        유산소성 운동이 노인들의 신체조성과 등속성 슬관절 근력 및 요부근력에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to investigate the effect of a year aerobic exercise training on body composition, isokinetic knee and trunk muscular strength of elders. The subjects for this study were eighty healthy elderly people who were members of seniors tower at Song-Do Hospital and didn`t have any history of cardiorepiratory disease. Subjects have been trained three times a week for a year. The exercise program was made up of a 15-minute warm-up, cool-down. Stretching was performed every eight minutes for the prevention of injuries which could occur during the main exercise and quick recovery of the used muscle. Aerobic training was performed for each 15-20minutes using the treadmill and cycle ergometer at the intensity of 50-70% HRmax. For the data, all the measurements were represented by mean and standard deviation using SAS package(version 6.12). Statistical techniques for data analysis were paired t-test to determine the difference between pre and post exercise program. The 5% level of significance was used as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study. 1. There is a statistically significant difference in the VO_2max, fat mass, lean mass and %body fat both old men and women after a year training. 2. There is not a statistically significant difference in the weight, WHR and thigh circumference both old men and women after a year training. 3. There is a statistically significant difference in the right knee flexor/extensor peak torque, peak torque % body weight, total work and total work % body weight both old men and women after a year training. 4. There is a statistically significant difference in the left knee flexor/extensor peak torque, peak torque % body weight, total work and total work % body weight both old men and women after a year training.

        구순구개열환자에서 상악전진술후 안정성과 연조직변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to assess the postoperative stability and soft tissue changes using the 18 cleft lip and palate patients who undewent advancement Le Fort I osteotomy for correction of maxillary hypoplasia. We have taken serial cephalometric radiographs before, immediately after and at least 1 year after surgery and statistical analysis of cephalometric radiographs was done. The results were as following. The mean maxillary advancement was 7.1㎜, and the mean relapse was 1.4㎜.(19.7%). The nasal tip followed approximately 1/4 the movement of the underlying hard tissue. The nasal base followed approximately 1/2 the hard tissue movement. The lip followed approximately 2/3 the incisor movement. A progressive increase in the horizontal soft tissue movement from tip of the nose to the upper lip was observed. In advancement maxillary osteotomy of cleft lip and palate patients, the profile changes in both lip and nose showed statistically significant correlation with hard tissue movement in the horizontal plane. In conclusion, advancement Le Fort I osteotomy through scar tissue relaxtion, rigid fixation and bone graft, will give predictable and stable postoperative result in patients with cleft lip and palate.

      • Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS/CdTe 이종접합 태양전지의 구조 및 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the processing conditions and the various methods to improve the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells were studied. Cd1-xZnxS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1-xZnxS films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. The open circuit voltage of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd1-xZnxS and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(Rs) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd1-xZnxS films as windows layer. Cd1-xZnxS/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited Voc=630㎷, Jsc=38.89㎃/㎠ and □=13.19%

      • 열처리에 따른 Cd₁-xZnxS/In 박막의 광학적 및 전기적 특성 분석

        In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTesolar cells were investigated. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxs films, thin indium films(10-4Onm thickness)were evaporated on the suface of Cd1-rZnxs films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxs films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3 O -cm)is obtained for Cd1-xZnxs films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.

        인터폴레이팅 수열과 H^∞의 실로프 경계

        Let H^∞ denote the Banach algebra of bounded analytic functions on the open unit disc and M(H^∞) denote its maximal ideal space. In this paper, we show that a sequence {z_(n)} of points in a Stolz angle formed by two rays from a point on the unit circle with |z_(n)|↑1 is an interpolating sequence if inf_n ρ(|z_(n)|, |z_(n+1)| >0, where ρ is the pseudohyperbolic metric defined on the open unit disc. The Shilov boundary ∂ of H^∞ is a proper subset of M (H^∞)-Δ(Δ is the set of all point evaluations) and ∂ can be identified with the maximal ideal space of L^∞. It is shown ∂ that is the set of all homomorphisms of H^∞ on which all interpolating Blasckke products have modulus 1.

