      • 레이저 클래딩 중첩도가 표면특성에 미치는 영향

        A 4kW RS840 CO2 laser with a powder auto-feeding apparatus has been used to deposit multiple overlapping tracks of Ni-base superalloy on to low carbon steel. It was found that the surface roughness(turbulence) of an overlapped cladding layer decreased with the increase of the overlapping ratio in an oscillating manner. When the overlapping ratio had values of 0.62, the surface turbulence was lowest. Overlapping ratio offer significant potential for improvement of materials surface properties such as corrosion performance and wear resistance. This paper reports that the overlapping ratio shows best corrosion resistance. The tensile residual stresses generated at the higher overlapping ratio(>0.45) and the element concentration of Fe increased in the surface layer at the lower overlapping ratio(<0.45) may lead to worse corrosion resistance.

        의약풍이 생체내로 흡수되는_파정에서 생리학적 인자 및 제제학적 인자들에 의해 생체이용률이 달라져 약물의 흡수과정을 연구함으로써 약물의 생체이용률을 예측하는 것이 가능하다. 그러나 제제학적 측면에서 용출시험과 흡수과정인. 장관막 투과도 나아가서 생체이용률간의 띤구가 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서 약물의 흡수과정을 연구하벼 생체이용률을 예측하기 위하여 장관막 투과도 및 혈중농도사이의 상관관계를 예견할 수 있는 모델을 개발하고자 1999년도 연구사업으로 고혈압치료제중 베타-차단약 (아테놀올, 메토프롤올, 프라프라놀꼴)을 선택하여 웅출시험과 장관막 투과도계수를 측정하여 사람의 흡수을을 예측할 수 있는 장관막 투파도 모델을 확림하였고, 2000년도에는 계속사업으로서 각 약물에 대한 횐쥐에서의 생체이용를 파라메타를 측정하고 1999년도 연구사업결과에서 얻은 장관막 투과도 시험결과를 가지고 생체이용률과의 상관섞을 구하고자 하였다. 각 베타-차단약을 경구 및 정맥투여하고 시간별로 채혈한 후 분리한 혈장으로부터 각 약물에 대한 EfLC를 이용한 분석준건을 확지하여 혈중농도를 측정하고 생체이용률 파라메타(AUC, Cma, Tme, 등)를 구하였다. 횐쥐의 소장을 이용하여 diffusion chamber 법으로 측정한 장관막 투과도계수와 각 생체이용률 파라미터 사이의 상관성을 구찬 결과 양호한 상관관계를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 약물의 특성에 따라 동물의 장관막 투도. 모델을 이용하여 사람의 생체이용률도 예측할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.         A novel Camera Calibration Method is proposed by employing the perspective transformation matrix with scale factors for the accurate Robot Vision System, where the calibrated scale factors are horizontal scale factor, computer image center coordinate, and camera lens distortion coefficient. By using those factors, the image coordinate with distortion in computer frame grabber is transformed to the undistorted coordinate, in which calibration is performed. To show the validities of the proposed method, several experimental results are illustrated with comparison of the other calibration methods.

        徐舜鳳,全在福,金基洪,金仁珠 慶北大學校 醫科大學 1980 慶北醫大誌 Vol.21 No.2

        1976年부터 1979年까지 慶北 漆谷카톨릭皮膚科病院에 來院한 外來患者中에서 臨床的 및 眞菌學的으로 頭部白癬으로 確診된 154例에 對하여 觀察한 成積을 다음과 같이 要約한다. 頭部白癬은 總外來患者의 0.19%에 該當하며 1976年부터 1978年까지는 큰 變動이 없었으나 1979年에 갑자기 2~3倍로 增加되었다. 男女의 罹患比는 7歲未滿에서는 큰 差異가 없으나 8~14歲群에서는 男子가, 高年齡群에서는 女子가 높았다. 그러므로 1961年以前에 比하여 男女間에 큰 差異가 없어지고 있다. 總分離菌 136株中 M. canis가 97株(71.3%), T. ferrugineum이 26株(19.1%), T. mentagrophytes가 10株(7.4%), T. rubrum이 3株(2.2%)이었다. 이 成績이 1961年前에 比하여 T. ferrugineum은 1977年부터 顯著히 減少되는 反面에 M. canis가 急增되어 主要菌의 交替現象이 일어나고 있다. T. ferrugineum은 14歲未滿의 男子에 많고 M. canis는 男女 모두 14歲未滿에서 많았으나 特히 女子에서는 7歲未滿과 高年齡群에 많았다. 特히 M. canis感梁이 7歲未滿 兒童에 많았으므로 앞으로 感染源인 고양이의 索出과 이에 對한 適切한 加療가 必要하다. Reports have been made of the detailed clinical and mycological observation on tinea capitis in the Taegu area during the period of 1954 through 1961. There had been, however, no follow-up studies on the disease until 1975. With the reports on the increasing incidence of Microsporum canis infections throughout the country, we suppose that the clinical features and the causative agents of tinea capitis may differ from those observed between 1954 and 1961. The authors observed 154 cases of tinea capitis at Chilgok Skin Clinic during the period from 1976 to 1979, clinically and mycologically. Tinea capitis occupied 0.19% of total outpatients in the clinic, and the incidence increased markedly during 1979. There was no general difference in incidence rates between both sexes of children, but a tendency was noted male children were predominant among the age group of 8 to 14, while female children were predominant among the age groups of under 7 and over 40 years. Among 136 fungi isolated from patients M. canis was most frequently found with 97 (71.3%) strains, and followed by 26(19.1%) of Trichophyton ferrugineum, 10(7.4%) of T. metagrophytes and 3(2.2%) of T. rubrum. These results indicate that T. ferrugineum which was the most predominant agent of tinea capitis before 1962, is decreasing markedly, while M. canis is increasing rapidly as the causative agent. The number of strains isolated in 1979 was more than the total number of strains in 1976 through 1978, showing that the predominance of causative agents in tinea capitis is changing toward M. canis, as compared with the distribution of agents before 1962. T. ferrugineum was frequently isolated from male children under the age of fourteen. M. canis was predominant in both sexes under the age of fourteen, but was predominant among patients under the age of seven and a higher age group in female.

