        제이피아이헬스케어(주)에 대한 사례연구

        본 연구는 제이피아이헬스케어(주)의 기업역사에 대해 창업자인 김삼조 회장의 경영 시기(1980~2002)와 2세 경영자인 김진원 사장의 경영 시기(2002~2019) 중에서 회사의성과에 중요한 영향을 미친 사건들을 연대기별로 선정하여 경영자의 관점에서 서술하였다. 특히 김진원 사장의 경영 시기 동안 진행되었던 주요 사건들에 대해 실제 의사결정을했던 경영자가 직접 그 배경과 의사결정 이유, 그리고 그에 따른 성과에 대해 직접 설명한 논문은 매우 드문 만큼 이번 연구의 가치가 높다고 판단하였다. 또한, 이번 연구에서는 김진원 사장이 기업성과에 중대한 영향을 미치는 주요 요소로서 자원기반관점 이론을바탕으로 경영자의 자질, 기업 내부와 연관된 사람과 조직, 그리고 기업 외부와 연관된시장전략들과 관련한 주요 사건들을 선정하여 서술하였다. 그러므로, 이번 연구를 통해 실제 중소기업을 성공적으로 경영했던 경영자가 그 기업의 역사 중 주요 사건들에 대해 타인들은 알 수 없는 의사결정 과정을 직접 서술함으로써다른 중소기업 경영자들에게 실무적인 시사점을 전달하고자 하였다. 특히 2세 경영자가창업자의 사후에 어려워진 기업의 위기상황을 잘 극복하여 결국 수출중심의 강한 중소기업으로 회사를 성장시켜 나갔던 주요 과정들에 관한 서술은 유사한 상황에 있는 중소기업경영자들이나 가업을 물려받을 2세 경영자들에게 많은 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로판단하였다. This study examines the history of JPI Healthcare during the period of leadership by the founder, Mr. Sam-Jo Kim (1980~2002), and by his successor, Mr. Jin-Won Kim (2002~2019). Mr. Jin-Won Kim carefully selected some key events that impacted the business performance of JPI Healthcare during his leadership period, annotating them with his own narratives about the internal reason and background behind his business decisions. Since primary self-study of a business leader is exceptionally rare, this study should be considered valuable. Additionally, Mr. Jin-Won Kim, a capable business leader himself, chose and described some important events related to three valuables that impact business performance: competency of executive, organizational culture and human capital, and effectiveness of market strategy based on Resource-based view theory. Therefore, this study will aid business leaders in SME(Small-Medium Enterprise) who are seeking appropriate solutions to overcome difficult business situations or strategies to develop their companies into strongly globalized SMEs. Furthermore, there are many practical implications available for future business leaders who are planning to succeed enterprises.

      • Flavobacterium meningosepticum에 의한 균혈증 1예

        1996년 6월 카톨릭대학교 부천성가병원에 뇌경색으로 입원했던 61세 남자 환자의 혈액에서 Flavobacterium meningosepticum을 분리하였다. 환자는 폐렴을 동반한 패혈증의 예로 ceftriaxone과 metronidazole을 투여하였으나 입원 48시간만에 사망하였다. Flabovacterium meningosepticum is a rae cause of nosocomial infection which shows multi-drug resistance. It mainly invades patients with impaired immunity. Recently, we experienced a case of F. meningosepticum bacteremia in a patient with chronic debilitated state owing to stroke. The clinical progress was so rapid that he died within 48 hours. Blood culture revealed F. meningosepticum which showed characteristic yellow colony in blood agar plate.

