        정안침요법(整顔鍼療法)을 응용하여 호전된 후천성 사경환자 치험 2례

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

        ‘하얼빈 사건’에 대한 『대한매일신보』의 여론 형성 연구

        On october 26 1909, An Jung-geun killed Ito Hirobumi in Harbin. This study examined making public opinion of Daehan Mseil Sinbo about that ‘Harbin incident’. Daehan Maeil Sinbo was paid attention to the following : 1) Daehan Mseil Sinbo informed of ‘Harbin incident’ in detail, 2) in addition, presented Korean the future tasks. First, Daehan Maeil Sinbo described ‘Harbin incident’ not asssasination but justified deed for Korea independence. In addition, aroused public opinion in this direction. Second, Daehan Mseil Sinbo described An Jung-geun as Hero who devoted himself for Korean independence. Moreover Daehan Maeil Sinbo showed him as role model of Korean. That is, He was not an assassin. Third, Daehan Maeil Sinbo drew the present task from the deed of An Jung-geun. Daehan Maeil Sinbo presented the War of Independence as method for Korean independence. And Daehan Maeil Sinbo made aware of the necessity of the preparations for the War of Independence to the mass of people. At the same time, Daehan Maeil Sinbo called attention to the unified action of Korean. Finally, Daehan Maeil Sinbo sympathized with against imperialictic region uinfication, which An Jung-geun presented in the theory of Oriental Peace. In according to, Daehan Maeil Sinbo aroused public opinion against annexation of Korea by Japan.

        Environmental Microbiology / Microbial Diversity : Calcium Carbonate Precipitation by Bacillus and Sporosarcina Strains Isolated from Concrete and Analysis of the Bacterial Community of Concrete(s)

        Microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation (CCP) is a long-standing but re-emerging environmental engineering process for production of self-healing concrete, bioremediation, and long-term storage of CO2. CCP-capable bacteria, two Bacillus strains (JH3 and JH7) and one Sporosarcina strain (HYO08), were isolated from two samples of concrete and characterized phylogenetically. Calcium carbonate crystals precipitated by the three strains were morphologically distinct according to field emission scanning electron microscopy. Energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry mapping confirmed biomineralization via extracellular calcium carbonate production. The three strains differed in their physiological characteristics: growth at alkali pH and high NaCl concentrations, and urease activity. Sporosarcina sp. HYO08 and Bacillus sp. JH7 were more alkali- and halotolerant, respectively. Analysis of the community from the same concrete samples using barcoded pyrosequencing revealed that the relative abundance of Bacillus and Sporosarcina species was low, which indicated low culturability of other dominant bacteria. This study suggests that calcium carbonate crystals with different properties can be produced by various CCP-capable strains, and other novel isolates await discovery.

        초등학교 아동을 위한 리더십 프로그램 개발

        학교교육과정에서는 자율성의 확대에 밀려 타인배려와 공동체에 대한 책임의식 교육은 상대적으로 열세의 위치에 처해있다. 그러나 21세기 정보화 산업구조에서는 한개인에게 리더이자 동시에 멤버로서의 역할을 요구하고 있다. 특별히 학령기 아동에있어서는 또래 집단 형성이라는 사회성 발달 과업의 특성이 초등학교아동기에 ‘자신이가진 독특한 자질을 발휘하여 공동체의 유익을 위해 영향을 발휘할 수 있는 능력’ 으로서의 리더십 교육을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 자신자질에 대한 이해를 기반으로 자신감을 가지도록 하는 심리적요소, 자신 뿐 아니라 공동체의 유익을 중요한 삶의 목적이 되어야 한다는 가치적 요소, 그리고 의사소통능력, 대인관계기술 등의 기술적 요소를 기반으로 하는 초등학교고학년 아동을 위한 5일간의 단기 리더십 프로그램을 개발하였다. 서울 시내 한 사립초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 형성평가를 위한 예비실행연구를 하였고, 아동의 자기평가와 교사와의 면담을 통해 개발된 리더십프로그램은 대체로 심리적, 가치적, 기술적요소에 효과를 가지고 온 것으로 보였다. 특히 리더십이란 특정 개인에게만 있는 것이아니라 모두에게 잠재되어 있다는 인식의 전환을 가져옴으로써 자신감과 리더십 개념획득에 두드러진 효과를 가지고 오는 것으로 보였다. This study is to develop a leadership program for elementary school children. Due to extension of freedom, education of responsibility such as taking care ofothers and consideration of community is inferior in the school education. However, in information-oriented society asks for an individual to become aleader and a member at the same time. In addition, specific character of creatingpeer group in children of school age makes it more necessary educate "ability todisplay individual's specific quality for benefit of community". In this study, based on including psychological factor to understand themselvesto bring their confidence, value factor that benefit for the community has to bethe reason for their life and technological factors such as communicating skillsand interpersonal relationship, 5day short-trial for senior students of elementaryschool was developed. A preliminary inspection was held to 5th graders in anelementary school in Seoul. In result, our leadership program gave positive effecton psychological factor, value factor and technological factors. Especially, thisprogram was effective to give confidence and rearranged the definition ofleadership by the idea that leadership is not for the certain individuals buteveryone has their potentials.

