        안병무의 민중신학(民衆神學) 고찰

        Minjung theology emerged in the 1970s from the experience of Korean Christians in the struggle for the restoration of the rights of the minjung. It is firmly rooted in Korea`s socio-economic and political situation, and growing out of the struggles of Christians who treasure not only the universal message of emancipation of the Bible but also their own life. It espoused the repressed and exploited life of the people at the hand of the Yushin regime, and made an effort to listen to the lamentation of the oppressed people as if to the lamentation of God. It is therefore the contextual theology of Korea`s socio-economic and political situation during the 1970s. The purpose of this study is to investigate Byung-Mu Ahn`s minjung theology and to provide the basic outline of the main ideas. It begins with Byung-Mu Ahn who is considered the pioneer of minjung theology. He understood `minjung`(oχλο□,) in the communist sense of the poor and regarded them as the people who are scorned by the powerful dictatorship. He systematized this viewpoint in an academic sense. He therefore placed emphasis on the rights of `minjung`(oχλο□) and propagated emancipation and salvation of the people on the basis of his theological belief. In June 1975, when the president of Jeong-Hee Park`s regime(the Yushin dictatorship) became more tyrannical, he got booted from Hansin University for his socio-political tendencies. In March 1976, he was arrested for his participation in the political statement, `the March First Declaration`. He was put in jail for one year during which time he decided to devote the rest of his life to helping the poor. In addition, he provided the theological views and opinions for the progressive theology and for the democratization movement. Although he died without attaining the object of his theology, his progressive thoughts and spirit of freedom-loving are still alive among many non-Christians as well as many Christians. But in the negative, Byung-Mu Ahn`s minjung theology have many theological arguments which are difficult to be accepted in the aspects of conservative theology because he developed his argument logically without the true Christian gospel such as the atonement, the resurrection, the second advent, the last judgment, the eternal kingdom of God and so on. The true Christian gospel is the basis upon which all Christianity stands. As a result of his negative aspects in theology, many conservative church leaders strictly prohibited his ideas to be spread. And many theologians whose theological standard is so conservative could not tolerate his thoughts. The main messages Byung-Mu Ahn left behind us on the basis of his minjung theology could be summarized as follows: ① new ideas for ochlos(oχλο□) ② emphasis on theology of praxis ③ theology on the basis of life of ochlos(oχλο□) ④ encouragement of democratization movement ⑤ the purpose of the restoration of human rights ⑥ fight for socio-economic and political justice ⑦ attempt to improve indigenity of Korean theology ⑧ sensitive arguments between progressives and conservatives And Jesus was going about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people. And the news about Him went out into all Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill, taken with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics; and Jerusalem and Judea and from beyond the Jordan.(Matthew 4:23-24)

      • Solar urticaria in Korean patients

        Background: Solar urticaria (SU) is an uncommon type of photodermatoses characterized by erythematous wheal with pruritus after sunlight exposure, which shows a female predominance. Only a few studies to analyze the clinical features of SU were reported in Asia. Objectives: We aimed to analyze the clinical and photobiological characteristics of SU in Korea. Methods: We retrospectively investigated the medical records of patients with SU who visited the department of dermatology, Konkuk university medical center from January 2005 to January 2020. Results: Of a total of 44 patients, 36 (81.8%) were male and 8 (18.2%) were female. The mean age at onset was 17.6 years (range, 5-47) and the mean threshold time was 19.7 minutes. Among 32 patients who underwent phototesting, the action spectrum most commonly implicated was ultraviolet (UV) A only in 12 (37.5%), and then visible light (415nm) only was responsible for SU in 8 (25.0%). Three patients (9.4%) were induced by both UVA and visible light (415nm). Even 4 patients (12.5%) were triggered by only natural sunlight. Serum immunoglobulin E levels were measured in 33 patients, and 17 (51.5%) showed values higher than normal. The treatment most widely used were oral antihistamine (43.2%), followed by phototherapy (13.6%). Conclusion: SU is a rare photodermatosis in Korea, which shows a male preponderance. In this study, UVA and visible light (415nm) were predominant action spectrum of SU.

