        API 기준에 근거한 RBI 절차 개발 및 소프트웨어의 구현 (Ⅰ) : 정성적 접근법 Qualitative Approach

        During the last ten years, effort has been made for reducing maintenance cost for aged equipments and ensuring safety, efficiency and profitability of petrochemical and refinery plants. Hence, it was required to develop advanced methods which meet this need. RBI(Risk Based Inspection) methodology is one of the most promising technology satisfying the requirements in the field of integrity management. In this study, a qualitative assessment algorithm for RBI based on the API 581 code was reconstructed for developing an RBI software. The user-friendly realRBU software is developed with a module for evaluation qualitative risk category using the potential consequence factor and the likelihood factor.

        자살 시도에 영향을 미치는 정신사회적 요인

        Objectives : A lots of studies have investigated the psychosocial characteristics of suicidal attempters in order to find eff-cient coping strategy and treatment intervention. The purpose of this study was to examine the psychosocial factors affecting the suicide attempt in psychiatric patients. Methods : Two hundred eighty patients who attempted suicide and admitted in the emergency room in 3 university hospitals from December 2003 to May 2006 were recruited in this study. The patients were interviewed using Structured Clinical Inter-view for DSM-IV Axis I disorder (SCID-RV), Lethality of Suicide Attempt Ratings Scale (LSARS) and Risk-Rescue Rating system (RRR). Results : The suicide attempters have psychosocial characteristics of female preponderance, age 20-39, high school in educational level, married in marriage condition, inoccupation, house makers in occupation. Most of attempters used the non-severe methods such as drug ingestion or wrist cutting, and selected home as the place of attempt. The delay until discovery was less than 4 hours for most suicide attempters, and the rate of asking for help directly or dropping clues were high. Major depressive disorder was the most common psychiatric illness among attempters. Conclusions : The present study would be the early stage to explore the risk factor and protect factor of suicidal attempt. This study suggests that the closed observation to potential-suicidal attempter in daily life is critical to protect against the fatal results due to suicidal attempts.

      • 점포내 VMD요소가 SPA 브랜드 정체성에 미치는 영향

        This study was to examine the effect of VMD factors on brand identity for SPA brands. As brand stimulus, four SPA brands(e.g., Basic House, Codes combine, Uniqlo, Zara) were selected by pretest. For collecting data, a self-administered questionnaire was developed based on the literatures and intercept survey was conducted. A total 508 usable responses were obtained from consumers who shopped at the selected brands' stores. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used. As perceived by consumers, VMD consisted of seven factors: lightening, scent, color, layout, music, window display, and item presentation. The VMD factor was significantly related to brand identity for the SPA brands. Specifically, brand awareness was predicted by color, layout and item presentation; brand association strength was predicted by color, layout, and widow display; favorable brand association was predicted by item presentation; salience of brand association was predicted by color and music; and brand image association was predicted by color, layout, music, and item presentation. Thus, this study discussed a managerial implication for SPA retailers to develop a visual merchandising strategy in the competitive marketplace.

      • 에어로졸 공정 기반 폴리머 캡슐화 된 나노고에너지 복합체 제조 및 연소 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 기존의 폴리머/나노고에너지 물질 복합체 제조 방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 에어로졸 공정을 이용하여 폴리머 캡슐화 된 나노고에너지 물질 복합체를 제조하였다. 분무건조공정을 통해 니트로셀룰로오스(NC) 바인더 내에 나노고에너지 물질(Al/CuO)이 나노스케일에서 균일하게 분산 되어있는 NC 캡슐화 된 고에너지 물질 복합체 분말을 성공적으로 제조 하였다. 제조된 복합체 분말의 연소특성을 연소율, 폭발압력, 발열특성을 고속카메라 측정, 압력셀 시험, TG-DSC 측정 등을 통해 분석하였다. 에어로졸 공정을 통해 제조 된 NC 캡슐화 된 고에너지 물질에서 기존의 물리적, 기계적 혼합 방식에 의해 제조 된 NC/Al/CuO 복합체 대비 매우 우수한 연소특성이 관찰 되었다. In this study, polymer-encapsulated nanoenergetic material(nEM) composites were fabricated by using an aerosol process to solve the problems in conventional manufacturing process of polymer/nEM composites. By using a spray-drying process, nitrocellulose (NC)-encapsulated nEM composite powders composed of Al/CuO nanoparticles were successfully prepared. The combustion characteristics of the NC-encapsulated nEM composites were examined in terms of burn rate, pressure and heat release rate using various tools, including high-speed camera, pressure cell test, and thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimetric (TG-DSC) analyzer. The NC-encapsulated nEM composites prepared by the present aerosol process were observed to have superior combustion characteristics when they are compared with the NC/nEM composites prepared by conventional physical and mechanical mixing methods.