      • 치매방지 작업기구 사용이 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        We developed an occupational therapy tool to maintain and improve the cognitive function for the elderly who have senile dementia. 86 elderly people took a mininal mental state examination (MMSE) for the therapy to perform the occupational therapy, and divided into three groups based on avarage ages and MMSE values. The occupational therapy was treated three times per week for 10 weeks. The results showed that there were significant differences in the performing scores before and after the treatment ; the scores for the occupational therapy were increased significantly (p<0.001) and the performing time was shortened from 6-week throughout 10-week regimen. This study was to examine the effect on the activity of antioxidant enzymes by occupational therapy. The activities of antioxidant enzymes such as catalase, Glutathion-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were increased to the normal standard by the occupational therapy for the elderly having dementia. The recovery of activities of antioxidant enzymes was obvious in severe demented elderly compared to those in normal or mild demented elderly. These results suggest that the occupational therapy had an beneficial effect on the protection against the oxidative stress especially for severe demented elderly, and the occupational tool need to be modified so as to improve the protection against the oxidative stress for normal and/or mild demented elderly.

        대뇌 피질 신경 세포 일차 배양에서 6-hydroxydopamine에 의한 신경세포사멸의 특성

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 생쥐 태자 대뇌 피질 세포 일차 배양에서 파킨슨씨병의 동물 모델을 만드는데 사용되는 신경독성 물질인 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)에 의한 신경세포 사멸의 특성을 관찰한 것이다. 방 법 : 생쥐태자의 신경세포를 배양하여 6-OHDA를 처리하고 이와 더불어 여러가지 신경세포 사멸에 영향을 주는 물질을 투여하여 신경세포의 사멸을 정량적으로 분석하고 형태학적 분석을 전자현미경을 통하여 관찰하였다. 결 과 : 배양한 신경세포에 6-OHDA를 처리하면 투여 양에 비례하여 신경세포의 사멸이 증가하여 50μM 66-OHDA를 24시간 투여하여 일으킨 신경세포 사멸의 형태학적 특징은 세포질의 수축 및 염색질의 응축(nuclear chromatin condensation) 및 핵질의 fragmentation을 동반하는 고사(apoptosis) 형태이다. 이 때의 신경세포의 사멸은 항고사 물질인, 1㎍/ml cycloheximide와 caspase 억제제인 10μMzVAD-fmk에 의해 약화되었으나 글루타메이트 길항제(10μM MK-801 혹은 50μM CNQX)나 항산화제 (100μM trolox 혹은 100μM N-acetyl-cysteine)는 6-OHDA에 의한 신경세포의 사멸을 막지 못했다. 결 론 : 이상의 형태학적 및 약물학적 특징은 6-OHDA가 고사성 신경세포 사멸을 유도한다는 것을 의미하고, 항산화제들이 효과가 없다는 것과 caspase 억제제가 보호효과가 있다는 것은 6-OHDA에 의한 고사성 신경세포 사멸에는 산화적 스트레스보다는 caspase cascade와 관여된 기전이 기여한다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 6-OHDA에 의한 신경세포의 사며른 도파민성 신경세포에 선택적이지 않으며, 일차 대뇌피질 신경세포 배양 시스템이 6-OHDA에 의한 신경세포사멸인구에 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다 Objectives : We examined the patterns of cell death induced by the 6-hydroxydopamine, a selective dopaminergic toxin that used to produce Parkinson's disease model. Method : Neocortices from 14 - or 15-day-old fetal mice for neuron-glia co-cultures were used for this experiments. Results : Cortical cell cultures exposed to 10-100μM 6-hydroxydopamine for 24 hr underwent neuronal death without injuring glia. The degenerating neurons showed hallmark of apoptosis featuring cell body shrinkage, nuclear chromatin condensation and aggregation, nuclear membrane disintegration with intact plasma membrane, and prominent internucle- osomal DNA fragmentation. Neither the glutamate antagonists (10μM MK-801 and 50μM CNQX) nor antioxidants(trolox, 100μM, N-acetyl-cysteine, 100μM prevented the 6-OHDA induced neuronal injury. The death was attenuated by addition of two different anti-apoptotic agents, 1㎍/ml cycloheximide and caspase inhibitor(100μM zVAD-fmk). Conclusion : These features suggest that 6-OHDA induced apoptotic type of neuronal death in cortical neuronal culture. Considering the protective effect of caspase inhibitors, a mechanism involing caspase cascade rather than oxidative stress is responsible for the 6-OHDA-induced neuronal apoptosis. In addition, our results showed that 6-OHDA-induced apoptosis is not confined to dopaminergic neurons and the primary cortical culture system so this system is suitable for the study of 6-OHDA-induced neuronal apoptosis.

The contents about actual production is so huge that I will write about it next time. In the future, simple easy to correct, comportible and good safety design, reasonable price hemming die will be producted.
