        김정수,구태회 경희대학교 환경연구소 1998 環境硏究 論文集 Vol.8 No.-

        This is a report on the birds recorded from May 1995 to April 1996 in Shingal stream and reservoir. During the investigation period was observed a total 41 species and 7,932 individuals. The most dominant species was Anas poecilorhyncha 59.20%(4,696 individuals), followed by Passer montanus 14.12%(1,120 individuals), Anas platyrhynchos 5.50%(436 individuals) and Pica pica 5.02%(398 individuals). The index of species diversity and no. of equally common species were each 1.608, 4.991. Monthly of the most species and individuals were investigated at February that were 18 species and 2,475 individuals. The highest species diversity and no. of equally common species were 1.827, 6.215 respectively at June 1995. Seasonally the most species and individuals were watched in winter that were 28 species and 4,760 individuals. The highest species diversity and no. of equally common species were each 1.671, 5.322 at spring.

      • 우리나라 야생조류의 체내 납(Pb)과 카드뮴(Cd) 축척

        This study presents concentrations of lead and cadmium in liver and kidney in Korean wild birds during 2000-2002. Lead concentrations in livers were Kharadriiformes < Anserifoimes < Kiconiiformes < Falconiformes < Passeriformes < Columbiformes. Their lead concentrations in livers and kidneys was within background level and exposed level. Cadmium concentrations in kidneys were Kharadriiformes < Ciconiiformes < Anseriformes < Falconiformes < Passeriformes < Columbifoimes. Kidney cadmium concentrations in Korean wild birds were within the range of background level, but one Cattle Egret Bibulous ibis and 7 Ancient Murrelet Synthliboramphus antiques was toxic level.

      • 직접 통기 방법에 의한 동물세포 배양

        일반적으로 배양기내로의 통기는 미생물의 경우 직접통기가 가능하나, 동물세포에서의 세포벽이 없으므로 직접통기방법이 사용되지 않는다. 특히 담체의 표면에 부착되어 성장하는 부착성 동물세포의 경우 통기시 공기방울이 터지는 것으로 인하여 세포가 치명적인 손상을 받게 되므로 일반적으로 silicon tube내로 공기를 유통하여 배지내로 확산 용해시키는 방법을 사용한다. 그러나, 이러한 방법은 배양기의 scale-up시 silicon tube의 사용으로 인하여 비용이 증가하고, 공기의 배지로의 확산이 어려운 단점이 있다. 이를 극복하기위하여 본 연구에서는 기존의 담체 대신 다공성 미립담체를 사용하여 직접 통기방법을 적용하였다. 250㎖의 culture vessel의 하단부에 sparger를 설치하여 직접 통기한 결과, 다공성 미립담체인 경우 0.1vvm 이상의 sparging에서도 세포는 성장에 영향을 받지 않았고, 담체의 표면에 부착되는 Cytodex-3의 경우에는 급격한 감소율을 보여주었다. 이는 다공성 담체에서 대부분의 세포가 담체 내부에서 성장함으로 기포발생으로 인한 shear 및 배양액 표면에서 기포가 터질 때의 에너지 전달에 의한 손상을 극복한 결과이다.

      • 도시하천의 서식환경에 의한 조류의 분포

        This study is on the distribution of birds in the habitat to Yangjae stream which was urban stream. We divided Yangjae stream into Seoul and Kwachun area as habitat. During the investigation period from February to December, 1996, the total maximum number of 38 species and 4,642 individuals were observed to Yangjae stream. The most dominant species was Passer montanus 48.02%(2,220 individuals), followed by Pica pica 19.84%(921 individuals, Paradoxornis webbiana 15.21%(706 individuals) and Motacilla alba leucopsis 4.14%(192 individuals). The index of species diversity and number of equally common species was 1.778, 5.918, respectively. Investigating as area, were observed total 32 species and 2,304 individuals at Seoul area(from Hakyeul to Juamkyo) and dominant species was Passer montanus 50.87%(1,172 individuals), Pica pica 16.41%(378 individuals), Paradoxornis webbiana 11.81%(272 individuals) and Motacilla alba leucopsis 6.29%(145 individuals). The value of species diversity index was 1.736 and number of equally common species index was 5.677. The total of 31 species and 2,338 individuals were observed at Kwachun area(from Juamkyo to Kwachun Apt. complex) and dominant species was Passer montanus 44.82%(1,048 individuals), Pica pica 23.22%(543 individuals), Paradoxornis webbiana 18.56%(434 individuals) and Streptopelia orientalis 3.29%(77 individuals). The values of species diversity index was 1.757 and number of equally common species index was 5.793.

