      • 아산시 호소들의 오염실태조사 및 그 대책

        The object of this study is to survey water quality of reservoirsin in Asan city. We also suggest some countmeasures for environmental preservation toward sustainable urban development of Asan city. We analyze water qualities (pH, DO, COD, SS, T-P, T-N and Chlorophyll-a) of reservoirs. The level of water quality of small reservoirs is in the range of level Ⅳ-Ⅴ higher than the level Ⅲ established by the Ministry of Environment. Especially, water quality of Sinchang, Youngin and Shinchung reservoirs is worser than that of other reservoirs. Water quality of Asan and Sapkyo lake is the range of level Ⅳ-Ⅴ. As the levels of T-P and T-N are level Ⅳ and level Ⅴ, respectively, eutrophication might be progressed. Reservoirs in Asan city were already serious polluted by inflow of wastewater from residents, animal husbandries and industries. Recently, Metropolitan Area Development Planning(MADP) for Asan bay-area was suggested by the Ministry of Construction. According to this plan, industrialization and urbanization of Asan area will rapidly progress. If sewage and wastewater treatment facilitiesare not provided, water quality of reservoirs in Asan city will be worse. In order to prevent of environment pollution, first, the impact of industrialization and urbanization of Asan area on the environment should be considered at the beginning of MADP. Second, total effluent regulation of water pollution, air pollution and soil wastes, based on the self-purification of the Asan city environment, should be enforced.

      • 少腹逐瘀湯의 效能에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This experiment was performed on analgesic, anti-pyretic, sedative, anti-swelling, anti-thrombotic, anti-tumor effect and response of isolated uterus by administrating high and low concentration of Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract to experimental animals. This administration purpose to investigate the efficacy of the Sopokchukeotang which is known as having effects on treating female genital diseases on basis of oriental medicine literature and its clinical use. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid was decreased by administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. However, there was no statistical significance between sample and control group. 2. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract elevated the pain threshold significantly by on hindpaw edema induced by 1% carrageenin in rat. 3. Abnormally elevated body temperature induced by thyphoid vaccine was decreased by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. But, there was no statistical significance. 4. Sleeping time induced by Pentobarbital-sodium was prolonged by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. However significant effect was recognized only in the treated by low concentration group(p<0.05). 5. The significant decrease of swelling induced by carrageenin was noted in the group treated by high concentration(p<0.05, p<0.01). 6. The group treated by low concentration showed significant anti-swelling effect on the swellings induced by yeast, but not in the group treated by high concentration didn't show it(p<0.05). 7. The serum FDP was decreased significantly by administrating the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract to the experimental thrombosis(p<0.05, p<0.01). 8. The serum fibrinogen was increased significant by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract on the experimental thrombosis(p<0.01, p<0.001). 9. The prothrombin time was not influenced by the adminstration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract on the experimental thrombosis. 10. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract did riot make a prolongation the survival in Saroma 180 ascitic tumor implanted Rats. 11. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract had no effect on the normal movement of the isolated uterus. However, it showed the relaxation effect on the oxytocin induced muscle contraction of the isolated uterus. According to the above results, it might be recognized that the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract has the effect of analgesia, anti-pyrexia, sedation, anti-swelling, anti-thrombosis and relaxation effect on the oxytocin induced contraction of uterus muscle. However, anti-tumor effect of Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract was not appeared in the experiments. According to the above results. Sopokchukeotang's not-water-extract can be applied on the various inflammatory diseases in female genital organs.

        The swirl effect is very important parameter in the oil buner spray field. In this study, it was study of the cdmputer simulation about swirl effect When the size of spray angle of nozzle, spray pressure of nozzle, pressure of combustion chamber and buner tube were fixed. The swirl generation parts size were at intervals of 2.2mm, 2.7mm, 3.2mm. The pty flow was mixed well at 2.7mm. If we are able to got the experimerntal data. The study of comparision between experimental data and computer simulation results is possible. And then we can construct the data base about design parameters of holder.

