We suggest how to search news data by dividing structurely, by classifying meaningly, and by itemizing them by contents. The structural division divides the scene using correlative information between frames such as the distribution of the space brightness and the irregularity of brightness, and time relation etc. The meaning classification means to classify the detailed contents of news video as articles comparing special information extracted frame key frame with previous knowledge information. This study classifies the articles as the anchor's scene and the non-anchor's scene using the character that the progress of news is repeated centering around the anchor frames by periods. We get the non-anchor's scene to search the news data itemizing speech scene, interview scene and general scene, and classifying as articles. Also, we use the function of searching for summary by news icons and search the caption by processing the integration of caption, and design them to be able to search the news video quickly classifying news video as contents and indexing them.

The end of the Cold War has brought profound changes to the nature of the terms of national security, the characteristics of international relations, as well as the fundamental structure of the international system. These changes not only affect the international system, but also individual countries as well as the regional community. Thus, prompting states to cope with these changes by adjusting to the expanding dimensions of national security and the growing number of international security actors, as well as dealing with these security concerns by developing an adequate international structure. Due to the expansion of the nature of issues involved, as well as the proliferating areas of interests in international security studies, this study argues that these conditions can be better explained by focusing on the regional system as opposed to dealing with the security issues from a global international system perspective as was the case throughout the Cold War. This study aims to assess the feasibility and the possibility of building a regional security community in Northeast Asia, a region that is falling behind the international trend of regional security building. In analyzing the Northeast Asia, this study first focuses on the regional security "complex," which is based on geographical proximity, Barry Buzan said, rather than the more comprehensive "community," because it captures the regional exclusivity as well as its particular traits and needs in a more efficient manner. Second, this paper will examine the several security systems such as hegemonic system, alliance system, concert system, collective security system, and cooperative security system in order to come to a more focused and coherent explanation of the situation in Northeast Asia. And third, this study draws the concept of 'cooperative-alliance security complex' which an alliance is a basic member of community, as the best way to manage the diverse security dilemmas and to ensure the peaceful changes in the Northeast Asian region.

능이버섯 가공품이 스테이크용 우육의 품질에 미치는 영향

The possibility of using the dried powder form of Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody (a kind of mushrooms) as a meat tenderizer was explored in this study. The freeze-dried powder had higher protease activity compared to the hot air dried powder of S. aspratus. The powder kept higher activity when preserved at -20℃ than at ambient temperature. The hardness of the meat decreased and the cooking loss increased more rapidly when the meat was treated with the mushroom powder at ambient temperature than at -41℃. In terms of sensory evaluation, 0.1% of the powder based on the meat and 3 hours of treatment at 4℃ gave the highest acceptability score. In the comparison test, the meat was more acceptable when treated with the mushroom powder than with the imported commercial tenderizer. This led to the conclusion that it is quite feasible to develop a natural meat tenderizer using the Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody.

The process data are integrated and utilized for the production management, with the rapid development of analog measurement technology and with the wide spread of computer users. This trend draws more attention to the process data integration system which makes it possible to improve the quality of products, to classify and count the products automatically and to provide the basis for the production plan through the analysis and modification of process factors based upon the integrated process data. The system may be classified (either analog data of digital data) and the operating methodology of the system. Generally for the process control, it is necessary to set and monitor the reference and tolerance values of control-related process data, for example, temperature, rpm and pressure. In using the conventional analog controllers, it is not feasible to get the process data required for the quality control. Recently the digital controllers are developed. which have more accurate control capability and feasivility in getting the process data then the old controllers; the old are going to be replaced by the new. By utilizing the process data integration system, the analog controllers still can be used for the process control with the continuous quality improvement.

Two farmed young ostrich chicks were applied to pathology laboratory at Chungnam National University. Grossly, one ostrich showed rotated tibiotarsus, the other showed rolled toes. Case 1 ostrich was hypertrophy of fibualis longus and tibial cranialis tendon and gastrocnemius tendon in crus, inflammation of flexor digitorum longus. In histopathological views, myocytes of fiburalis longus were showed hypertrophy and hyperplasia. It is not found any specific feature in X-ray of the case 2 ostrich. Limb deformities were detected frequently in farmed ostrich chicks in 2- to 3 weeks old. Limb deformities were an important cause of mortality in farmed ostrich chicks during the first 10weeks after hatch. Cause of limb deformities were considered a nutrition problem.

산전 태아사망 환자에서의 Mycoplasma hominis와 Viridans streptococcus감염 1예

Mycoplasma hominis was isolated from a Bartholin's gland abscess 70 years ago, and ureaplasmas were isolated from the genital tract about 20 years later. Subsequently, reports incriminating mycoplasmas in the known adverse outcomes of pregnancy have been reported. Without doubt these genital mycoplasmas are able to invoke an inflammatory response and take part in the cascade of events that culminate in preterm birth. Amniotic fluid infection results in considerable pregnancy wastage in the pregnancy. In these cases Gram-positive organisms, especially group B streptococcus and Streptococcus viridans were the most common pathogens isolated. In our case, the patient has fever and vaginal discharge at 14+4 weeks gestation and two days after intrauterine fetal death was seen. The vaginal culture and sensitivity shown Mycoplasma hominis and Vihdans streptococcus. We experienced a case of Mycoplasma hominis and Viridans streptococcus infection in a patient with intrautehne fetal death and report with a brief review of literatures.

한방에서 염증, 종양 억제 등에 사용되는 금은화로 약침액을 조제하여 쥐와 사람의 암세포 성장억제효과를 살펴 보았을 때 금은화 약침액 10×, 5×농도는 mouse EATC에 대해 90% 및 86% 세포 성장 억제율이 있었으며, 열수추출액 10×, 5× 농도는 89% 및 87% 세포 성장억제효과가 있었다. 같은 농도의 약침액을 Hepalclc7에 처리했을 때는 89.5%, 69.7%의 억제효과가 있었고 열수추출액은 85.7%, 67.3%의 hepalclc7 세포 성장억제율을 보였다. 사람의 암세포주 A549, HeLa 세포에 대한 금은화 약침액 및 열수추출액의 세포독성 실험에서도 A549 세포에 약침액 10×, 5×를 처리했을 때 82.0%, 46.1% 세포 성장억제효과가 나타났으며 금은화 역수추출액은 75%, 50%의 세포 성장 억제율이 나타났다. HeLa 세포에서는 약침액이 열수추출액보다 세포 성장 억제효과가 더 높았다. 금은화 약침액을 처리한 세포(EATC,Hepalclc7과 human A549, HeLa)의 현미경 관찰에서는 세포수의 감소와 형태의 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. Lonicerae flos Aqua-acupuncture Solution(LFAS) and Lonicerae flos Water-extracted Solution(LFWS) were prepared and tested for their potential antitumor activities. It was shown to possess considerable toxicity toward various tumor cell lines. Concentration of LFAS at 10× and 5× resulted in more than 50% inhibition of growth in Ehrich ascites tumor cells(EATC), Hepalclc7, and HeLa cells after 72 hours. Toxicity of LFWS to A549 revealed that more than 50% inhibition of growth at LFAS conentration of 10× after 72 hours. Concentration of LFWS at 10× and 5× showed more than 50% inhibition of growth with EATC, Hepalclc7, HeLa and A549. In morphological study, the number of cells were decreased, and the shape of cells was round form in EATC, Hepalclc7, HeLa, and A549.
