<P>On page 5433, Yong‐Young Noh, Antonio Facchetti, Kang‐Jun Baeg, and co‐workers report that high performance ambipolar complementary inverters and ring oscillators are provided by a remarkable enhancement of both hole injection and transport for n‐channel dominant N2200 OFETs. The significant enhancement of hole mobility in N2200 OTFTs is attributed to the strong dipoles in fluorinated high‐k gate dielectric blend of P(VDF‐TrFE):PMMA. </P>

化學反應蒸着에 의한 CdS 多結晶 薄膜制作 및 그 特性硏究 (Ⅰ)

CdS thin film was fabricated by chemical bath deposition method and polycrystallined by the proper heat treatment. The physical properties of the amorphous and polycrystal of CdS thin film were observed and calculated by measuring the X-ray diffraction patterns, optical absorption, transmission and photoconductivity. From the present experiments, we obtained the energy band gap of the CdS polycrystal thin film to be 2.42eV and the In donor impurity level to be 0.025 eV below the conduction band : Another result was to be a_o=4.13Å and c_o=6.75Å for lattice constants of the hexagonal structure. Also, we attempted it to find the possibility of the application to photosensor. To apply cds this film to the photosensor more sufficiently, further experiments are required to accumulate data on such problems.

In 2007, the Korean Society of Infectious Diseases recommended an immunization schedule for adults residing in Korea. This recommendation includes four categories: standard immunization for healthy persons, supplementary immunization for persons with underlying illnesses, recommendations for health-care personnel and for international travelers. The Standard Immunization Schedule consists of universal vaccination (tetanus-diphtheria/tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Td/Tdap); hepatitis A vaccine for persons aged 20s; human papilloma virus vaccine for women under 26 years old; meningococcal vaccine for military recruits and college students in dormitories; influenza vaccination for persons aged 50 years or more and pregnant women; and pneumococcal vaccination for persons aged 65 years or more) and catch-up vaccination (hepatitis A vaccine for persons aged 30s; hepatitis B vaccine, varicella and MMR vaccines for persons who have uncertain specific immunities). The Supplementary Immunization Schedule recommends 4 vaccines, i.e., pneumococcal, influenza, meningococcal, and Haemophilus influenzae type b, appropriate to the underlying illnesses, and confirmation of the presence of antibodies to hepatitis A and hepatitis B. The Recommendation for Health-Care Personnel includes universal vaccination (influenza and pertussis) and catch-up vaccination (hepatitis B, measles-mumps-rubella and varicella for seronegative health-care personnel). The Recommended Immunization for International Travelers focuses reinforcement of vaccinations for healthy persons and includes certain immunizations necessary for international travel (yellow fever, meningococcal, plaque, tick-borne encephalitis, and cholera). 부산 지하철 공사에 있어서 지하매설물조사의 문제점 고찰

지하매설관 조사는 구조물을 설계하고 시공할 때 매우 중요하기 때문에 정확하게 조사하여야 한다. 지하매설관 조사는 도면획득, 현장확인 및 수정, 수치지도작성의 순으로 이루어진다. 도면획득은 지하매설관을 관리하고 있는 각각의 관공서에서 담당하고 있어 각각의 관공서를 방문하여 도면을 획득하여야 한다. 현장확인 및 수정은 현장에서 각각의 관공서에서 획득한 도면과 실제 현장에 있는 지하매설관의 위치를 비교하는 것이다. 수치지도작성은 기존도면과 현장 조사를 통해서 지하매설관들의 정확한 위치 및 선형을 수치지도상에 중첩하는 작업이다. 부산 지하철 3호선 공사는 3구간로 나누어져서 수행되고 있다. 1구간은 대저동에서 미남교차로까지의 구간이다. 2구간은 미남교차로에서 수영교차로까지의 구간이다. 3구간은 미남교차로에서 기장까지의 구간으로 되어 있다. 본 논문은 부산 지하철 3호선 공사를 위한 지하매설관조사의 작업중 생긴 여러 가지 문제점을 고찰하고, 앞으로의 대안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. Underground facilities must be investigated in the importance of construction safety. The investigation of underground facilities consists of acquisitting map, convicting field and correcting map, and inputting underground facilities to digital map. Maps of underground facilities must be acquired from public offices managing maps. Convicting field and correcting map is to compare map acquired by public officials to positions of field underground facilities. Input of underground facilities to digital map is to overlay accurate position and line acquired by field work on digital map. Third Subway Construction in Pusan is divided 3 sections. First section is from DAEJEDONG to MINAM rotary, second section is from MINAM rotary to SUYOUNG rotary, and third section is from MINAM rotary to JIJANG. The purpose of this study is to investigate problems of underground facilities for Pusan third subway construction. As the results this paper propose a substitute proposal in future.