      • 혐기성 소화의 동력학적 해석 : 有機酸 構成比에 따른 嫌氣性 消化 Anaerobic digestion with Component ratios of organic acids

        This research on organic acid and its component ratio (H_(AC) : H_(pt) : H_(Bu)) mainly produced in acid formation steps of anaerobic treatment process. From comparing the above experimental results with digestion efficiency of acetic acid used as substrates, I can find the conclusion as follows : 1. Removal efficiency for component ratios of organic acid is 64.3-98.6%, 59.6-98.2 %, respectively, varied with HRT of 3-20 days. 2. For l0days of HRT, in order to investigate the effects of component ratio of organic acid, when its component ratio(H_(ac) : H_(pt) : H_(bu)) is 100 : 0 : 0, 50 : 25 : 25, 28 : 38 : 34 and 0 : 50 : 50(as COD), respectively, effluent concentration is 464mg/l, 666mg/l, 832mg/l and 1,148mg/l, respectively. 3. Component ratio of menthane gas for organic acids represents 55-70%, with variation o: HRT, 3-20days. 4. When the component ratios of organic acid(H_(ac) : H_(pt) : H_(bu)) is 50 : 25 : 25 and 23 : 38 : 34(as COD), methane production per COD removal for HRT of 3-20days is 0.27~0. 32, 0.21~0.30. 5. From the mass balance relationship, when the component ratios of organic acid is 50 : 25 : 25 and 28 : 38 : 34(as COD), methane production ratio, varied with HRT of 3days, 5days, l0days, 15days and 20days in 49.6%, 66.4%, 77.5%. 85.1% and 89.7%, respectively and 39.1%, 56.3%, 68.3%, 76.3%, 83.9%, respectively.

        불소 전처리가 법랑질과 치면열구전색재의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 소아치과에서 널리 이용하고 있는 우식예방법인 불소도포가 치면열구전색재와 법랑질과의 결합에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 1, 2, 3, 4군은 unfilled sealant인 Teethmate A(Kuraray, Japan)를, 5, 6, 7 8군은 filled sealant인 Ultraseal XT(I기tradent, U.S.A.)를 이용하였고 1군과 5군은 불소로 전처리를 하지 않았으며 2군과 6군은 1.23% APF인 60 second taste(Pascal Company, U.S.A.)로 전처리하고 3군과 7군은 2.0% NaF인 Swirl(Biomedica Concepts, U.S.A.)로 전처리 하였으며 4군과 8군은 불소를 함유한 세마재인 Nupro(Johnson & Johnson Consumer Product Inc., U.S.A.)로 치면세마를 시행하였다. 준비된 시편은 산부식한 후 직경 3mm, 높이 2mm의 몰드를 이용하여 30초간 전색재의 중합을 시행하였고 열순환 후 전단강도를 측정하였다 unfilled sealant의 경우 각 군간에 유의한 차이가 없었지만 filled sealant의 경우 5군과 8군에 비해 6군과 7군은 유의하게 낮은 결합강도를 나타내었다(p<0.05). This study seeks to know the effect of fluoride topical application on the shear bond strength between enamel and fissure sealant. On group 1.2,3,4. Teethmate A(unfilled sealant) and on group 5,6.7.8 Ultraseal XT(filled sealant) were used. Group 1 and 5 were not pre-treated with fluoride and group 2 and 6 were pre-treased with 1.23% APF for 4minutes. Group 3 and 7 were pretreated with 2.0% NaF for 4 minutes, and group 4 and 8 were pumiced with abrasive containing fluoride for 10 seconds. Prepared specimens were acid etched for 30 seconds using 35% phosphoric acid, and then sealant was cured to the specimen using a 3mm diameter by 2mm height mold. They went through thermocycling. Its sheal· bond strength was measured. and then acid etched both groups that were pretreated with fluoride and that were not pretreated with fluoride. Then we examined the surface of the speci-men with EM and came up with these results. In groups using unfilled sealant(group l,2,3,4) , there were no sig-nificant differtrances between groups pretreted with fluoride and groups not pretreated with fluoride. In groups using filled sealant(group 5,6,7.8), groups 6 and 7(treated with 1.23% APF 2.0% NaF respectively) showed significantly lower· shear· bond strength. compared to group 5 (not pretreated with fluoride) and group 8 (pumiced with abrasive containing fluoride) (p<0.05) .

      • 콘벌루션 방법에 의한 전송선의 과도현상 시간해석

        This paper treats the time-domain transient analysis for transmission lines. To analyze a single lossy transmission line, the time-domain impulse response is derived by the convolution method from the general telegrapher equation including series inductance, parallel capacitance, conductor loss and dielectric loss. The cross-coupled multiconductor transmission lines are decoupled into uncoupled lossy transmission lines by the similarity transform. We consider only the cross-talks between adjacent transmission lines. The simulation results for several transmission examples were compared to those by the well-known circuit simulatior, SPICE(ver 3E.1), and they were in good agreement. It is believed that the results may be used to analyze high speed interconnects in VLSIs.

