      • 절수에 의한 Mongolian Gerbil 장기중량변화에 관한 분석연구

        In this study, authors measured the each organ weight of the long term water deprived Mongolian gerbil, after then we calculated the mean, standard deviation, variance coefficient of the real measured organ weight and induced the organ weight change quantity, rate of quantity, deviation between measured and theological organ weight, deviation rate, sum of deviation rate, organ weight change rate, rate of organ weight by the mathematical formula. The results obtained as follow 1. The weight of the brains, lung, and testis were abruptly decreased after water deprived until the 5th day, after then slowly decreased until the 20th day. 2. The weight of the heart was decreased gradually from the first day until the 20th day. 3. The weight of the liver was abruptly decreased until the 10th day, after then the more slowly decreased until the 20th day. 4. The weight of the thymus, spleen, kidney, and pancreas were abruptly decreased until the 15th day, after then increased slowly until 20th day but the weight of the kidney was abruptly increased from the 10th day. 5. The organ weight change rate and the rate of the each day organ weight were very diversified.

        Multiple primary cancer means that more that two cancers occur independently in an individual. Recently, the incidence of multiple primary cancer has increased with lengthened survival, of cancer patients, development of new diagnostic technique and increased clinical evaluation. We report a patient who had adenocarcinoma of stomach combined with squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus simultaneously.

      • 글리코겐 로딩과 지방로딩에 의한 운동선수들의 지구력 및 생리적 특성의 비교

        The present study examined the effect of dietary manipulations on five trained hockey player. The amount of energy intake is about 3,288kal/day in fat diet and about 3,309kal/day in carbohydrate diet, and the percentage energy contributions from carbohydrate diets, fat, and protein were 44.2/40.8/15.1 and 68.9/15.4/15.7 for fat and carbohydrate diets, respectively. Expiratory gases and blood responses to a prolonged treadmill run were determined following 7d on each diet. Free fatty acid(FFA), triglycerides, glycerol, glucose, and lactate were measured. Running time to exhaustion was not significant difference on both experiment diets. Plasma FFA levels were higher and glycerol levels were lower during the fat diet than during the carbohydrate diet. Other biochemical measures did not differ significantly among diets. These data suggest that endurance running of 80% VO₂max is so high for college hockey players that the difference created by two diets are not significant.

        미술활동을 통한 ADHD 특성 아동의 문제행동 개선 연구

        본 연구는 ADHD 아동의 문제행동을 개선하기 위해 미술활동을 적용한 것이다. ADHD 아동들이 문제행동을 나타내는 것은 주의력결함이나 충동성, 즉 행동억제와 관련된 실행기능상의 문제로 파악되므로 미술활동을 통하여 자신의 행동에 대한 통제 훈련이 가능할 것이라는 점이 전제되었다. 대상아동은 DSM-Ⅳ의 진단기준과 주의력결핍과잉행동교사평정지의 선별기준을 만족시키는 3명의 아동으로 선정하였고, 미술활동 프로그램은 활동과정상 소근육운동의 활성과 억제가 요구되는 활동으로 구성하였다. 실험은 3명의 대상아동에 대하여 AB설계법으로 이루어졌으며 중재기간 후, 변화된 행동이 유지되는지도 알아보았다. 문제행동은 자리이탈과 주의산만행동으로 제한하고, 측정은 프로그램 중재 후 수업시간 20분을 비디오 촬영하여 연속기록법으로 행동발생의 빈도를 기록하였다. 연구결과, 3명의 대상아동 모두가 중재기간동안에 문제행동이 평균적으로 감소하였고, 중재를 중단한 유지기간동안에도 문제행동이 기초선수준으로 증가하지 않는 양상을 나타내었다. 따라서 미술활동은 ADHD 아동의 문제행동, 특히 자리이탈과 주의산만 행동을 감소시키는 데에 효과가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of various art activities on the leaving from seats and the distraction of an ADHD child. The subjects of the study was three ADHD children in W elementary school, showed problematical in 9 items regarding attention deficit of DSM-Ⅳ, over 6 items each regarding hyperactivity disorder and impulse and 9 items out of 14 items in an evaluation paper for attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. The program was composed of art activities effective on improvement of attention power and decrease of hyperactivity disorder. The art activity program was divided into 4 steps; the beginning step(1-4 period), the expression step(5-12 period), the variation step(13-20 period), the completion step(21-23 period) of all 23 periods for 40 minutes a time, 4 times a week from 2002, 5, 27. to 2002, 7, 10. and it was applied by myself. The execution of the study was carried into foundation, arbitration, maintenance stages by AB design mode of single subject study method. Occurrence frequency of the disordered acts of the subjects was measured by continuative recording method. 20 minutes' school class in the foundation and maintenance stages, 40 minutes' program activities and 20 minutes' school class in the arbitration stage were recorded on a video and frequency degree of the act of separating from seats and the act of distraction by each period was written down by an observer. As a result of execution of the study, it showed that the program of various act activities was effective on decrease in the leaving from seats and the distraction of an ADHD children.