플루옥세틴 캅셀제의 지원자에 대한 생체이용율 및 대사율 비교

Fluoxetine is a nontricyclic antidepressant which blocks serotonin reuptake selectively. Its N-demethyl metabolite, norfluoxetine is also selective inhibitor of serotonin uptake. This study was carried out to compare the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine (20 ㎎/cap with that of Prozac?. The bioavailability was conducted on 24 healthy volunteers who received a single dose (80 ㎎) of each drug in the fasting state, in a randomized balanced 2-way crossover design. After dosing, serial blood samples were collected for a period of 48 hours. plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and norfluoxetine by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The major pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_0-48hr, Cmax, Tmax. AUC_inf.. MRT. T_1/2. Vd and Cl) were clculated from the plasma fluoxetine concentration-time data of each volunteer. The microcomputer program. "WinNonlin' was used for compartmental analysis. A two-compartment model with first-order inpot, first-order output and no lag time was chosen as the most appropriate phamacokinetic model. The data were best described by using a weighting factor of 1/y^2. Though the plasma fluoxetine concentrations of Myung-in fluoxetine were higher than those of Prozac® at all observed time from 7.9% to 16.9% (P<0.05 at 6, 7 and 10 hr), the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine appeared to be bioequivalent with that of Prozac®. There were no statistical significant differences between the two drugs in al pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC_0-48hr of norfluoxetine.

This study has been investigated about the actual applicational propriety for the theoretical equation which have been proposed, the relationship between h/a and factors, and the determination of disc area with h/a. The results carried out the experiment are the following: 1. When the final settlement tank was used, in the case of r=0.1 optimum submerged rate was 45% and Optimum Disc interval was 1cm. 2. Bod removal efficiency was inversely proportional to the submerged rate and the Disc interval. 3. Saturation constant, Area capacity constant, Microbial maximum growth rate, Yield constant, Attached active biomass:36 ㎎/ℓ, 90.3g/㎡·d, 3,9, 0.79, 19.06g/㎡, respectiverly. 4. The experiment value well corresponded to the Korneegay equation. 5. There was nearly no the substrate utilization by suspended microorganism because the experimental value well corresponded to the korneegay equation.

This paper introduce JAVA based GIS program to manipulates various geographic data on internet, communicating interactively and transfer real-time data between server and client. This program analysis roof detector data in all part of pusan area and indicates the traffic states, the road surface conditions, weather information, the shortest cut, and road names in JAVA client windows. Also this study shows various techniques of real time traffic informations.

뇌성마비 환자의 뇌자기공명영상

Brain MRI findings were analyzed in 30 patients with clinical cerebral palysy to determine clinical role in assessment of time of brain damage. The patients (1 day to 14 yrs. old) underwent MR scanning and findings were correlated with clinical history retrospectively. Among 13 prematurely born patients, 11 cases showed abnormal findings in brain MR, which were periventricular leukomalacia in 10 patients and cortical gray matter disease in 1 patient. And MR scans of 17 patients born at or around the expected date of confinement were reviewed. Fifteen cases showed abnormal findings in MR, which are, cortical gary matter disease in 10 patients, deep white matter lesion in 3 patients and neuronal migration anomaly such as schizencephaly, polymicrogyria and pachygyria in 3 patients. Abnormality in contour of ventricle in prematurely born patients were dilatation of trigone & irregular ventricular contour in 4 patients and diffuse enlargement in 3patients. Among patients born at term, dilatation of trigone & irregular ventricular contour in 3 patients and diffuse enlargement in 6 patients were observed. Corpus callosal abnormalities were thinning of posterior body in 7 patients, diffuse thinning in one patient and irregularity in 4 patients among the prematurely born and thinning of posterior body in 9 patients, diffuse thinning in 2 patients, abscent in 1 patient and irregularity in 3 patients among the patients born at term. MR imaging seemed to be very useful in determining the time of the insult which could have been the cause of the cerebral palsy.

삼상 순환 유동층 생물반응기에서 열전달 계수

직경이 0.102m이고 높이가 1.0m인 기체-액체 순환 및 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기의 상승관에서 열전달 특성을 고찰하였다. 기체 및 액체의 유속 그리고 생물막 담체의 체류량이 상승관 내부의 수직 열원과 반응기 사이의 열전달 계수에 미치는 영향을 결정하였다. 기체-액체 순환 반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체 유속의 증가에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속과 유동 생물막 매체의 체류량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체의 유속이 증가함에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 본 연구의 실험 범위에서 이들 열전달 계수는 실험 조작 변수의 상관식으로 잘 나타낼 수 있었다. Heat transfer characteristics have been investigated in the riser of gas-liquid circulation and three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactors whose diameter and height are 0.102m and 1.0m, respectively. Effects of gas and liquid velocities and holdup of fluidized biofilm media on the heat transfer coefficient between the immersed vertical heater and the bed have been determined. The heat transfer coefficient in the gas-liquid circulation reactor increases with increasing gas velocity, but increases only slightly with increasing liquid velocity. The h(heat transfer coefficient) value in the three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactor also increases with increasing gas velocity or holdup of fluidized biofilm media, but it increases only slightly with liquid velocity. The value of heat transfer coefficient has been well correlated in terms of operating variables.