      • Ciprofloxacin 제제의 생물학적 동등성에 관한 연구

        국내 시판중인 ciprofloxacin 제제인 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)의 동등성을 검토하기 위해 제조원인 Bayer사의 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)를 기준제제로 하여 18명의 건강한 남성 피험자를 대상으로 500㎎ 1회 교차 경구 투여후 약동학적 성상을 분석비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시험제제의 생체 이용율의 지표인 AUC, C_(mao), T_(max) 및 MRT들의 평균치는 백분율차이에 있어 모든 기준제제 지표의 ± 20% 이내였으며, 이들 생체 이용율 지표들은 분산분석 검정에서 차이를 인지할 수 없었다.생체 이용율 지표들의 기준제제에 대한 백분율 90% 대칭 신뢰구간 검토시 모든 경수들에서 ± 20% 이내의 조건을 만족하였으며 AUC의 경우에는 대칭형 신뢰구간으로 변환시 95% 신뢰구간에서도 동등성의 조건을 만족하였다, 이상의 시험결과로 시험제제인 Citopcin®은 기준제제인 Ciprobay®와 생물학적 동등한 제제로 판단되었다. The pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin was studied for the evaluation of the bioequivalence of the generic ciproflocacin products. Two single doses of 500㎎ each of ciprofloxacin(Ciprobay® 250㎎ tablet as a reference compound and Citopcin® 250㎎ tablet s a test compound) were administered orally to ighteen male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design. Pek plasma levels of ciprofloxacin were observed about 1 hour after the doses and the peak concentrations of both products were similar(Ciprobay®, 3.18㎍/㎖; Citopcin®, 2.89㎍/㎖). The values of other pharmacokinetic parameter of ciprofloxacin computed for Ciprobay® are presented in that order: AUC=13.53:12.47㎍·h/㎖, T_(max)=1.28:1.14 hours; MRT=5.30:5.08 hours; t_(1/2)β=3.65:3.47 hours. No satistically significant, differences were detected when AUC and the other parameters were compared with the method of ANOVA. Using the criteria of 90% confidence interval for the assessment of bioequivalence al the parameters were acceptable. The products were found to be equivalent on the premise that no significant difference was detected when the relevant pharmacokinetic parameters were compared, and the confidence limit analysis showed acceptable results.

        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        온수배관을 이용한 온실의 난방성능

        본 연구는 온실의 난방 에너지 절감을 목적으로 온실 내부에 알루미늄 온수배관을 설치하여 난방효과에 대한 기초자료를 구축하고자 수행되었다. 그 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전체 실험을 포함하여 온실내의 높이별 온도편차는 4.0~7.0℃ 정도의 범위로서 그 차이가 크게 나타났다. 팬코일유니트(FCU)를 작동시킨 경우가 작동시키지 않은 경우에 비해 유출입수의 온도차가 3.3℃ 정도 크고, 소비전력량은 36.2~40.1% 정도 증가하였으며, 시간당 방열량은 44.6~52.0% 정도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 실험기간동안 순환유량은 0.48~0.49L · s<SUP>?1</SUP> 정도의 범위에 있었고, 평균유속은 1.53~1.56m · s<SUP>?1</SUP> 정도였다. 유출입수의 평균 온도차는 6.24~11.50℃이었다. 최저 외기온 ?14.0~?0.6℃ 범위에서 설정온도별 방열량은 135,930~307,150㎉ 정도의 범위로서 시간당 9,610~19,630㎉ · h<SUP>?1</SUP> 정도의 범위에 있었다. 이것은 최대난방부하의 약 23~53% 정도의 난방에너지를 공급할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 전체 방열량과 소비전력량은 각각 2,548,306㎉ 및 3,075.7㎾h이다. 화석연료인 경유로 난방할 경우, 소요되는 경유의 총 소비량은 281.6L 정도이고 비용은 321,000won인 것으로 나타났다. 농가용 전력요금을 적용하면 전력사용에 대한 총비용은 110,730won 정도로서 경유 소비 비용의 33.5% 정도로 나타났다. 실험구의 온도가 대조구보다 약 8.3~14.6℃ 정도 높게 나타났다. This research was conducted to obtain basic data with regard to the heating performance that would be produced by installing an aluminum hot water pipe inside the greenhouse with the goal of reducing the heating energy in greenhouse. The research results are summarized as follows. The degree of difference in relation to the temperature by height within the greenhouse during the entire experiment was significant - within the range of 4.0~7.0℃. The temperature difference between incoming and outgoing water was about 3.3℃ greater when FCU was activated compared to when it was not activated. Meanwhile, the amount of energy consumed increased about 36.2~40.1%. The amount of pyrexia per hour also increased by 44.6~52.0%. During the experiment period, circulated flux was within the range of 0.48~0.49 L · s<SUP>?1</SUP> while average fluid speed was 1.53~1.56 m · s<SUP>?1</SUP>. The average temperature difference between incoming and outgoing water was 6.24~11.50℃. The amount of heating value by each set temperature within the minimum outdoor temperature range of ?14.0~?0.6℃ was 135,930~307,150 ㎉, and the range was within the 9,610~19,630 ㎉ · h<SUP>?1</SUP> per hour. This demonstrated that about 23~53% heating energy of the maximum heating load could be supplied. Total radiating value and amount of energy consumed were 2,548,306 ㎉ and 3,075.7 ㎾h, respectively. When heating takes place using oil, which is a fossil fuel, the total amount of light oil consumed was 281.6 L while the cost was 321,000 won. When the electricity cost for farms is applied, the total cost was about 110,730 won, which is about 33.5% of the cost required compared to oil consumption. The temperature at in the experiment area was about 8.3~14.6℃ higher compared to that of the control area.

