이 연구는 메이지 30년대 도쿠토미 로카의 <호토토기스(不如歸)>가 한국에서 수용된 의미를 ``사랑(愛)``의 번역을 중심으로, ``사랑(愛)``의 개념이 정착해 가는 근대를 향한 여정을 가시화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ``성혼후``부터 서사가 전개되는 <호토토기스>에서의 ``사랑(愛)``은 ``부부애``의 문제이며, 이는 근대의 낭만적 사랑에 이르는 통과제의이다. 따라서 1912년이라는 식민지 초기의 한국에서 원작의 ``부부애`` 담론이 어떻게 번역/번안되었는가는 사랑·성·결혼 등을 둘러싼 근대와 전근대의 갈등의 한복판을 관통하는 일이며 결혼이나 가족제도, 혹은 내면의 발견 등 근대적 ``사랑(愛)`` 관념이 불일치하는 현장을 목격하는 작업이다. 구체적으로 선우일의 번안 <두견성>과 조중환의 번역 <불여귀>를 중심으로, 원작의 ``사랑(愛)``의 번역 양상을 추적하여 차이를 주목했다. ``사랑``에 대한 번역자의 시선은 한자어 ``애(愛)``와 ``정(情)``의 상상력을 바탕으로 두 가지 양상으로 전개함으로써 사랑의 개념이 한자라는 언어의 자장 안에서 형성되었음을 시사했다. 전자는 육친애에 대한 사랑을 바탕으로 ``부부애``의 정신적인 친밀감을 상상했으며, 후자는 남녀간의 ``정(情)``을 확장하여 섹슈얼리티를 부각하는 차이를 보였다. 이것은 당대의 봉건적 구도덕과 기독교적 세계관을 바탕으로 한 정신적 사랑과 육체적 사랑이라는 이분법적 사랑 개념의 갈등과 긴장이 드러나는 것이며, 이 점에서 당대의 <호토토기스>가 한국에서 변용된 의의가 있다. This paper aims at exposing the path toward the modern when the conception of ``love`` is established, referring to the discourse of ``love`` in Bullyogwi translated as Hototogisu, the novel by Tokutomi Roka in the 30s. In Hototogisu, where narrative begins after the marriage, the kernel of the discourse of love is the marital love, which was a necessary discursive procedure in reaching to the modern romantic love. Thus, the issue of how the discourse of ``marital love`` was translated in 1912, the early colonial days in Korea, was to witness the conflict between modern institution and the conception of ``love. From the concrete perspective, This paper tried to search the mode of translation of ``love`` in Cho jung-whan`s Bullyogwi, giving attention to the difference from Son u-il`s adoptively-translated version of Dugyonseong. As a result, This disclosed that the ``marital love`` in the original novel had been limitedly translated, making the physical aspect of love salient and the filial piety. The translater`s gaze at ``love`` suggests that the concept of love had been formed in context of the dominant imagination of "情(Affection)"and "愛(Love)" of Classical Chinese in those days. While the former was based on love for the blood relationship love, imagining mental friendly feeling of the couple love, the latter widened "情 (Affection)" between men and women, highlighting a sexual impulse of the couple love. This shows the conflict and the tension between the mental love and the physical love, based on the patriarchal old morals and the christian world-view. The significance of Hototogisu`s translation is in this fact.

일본문학의 번안

This article is an attempt to search the factors that affected the choice between translation and adaptation in the reception of Japanese Literature. In 1910s, Japanese Literature was introduced to the Korean readers in the form of adapted serial novels in meil shinbo, the only Korean newspaper published in Korean alphabet hangeul. Cho Jung-Whan was not only the reporter for meil shinbo but also the most representative translator in the colonized Choson. He used to adapt katei shosetsuin particular during Meiji era, however, in 1912, he translated Hototogisu, a novel written by Tokutomi Roka in 1898(the 30thMeiji). In fact, it was the only translated novel in the 1910s and therefore, it was a unique form of publication of a novel at that time. However, Cho Jung-Whan suddenly changed his strategy of translation and turned towards adaptation since Bullyogwi. This change from translation to adaptation might be caused by an intervention of meil shinbo’s policy. However, in the deeper level of consideration, it seems that the strategy of adaptation was derived from the impossibility of translating the remarkable differences of languages and cultures between Japan and Korea, which Cho, Jung-Whan had to face.

간호중재분류체계(NIC)를 이용한 중환자실 간호중재 분석

The purpose of this research was to identify nursing interventions performed by the ICU nurses from 2 university hospital in Taegu. For this research, I used the Nursing Intervention questionnaire developed by the Iowa Intervention Project and translated by korean specialists and professor concerned to the same field. In order to obtain the data, a special group of professor, head nurse, charge nurse, researcher was instituted. The special group work validataed 205 nursing interventions with agreement of more than 50% becuse the NIC(433 nursing intervention) survey process was too time-consuming and not appropriate for all labels. The data were collected from June 1 to 30, 1999 and analysed with SAS program. The obtained results are as follows; (1) 94 interventions were performed at least daily. (2) The most frequently used nursing interventions were Parenteral Medication Administration, Aspiration Precautions, Pressure Ulcer Prevents, Positioning, Airway Management, Cough Enhancement in rank. In conclusion, this research using NIC has helped to figure out the component to the ICU care in korea. The use of this results will contribute to enhance quality assessment and improve standard of ICU nursing.

