      • 임신 전반기 여성의 철분영양상태 개선을 위한 영양교육 방안 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutritional status of iron, food habit, general characteristics for pregnant women and to suggest the direction of nutritional education for pregnant women. Among 171 pregnant women who provided baseline data, 21 women voluntarily participated Fe supplementation and nutrition education program. Nutritional education was provided six times at two-week intervals in the form of telephone interview. The effectiveness of nutritional education was evaluated by measurement of Fe status before and after nutrition education. It appealed that most of subjects took less amount of energy, calcium and iron than Korean RDA. The results indicated that nutrition education was ineffective to improve Fe status for pregnant women. The main barrier of nutritional education process was overconcern about weight gain and body shape, inadequate Fe intake for food source. In addition, the indirect education by telephone interview appeared unsuitable. Therefore, our results indicated the further study to develop nutritional education materials for Pregnant women to overcome the limitation of telephone interview.

      • 아가리쿠스버섯에서 분리한 조단백다당류의 막분리 및 분무건조 특성

        η_(evap)분자량에 따라 다양한 생리활성을 나타내는 아가리쿠스버섯에서 분리한 조단백다당류를 고부가가치 기능성 소재로 개발하기 위하여 막분리 및 분무건조 공정에 따른 특성을 조사하였다. 아가리쿠스버섯 조단백다당류를 분자량 크기에 따라 여과하는 동안 공정온도에 따른 투과플럭스의 변화는 10 kDa와 150 kDa 모두에서 유사하였는데, 막분리 온도 및 압력이 증가함에 따라 비례적으로 증가하였으며,40℃에서의 투과플럭스가 가장 높았다. 시간에 따른 투과플럭스의 변화는 막분리 30분 경과시 급속히 감소하였으며, pore size가 10 kDadhk 150 kDa일 때 공정압력이 각각 1.2 kg_(f)/㎠ 와 2 kg_(f)/㎠에서 가장 높았다. 한외여과 후 아가리쿠스버섯 조단백다당류의 점도는 여과 전 13.9cP에서 여과후 10 kDa이하와 10∼150 kDa구간은 각각 10.8, 11.9cP로 점도가 저하되었으나, 150 kDa이상은 20.1cP로 점도가 증가되었다. 분자량 크기가 다른 3가지 분획물에 대한 분무건조 공정에서의 열효율성은 가열공기온도, 시료공급속도 및 농도가 증가할수록 열효율성이 증가함을 알 수 있었으며, 시료공급속도가 가장 중요한 영향인자임을 확인하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the characteristics of ultrafiltration and spray drying process for crude protein bound polysaccharide(CPBP) isolated from Agaricus blasei Murill. In ultrafiltraion process, the permeate flux increased with the increase of operating pressure and temperature. The permeate flux declined continuously while the fouling materials were accumulated on the membrane as the operation time increased. In comparing of raw CPBP and filtered CPBP, the viscosity of CPBP treated UF was decreased and AE value of treated samples was increased. Thermal efficiencies of spray drying process were increased by increasing inlet temperature, feed rate and feed concentration.

      • 급성전골수성백혈병에서 백혈구성분채집술에 이은 치명적인 뇌출혈 2예

        The aim of this study is to report 2 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia who died from intracranial hemorrhage following leukapheresis and to provide proper preventive measures against hemorrhage following leukapheresis. From 1994 to 1997, a total of twenty-six patients with leukemia underwent leukapheresis to control hyperleukocytosis at Ajou University Hospital. Two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia received all-trans retinoic acid but developed drug-induced hyperleukocytosis. Shortly after leukapheresis, they died from intracranial hemorrhage. The risk factors for fatal hemorrhage are thought to be coexisting disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC), thrombocytopenia aggravated by leukapheresis, exacerbated coagulopathy related to mechanical trauma through leukapheresis and the excess use of citrate during leukapheresis. To reduce the risk of the bleeding associated with leukapheresis, it is necessary to replace platelet sufficiently before and after leukapheresis and to give calcium to correct coagulopathy induced by excess citrate which is used as anticoagulant as well as the correction of disseminated intravascular coagulation.

