        외과적 노출술을 이용한 매복된 하악 제 1 대구치의 자발적 맹출 유도

        하악 제 1대구치 매복의 발생 빈도는 전체 인구의 0.01%로 드물게 나타난다. 매복의 원인으로는 맹출 공간의 부족, 과잉치, 치성 종양이나 낭과 같은 맹출로상의 장애물, 유전적 요인, 내분비 질환, 외상 등이 있다. 하악 제 1대구치의 매복으로 인해 하안면 고경의 감소, 낭의 형성, 치관 주위염, 인접치의 치근 흡수, 부정 교합 등의 부작용이 생길 수 있으며, 치료 방법으로는 외과적 노출술, 교정적 견인, 외과적 재위치술, 발거 등이 있다. 다음의 두 증례는 하악 제 1대구치의 미맹출을 주소로 내원한 환아에게 외과적 노출술을 시행하여 원심 경사 매복된 하악 제 1대구치의 자발적 맹출을 유도한 증례들이다. Impaction of mandibular first molar is relatively rare and its overall frequency has been reported to be 0.01%. The etiology of impaction are lack of eruption space, physical obstacles such as supernumerary teeth, odontomas or odontogenic tumors, hereditary factors, functional disturbances of endocrine glands and traumas. Impaction of mandibular first molar can result in a short lower facial height, formation of a follicular cyst, pericoronal inflammation, resorption of the roots of neighboring teeth and malocclusion. The treatment options available for impacted teeth include surgical exposure, orthodontic forced eruption, surgical repositioning and surgical removal of unerupted molar. This report presents two cases of distally tilted and impacted mandibular first molars which were treated by surgical exposure. In these cases, we could observe spontaneous eruption of the impacted mandibular first molars after surgical exposure.

        Cooperative learning-applying group dynamics to instructional theory as a substitute for the limit of conventional teaching-learning theory-can be easily converted with other instructional model. In addition, Cooperative learning is highly recognized in combinations with music instruction by magnifying and enriching the possibility of cooperating in music class performance. This research has an object in searching cooperative-creative learning model applying cooperative learning structure to music and creative learning, and presenting concrete cooperative-creative learning technique which can assess to the level of fifth·sixth grade of elementary school. The cooperative-creative learning has following strategy and educational meanings. Firstly, making students activate and involve the practical music creative process resulting in being experience oriented learning. Secondly, deriving the creative class which fulfills the essence of music by students themselves hearing experience making, listening, sensing and telling among their mutual dependence apart from teacher's instruction. Thirdly, reflecting the idea of discovery learning finding and insighting the musical principle and concept themselves by exchanging the musical idea and information in the mutual cooperative group activity with the creating thesis. Fourthly, enlarging students' opportunity of involvement and self-expression making them experience performing and creating at the same time by directly connecting into the form of group creating. Finally, spurning and activating students' musical potential and creativity applying various cooperative-creative learning models and strategies to music class. This connects with 24 cooperative creative learning-a various and novelty. And so this research is looked forward to giving help and good effect to the scene of music class which can't activate the creative learning resulting from the lack of teacher's experience and difficulty itself through acknowledging the importance of creative learning. However the teaching strategy represented in this research connot be the standardized instruction of creating learning but can merely present one possibility in terms of teaching technique. As possibly accessing to the various methods teacher need creative effort and study by applying and reconstruct the creating activity considering many factors such as teaching ability, education conditions, student's ability, interest, and response, etc. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the creating by furnishing the opportunity of experience of creating often not just denying the creating, considering it as teachers and students' prejudice-difficult and boring class. This research-based on the principle of cooperative learning-presents the new direction to the creative learning by converting difficulty of individual oriented creative learning into cooperative learning into cooperative learning which accepts individual parts.

      • 국내육성 오차드그라스 품종들의 캘러스 형성율 및 식물체 재분화 효율

        Comparisons of callus formation ratios from seed explants, callus sizes, regeneration ratios from callus and regeneration efficiency for 4 orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) varieties (Three were developed in Korea and one was imported from foreign nation) are as follows; Jangbeol 102 (67.0%) has the highest callus formation ratio in 4 weeks incubated callus after bedding the seed explants, but Potomac (68.4%) has the highest ratio in 6-seek callus. Potomac (3.93cm) has the highest callus size in 4-week callus, but Jangbeol 101 (4.32cm) has the highest size in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 101 (17.7%) has the highest plant regeneration ratio in 4-week callus, but Potomac (37.4%) has the highest raion in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 102 (11.5%) has the highest plant regeneration efficiency in 4-week callus, but Potomac (25.6%) has the highest efficiency in 6-week callus.