      • Spectral CT를 이용한 Lower Extremity Angiography에서 조영제 총량과 주입속도 감소에 관한 연구

        목적 : Spectral CT를 이용한 Lower extremity CTA 검사 시 조영제 주입량과 주입속도를 감소시켜 환자에게 발생하는 용량 의존성 부작용을 최소화하고 적절한 Mono Energy Level을 찾아 이의 임상적 가치를 판단하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : PHILIPS 사의 IQon Spectral CT 장비를 이용하여 2016년 06월 01일부터 2016년 10월 31일 까지 Lower extremity CTA 검사를 받은 환자 20명을 대상으로 하였다. 이를 대조군 - Routine contrast volume group (10명, 조영제 150 ml, 생리식염수 50 ml, 주입속도 5 ml/초), 실험군 - Low contrast volume group (10명, 조영제 50 ml, 생리식염수 50 ml, 주입속도 3 ml/초)으로 나누어 비교하였다. 특히 실험군은 환자별 Spectral Based Image (SBI) data - MonoE 를 이용하여 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 keV data로 세분화 하였다. 영상의 관심 영역(ROI)를 설정하여 Mean HU, STD, SNR과 CNR의 평균을 정량적 분석하였다. 정성적 분석으로는 3D 재구성 영상을 5점 척도로 평가하였다. 결과 : 대조군과 실험군의 평균 Mean HU는 각각 461.2 ± 23.10, 168.80 ± 6.05 HU으로 나타났으며 특히 40 keV에서는 평균 450.46 ± 12.37 HU 으로 대조군에 비해 약 97.67 %로 나타났다. SNR 및 CNR은 40 keV에서 34.69 ± 4.76, 29.83 ± 3.88 으로 대조군에 비해 약 157.1 %, 154.7 %로 높게 낮게 나왔으며 50~55 keV에서 대조군과 비슷한 결과 값으로 나타났다. 또한 이는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3D 재구성 영상의 평가점수는 대조군과 실험군(40 keV) 각각 4.8 ± 0.42, 4.4 ± 0.51 으로 진단적으로 차이는 없었고 40 keV에서 가장 좋은 점수를 나타냈다. 결론 : SBI data를 이용, 조영제 주입량과 주입속도를 줄인 Lower extremity CTA 검사는 기존의 검사에 비해 진단적 차이가 크지 않았으며 40 keV에서 최적의 영상 quality를 보였다. 신기능의 악화로 인해 조영제의 사용 또는 많은 양을 주입하는 것이 심각하게 고려되는 환자에서나 18G Line 확보가 어려운 고령의 환자에게 유용할 것이라 사료된다. 특히, 혈관통 또는 혈관 외 유출 등의 위험이 줄이고 조영제에 대한 신장의 부담을 줄여 환자 본인과 의료진, 검사자 모두에게 만족이 높아 적극 권장하는 바이다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to minimize the capacity dependent side effect occurring in the patients by reducing the contrast media injection quantity and the flow rate during the lower extremity CTA test using Spectral CT, and to find proper mono energy level to judge its clinical value. Materials and Methods : It was conducted targeting 20 patients who had Lower extremity CTA test from June 1st, 2016 to October 31st, 2016 by means of the equipment IQon Spectral CT from PHILIPS. They were divided into the control group - Routine contrast volume group (10 persons, contrast media of 150 ml, saline of 50 ml, and flowing rate of 5 ml/second) and the experimental group - Low contrast volume group (10 persons, contrast media of 50 ml, saline of 50 ml, and flowing rate of 3 ml/second) for comparison. In particular, the experimental group was subdivided into the 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 keV data by means of the Spectral based imagd (SBI) data - mono energy level from patient. The average of Mean HU, STD, SNR, and CNR was quantitatively analyzed by setting the region of interest (ROI) of the image. 3D reconstruction image was evaluated by 5 - score criterion for the qualitative analysis. Results : The mean HU of the contrast group and the experimental group appeared as 461.2 ± 23.10 HU, 168.80 ± 6.05 HU each, especially mean 450.46 ± 12.37 HU appeared in 40 keV, which was about 97.67 % compared with the contrast group. SNR and CNR appeared as 34.69 ± 4.76, 29.83 ± 3.88 in 40 keV, which were about 157.1 %, 154.7 % compared to the contrast group. They appeared as the similar result value to the contrast group in 50~55 keV. Also, they all showed the statistically significant difference. The evaluation score of the 3D reconstruction image was 4.8 ± 0.42 and 4.4 ± 0.51 each in the control group and experimental group (40 keV). There was no diagnostic difference and the best score appeared in 40 keV. Conclusion : The diagnostic difference of the Lower extremity CTA test which reduced the contrast media injection quantity and the scanning speed by using SBI data was not big compared to the existing test, and showed the optimal image quality in 40 keV. It is thought to be useful for the patients that who application of contrast media is seriously considered due to the degeneration of kidney function or for the aged patients that securing 18G line is difficult. In particular, it is highly recommended because it reduces the risk of the angiodynia or extravasation and reduces the burden of kidney on the contrast media, and all of the patients, medical teams, and testers are satisfied.