      • Urapidil, Labetalol의 투여가 기관내 삽관시 심혈관계에 미치는 영향

        We have examined the comparative efficacy of small doses of intravenous urapidil and labetalol in blunting hemodynamic response to endotracheal intubation and surgical incision in 30 patients without cardiovascular diseases. After intravenous urapidil 0.2 mg/kg or labetalol 0.2 mg/kg anesthesia was induced with thiopental 5mg/kg. Endotracheal intubation was facilitated by vecuronium 0.15 mg/kg with priming principle and anesthesia was maintained with enflurane and nitrous oxide in oxygen. Systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure and heart rate were measured before administration of the drugs, 5 minute after administration, just prior to endotracheal intubation and 1, 3, 5, 10 minute after intubatin. Also the peak blood pressures and heart rate within 10 minutes after surgical incision were measured. Endotracheal intubation and surgical stimulation were associated with significant increases in blood pressures and heart rate in both urapidil and labetalol group. Comparison of the changes in systolic, diastolic, and mean artrial pressures and heart rate between urapidil and labetalol group showed no significant difference except peak systolic pressure after surgical incision. It is concluded that the pressor response to endotracheal intubation and surgical stimulation are not influenced significantly by urapidil 0.2 mg/kg or labetalol 0.2 mg/kg. However, urapidil and labetalol preloading may be similarly effective in the blunting of the increases in blood pressures with larger doses of the durgs during anesthetic induction.

        고차구조 변화에 따른 저밀도폴리에틸렌 박막의 전기적 특성

        The electrical properties of polyethylene are changed by the superstructure. Such crystalline polymer as polyethylene or polypropylene changes crystallinity and products spherulite or trans-crystal when it is cooled slowly. In this study, after thermal treatment of LDPE at 100[℃], in silicone oil for an hour, we made specimens in order of slow cooling, water cooling, quenching according to cooling speed. Also, to study the influence of electrical properties due to the superstructure change, we analyzed physical properties and performed dielectric breakdown experiments using DC and impulse voltage. Moreover we measured space charges in bulk using Laser Induced Pressure Pulse(LIPP)method. Trap level of specimen is 0.064[eV] at the low temperature region, 0.31[eV] at the high temperature region in DC dielectric strength, 0.03[eV] at the low temperature region 0.0925[eV] at the high temperature region in impulse dielectric strength. As its result shows that the quantity of charges induced from the electrode surface increases with applied voltage time, and the distribution of space charges in samples increases the quantity of charges in proportion to applied voltage.

