      • Regulatory Effect of Matcha Green Tea on Fine Dust-Exposed Cytotoxicity in Respiratory System

        This study was performed to evaluate the protective effect of matcha green tea on particulate matter (PM)2.5-indued nasal and pulmonary cytotoxicity. The matcha green tea increased the cell viability and inhibited the ROS production in PM2.5-induced cytotoxicity in nasal RPMI2650 and pulmonary A549 cells. The matcha green tea regulated the expression of apoptosis, such as p-Akt, BCl-2, caspase-3, caspase-1 and HO-1, and inflammation, such as TLR4, TLR4 and Nrf2, in PM2.5-indued RPMI2650 cells. In addition, the matcha green tea showed regulatory effect of the apoptosis and inflammatory effect by increasing the BCl-2 and suppressing the caspase-3, TLR4, TNF-α and COX-2 in A549 cells. In addition, the matcha green tea suppressed antioxidant deficits by regulating the reduced GSH contents, SOD activities and MDA levels, and ameliorated the mitochondrial dysfunction by regulating the mitochondrial ROS production, mitochondrial membrane potential and ATP contents in pulmonary tissue. Ultimately, consumption of matcha green tea down-regulated the inflammatory proteins such as TNF-α, p-JNK, p-IκB-α, p-NF-κB and COX-2 in lung tissue.

        Road or Railway construction over soft ground is needed to be considered on secondary consolidation which will be caused differential settlement, lack of transport serviceability, higher maintenance cost. Especially for the railway construction in the second phase of Gyung-Bu or Ho-Nam high speed railway, concrete slab track has been adapted as a safe and cost effective geotechnical solution. In this case controlling the total settlement under the tolerance is essential. And pile supported geogrid reinforced construction method is suggested as a solution for the problem of the traditional method on soft soil treatments. Pile supported geogrid reinforced construction method consists of piles that are designed to transfer the load of the embankment through the compressible soil layer to a firm foundation. The load from the embankment must be effectively transferred to the piles to prevent punching of the piles through the embankment fill creating differential settlement at the surface of the embankment. The arrangement of the piles can create soil arching to carry the load of embankment to the piles. In order to minimize the number of piles geogrid reinforced pile supported construction method is being used on a regular basis. This method consists of one or more layers of geogrid reinforcement placed between the top of the piles and the bottom of the embankment. This paper presents several methods of pile supported geogrid reinforced construction and calculation results from the several methods and comparison of them.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        디지털 영상인식 방법을 통한 자세평가 및 운동가동범위 측정시스템 개발

The purpose of this study is development of posture evaluation and Range of Motion(ROM) system by using digital vision analysis method. The results of this study are as follows. First, Scoliosis evaluation through this research measurement system represent 3mm error in 7 cervical point and deepest lumbar point, 0.7mm error in other point. This mean this research measurement system have a reliability for scoliosis evaluation. Second, for spine line evaluation on high fat subject, we need reconstrection spine line after mesurement for fat thickness in 7 cervical point and deepest lumbar point. Third, In pedioscope error test, it present 0.01848cm in X axis and 0.01757cm in Y axis. This results mean pedioscope have a reliability foot evaluation. Forth, Posture evaluation and Range of Motion measurement system by using digital vision analysis method can fast measure in range of motion and foot evaluation and posture. therefore we can expect this system application in young people posture clinic center and hospital and so on.

