      • Repetitive Homologous Sequences in Flanking Region of Gametophytic Self-Incompatibility Allele in Lycopersicon peruvianum

        Lycopersicon peruvianum shows a gametophytic self-incompatibility (GSI). GSI is controlled by a single locus (S locus) with multiple alleles. S ribonucleases encoded in S alleles cosegregate with their phenotypes of GSI in genetic cross. To understand the genetic role of S allele in L peruvianum, two large genomic fragments isolated previously were analyzed with total genomic DNAs from several tomato lines generated by cross-pollination. Southern blot analysis with the S allele fragments as probes revealed that the flanking region of S allele contained the highly homologous regions. It is speculated that they may play an important role to prevent genetic cross by self-pollination.

        LIME 알고리즘을 이용한 한국어 감성 분류 모델 해석

        한국어 감성 분류 작업은 챗봇, 사용자의 물건 구매 평 분석 등 실 서비스에서 사용되고 있으며, 현재 딥러닝 기술의 발달로 높은 성능을 가진 신경망 모델을 활발히 사용하여 감성 분류 작업을 수행하고 있다. 하지만 신경망 모델은 입력 문장이 어떤 단어들로 인해 결과가 예측되었는지 해석하는 것이 쉽지 않으며, 최근 신경망 모델의 해석을 위한 모델 해석 방법들이 활발히 제안되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모델 해석 방법 중 LIME 알고리즘을 이용하여 한국어 감성 분류 데이터 셋으로 학습된 모델들의 입력 문장 내 단어들 중 어떤 단어가 결과에 영향을 미쳤는지 해석하고자 한다. 그 결과, 85.23%의 성능을 보인 양방향 순환 신경망 모델의 해석 결과, 총 25,283개의 긍정, 부정 단어를 포함했지만, 상대적으로 낮은 성능을 보인 84.20%의 Transformer 모델의 해석 결과, 총 26,447개의 긍정, 부정 단어가 포함되어 있어 양방향 순환 신경망 모델보다 Transformer 모델이 신뢰할 수 있는 모델임을 확인할 수 있었다. Korean sentiment classification task is used in real-world services such as chatbots and analysis of user's purchase reviews. And due to the development of deep learning technology, neural network models with high performance are being applied. However, the neural network model is not easy to interpret what the input sentences are predicting due to which words, and recently, model interpretation methods for interpreting these neural network models have been popularly proposed. In this paper, we used the LIME algorithm among the model interpretation methods to interpret which of the words in the input sentences of the models learned with the korean sentiment classification dataset. As a result, the interpretation of the Bi-LSTM model with 85.24% performance included 25,283 words, but 84.20% of the transformer model with relatively low performance showed that the transformer model was more reliable than the Bi-LSTM model because it contains 26,447 words.

        The purpose of this study was to suggest appropriating of school-based management(SBM) by analyzing approaches and models of it The SBM is the system that decentralizes an authority of necessary decision-making into a school site in order to increase student achievement, managed by school-site or local school district. It consists of teachers including the principals, parents and representatives of local community. SBM focues on sharing decision-making among school-related groups in terms of curriculum operations, instructional activities, personnel management, budget allocations, and having accountability about its results. Six implementation procesures of SBM in school site are as following i) environmental analysis, ii) planning, iii) structuring, iv) staffing competent development, v) directing, vi) implementing, and vii) monitoring and evaluating stage. These procedures were activitated by understanding and searching concepts, principles, model and conditions of SBM. Throughout the implementation procedures, the most important thing for attaining the aim of SBM is the participation of school members and principals' leadership. Leadership is responsible for initiating and maintaining the strategic management process for developing school cultures that facilitate the school effectiveness and quality development. Participation involving multiple strategic constituencies such as teachers, students, parents and community leaders is very important to the success of self-management at a school level.

        Adrenaline 으로 인한 심장정지와 폐부종 발생에 관한 증례보고

        A 13-year-old male developed cardiac arrest and pulmonary edema during an elective surgery for chronic mastoiditis following a local injection of 0. 1 ml of 1: 1000 adrenaline under gene- ral anesthesia. After several days, 14-year-old male developed same episode during tonsillectomy under local anesthesia at ENT out patient department. They showed an immediate and favorable response to treatment with CPPB, rapid digitaliz- ation, fluid therapy, etc. The clinical course and pathophysiology of adrenaline induced pulmonary edema will be discussed.