        김치에 대한 중국 남녀 대학생의 인식 및 기호도 조사

        The purposes of this study are to investigate perception and preference of Chinese college students for Korean Kimchi by a survey and sensory evaluation and to globalize and industrialize Kimchi in the world. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 588 students residing in Beijing. About 80% of all the participants knew what Kimchi was and 63.4% had eaten Kimchi before the survey. On their first impression of Kimchi, 43.6% of respondents answered that it was 'good', and 67.1% answered that their impression after eating Kimchi was 'good'. 51.4% of respondents, answered the nationality of Kimchi is 'Korea'. The most liked Kimchi is Baechu Kimchi, and they preferred the white stem of the Chinese cabbage. On their perception of Kimchi, 'Kimchi is a good side dish with cooked rice' was totally received point. The most well-known cooking method of Kimchi turned out to be Kimchi Chigae, As the results of sensory evaluation on several types cabbage Kimchies at room temperature, the most preferred Kimchi by the students was two-day old and made out of 5g red pepper. And two-day old Kimchi 10g red pepper and 2g shangchai added was preferred, too. But the six-day old Kimchi was disliked. The two-day old Kimchi made out of 10g red pepper preserved in the refrigerator was the most-liked. The dishes using Kimchi as the main ingredient are listed according to the students preference as follows : Kimchi Hundun, Kimchi Ddungchai, Kimchi Bokum, and Kimchi Ramen, and so on.

        도시 외부공간 중 건물들의 시각적 물리량, 복잡도, 선호도 분석에 관한 연구

        Purpose of this study is to prove the relationship among the amount of surface area, the visual complex and the visual preference of Buildings in the urban space using computer simulation. It has the same results as the previous studies. In the urban Environment, especially about buildings, basic data which make possible to apply computer simulation at environment analysis will be supplied. In order to investigate the relationship between the amount of surface area and the visual complex, the visual complex and the visual preference, graphic simulation has been proceeded. Graphic factors of simulation photos are determined on the point of shape and colors(about buildings, land, and sky) The result of the relationship of the visual complex and the visual preference, and the amount of surface area and the visual preference are found to be inverse U-shape, and the result of the relationship of the amount of surface area and the visual complex is proved by the result of regression. So the same result has been obtained in computer simulation.

      • XENIX OS에서 TERMINAL을 이용한 조합형한글 구현에 관한 연구

        제닉스 시스템의 커널에서는 한글을 읽거나 쓸수가 없으며 한글을 구현하기 위해 바이어스콜이나 비디오램을 직접 억세스하는 등의 컨트롤이 허용되지 않는다. 그러나 제닉스 시스템의 입, 출력 시스템을 잘 살펴보면 한글을 사용하기 위한 해결점을 찾을 수 있다. 영문 제닉스는 키보드에서 입력되는 8비트 코드에서 최상위비트를 무시하여 7비트로 스트립 시키는데 이것을 막고 제닉스가 FOH~FFH까지의 코드를 제어 코드로 사용하지 못하게 함으로써 모든 한글을 터미널상에서 사용 할 수 있게 된다. 한편 제닉스의 표준 메일을 이용 할때에는 80H 이상의 코드가 입력되면 모두 \와 8진수의 조합으로 변경시켜서 출력하는 C함수를 사용하기 때문에 이부분을 수정하고 한글 에코 명령이 포함된 쉘 스크립은 8진코드로 바꾸어 주는 소오스를 활용함으로서 제닉스에서 터미널을 이용한 조합형 한글의 구현이 완벽하게 이루어졌다. Hangul can't be read and used from the kernel of XENIX system. To embody Hangul, the control of direct access of BIOS call or video RAM is not permitted. But a solution to use Hangul can be found through the search of input and output system of XENIX system. English XENIX OS disregards MSB from 8bit code inputting from key board and strip 7 bit. To prevent this, stty-istrip command is used. And by using stty-ixion command not to use control code from FOH to FFH of XENIX, All of Hangul can be used at the terminal. To satisfy these conditions stty-istrip-ixon command is inserted at each user's profile. While sending the letter through the standard mail of XENIX, /user/lib/mail. local program is available. then Hangul is not supported on mail. local, the reason is that if the code over ASCII code 80H is inputted in the mail. local program. C function outputting through the change into the combination of all \and octal number is used, but by modifying mail. local, all of Hangul can be available, and the shell script containing Hangul echo command can treat Hangul at the terminal by using convc source which change source to octal code. In this way combinated Hangul using the terminal from XENIX OS ard completely embodied.
