존의 ETL(Exact/Transform/Load) 연구에서 이러한 빅데이터를 처리 하는데 성능 저하가 발생되고 있으며 비정형 데이터를 관리할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 ETL 처리의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 하둡을 이용하여 ETL 상에서 처리 속도를 높이고 비정형 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 빅데이터 처리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper presents an on-line diagnosis system for identifying health and faulted conditions in squirrel-cage induction motors using stator current, temperature, and partial discharge signals. The proposed diagnosis system can diagnose induction motor faults such as broken rotor bars, air-gap eccentricities, stator winding insulations, and bearing faults. Experimental results obtained from induction motors show that the proposed system is capable of detecting induction motor faults.

Home service robot must recognize and build map for indoor and components of the house such as funiture and chair etc. The previous researcher has develpoed a indoor map building system by using CCD camera and ultra sonic sensor. These stems have some problem in such a way that (1) a distance resolution can be changed according to the number of pixel when we use a CCD camera system, (2) a messured distance can be decreased when it transmited to the rubber because of being absorbed the sound energy. This paper represents an intelligent sensor controller of mobile robot for object recognition in an indoor known environment. A range finder sensor module has been developed by using optic PSD (Position Sensitive Detector) sensor array at a low price. While PSD sensor is cost effective and light weighting, it has switching noise and white noise. To remove these noises, we propose a heuristic filter. Some experiments were illustrated for the validity of the developed system.