        Regulation of Crosstalk between Epithelial to Mesenchymal Transition Molecules and MMP-9 Mediates the Antimetastatic Activity of Anethole in DU145 Prostate Cancer Cells

        <P>The underlying antimetastatic mechanism of anethole (<B>1</B>) still remains unclear in association with the molecules of the epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT). Herein, the role of the EMT molecules was elucidated in terms of the antimetastatic activity of <B>1</B> using DU145 cells. Anethole significantly inhibited the adhesion of DU145 cells to vitronectin-coated plates, as well as migration in a wound-healing assay and invasion using a Boyden chamber. Also, anethole suppressed the expression of MMP-9 in DU145 cells by zymography, ELISA, and RT-PCR. Consistently, the silencing of MMP-9 enhanced the activity of <B>1</B> to upregulate the expression of E-cadherin and to attenuate the expression of Vimentin in DU145 cells. Compound <B>1</B> enhanced E-cadherin, which is an epithelial marker and attenuated the expression of Vimentin, Twist, and Snail as mesenchymal molecules at the mRNA level. Consistently, anethole upregulated E-cadherin and downregulated the expression of Vimentin, Twist and PI3K, and AKT at the protein level in DU145 cells. Conversely, the antimetastatic effects of <B>1</B> to inhibit invasion and the expression of MMP-9 and upregulate E-cadherin were reversed by the EMT inducer TGF-β in DU145 cells. Overall, the present findings suggest that anethole exerts antimetastatic activity via regulation of crosstalk between EMT molecules and MMP-9 on the basis of the in vitro data obtained.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jnprdf/2014/jnprdf.2014.77.issue-1/np4006376/production/images/medium/np-2013-006376_0006.gif'></P>

        Transcriptome analysis of the short-term photosynthetic sea slug Placida dendritica

        The intimate physical interaction between food algae and sacoglossan sea slug is a pertinent system to test the theory that “you are what you eat.” Some sacoglossan mollusks ingest and maintain chloroplasts that they acquire from the algae for photosynthesis. The basis of photosynthesis maintenance in these sea slugs was often explained by extensive horizontal gene transfer (HGT) from the food algae to the animal nucleus. Two large-scale expressed sequence tags databases of the green alga Bryopsis plumosa and sea slug Placida dendritica were established using 454 pyrosequencing. Comparison of the transcriptomes showed no possible case of putative HGT, except an actin gene from P. dendritica, designated as PdActin04, which showed 98.9% identity in DNA sequence with the complementary gene from B. plumosa, BpActin03. Highly conserved homologues of this actin gene were found from related green algae, but not in other photosynthetic sea slugs. Phylogenetic analysis showed incongruence between the gene and known organismal phylogenies of the two species. Our data suggest that HGT is not the primary reason underlying the maintenance of short-term kleptoplastidy in Placida dendritica.