        일본 강점기 1930년대에 이용도(1901-1933)가 전개한 부흥운동은 한국교회에 주목할 만한 영향을 미쳤다. 그는 비록 한국교회 현장에서 32세를 일기로 세상을 떠났지만 많은 학자들은 그의 신비주의를 한국개신교 역사에서 의미심장한 한 국면으로 숙고한다. 지금까지 주로 신비주의와 영성적 관점에서 그의 생애와 사상을 논한 논문들을 살펴보면 “고난의 그리스도 신비주의”(민경배), “사랑의 신비주의”(박봉배), “열정적 신비주의”(유동식), “열광적 신비주의”(박영관), “그리스도 신비주의”(변선환), “십자가 신비주의”(윤성범), “합일(合一) 신비주의”(안수강), “영적 영향”(김수천), “동양적 영성”(왕대일), “종교적 영성”(차옥숭), 그리고 “문화와 영성”(김상일) 등이 주요 주제로 다루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 이용도와 관련된 주요 문헌지와 연구동향을 고찰하려는 데 목적을 두며 다음과 같은 다양한 자료들을 살펴볼 것이다. 첫째, 이용도 관련 주요 자료들: 이용도 전집, 설교집, 생애, 예수교회 기관지, 김인서의 저작물, 「基督申報」 기사, 장로교 총회록 등. 둘째, 연구동향 관련 주요 자료들: 과거 학자들의 고전적 저작물, 학술단체의 단행본, 신학회지(神學會誌), 학술논문과 학위논문 등 The revival movement of Yong-Do Lee(1901-1933) which took place about the time of 1930s under a colonial policy of Japan, had a remarkable effect on the Korean church. Even though he had disappeared from the stage of Korean Christianity when he was 32 years old, many scholars have considered his mysticism as a significant aspect in the history of the Korean protestant church Until now main topics of theological articles on his life and thoughts mainly have been demonstrated his mystic tendency and spirituality such as “the mysticism of suffering Christ”(Gyeong-Bae Min), “the mysticism of love”(Bong-Bae Park), “the mysticism of enthusiasm”(Dong-Sik Ryu), “the mysticism of fanaticism”(Yeong-Gwan Park), “the Christ-mysticism”(Sun-Hwan Byeon), “the mysticism of the cross”(Seong-Beom Yun), “Mystical Unity” (Su-Kang Ahn), “Asian Spirituality ”(Dae-Il Wang), “the spiritual influences”(Su-Cheon Kim), “Religious Spirituality”(Ok-Sung Cha), “Culture and Spirituality”(Sang-Il Kim), and so on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the main documents and the research trends related to Yong-Do Lee. The all sorts of documents could be summarized as follows. First, main sources related to Yong-Do Lee: complete works, sermon collection, life-history, official journal of ‘Jesus Church’, In-Seo Kim’s works, articles of the Kidoksinbo, public records of the General Assembly of the Korean Presbyterian Church, and so on. Second, main sources related to research trends: classic works of old scholars, books of academic associations, theological journals, theses and dissertations, and so on.

        군가산점제 부활 논쟁과 남성의 의식

        이 글에서는 최근 다시 불거진 군가산점제 부활 논쟁과 관련하여 주요 쟁점들을 살펴보고, 군가산점제 부활 및 제대군인 보상에 관한 남성들의 실제적 욕구와 관심사를 알아보기 위해 20ㆍ30대 남성 1000명을 대상으로 실시한 조사결과를 분석하였다. 군가산점제 도입에 남성응답자의 73.8%가 찬성하였으나, 찬성한 남성들 가운데 66%는 군가산점제가 현역 제대군인에게 실질적 혜택을 주지 못한다는 생각인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 군가산점제에 대한 남성들의 높은 지지가 군복무에 따른 손실을 보상해 줄 마땅한 대안이 없기 때문임을 시사하고 있다. 또 군복무제도의 사회적 형평성을 높이기 위해서는 ‘군가산점제 부활’에 앞서 ‘징집 절차의 투명성 확보’를 우선 해결과제로 꼽았다. 하지만 20대와 7ㆍ9급 공무원 시험 준비생 등 군가산점제 부활의 직접적 이해 당사자로 볼 수 있는 남성들은 ‘징집절차의 투명성’보다 ‘군가산점제의 부활’을 더 우선적으로 해결해야 할 과제로 꼽았다. 전체적으로 남성들은 군생활 경험으로 손실보다는 이득이 더 많은 것으로 보고 있었으며, 군복무로 인한 불이익으로 ‘인생의 중요한 시기의 공백’을 가장 많이 꼽았고, 이익은 조직적응력과 인내심이라고 보았다. This study aims to review debates and main issues on reintroduction of the veteran’s extra point system. Also, the purpose of this study was to investigate the practical demand and concerns of men about how to reward the veteran in our society. This study analyzed the result of 1000 men aged 20-39. According to this study, 73.8% of the men reported to agree to the reintroduction of the veteran’s extra point system. Yet, among 66% of those who agreed to this system, they did not think that the reintroduction veteran’s extra point system could practically benefit the veteran. This result of showing considerable support for the reintroduction of veteran’s extra point system could have the implication that there was no alternative compensation policy except for the revival of veteran’s extra point system. Also, for improving societal equality in our military draft system, the men reported to prefer the transparency of the military draft procedure to the reintroduction of veteran’s extra point system. On the whole, the men in this study reported that their military life could bring more benefits rather than loss.