      • TGA를 이용한 산화구리계 탈황제의 반응 특성 규명

        Reduction and sulfidation reactivities of mixed metal oxides were investigated by using a TGA. Mixed metal oxides consisted of CuO as the main active material, SiO₂ as the support material and both MoO₃ and Fe₂O₃ as the additives. Each material was chosen based on the literature survey. CS (CuO/SiO₂) sorbents were prepared to investigate the effect of support material, and consisted of various composition of CuO and SiO₂. CMS (CuO-MoO₃/SiO₂) and CFS (CuO-Fe₂O₃/SiO₂) sorbents were prepared to investigate the effect of additives and consisted of various composition of CuO and additive. In CMS and CFS sorbents, a support material was 25wt% SiO₂ because the previous study showed that 25wt% SiO₂ was needed to maintain the activity in multicycle experiment. Simple physical mixing method was chosen as the sorbent preparation method. Chatterjee-Conrad method was used to evaluate activation energies of sorbents from TGA data. The activation energy of CS sorbents decreased in reduction reaction and increased in sulfidation reaction as SiO₂ content increased. Fe₂O₃ was more favorable than MoO₃ as an additive material in terms of reduction reaction rate.

      • 枸杞 Lycium chinense Miller의 果實이 實驗的 糖尿에 미치는 影響

        The influence of fruit of Lycium chinense Miller on the blood sugar levels and serum transaminase (SGP-T, SGO-T) activities from alloxan-diabetic rabbits were observed. The Lycii Fructus were extracted with methanol, and the extracted sample was orally administrated to normal and alloxan diabetic rabbits. As for the blood sugar levels and serum transaminase activities of normal rabbits no significant variation were detected by administration of the extracted sample. The blood sugar levels and serum transaminase activity of normal rabbits were significantly increased by administration of the alloxan. The increased blood sugar levels of 'the alloxan-diabetic rabbits were gradually decreased by administration of the extracted samples, and were returned to the control levels after 12 day. The increased transaminase activities in serum of the alloxan-diabetic rabbits were significantly decreased after 96 hours. According to the above results, it would be concluded that the extract of Lycii Fructus influences for the recovery of the increased amount of blood sugar levels and serum transaminase activities by alloxan.

      • 생합성 플라스틱 Poly-β-Hydroxybutyrate의 생분해와 토양온도의 관계

        생분해성 플라스틱인 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB)의 미생물에 의한 분해에 대하여 2, 10, 20, 30 및 40℃의 항온이 유지되는 토양에서 49일간 배양하면서 조사하였다. 무게 감소로 측정한 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해속도는 배양 온도가 높을 수록 증가하였다. 배양온도 40℃에서 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate는 하루당 3.5%의 무게감소 속도로 빠르게 분해되었다. 한편 토양에서 poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해는 토양의 pH, 전기전도도와 같은 화학적 특성에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 탈수소효소 활성도로 나타낸 토양미생물의 활성도는poly-β-hydroxybutyrate의 분해에 따라서 증가하였다. The microbial degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB) films was studied in soil microcosms incubated at a constant temperature of 2, 10, 20, 30 and 40℃ for up to 49 days. The degradation rate measured through loss of weight was enhanced by incubation at a higher temperature. At the soil temperature 40℃, poly-β-hydroxybutyrate was rapidly degraded at a decay rate of 3.5% weight loss per day. The degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate did not affected significantly the chemical properties of soils such as pH and electric conductivity. However, microbial activity of soil in terms of dehydrogenase activity was increased by the degradation of poly-β-hydroxybutyrate.

      • 남북한 농산물 교역활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        North Korea has shown the great reduction in the quantity of foreign trade since the collapse of the former USSER and the countries of Eastern Europe which was the major trade partners. The trade deficit of North Korea has gradually increased, which is acting as the man cause of its economic depression. North Korea devote all of its energy to the imort of grains and the introduction of crude oil for processing on consignment to overcome severe food shortage and energy shortage, deepening the degree of dependency on foreign countries further. The important fact is that South Korea has overtaken Russia and is emerging as the third trading partner next to China and Japan in terms of the quantity and size of trade. Especially, the size of trade exchange of agricultural products between South Korea and North Korea is drestically increasing. South Korea and North Korea have several favorable conditions that they can expand mutual interests by activating the trade of agricultural products it. South Korea and North Korea fail to get out of the deadlock in trade because of economic difficulty and political and diplomatic factors, but there is a high possibility that they may expand trades on mutually complementary items in the future.

      • 비소세포폐암에서 동시화학방사선요법을 받는 중 생긴 기관폐루1례

        최근 근치적 절제가 불가능한 국소진행성 비소세포 폐암에서 화학요법을 방사선요법과 동시에 투여하는 치료방법에 대한 연구가 활발이 이루어지고 있으며 이러한 치료과정 중 생긴 여러 부작용에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있지만 아직까지 기관폐루가 생겼다고 보고는 없다. 따라서 치료과정 중 기관폐루가 의심되는 소견이 있을 경우 이에 대한 조기 진단과 치료를 통하여 부작용에 따른 사망률을 최소화하여야 하겠다. The incidence of lung cancer is increasing steadily and various methods have been attempted to enhance the cure rate of locally advanced non small cell lung cancer, which is hardly removable surgically, but the results are not satisfactory yet. Recently, research is being made actively on the simultaneous application of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer that cannot be radically resected and the we experienced a case of patient diagnosed with bronchopulmonary fistula during the treatment process, and therefore report it here.