        동결온도가 해동 쇠고기의 품질에 미치는 영향

        동결온도가 해동우육의 품질에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 해동드립감량은 -3℃ 동결이 30일째에 3.4%, -20℃ 동결이 60일째에 1.8%로 높았으며, -3℃가 -20℃보다 드립량이 많았다. 가열감량은 water bath와 pan 가열 모두 저장초기보다 동결저장중에 현저하게 높았으나, 동결온도에 의한 차이는 없었다. 염용성 단백질의 추출성은 동결기간이 경과함에 따라 감소하였고, -20℃에서 동결한 것이 -3℃에서 동결한 것보다 추출성이 높았다. 수용성 단백질의 추출은 -3℃의 경우 동결기간에 따라 현저한 변화가 없었으나, -20℃에서 동결한 것은 동결기간에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 명도(L)는 동결초기가 높았고 적색도(a)는 동결기간에 따른 변화가 없었으며, 황색도(b)는 동결초기보다 동결중에 더 높았다. Myoglobin의 변성율은 -3℃의 경우 45일째, -20℃의 경우 15일째 각각 94.4%와 94.0%로 가장 높았다. 전단력가는 동결초기보다 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 높아졌으며, 근원섬유의 소편화도는 동결저장중 현저한 변화가 없었다. pH는 -3℃와 -20℃ 모두 30일째까지 높아지다가 그 이후 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of freezing temperature on quality of thawed beef loin. In case of thaw drip loss, the freezing of -3℃ and -20℃ were higest by 3.4% to 30 days and by 1.8% to 60 days, respectively. And the thaw drip loss of -3℃ freezing was more than -20℃ freezing. The cooking loss of water bath and pan boiling were increased significantly during freezing than the beginning of freezing, but were not different -3℃ and -20℃. The salt soluble protein extractability was decreased during freezing, the -20℃ freezing was higher than -3℃ freezing. The water soluble protein extractability of -3℃ freezing was not significant different during freezing storage, that freezed at -20℃ was increased during freezing. The "L" value of the beginning of freezing was higher than during freezing, the "a" value was not different during freezing, and the "b" value during freezing was higher than the beginning of feezing. The myoglobin denatured percentaged of the -3℃ and -20℃ freezing were highest by 94.4% to 45 days and by 94.0% to 15 days, respectively. The shear force value during freezing was higher than the beginning of freezing, the myofibrillar fragmentation index was not significant different during freezing. The pH was increased to freezing 30 days, after that was decreased.

        양극성 장애 환자에서 한국어판 Bipolar Spectrum Diagnostic Scale의 타당성 연구

        본 연구는 한국어판 BSDS의 민감도와 특이도, 최적의 절단값을 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. SCID를 사용하여 DSM-IV에 의거하여 진단된 양극성 장애 및 주요우울장애 환자들을 대상으로 본 연구를 시행하였고, 가장 적절한 절단값은 10점, 이 때의 특이도, 민감도는 각각 0.85, 0.73 수준으로 나왔다. 본 연구 결과를 통해, 한국어판 BSDS는 양극성 장애에 선별에 있어서 높은 민감도와 특이도를 지닌 타당성 있는 자가보고형 선별도구임이 밝혀졌다. Objectives : Because bipolar spectrum disorders frequently go unrecognized in clinical practice, sensitive screening tools for bipolar spectrum disorders are much needed. This study was conducted to confirm the validity of the Korean version of the Bipolar Spectrum Diagnostic Scale (BSDS), which was originally designed by Ronald Pies. Methods : The BSDS, which was translated into Korean by the authors, was dministered to patients with known bipolar disorders (N=60) and unipolar depressive disorders (N=27). Using various cut-off scores, we calculated the sensitivities and specificities of the Korean version of the BSDS in order to determine the optimal cut-off score. Results : In this study,a cut-off score of 10 was shown to be optima1, with a sensitivity of 0.73 and a specificity of 0.85, although a cut-off score of 13 was proposed to be optima1 by the original authors of the BSDS. Conclusion : These results indicate that the Korean version of the BSDS is a valid screening tool for bipolar spectrum disorder.

