A hybrid method using TDNN(Time Delay Neural Network) and HMM(Hidden Markov Model) is studied and the performance of the algorithm is obtained and compared with those of TDNN and HMM based algorithm by experiments in this thesis. The TDNN/HMM algorithm is based on the structural hybrid of TDNN and HMM. Once the outputs of the TDNN's second layer are transferred as the inputs of HMM and then the HMM is trained on each words. The algorithm organized in these way can obtain the both the good short-time classification properties of TDNN and the good time-warping properties of HMM. Above process is simulated by computer. One person's voice is used and the result is that the integration method is obtained the better performance over 5.7% to HMM based algorithm and over 3% to TDNN based algorithm.
프로젝트 초기 단계에서의 분쟁방지를 위한 분쟁요인 추출에 관한 연구 : 턴키공사 사례 중심으로 Focusing on Turn-Key Project
윤준선,권기범,서춘택,백준홍 韓國仲裁學會 2004 중재연구 Vol.14 No.1
Although we try to increase the order of turn key construction for the international competitiveness strengthening, the construction quality advancement and the productivity enhancement of the public sectors, the problems of the domestic turn key systems are causing the hardships of all the participants and many possible disputes. The home turn key constructions have been activated since 1997. A lot of trial and error had been experienced in these days, and the turn key systems have been changed little by little. But the bases are continuously kept because of their reflecting all the participants' opinions. In the inner turn key constructions the problems of uniform types are repeatedly occurred, and, especially, many problems happen up to the stage of early stage owing to the specialties of the turn key construction. So the dispute factors of the Korean turn key constructions were abstracted through the literature searches, the site document examinations, the case studies and the interviews with the experts. When the technicians meeting the interior turn key construction for the first time and working here now are well acquainted with only these factors, many disputes will be prevented.

CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a contractor's developed service to provide electronic access and/or delivery of contractually required information. CITIS satisfies one of the major CALS objectives to furnish a single-entry point for authorized access to contractor-generated Contract Data Requirement List(CDRL) data. A critical requirement for the practical implementation of the CITIS concept is the ability to access multiple existing heterogeneous databases in a fashion transparent to the CITIS user. In this paper, we will propose a prototype system model for CITIS, and discuss the system architecture of proposed CITIS system as a global information management system for distributed and heterogeneous local information systems. Furthermore, we will discuss about the required server module and using-scenario of proposed CITIS system.

<P>The aim of this systematic review was to assess evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and electroacupuncture in patients with chronic neck pain. We searched nine databases including Chinese, Japanese and Korean databases through 30 July 2016. The participants were adults with chronic neck pain and were treated with acupuncture or electroacupuncture. Eligible trials were those with intervention groups receiving acupuncture and electroacupuncture with or without active control, and control groups receiving other conventional treatments such as physical therapy or medication. Outcomes included pain intensity, disability, quality of life (QoL) and adverse effects. For statistical pooling, the standardized mean difference (SMD) and its 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated using a fixed-effects model. Sixteen RCTs were selected. The comparison of the sole acupuncture group and the active control group did not come out with a significant difference in pain (SMD 0.24, 95% CI <TEX>$ -$</TEX>0.27-0.75), disability (SMD 0.51, 95% CI <TEX>$ -$</TEX>0.01-1.02), or QoL (SMD <TEX>$ -$</TEX>0.37, 95% CI <TEX>$ -$</TEX>1.09-0.35), showing a similar effectiveness of acupuncture with active control. When acupuncture was added into the control group, the acupuncture add-on group showed significantly higher relief of pain in studies with unclear allocation concealment (SMD <TEX>$ -$</TEX>1.78, 95% CI <TEX>$ -$</TEX>2.08-<TEX>$ -$</TEX>1.48), but did not show significant relief of pain in studies with good allocation concealment (SMD <TEX>$ -$</TEX>0.07, 95% CI <TEX>$ -$</TEX>0.26-0.12). Significant relief of pain was observed when the sole electroacupuncture group was compared to the control group or electroacupuncture was added onto the active control group, but a lot of the results were evaluated to have low level of evidence, making it difficult to draw clear conclusions. In the result reporting adverse effects, no serious outcome of adverse event was confirmed. Acupuncture and conventional medicine for chronic neck pain have similar effectiveness on pain and disability when compared solely between the two of them. When acupuncture was added onto conventional treatment it relieved pain better, and electroacupuncture relieved pain even more. It is difficult to draw conclusion because the included studies have a high risk of bias and imprecision. Therefore better designed large-scale studies are needed in the future.</P>
Development of HDF Browser for the Utilization of EOC Imagery
Seo, Hee-Kyung,Ahn, Seok-Beom,Park, Eun-Chul,Hahn, Kwang-Soo,Choi, Joon-Soo,Kim, Choen The Korean Society of Remote Sensing 2002 大韓遠隔探査學會誌 Vol.18 No.1
The purpose of Electro-Optical Camera (EOC), the primary payload of KOMPSAT-1, is to collect high resolution visible imagery of the Earth including Korean Peninsula. EOC images will be distributed to the public or many user groups including government, public corporations, academic or research institutes. KARI will offer the online service to the users through internet. Some application, e.g., generation of Digital Elevation Model (DEM), needs a secondary data such as satellite ephemeris data, attitude data to process the EOC imagery. EOC imagery with these ancillary information will be distributed in a file of Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) file formal. HDF is a physical file format that allows storage of many different types of scientific data including images, multidimensional data arrays, record oriented data, and point data. By the lack of public domain softwares supporting HDF file format, many public users may not access EOC data without difficulty. The purpose of this research is to develop a browsing system of EOC data for the general users not only for scientists who are the main users of HDF. The system is PC-based and huts user-friendly interface.

<P>Non healing chronic wounds are difficult to treat in patients with diabetes and can result in severe medical problems for these patients and for society. Negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) has been adopted to treat intractable chronic wounds and has been reported to be effective. However, the mechanisms underlying the effects of this treatment have not been elucidated. To assess the vasculogenic effect of NPWT, we evaluated the systemic mobilization of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) during NPWT. Twenty-two of 29 consecutive patients who presented at the clinic of Seoul National Universty Hospital between December 2009 and November 2010 who underwent NPWT for diabetic foot infections or skin ulcers were included in this study. Peripheral blood samples were taken before NPWT (pre-NPWT) and 7–14 days after the initiation of NPWT (during-NPWT). Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) analysis showed that the number of cells in EPC-enriched fractions increased after NPWT, and the numbers of EPC colony forming units (CFUs) significantly increased during NPWT. We believe that NPWT is useful for treating patients with diabetic foot infections and skin ulcers, especially when these conditions are accompanied by peripheral arterial insufficiency. The systemic mobilization of EPCs during NPWT may be a mechanism for healing intractable wounds in diabetic patients with foot infections or skin defects via the formation of increased granulation tissue with numerous small blood vessels.</P>