      • CVD-BN에서 poly-Si-SiO₂를 통하여 Si으로의 저농도 붕소확산

        Low concentration (??10.16cm??) for boron diffusion was obtained by the diffusion into Si through poly·Si-SiO₂from CBD-BN (Chemical Vapor-Deposited Boron Nitride). Boron concentration distribution was defined by the two boundary diffusion model and any change of oxide layer originating this diffusion are not seen.

      • 광덕산 일대의 서식지에 따른 조류분포

        본 연구는 광덕산 일대의 서식지에 따른 조류분포에 관한 연구로서 1997년 4월부터 10월까지 모두 7회 조사하였다. 광덕산 일대에서 관찰된 조류는 총 47종 677개체이며, 우점종은 박새 Parus major (14.18%), 붉은머리오목눈이 Paradoxornis webbiana(13.15%), 까치 Pica pica(9.16%), 직박구리 Hypsipetes amaurotis(5.47%) 순이었다. 농경지 및 개활임지에서 관찰된 조류는 29종 249개체이며, 이중 우점종은 붉은머리오목눈이(24.90%), 박새(15.26%), 오목눈이 Aegithalos caudatus(13.25%)였다. 계곡지역에서 관찰된 조류는 41종 428개체로서 박새(13.55%), 까치(8.41%), 직박구리(8.41%) 등이 우점종들이었다. This survey was conducted during April-October 1997 at the Mt. Kwangduk in Kyanggi-do, Korea. The total of 47 species and 677 individuals were recorded. The dominant species was Parus major (14.18%), Paradoxornis webbianus (13.15%), Pica pica (9.16%). On the cultivated area or open field, a total of 29 species and 249 individuals were sighted among which dominant species were Paradoxornis webbianus (24.90%), Parus major (15.26%), Aegithalos caudatus (13.25%). In the valley area, a total of 41 species and 428 individuals were sighted, among which dominant species were Parus major (13.55%), Pica pica and Hypsipetes amaurotis (8.41%).

        Due to a great difficulty of permanent market with the advent of great discount stores and foreign distributors, this paper is to analyze the current situation and to present suggestions for the development of the permanent market Gumi. To achieve the objective, a field study has been conducted using the questionaires for the consumers and the interviews with the merchants of the 5 major permanent markets in Gumi area. The study is based on the pilot study by civil servants and the representatives of the merchants. Considering the problems the permanent market in Gumi it is suggested that we approach not from the viewpoint of competitive relationship but from that of mutually cooperative relationship. Then, the distribution industry will be able to enhance the life quality of citizen and develop regional community.

      • 몬테카를로 방법에 의한 수소분자의 기저상태 에너지의 수치 해석적인 계산

        Numerical methods that are known as Monte as Monte Carlo methods can be loosely described as statistical simulation methods, where statistical simulation is defined in quite general terms to be any method that utilizes sequences of random numbers to perform the simulation. Monte Carlo methods are now used routinely in many problems, the simulation of the esoteric subnuclear processes in high energy physics experiments, cellular automata, self-organized critical phenomena, the Ising spin glass, the simulation of a Bingo game, etc. The physical processes are simulated directly, and there are no needs to even write down the differential equations that describe the behaviors of the systems. The only requirement is that the physical systems be described by probability density functions. We consider with the Monte Carlo variational method and the Monte Carlo path integral method(MCPI). These methods are used to calculate the energy of the ground states of H2 molecule by the formal similarity between the Schroedinger equation and the multi-dimensional diffusion equation.