      • 생선묵에 첨가된 전분 함량

        시판 생선묵 26종을 무작위로 수집해서 전분 함량을 조사한 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 전분 함량이 5∼10%되는 것이 19.2%, 10∼20%되는 것은 69.2%로서 가장 많았고, 20∼30%나 되는 많은 양의 전분을 첨가한 제품도 11.5%나 되었다. 2. 비교적 값비싼 제품이 전분을 더 많이 첨가하고 있었다. The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the content of starch in the 26kinds of fishcake which were randomly sampled The results of it were as follows ; 1. The highest percentage of those fishcake, the starch containing rate 10~20%, was 69.2% among all of them. The next, the starch containing rate 5~10%, was 19.2% And the last, the starch containing rate 20~30%. was 11.5%. 2. The expensive fishcake, the higher containing rate of starch.

      • 葡萄 加工中 殘留農藥 含量變化에 關한 硏究

        In order to investigate changes of residual content of pesticides, captafol and fenitrothion, grapes fortified with 1.075-49.350 ppm of captafol and 4.404-41.090 ppm of fenitrothion were washed with tap water and liquid detergent solution and then processed to canned juice and canned grape. During the washing and processing, residual contents of captafol and fenitrothion in the grapes were determined. The results obtained were as follows. 1. When the grape, fortified with 1.075 ppm of captafol and 4.404 ppm of fenitrothion, were washed with tap water, 78.9% of captafol and 90.2% of fenitrothion were removed, and when these were washed by dipping in liquid detergent solution for 10 minutes, 91.8% and 94.4% of the pesticides were removed, respectively. 2. Residual contents of captafol and fenitrothion were decreased from 1.740 ppm and 41.090 ppm in fresh grapes to 0.023 ppm-trace and 0.075-0.098 ppm in fresh juice, respectively. These were further decreased to 0.015ppm-trace and 0.052-0.057 ppm when the juice were heated to 65℃ for 20 minutes. Both were decomposed completely by heating at temperature of 80℃ for 30 minutes. 3. By peeling the grapes, residual captafol and fenitrothion in flesh were removed 96% and 99.5% of original content, respectively. These were also decomposed completely by sterilizing at 100℃ for 20minutes during canning process.

      • 멕시코와 네팔도입 고추 유전자원의 두 가지 점무늬병에 대한 저항성

        Pepper genetic resources consisting of introductions from Mexico and Nepal and susceptible and resistant controls were tested for resistance to gray leaf spot and to bacterial spot by serially inoculating the two disease pathogens, Stemphylium spp. first and Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria next, with application of fungicide after evaluation of resistance to gray leaf spot first. KC866, KC872, KC902, KC905 were resistant to gray leaf spot in addition to known resistance sources, KC43, KC47, KC220, KC319, KC320, KC380. KC897 was on the top of the resistance sources list, even better than KC177(163192), and was followed by KC889, KC896, KC898, all of which were introductions from Nepal.

      • 두유(豆乳)의 현탁안정성에 관한 연구

        두유제품을 저장하는 동안 단백질 등의 침전과 지방질의 크림층이 분리되는 현상에 미치는 두유제조 조건의 영향을 검토하기 위해서 분쇄, 균질처리 및 열처리조건이 두유의 현탁안정성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 먼저 20℃의 물로 마쇄한 것을 blanching시 온도에 반비례하여 질소 용해도지수가 현저히 감소하였으나 80℃의 물로 마쇄하는 경우 그 감소폭이 20℃의 경우보다 적었다. 침지 대두를 분쇄하여 단백질 입자가 53μ에서 8μ으로 작아질 수록 침전량이 감소하여 두유의 현탁안정성이 증가하였고 균질처리를 1회한 것보다는 2회 반복초리한 것이 안정성이 증가하였으며 1회 처리시는 입자의 크기에 따라 차이가 심하였지만 2회 처리시는 그 차이가 감소되었다. 균질처리시 1단계 처리압력이 200kg/㎠까지는 안정성이 증가하였고 팜유를 첨가하여 균질처리를 할 때의 온도가 80℃까지 온도를 높일 수록 안정성이 증가하였다. 두유제품을 살균할 때 열처리온도가 120~125℃에서 30분 이상 열처리시에는 안정성이 급격히 감소되었다. The effects of blanching, homogenization and heat sterilization on the stability of soymilk suspension were investigated by determination of nitrogen solubility index(NSI) of suspension and measuring the volume of precipitates and cream separated. The results obtained were that the NSI was decreased as the blanching temperature increased from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃. The soybean particles having 8p by grinding showed more stable soymilk than that of 53 p. The stability was increased as the homogenizing pressure increased to 200 ㎏/cm^(2) and repeated homogenizing process gave more stability than single one. The sterilization resulted a significant decrease in stability as it was heated at 120℃-125℃ for more than 30 minutes.