      • 분만 후 심한 저혈당이 동반된 림프구성 뇌하수체염 1예의 경과 관찰

        저자들은 출산 후 발생한 심한 저혈당을 주소로 내원한 31세 여자 환자에서 뇌 자기공명영상검사에서 뇌하수체종괴가 관찰되고 복합 뇌하수체 기능검사 결과전반적인 뇌하수체 기능저하증의 소견을 보여 림프구성 뇌하수체염을 진단하고, 호르몬 보충요법만으로 경과를 관찰하여 호전된 예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Lymphocytic hypophysitis, an inflammatory disease of the pituitary gland that is often associated with pregnancy, is caused by autoimmune destruction of the pituitary gland evidenced by diffuse inflammatory cell infiltration of the pituitary gland and some kinds of detectable autoantibodies. We report a case of lymphocytic hypophysitis in a 31-year-old woman presenting with severe hypoglycemia and hyponatremia after delivery. Hormonal study revealed panhypopituitarism and magnetic resonance imaging with enhancement showed the bulging contour of the right side pituitary gland with an ill-defined mass-like lesion and nodular thickening of the stalk The patient's symptoms and biochemical data improved greatly with replacement of L-thyroxine and glucocorticoid. Partial recovery of panhypopituitarism was also seen. The follow-up tests revealed dramatic resolution of the pituitary lesion (J Kor SOC Endocrinol 1 8 : 3 25 -33 1, 2003).

      • 殘留應力을 考慮한 鎔接材의 疲勞龜裂 進展擧動에 關한 硏究

        The effect of welding residual stress on the initiation and propagation of fatigue crack is investigated so as to study the fatigue behavior in welding residual stress field. Especially, the relation between welding residual stress and fatigue crack opening behavior is investigated and the redistribution of residual stress as a fatigue crack propagates is examined. Following results are obtained. 1) In case of the load range is constant, as the stress ratio is changing to 0.1, 0.33, 0.5 the propagation life is constant but the growth life decreases. And than, when maximum load or minimum load is constant, as the stress ratio increases the growth life and propagation life increase. 2) The fatigue crack propagations rate da/dN appears to accelerate when the stress intensity factor range ΔK is less than 15MPa-m^1/2. 3) The residual stress that is appeared by welding decreases after cutting. 4) Fatigue crack propagation ratio is affected by tensional and compressible residual stress at the initial time, but it's similar to the original in the more than 20mm of crack length.

      • 흰쥐에서 탄수화물 종류가 운동시 당 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of glucose, sucrose, and glucose polymer(GP) ingestion on the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism during treadmill running in rats. Rats were randomly assigned to normal, control and carbohydrate groups. Carbohydrate group was divided into glucose, sucrose and GP ingested rats. The experiment was carried out after overnight fasting. Rats were administrated either normal saline(control) or carbohydrates solutions of formulated glucose(6%), sucrose(6%) and GP(6%) via polyethlene tube to stomach before treadmill run. Exercise was loaded by a treadmill run at the speed of 1 km/hour for 30, 60 and 120 minutes. The results of experiment were as follows: Plasma glucose levels were decreased in proportion to the exercise time in control, but increased at treadmill run 30 minutes and then gradually decreased with the lapse of the exercise time in carbohydrates compared with normal rats. It decreased in control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats in decreasing order at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma glucose level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 67, 74, 87 and 91 in plasma glucose level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma lactate levels were increased by the exercise loading compared with normal in control and carbohydrates ingested rats. It increased in control, sucrose and GP in increasing order compared with normal rats, at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma lactate level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 167, 185, 149 and 114 in plasma lactate level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma FFA levels had tendency to increase by the exercise loading compared with normal in control and carbohydrates ingested rats. It showed increase in the sucrose, glucose, GP and control rats in Increasing order compared with normal rats at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma FFA level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 151, 153, 166 and 152 in plasma FFA level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma acetoacetate levels were higher in control compared with carbohydrates ingested rats at treadmill run 30, 60 and 120 minutes. Plasma beta-hydroxybutyrate levels increased by exercise compared with normal rats in control and carbohydrates ingested rats at treadmill run 30, 60, 120 minutes. Plasma insulin levels were decreased in proportion to the exercise time in control compared with normal rats, but in carbohydrates ingested rats increased at treadmill run 30 minutes and then gradually deceased with the lapse of the exercise time compared with normal. In carbohydrates ingested rats, plasma insulin levies were higher than control. Hematocrit did not show any difference between control and carbohydrates rats at treadmill run 30, 60 and 120 minutes. From these experimental results, it is suggested that the exhaustion of skeletal muscle glycogen, the hypoglycemia, the overproduction of lactate and dehydration is delayed in carbohydrates ingested rats. GP of the carbohydrates is considered as the most effective for these effects. Therefore, intake of carbohydrates before exercise, especially GP seems to increase performance in the prolonged moderate exercise.