      • 체강액에서 총 Lactate dehydrogenase 및 Lactate dehydrogenase 동위효소 측정의 진단학적 의의

        1984년 10월부터 1986년 5월까지 영남대병원 임상병리과에 의뢰된 132예의 복수액과 늑막액의 진단적가치를 설정하기위한 연구로서 총 LD, LD동위효소의 활성도, 생화학 및 혈액학적 검사, 세포검사 등의 소견을 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 복수액은 총 LD활성도 및 단백양으로 여출액의 감별이 가능하였다. 2. 복수액과 늑막액의 악성삼출액은 LD2가 염중성 삼출액에 비하여 증가되었고(P<0.001), 혈청에 비하여 LD4가 증가되어 (P<0.05)통계적 유의성을 나타내었다. 3.늑막액과 복수액의 염증성 삼출액은 LD5가 증가하여 혈청과 악성삼출액에 비하여 의의성 있는(P<0.05)증가를 나타내었다. 4. 복수액에서는 염증성 삼출액의 총 LD양은 악성삼출액에 비해 유의한 증가를 보여 총 LD활성도에 의한 삼출액의 구별이 가능하였으나 늑막액에서는 악성 삼출액과 결핵성 삼출액의 총 LD활성도 차이의 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 5. 총 LD 및 LD5동위효소의 삼출액에서 백혈구수와 상관관계가 성립하지 않았다. Body fluid Lactate dehydrogenase and its isoenzyme measurment was perfomed in 132 patients : 8 cases with peritonitis, 21 cases with malignant ascites, 43 cases with liver cirrhosis, 48 cases with tuberculous pleuritis, 12 cases with malignant pleural effusion respectively. Body fluid protein and glucose contents, red blood cell counts, white blood cell counts, cytologic examination were also performed as a comparatve study. The results were as follows : 1. Measurement of total LD and protein amount could differentiate between transudate and exudate in the ascitic fluids. 2. In the malignant exudate of ascites and pleural fluid, the activity of LD2 isoenzyme was statistically increased compared with that of inflammatory exudate and the activity of LD4 isoenzyme was also increased compared with that of serum(P<0.05). 3. The inflammatory exudate of pleural fluid and ascites demonstrated the increase of LD5 isoenzyme activity statistically compared with that of serum and malignant exudate(P<0.05). 4. A difference of total LD activity between malignant ascites and inflammatory ascites was significant statically, while this was not observed in the pleural exudate. 5. Total LD and LD5 isoenzyme activity didn't correlated with the number of white blood cells in the exudate.

        2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 여자 포환던지기 결선경기의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide quantified data on the throwing skills of world-class athletes and to analyze the kinematic variables for women shot-putters at the IAAF World Championships Daegu 2011. Three-dimensional motion analyses of the eight players who qualified for the final round were carried out to obtain the data. The Kwon3D XP program was used for image analysis of the kinematic data, which included the configurations of each joint. The following conclusions were arrived at. The throwing distance increased with an increase in the release speed, and a significant correlation (p <. 01) was observed between the throwing distance and release speed. It was also shown that players using the spin technique increased their release speed with a fast shoulder-rotation-angle speed. The release height varied with their height and showed a significant difference with the record. This showed that the release angle did not greatly influence the record for the game, but varied with their technical and physical characteristics. Therefore, an increase in release speed is required to improve the record.

        승모판폐쇄부전을 동반한 임신중독증 환자에서 응급제왕절개술중 악화된 급성폐부종

        Pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) is a syndrome of hypertension, proteinuria, generalized edema and occasionally superimposed convulsions after the 20th weeks of gestation. It is a cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. Causes of marternal mortality from PIH include intracranial hemorrage, cerebral edema and pulmonary edema. Mitral regurgitation(MR) is the second most common valvular defect in pregancy, but well tolerated by pregnant women. The reduced systemic vascular resistance characteristic of pregnancy may even reduce the intensity of the murmur of MR becauce of increased forward flow and less backward flow. Acute MR result in a sudden and dramatic increase in left atrial pressure that can lead to pulmonary congestion, pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure. This is a case report of patient with toxemia and MR who underwent emergency cesarean section. She was treated with oxygen, diuretics, steroids, bronchodilators, digitalis, semisitting position, suction and positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP). She recovered completely.       • Inhibitoin of Human Malignant Glioma Growth In Vivo by Human Recombinant Plasminogen Kringles 1-3

        Human malignant gliomas are highly vascularized and aggressive tumors. Angiogenesis inhibitors have shown to induce regression of a variety of primary and metastatic tumors in vivo. However, their usefulness in treating brain tumors is not wellunderstood. Angiostatin, a multiple kringle (1-4 out of 5) containing fragment of plasminogen, is one of the highly effective natural cryptic angiogenesis inhibitors. In this study, the theraperutic efficacy of a non-glycosylated and small molecular size recombinant kringles 1-3(rPK1-3) was examined in the treatment of brain tumors generated by stereotactic intracerebral implantation of U-87 human glioma cells in nude mice. Mice bearing tumors, post-7 day implant, were treated with rPK1-3(100 mg/kg/day) s.c. for 21 days. The treated animals showed suppressed brain tumor growth by greater than 71.2% along with a 3-fold increase of apoptotic index and suppressed vascularization by 78.9%, without any observable signs of toxicity. Analysis of bFGF and VEGF expression in the tumors of the treated animals using immunohistochemical methods showed near complete absence of growth factors. Our results indicate that a non-glycosylated, small molecular size rPK1-3 is an efficient tumoristatic agent for the treatment of intracranial human glioma wenograft in mice and might provide ew strategies for the treatment of brain tumors.
