        장섬유강화 고분자 복합판의 프레스 성형에 있어서 니트라인에 관한 연구

        In recent years, compression molding of lone fiber-reinforced thermoplastics has been increased in commercial aspects. In the process of compression molding of composites, the flow analysis must he developed in order to accurately predict the finished part properties as a function of the molding process parameters. In this model FRTP is assumed to be nonisothermal fluid, which has different viscosities in extensional and in shear. For verification of the model, the formation of a knit line in the L-shaped parts is compared with that of experiments results. In this paper we will discuss the effects of extensional & shears viscosity ratio ξ and slip parameter α on the other mold fill-ing parameters

        During a compression molding process of Unidirectional Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites, control of filling patterns in mold and distribution of fiber is needed to predict the effects of molding parameters on the flow characteristics. To obtain an excellent product and decide optimum molding conditions, it is important to know the relationship between molding conditions and viscosity. In this study, the anisotropic viscosity of the Unidirectional Fiber-Reinforced Polymeric Composites is measured by using the parallel plastometer. The model for flow state has been simulated by using the viscosity. The composites is treated as an incompressible New-tonian fluid. The effects of longitudinal transverse viscosity ratio A and slip parameter α on buldging phenomenon and mold filling patterns, are also discussed.

        Though the tourist lodging business of Korea has externally seemed to grow, it has still much opints at issue internally to inspire with the will to do business enough to contribute to improvement of balance of international payments through accomplishment of managerial results. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to grope for various plans for accomplishment of managerial goal, presenting systematical, supplementary points in order to make hotel grow more and more as a enterprise by making a statement of theory and reality in various aspects through investigating, on the whole, the tax conditions which the tourist lodging business is under and looking straight at controversial point of present hotel tax system. In this poinst of view, this thesis is developed, laying stress the contents concerning tax system of the tourist lodging business inorder to contribute continuously to accomplishment of future oriente managerial goal through considering tax problems which at present the tourist lodging business has. First, it is requested that special depreciation cost concerning facilities of the tourist lodging business should be applied and come into force. Second, it is needed that calculation of lossing money and tax deduction of reserve fund for technical development of the tourist lodging business should be extensively applied and come into force Third, calculation of lossing money of reserve fund to fund overseas markets should be extensively applied and carried out Fourth, industrial rate of accounting subject in calculating lossing money should be applied and carried out extensively. Fifth, calculating lossing money of special repairing expenses should be extensively applied. When the contents in tax system as above are supplemented, the tourist lodging business of Korea is planned through strengthening of overseas competitive power and utility of staying places of foreign tourists, so it is considered that it will not only contribute obtaining of foreign money and improvement of balance of international payments but also promote development of the tourist lodging business.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the model of tactical approach in games teaching bt analyzing the models of games education in the United States. As a result of this study, the following were clarified: 1) Although the traditional approach to games teaching focused on teaching skills, it didn't bring about any development on student's game performance. For this reason, tactical approach has come to attract a great deal of attention. 2) The model of tactical approach in games teaching guides students to learning both tactical awareness and skill execution which are necessary in a game setting. As a result, it makes it possible for students to develop their game performance. 3) The effectiveness of tactical approach leaves some indistinct points. To put it to practical use, it is necessary for us to add modifications to it's research design and test it continously.

      • 삼각측량 시스템을 이용한 3-D 형상 복원

        The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

        The purpose of this study was measure height, weight, chest girth, sit and reach, grip strength, back strength, % body fat and VO₂max for freshman students majoring in engineering in Puasn National University. In comparison with the results of other studies, the following conclusion were drawn. A. Height(172 ±4㎝) and weight(62 ±7㎏) were increased, but chest girth(87 ±6㎝) decreased. B. VO₂max(2.4 ±0.31/min 38 ±38 ±6ml/㎏/min) and % body fat (7 ±4%) were significantly low. C. Questionaire revealed 16% of subjects exercise 4∼5 hours per week D. Questinmaire revealed that smokers and drinkers are 18%, 86% respectively.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teacher's leadership and task environment recognized by learners and the effect of leadership of sub-group in the class upon organizational behavior. It meant to examine the instructional activity and learning activity from the standpoint of leadership theory. The subjects 139 pupils. 1. Teacher's leadership of task orentation decreased uncertainty of expectancy which conditioned task environment. 2. Teacher's leadership of human orientation and task orientation enhanced valence of learning activity and outcome. 3. Significant positive correlation between sub-group's leadership human orientation and learning effectiveness in favorable task environment for learners were found(p<0.1). 4. Significant positive correlation between sub-group sleadership of human orientation (p<.01) and task orientation (p<.05) and recognition of pleasure in sport were found in favorable task environment

        A Study for Medical Precision Control Machine Using AX-12

        Control devices perform various works for us in many areas. The device is being utilized for precision movement of certain object. In as much as control devices are activated by means of motors, motor control is important.[1][2] Generally, servo motors capable of precision control are more frequently used than DC motors. Use of 3 motors allows 3- way movement. Medical controllers for surgical operation require high precision. [3][4][5][6] AX-12, a servo motor can realize various types of movement. AX-12 can be easily manufactured in the form of a robotic arm and has features that MCU and its peripheral circuits are simple. For precision movement, 3 motors can be controlled by use of a single joystick and 2 buttons, with movement angles being adjusted by having preset values in the program changed.[7][8] By virtue of this study, we have realized small precision robotic arm system utilizing single joystick and 2 buttons. This system can control the robotic arm in the direction desired by the user. The system has been designed such that a joystick controls 2 motors with the remaining motor being controlled by a button. Single MCU is tasked with both control and movement.[9] We have shown precision robotic arm system in the Figure contained in the conclusion part and made reference to results of analysis in there. It has also been demonstrated that the system can be utilized in the industry.[8]