        One of protection methods for computer internal data is to pursue data flow in program and to control its flow. In this thesis, we propose a mechanism which guarantees secure information flow in a program. By investigating security classes of all the variables in a statement and judging necessary condition for secure information flow, proposed model descriminates the program whether it is secure or not. Out model can be implemnted at language translation time, particularly semantic analysis phase, by pursuing security class transfer of each statement.

      • 정신분열병 환자 가족의 연성 신경학적 특성

        연구목적 본 연구는 정선분열형 환자가족들의 연성 신경학적 징후를 살펴봄으로써 연성 신경학적 징후가 체질 표지(trait marker)로서의 의미가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법 정신분열병 환자 가족군은 정신분열병 환자의 1차 인척 중 정신병에 이환되지 않은 자를 대상으로 하였다. 연성 신경학적 검사는 Buchanan과 Heinrich의 신경학적 평가척도의 한국어판을 이용하여, 가족군 20명과 정상대조군 20명에게 시행하였다. 연구결과 1) 연성 신경학적 평가척도의 총점은 정신분열병 환자 가족군이 13.55±6.12, 정상대조군은 3.55±2.46으로 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(P<0.0001). 각 하위영역인 김각통합 영역, 운동조정 영역, 복합운동활동순서화 영역, 기타 영역에서 가족군이 정상대조군보다 유의하게 높은 점수를 나타내었다(P<0.05). 2) 정신분열병 환자 부모군과 형제군은 신경학적 평가척도의 총점에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 하위영역에서는 감각통합 영역에서 두 군간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(P<0.05). Objective : This study was performed to assess Neurological soft sign(NSS) in schizophrenic's relatives and to know the relationship between NSS and trait marker. Method : The study sample of relatives consisted of 20 nonpsychotic subjects, each of whom was a biological parent or sibling of a proband meeting DSM-Ⅳ criteria for schizophrenia. The authors evaluated NSS using the structured tool for measuring neurological abnormalities, Neurological Evaluation Scale-Korean Version(NSE-K). A comparison of NSS score was made between 20 relatives and 20 normal controls. Results : 1) The schizophrenic's nonpsychotic relatives were significantly more impaired than normal controls on total scores(P<0.0001) and on scores of sensory integration, motor coordination, sequencing of complex motor acts and other areas(P<0.05). 2) There were statistically no difference in NSS total scores between schizophrenic's nonpsychotic parents and siblings. Schizophrenic's nonpsychotic parents were significantly more impaired than siblings on scores of sensory integration(P<0.05). Conculsions : These findings suggest that abnormal NSS may be one of possible trait markers in schizophrenia.

      • Multiple myeloma 환자에서 Bortezomib치료 후 발생한 마비성 장폐색증 1례

        Bortezomib is the first clinically available proteasome inhibitor that is clinically effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma. A proteasome inhibitor acts through multiple mechanisms to arrest tumor growth, tumor spread, and angiogenesis. The main adverse effects of bortezomib are gastrointestinal symptoms, cytopenia, fatigue, and peripheral neuropathy. To date, severe paralytic ileus has not been reported as a toxic effect of bortezomib treatment in multiple myeloma. Bortezomib is a novel agent that has only been used clinically for 30 months, so a need exists to further evaluate its toxicity. We report a case of grade Ⅲ (NCI CTCAE v3.0) or grade Ⅳ(SWOG toxicity criteria) paralytic ileus in a 65-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma who underwent one cycle of single-agent bortezomib treatment scheduled in a 21-day cycle (1.3 mg/㎥ as a single i.v. bolus on days 1, 4, 8, and 11).