RF통신을 이용한 전광판 시스템의 구현

최근 많은 분야에서 사용되고 있는 RF(Radio Frequency)를 이용하여 원거리에서 무선으로 소형전광판에 문자 데이터를 보낼 수 있도록 하여 손쉽게 문구를 바꿀 수 있는 광고용 전광판을 구현하였다.구현된 전광판은 소프트웨어 부분과 하드웨어 부분으로 나누어서 살펴보면, 사용자로부터 전광판에 표시하려는 문장을 IBM PC에 입력받아서 전광판으로 송신하도록 하는 윈도우용 프로그램과 전광판에 표시될 데이터를 무선으로 수신 받아서 전광판에 표시하도록 해주는 프로그램이 전광판에 사용되는 소프트웨어가 되겠다.IBM PC에서 전광판으로 데이터를 보내고 전광판에서 그 데이터를 받기 위해서 RF모듈을 사용하였고, 전광판에 수신된 데이터를 전광판에 표시하기 위해서 마이크로컨트롤러를 사용하였다.구현된 전광판은 16×16크기의 도트 매트릭스를 각각 12개씩 사용하여 문자열 2줄을 표시할 수 있도록 제작하였다 한 문자를 표현하는데 한 개의 도트매트릭스가 사용되므로 표시될 문자는 16×16도트에 맞는 문자 폰트를 가지며, 문자 폰트를 나타내는 방법은 완성형과 조합형이 있으나 프로그램을 간단히 하기 위해서 완성형을 사용하였다.

A case of tricyclic antidepressant-induced extrapyramidal side effects is reported and the authors review the literature describing these effects. Despite clear case report, these side effects are not well known. Given the wide prescription of tricyclic antidepressants(TCA) and the low number of case reports, the prevalence of these side effects is indeed low, but clinical implications exist. The neurotransmitters that predispose these side effects are not completely understood.

In this paper, supposed to solve these problem to PID parameters controller algorithm using ANN. In the proposed algorithm, the parameters of the controller were adjusted to reduce by on-line system the error of the speed of IM. In this process, EBPA NN was constituted to an output error value of an IM and conspired an input and output. The performance of the self-tuning controller is compared with that of the PH) controller tuned by conventional method (Ziehler-Nichols). The effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified thought the Matlab Simulink and experimental results.

국내 혈액질환 환자에서 침습성 아스페르길루스증의 구제치료로서 Voriconazole의 효과와 안전성

Background: Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is associated with significant morbidity and mortality in patients with hematologic malignancies. We investigated the efficacy and safety of voriconazole (VCZ) when used as salvage therapy for IA in Korean adults with hematologic malignancies who had not responded to prior antifungal therapy. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed data, collected from January 2007 to October 2008, from patients with proven or probable cases of IA. All were probable IA cases, except for one proven case. All cases were refractory or intolerant to antifungal therapy prior to administration of VCZ. Efficacy and safety were assessed in patients treated with VCZ for more than 3 days and for more than one dose, respectively. A favorable response [complete (CR) or partial (PR)] was defined by significant improvement of all clinical symptoms, signs, and radiologic abnormalities. Results: Fifty patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled. There were 27 male and 23 female patients with mean age of 44.4 years (range, 15-65 years). Underlying diseases were acute leukemia (35 cases), chronic myelogenous leukemia (4 cases), myelodysplastic syndrome (3 cases), lymphoma (3 cases) and other hematologic diseases (5 cases). Twenty-two patients had received chemotherapy and 13 patients had undergone hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The lung was the main infection site (94%) followed by the sinus (6%). Amphotericin B deoxycholate alone was the most frequent previous antifungal therapy. The mean duration of antifungal therapy prior to VCZ therapy was 13.9±8.8 days (2-44 days). The median duration of VCZ therapy was 19 days (interquartile range, 49 days). Sixteen patients (32.0%) showed favorable responses (CR:PR=8:8) at the end of VCZ therapy. The numbers of patients with stable disease, progression and death were, 6 (12%), 6 (12%) and 22 (44%) respectively. Most of those with unfavorable responses had relapsed underlying malignancies or refractory graft versus host diseases. Twelve patients developed drug-related adverse events but only one patient stopped VCZ treatment prematurely. Conclusions: VCZ demonstrated an acceptable level of toxicity in patients with hematologic malignancies but further studies are required to prove its efficacy as salvage therapy.