      • 백서에서 신 허혈성 손상에 미치는 칼슘 길항제의 효과

        Renal ischemia is one of the most common causes of acute renal failure. Four factors related to the pathogenesis of acute renal failure are vasoconstriction, decreased glomerular filtration rate, tubular back leak of filtrate, and intratubular obstruction. The cellular response to renal ischemic insults include decreased content of adenosine trihosphate, lipid peroxidation induced membrane degradation, alteration in cellular pH, and calcium or phospholipase induced mitochondrial dysfunction. Much attention has been given to the role of increased cellular calcium as a pathogenetic contributor to cell injury during ischemia. Author studied the protective effects of calcium antagonists on cellular injury during renal ischemia in rat. To investigate the protective role of these agents, author measured the amount of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the enzyme activities of free radical scarvengers-superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase from non-pretreated group and calcium antagonists pretreated groups in control, ischemia and reflow subgroups. The results were summerized as follows: 1) The amount of MDA in non-pretreated group was higher in the reflow compared with the control(<p<0.01). But, in all pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the amount of MDA. 2) The SOD activity in non-pretreated group was lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But, in both verapamil and trifluoperazine-pretreated groups, there was no statistically difference in the SOD activity. 3) Both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities in non-pretreated group were lower in both the ischemia and the reflow compared with the control (P<0.05). But in all pretreated groups, there was no statically difference in both catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities. These results suggest that free radical mediated ischemic injury by renal artery clamp in rat can be protected by intraperitoneal pretreatment with calcium antagonists. As trifluoperazine has a protective effect in renal ischemia, the calcium activated calmodulin dependent enzyme may play a role in renal ischemic injury.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze experimentally and positively engineering properties of recycled concrete using high quality recycled fine aggregate according to w/c ratio and unit water contents. And it is intend to present fundamental data for the mix design and the improvement of quality. The results are as follows; According to the increase of W/C ratio, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high. And according to the increase of unit water contents, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high.

        勞動力 不足으로 누에 飼育에 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 全齡 人工飼育에 의해 生産하므로 飼育의 機械化 할 수 있는 生産 體系確立 可能性을 究明코자 本 試驗을 實施하여 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 털털이율은 低溫에서 높은 傾向이었으나 中國種은 日本種보다 낮았다. 2. 起蠶率은 溫度에 큰 差異는 없었으나 日本種이 약간 높았다. 3. 起蠶體重은 高溫에서 높은 傾向이었으며 品種間에는 큰 差異가 없었다. 4. 經過日數는 高溫에서 짧았으며, 日本種보다 中國種이 짧은 傾向이었다. 5. 化 比率은 低溫에서 현저히 낮았으며, 日本種보다 中國種이 짧은 傾向이었다. 6. 全繭重, 繭層重, 繭層比率은 高溫에서 현저히 높은 傾向이었으며, 品種間에는 差異가 없었다. 7. 繭長은 암·숫공히 日本種이 길었으며 繭幅은 中國種이 넓은 傾向이었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of mechanized breeding by an experimentation to cope with the difficult situation of labor shortage in silk-worm breeding Tile results of experiment are as follows ; l. The vegetation ratio tended to be higher in the higher plots and showed lower in the Chinese species than in the Japanese species. 2. The ratio of newly exuviated larva was not affected by the temperature and seemed to become high in the Japanese species relatively. 3. The newly exuviated weight was heavy in the hot temperature p1ots relatively. 4. The larva progress term was short relative1y in the plots of hot temperature and Chinese species respectively. 5. The puration rate was low relatively in the plots of low temperature and Chinese species respectively. 6. The whole cocoon shell weight and percentage of cocoon shell tended to be higher in the hot temperature plots respectively, and were not affected by the difference of species. 7. The cocoon length was long in the Japanese species, and the cocoon width was broad in the Chinese species.