      • 경추수술의 골이식 재료로서 장골과 Biocompatible Orthopaedic Polymer(BOP)에 대한 평가

        Anterior cervical interbody fusion is the procedure of choice for spondylosis and cervical spine injury. Traditional interbody fusion in the method of Smith-Robinson or Cloward with allograft or autograft has limitations owing to graft collapse, graft extrusion, pseudarthrosis, and donor site morbidity. A short hospital stay and reduced donor site complications can be achieved by using synthetic graft materials, such as Biocompatible Orthopaedic Polymer(BOP). A retrospective study to evaluate bone graft was carried out in a series of 106 patients who were performed by interbody fusion for cervical spondylosis and cervical spine injury using anterior (modified Trans-Unco-Discal) approach with ilium and BOP between January 1, 1988 and December 31, 1994 at the Department of Neurosurgery, Soonchunhyang University Hospital. The radiological assessment were made between postoperative and follow-up x-ray findings, and the postoperative clinical results and complications were analyzed. The results were as follows: 1. Of 106 patients, seventy eight was male and 28 female, mean age was 46.4 years and incidence was the highest in the sixth decade in ilium, and mean age was 47.5% years and incidence was the highest in the fifth decade in BOP. 2. Of 106 patients, seventy six was spondylosis (51 in radiculopathy, 17 in radiculomylopathy and 8 in muelopathy) and 30 cervical injury (18 in locked facets, 5 in traumatic disc herniation, 4 in compressed fracture and 3 in subluxation). 3. In 166 levels, operation were performed. Of 129 interbody grafts in spondylosis, there were 50 levels using ilium and 79 levels using BOP, and of 37 interbody grafts in cervical injury, there were 18 levels using ilium and 19 levels using BOP. Metallic plate fixation were performed 16 cases in cervical injury. 4. Mean duration of follow-up were 200 days in ilium and 290 days in BOP. 5. Clinical results of spondylosis were excellent in 59%, good in 32% and fair in 9% in ilium, and excellent in 67%, good in 26%, fair 5% and poor in 2% in BOP. Clinical results of cervical injury were excellent in 27%, good in 20%, fair in 27% and poor in 27% in ilium, and excellent in 27%, good in 27%, fair 20% and poor in 27% in BOP. As to graft materials, clinical results were not statistically significant(p=0.76, p=0.75). 6. Mean height of graft bone were 13.0mm in ilium and 10.0mm in BOP at postoperative x-ray findings and 11.6mm in ilium and 6.1mm in BOP at follow-up x-ray findings. Incidence of cases less than 80% of postoperative height of graft bone were 7% in ilium and 58% in BOP at follow-up, and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.05). BOP sank into the adjacent end plate as compared to ilium. 7. Mean duration of fusion were 40 days in ilium and 132 days in BOP, and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01). 8. The rate of complications related to bone graft were 18% in ilium and 31% in BOP. One graft extrusion in BOP required revision and the iliac bone avulsion fracture was performed wire fixation. Incidence of complications in BOP was higher than one in ilium, but there was no statistically significant difference(p=0.28). In conclusion, ilium or BOP could be used for anterior interbody fusion to cervical spondylosis and cervical spine injury as graft material. Clinical results were not significantly different between both graft materials, but ilium was superior to BOP as good spacer with maintenance of height of graft bone and good bony fusion.

        우수방사성의약품 생산시설 개발

        Manufacturing facilities of the pharmaceuticals must meet certain level of the cleanness required so that foreign substances such as dust, moisture, heat, microorganism, or virus do not contaminate the product. In case of radiopharmaceuticals for medical treatment and diagnosis, not only should the operators and environment be protected from radiation but also need to be isolated from the foreign contaminant. Therefore, manufacturing facilities for radiopharmaceuticals must satisfy the design standards of both hot cell and clean room which are specified by GNP. However, standards of maintaining negative pressure for preventing spread of radioactive contaminant in isolated facilities conflict with the standards of maintaining positive pressure for keeping cleanness. To solve this problem, are pressure of hot cell was designed lower than in the adjacent area to meet standards of the radiation safety. To keep higher cleanness in certain part of the hot cell for filling, minimal relative positive pressure allows. In order to effectively maintain the cleanness that is required for production of Tc-99m generator, which takes 70% of whole demand of radiopharmaceuticals, the rooms placed in each side of production room are used as a buffer area and three lead hot cells are installed in production room. In this research, we established the appropriate engineered design concept for Tc-99m generator manufacturing facility, which satisfies both GMP cleanness standard for preventing particles, bacteria, other contaminants and the regulations of radiation safety for supervising and controlling the amount of radiation exposure and exhausted radioactivity. And the concept of multi-buffer zones is introduced to apply negative air pressure for hot cell with first priority and to continue relative positive air pressure for clean room.

      • 팔당호 내의 색물성 Plankton 군집의 구조에 관하여

        In order to determine the structure of phytoplankton community, the environment of water and composition of phytoplankton community were analyzed from March to November, 1983. The major factors which effected the structure of phytoplankton community among the water-environmental factors-water temperature, turbidity, pH, DO, BOD, and COD were pH and COD. The total species of phytoplankton in the Paldang Reservoir were 180 species and the dominant species was Metosira granulata. The phytoplankton community was classified three community-Melosira Cymbella Community, Melosiretum islandicae and Melosiretum granulatae- by ordinated methods.