        기도저항 변화가 설골근 활동성에 미치는 영향

        There are some morphological changes in chronic mouth breathers, for example, a clock-wise rotation of mandible, extended posture of head, a lowered position of the tongue and the hyoid bone. When the intraluminal airway pressure becomes negative by the increase in airway resistance during inspiration, the airway can be collapsed. It was reported that hyoid position has a key role for maintaining airway patency. Anterior movement of hyoid bone can widen the airway and thus prevent airway obstruction. Many hyoid muscles attached to hyoid bone might control the position of hyoid. The present study was, therefore, designed to investigate the changes of activity of some hyoid muscles and the control mechanisms during increase in airway resistance. We obstructed the trachea or applied the sustained negative pressures to the isolated upper airway in 10 spotaneously breathing anesthetized dogs. The peak amplitudes of rectified and integrated eletromyogram(EMG)s from the geniohyoid, sternohyoid and sternothyroid were recorded. 1. As airway resistance increased, airway pressure were decreased and the peak amplitudes of integrated EMGs from those muscle were increased. Activities of all 3 muscles were increased during the first occluded breathing when the airway was occluded in the end of expiration. 2. The peak amplitudes of EMGs from those muscles were increased during applications of the negative pressure in the isolated upper air way. We could find these changes in the next breathing from pressure application. These results indicate that the negative pressure generated in upper airway augments the activities of hyoid muscles through the mechano-receptor activation and so does the deflation of lung. We speculate that geniohyoid and infrahyoid muscles cooperate for the anterior and inferior movement of hyoid bone.

      • 대망에 발생한 방선균증 1례

        Actinomycosis is an uncommon chronic suppurative disease characterized by multiple abscess, draining sinuses, abundant granulation, and dense fibrous tissue, caused by the actinomyces organisms. It occurs in three major sites: cervicofacial, abdominal, and thoracic. The abdomen is the second most common involved site in previous studies, and there are three ways this organism can affect the gastrointestinal tract: through a blood-borne infection, by swallowing, or by proliferation at a more distal intestinal area. Abdominal actinomycosis is an unusual disease but remains an important differential diagnosis in patients with abdominal mass. Obtaining the diagnosis is difficult and rarely made preoperatively, but provide the key to its management. Medical therapy is effetive in eradicating the disease; however, because of the large amount of reactive fibrosis formed by the infection, it requires long-term therapy. Surgical treatment may be essential in many cases, primarily when malignancy cannot be excluded or if extensive necrotic tissue exists. There are a few description for actinomycosis involving omentum. We report a case of patient with omental actinomycosis, suspected to have a malignancy requiring an exploratory laparotomy with resection.

        병식 평가 척도-한국판(SUMD-K)의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증

        Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the reliability and the validity of the Korean version of the Scale to Assessment Unawareness of Mental Disorder (SUMD-K). Methods : The subjects were 55 schizophrenic patients between ages of 26 and 58 who were recruited from the psychiatric unit of the university hospital and the out-patient clinic. The SUMD-K and insight scale of PANSS were applied to the patients. Results : The range of inter-rater (Spearman's rho) of the general items of SUMD-K were .97-.98 on the current illness and .58-.98 on the past illness. The correlation coefficient between the sum and the general items of the SUMD-K showed high scores. The concurrent validity between SUMD-K and insight item of PANSS was high (scores between .59-.96). However,the reliability and the validity of the attribution items of symptoms showed low scores compared to the current symptoms. Conclusion : The SUMD-K was confirmed in its reliability and validity. It can be a useful clinician-rating scale for evaluating insight in schizophrenic patients as well as patients with other neuropsychiatric conditions.

      • CBD법으로 제작된 Cd₁-xZnxS 박막의 전기적 및 물리적 특성 분석

        Cd1_-xZn_xS films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1_-xZn_xS films, thin indium films(10-40nm thickness) were evaporated on the surface of Cd1_-xZn_xS films. Experimental parpmeters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1_-xZn_xS films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute. X-ray diffraction patterns of Cd1_-xZn_xS films indicate that the minimum thickness and annealing temperature for the formation of an In2O3 surface layer, which act as a barrier preventing the outdiffusion of indium, are 20nm and 350℃, respectively. This layer allows indium diffusion into the Cd1_-xZn_xS films and results in an indium-doped Cd1_-xZn_xS films. As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3Ω-㎝) is obtained for Cd1_-xZn_xS films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.