      • 연안산 패류를 이용한 조미소재의 가공 및 정미성분

        고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 새로운 식품가공용 풍미조미소계의 개발과 품질의 개선, 그리고 연안에서 생산되는 수산자원의 유효이용이라는 관점에서, 고부가 활용도가 거의 없는 바지락을 원료로 하여 고부가가치의 풍미계 조미소재 및 수프 소재로서 활용될 수 있는 유용 조미소재의 최적 가공조건을 구명하였고, 이의 정미성분을 분석하였다. 바지락 2단 효소분해 조미소재는 최적 가공공정은 다음과 같다. 시료 바지락을 chopper로써 세절한 다음 약 3배량의 물을 가하고, 98℃에서 5분간 자숙하여 자가소화효소를 불활성화시킨 후, 시료액의 pH를 8.0으로 조정하고 여기에 활성이 비교적 약한 내알칼리성 단백분해효소 가하여 교반하면서 55℃에서 4시간 동안 가수분해시킨다. 이어 자숙 처리하여 효소를 불활성화시킨 후 다시 pH를 6.0으로 조정하고, 여기에 exopeptidase 형의 중성 단백분해효소를 가한 다음 45℃에서 교반하면서 4시간 동안 가수분해시키고, 효소를 불활성화시킨 후 원심분리하여 상등액을 취함으로서 효소분해 조미소재를 얻을 수 있었다. 열수추출법, 자가소화법 및 2단효소분해법으로 바지락 조미소재를 조제하고, 각 조미소재의 특성을 서로 비교 검토한 결과, 바지락 열수 및 가압추출 조미소재에서는 대체로 감칠맛이 났으나 맛의 강도가 약하였고 패류취가 감지되었다. 바지락 2단 효소분해 조미소재는 감칠맛과 맛의 조화력이 월등히 강하였고, 특히 투명도 상승 등 조미소재의 물리적, 관능적 품질이 현저히 개선되었다. 바지락 열수 및 가압추출 조미소재, 2단효소분해 조미소재의 유리아미노산 총량은 각각 1,352.1 mg/100g, 1,174.1 mg/100g 및 2,122.4 mg/100g이었고, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, tyrosine, phonylalanine, arginine 등이 주요 유리아미노산으로 추출방법에 따라 아미노산의 농도변화가 켰다. Betaine 함량은 116.O~845.0 mg/100g으로 열수추출이나 가압추출에 비해 효소분해 조미소재의 함량이 월등히 많았으며, 타 정미성분과도 함량을 비교해 볼 때 바지락 조미소재의 주된 정미성분일 것으로 추정되었다. 무기이온으로서 P, Na, K 및 Cl의 함량이 많았으며, 열수나 가압추출 조미소재에 비해 효소분해 조미소재 쪽이 함량이 훨씬 많았다. To develop natural flavoring substances, optimal two stage enzyme hydrolysis conditions and flavour compounds for short-neck clam enzyme hydrolysates were examined. The optimal enzyme hydrolysis conditions for two stage enzyme hydrolysate(TSEH) of short-neck clam were revealed in temperature at 55℃ for 4 hours digestion with alcalase at the 1st stage and 4 hours digestion at 45℃ with exopeptidase type neutrase at the 2nd stage. From the results in quality tests of hot-water extracts, steam extracts and 4 kinds of enzyme hydrolysates, TSEH processing method was superior to other methods on the aspects of yield, nitrogen contents, taste such as umami intensity and inhibition of off-flavor formation, and transparency of extract. And the flavor constituents and functionality of short-neck clam were also examined as affected by two stage enzyme hydrolysis. Total free amino acid contents in hot-water extract steam extract and TSEH of short-neck clam were 1,352.1 mg%, 1,174.1 mg% and 2,122.4 mg%, respectively. Major free amino acids in TSEH were glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, tyrosine, phenylalanine, arginine. As for nucleotides and other bases, betaine, TMAO and creatinine were principal components in TSEH. And the major inorganic ions in TSEH were Na, K, p and Cl

      • 심리연습이 무대공연에 따른 불안에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine closely the relations of the stage performance between the mental practice of a dancer. The survey object were 30 women dancers in Jeonbuk region divided into the mental practice group (15 persons) and the control group (15 persons). The analyzed and measured in ordinary and before the performance results of the level of the anxiety and stress, as an important mental factor, having effect on the performance were as the followings. The mental practice founded to reduce the level of the anxiety before the performance of the dancers. So the anxiety and stress of the dancers before the performance was reduced by the mental practice, and then the introduction of the mental practice program to mental factors of the dancers' individual trouble is necessary positively.

      • 중등학교 체육교사 연수의 문제점과 개선 방안

        This study is to analyze the physical education teachers' understanding on the physical education training and to find out the problem and the solution of the present training system. To achieve the purpose, 281 physical education teachers were selected, and inquired about the frequency analysis through the questionnaire, and documentary records were examined. The subjects have positive thought above the average about the effect which the training system had on lectures, training contents, facilities, evaluations, and professionalism development. The problem of the training is the negative attitude to teacher training, the training contents out of teachers' demand and interest, the lack of professional lecturer, and the inefficient operating system. The way to improve the problem is the positive and active attitude on participating in the training, the selection of the contents helpful for education, the competent lecturers, the facilities expansion, the training expense support, efficient evaluation method, and the appropriate training advertisement and period.