        2018년 7월 26일부터 28일까지 울릉도 나리분지, 독도 지역을 주야로 한국거미연구회 회원 17명(김주필, 최한석, 김대희, 지승환, 이형민, 변진관, 조형진, 이형진, 이태후, 한정혁, 조윤규, 조원규, 이현동, 이윤정, 조용하, 윤혜원, 이용화)이 채집한 결과 20과 43속 60종이 채집되어 이에 보고 발표하는 바이다. From July 26 to 28 in 2018. Koran Arachnological Study members investigated the Spiders in the Ulleung Island (Gyeongsangbuk-do, Ulleung-gun), and reported 20 Families, 43 Genus 60 Species of spiders. The collected spiders are placed (stored) in the Joo-Pil Spider museum.

        GT rotary file을 이용한 만곡 근관형성시 작업 효율 및 file 변형 발생에 관한 연구

        Root canal preparation process is of utmost importance in successful treatment of root canal. Also, one of the most important purpose of the root canal preparation is to enlarge the root canal three dimensionally without changing the curvature of the root canal. However, as the curvature of the root canal increases, there are many difficulties involved in formation of optimum root canal. Therefore, in order to solve the above mentioned problems, new developments in methods of root canal preparation and equipments for such purposes were made. Recently, vigorous studies about newly introduced engine-driven nitckel-ti-tanium rotary file are conducted. As shown in research results to dates, it is well established that the use of nickel-titanium file is better suited for curved root canal than stainless steel file in maintaining the curvature of root canal and reducing the deformation of root canal. However, it is also acknowledged that there are a few discrepancies in research results according to protocol, due to failure to remove variables in experiments. In addition, although it is recommended by the manufacturer that the GT rotary file should maintain a low rotational speed of 150∼350rpm and 'light pressure' as light as not to break the lead of a pencil, academic studies about the vertical force which is not yet standardized are not sufficiently explored. Therefore, this research devised and utilized a special research equipment to standardize the appropriate range of vertical force for GT rotary file through experiments by breaking of the lead of a pencil as expressed by the manufacturer and to accurately measure factors involved through repeating and recreating the environment of root canal preparation. Forming nine experimental groups by varying the vertical forces (150g, 220g, 300g) and rpm (150rpm, 250rpm, 350rpm), the effects of changing vertical forces and rpm on working efficiency were measured in terms of time expended in root canal preparation by crown-down method using a transparent resin block with 35 degree curvature and GT rotary file (z-test). The following research using this special research equipment that involved nine experimental groups and varying the vertical force for root canal preparation from 300g which is within the normal vertical force range to 700g and 1000g which fall outside the normal rpm range. The results were as follows : 1.Analysis of the experiment results revealed that the tome spent in root canal preparation decreased as the vertical forces and rpm increased (p<0.05). Also, the effects of rpm were greater than those of the vertical forces within the normal vertical force range (β-weight test) . 2.Observation of the deformation of GT rotary file revealed that deformation increases in a direct correlation with the vertical force increase and in a reverse correlation with the rpm decrease, In the case of the vertical forces close to the normal range, the probability of GT rotary file deformation were quite different depending on the rpm changes. In the case of◎eater tier◎cal forces, the occurrences of deformation of the file were more frequent regardless of the rpm changes. 3.Deformation and breakage of file were also commonly observed in the expended time measurement experiments and GT rotary file deformation experiments in which low speed rpm (150rpm) was used and at the curved portion of the resin block.