        비평적 주체의 정체성에 대한 연구 : 최재서의 경우를 중심으로 around Choi Jae-Seo

        The aim of this thesis is to search 'critical subject formation' through criticism of Choi Jae-Seo in criticism education. Criticism of Choi shows interesting phrase with regard to modernity in Korean society. He was born in 1908, and was chosen as English teacher at Keong-sung Empire University(경성제국대학) in 1933. He was excellent critic, specially at grasping criticism trend in western culture. His interest as critic couldn't set apart from trend in western culture, and he concentrated upon problem of modernity. He considered characteristic of modern society as anxiety, disorder, confusion, and modern criticism as intellectual response to this. So he much attached importance to correctness of knowledge, because knowing anything correctly is important to researcher. But that is problematic attitude, because criticism always has certain premise, criticism couldn't help being accompanied with value indispensably. But his attitude itself means as countermove to trend in those days(so called 'criticism field' in terms of Bourdieu), so to speak, 'abuse criticism'(욕설비평). We could consider criticism as a kind of value system, so understanding that system is much valuable to grasp meaning factor of Choi. His criticism could be separated into two types. One type general, the other specific(applicated to Korean modern novel), or One type made and announced in Japan, the other in Korea. Choi summarized Korean life to cultural poverty, specially in 'Expansion and deepening in Realism', he brought to notice self-satire of Lee sang. He was intelligent critic, but his way of thinking had several limitations. Modernity he grasped was a kind of contemporaneous-ness. But his problematic frame itself shows agony and measure in Korea, in case of specific modernity. We should attend to this phrase in modern literature class, because our students' cultural identity couldn't be separated from this phrase.

      • 척추경 나사못을 이용한 척추 유합술에서 고정범위에 따른 인접 추간판의 압축 거동 분석

        요추부 척추에 기구를 시술한 유한요소 복합체 모델을 이용하여 제 4-5 요추간판에 대한 해석을 수행한 결과, 근육의 작용을 케이블과 케이블 가이드로써 단순화 모사한 follower 하중에서 수직하중인 경우보다 높은 압축력을 나타내어 더욱 안정함을 보였고 불안정성의 원인이 되는 전단력과 굽힘모멘트의 발생은 미미하였다. 장분절 고정에 의한 인접 분절에 전단력이 증가됨을 실험적으로 보였는데, 이는 장분절 고정이 퇴행성 변화 촉진에 기여할 것으로 추정된다. Background: Confirm the stability of intervertebral disc sustaining each fused lumbar spine cases, comparing vertical compression, A-P shear force and rotational moment on intervertebral disc of instrumented lumbar spine with simple vertical compression load and follower load using finite element analysis. Materials and Methods: We analyze the stability of intervertebral disc L4-5 supporting fused lumbar spine segments. After performing finite element modelling about L1-L5 lumbar vertebral column and L1-L4 each fusion level pedicle screw system for fused lumbar spine fine element model. Intervertebral discs with complex structure and mechanical properties was modeled using spring element that compensate stiffness and tube-to-tube contact element was employed to give follower load. Performing geometrical non-linear analysis. Results: The differences of intervertebral disc L4-5 behavior under the follower compression load in comparision with vertical compression load are as follows. Conclusion: As a result of finite element interpretation of interpretation of instrumented lumbar spine, the stability of L4-5 sustaining fused lumbar segment, the long level fused lumbar spine observed hing stability under follower load. This research method can be the basis tool of effects prediction for instrumentation, a invention of a more precious finite element interpretation model which consider the role of muscle around the spine is loaded.

      • 중첩현상과 제약상충

        This paper investigates the application styles in reduplication within the framework of Correspondence Theory(McCarthy & Prince, 1995a); normal application, overapplication, underapplication, and the emergence of the unmarked. In this paper, we argue that the application styles are results from the conflict of faithfulness constraints and well-formedness constraints. To explain reduplication, Generative Phonology(Chomsky & Halle, 1968) has assumed a mapping from underlying to surface forms. This idea of the grammar allows us to determine a single form from which it is possible to derive all shapes. In Correspondence Theory, which is based on Optimality Theory(McCarthy & Prince, 1993), however, the input-output mapping is determined by the interaction of faithfulness constraints and well-formedness constraints. This paper is organized as follows: In Section 1, we provide an introductory remark about this paper. In Section 2, we introduce Correspondence Theory(McCarthy & Prince, 1995a), and then argue that the application styles are results from the conflict of faithfulness constraints and well-formedness constraints. Section 3 is a concluding summary of this paper.
