The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

In the present study, low carbon ferritic and bainitic steels with different contents of Mo, Ti, and Nb were designed for bothseismic and fire-resistant applications. The microstructure of steels containing 0.3 wt% Mo–0.02 wt% Nb (‘A’ hereinafter)was mainly composed of bainite. By contrast, the microstructure of steels with 0.2 wt% Mo–0.13 wt% Ti (‘B’ hereinafter)consisted of ferrite with a high density of nano-sized (Ti,Mo)-rich MX precipitates. The results showed that the bainiticmicrostructure (‘A’ steel) was quite favorable to high-temperature strength and thermal stability. The yield strength of ‘A’ steelat both room and 600 °C temperatures increased consistently with increasing thermal exposure time (600 °C/200–1000 h),since the precipitation of NbC particles occurred while maintaining bainitic ferrite platelets with a high density of dislocationsduring exposure. In the ‘B’ steel, the formation of nano-sized (Ti,Mo)-rich MX particles was effective to impededislocation movement, leading to excellent plasticity (lower yield ratio) at room temperature. However, their contributionto precipitation hardening was not so much at 600 °C, as compared to the bainitic strengthening. During low cycle fatiguetests at room temperature, the main different feature between the two steels is that the ‘A’ steel showed cyclic softeningwhile cyclic hardening was evident in the ‘B’ steel. The bainitic microstructure showed a better fatigue life due to increasedductility manifested by cyclic softening, by which dislocation cell was developed.

This study was carried out to remove copper ion in case of activated carbon impregnated sulphur(ACS) dose and different pH using activated carbon impregnated sulphur that prepared from activated carbon at sulphur dioxide atmosphere. Removal copper ion concentration was increased as increasing the ACS dose when copper ion concentration was 10 mg/L. Optimum dose of ACS 13.3 g ACS/L and maximum removal efficiency was 93%. The results obtained from adsorption experiment in the condition of ACS optimum dose when the pH was 3, 4, 5 respectively was pH 5 was excellent.
새조개 처리동결 가공부산물을 이용한 페이스트 젓갈의 품질 및 저장안정성

A fermented squeezed-type paste was manufactured for the purpose of effective utilization of cockle shell by-product, and their rheological properties, texture and storage stability were investigated. The contents of moisture, portein, lipid, carbohydrate and ash in the fermented product were 57.7%, 3.2%, 2.4%, 17.6% and 19.3%, respetively. When storage at 90 days, the contents of chemical composition were little changed. During the storage period, pH and salinity were 6.3~6.6 and 20.3~20.65%. And the product was stable for the storage of 60 days at 23±3℃ on bacterial growth. The major free amino acid in the product were glutamic acid, lysine, leucine, valine and aspartic acid. And during the storage period, orders and contents of amino acid composition were not changed compared with 0 day storage. Thus, fermented squeeze-type cockle shell by-product paste were stable that decomposition was not continued at storage period.

The well defined prominent high cheek bones is classically a sign of beauty in western culture, since the ideal facial configuration is oval and persons with high cheek bones seem to retain their youghful appearance longer than average. But in our cultural background, the persons with prominent malar regions may be unlucky or unfortunate during her or his life andso want to reduce prominent malar regions. We performed reduction malarplasty with various approach methods in 6 patients who complained prominent malar regions with or without prominent zygomatic arch area, and after the operation the patients were satisfied with the results. This article present materials, preoperative check, operative method, result and discussion for the following malarplasty.
치아 맹출전 시행한 기관 삽관이 유치열기에 미치는 영향에 대한 증례보고

유치 맹출전에 치조융기에 가해진 외상은 유치의 맹출 지연 및 형태이상,치배의 변위 등을 일으킬 수 있으며 심한 경우 구개의 흠 형성,절치의 결함 및 후천성 구개열 등을 야기할 수 있다. 본 증례는 치아가 맹출하기 전에 수차례의 기관 삽관을 시행한 병력이 있는 심한 저체중아에서 맹출지연,형태이상,법랑질 저형성,영구치 치배 등의 변위가 관찰되어 이를 보고하는 바이다. Delayed eruption and abnormal morphology of the primary incisors following intubation may be due to follicular displacement and localized trauma caused by the process of intubation. Result of such damage included palatal groove formation, defective incisors and acquired clefts. This clinical report presents effect of intubation on the primary dentition of premature low-birth-weight children prior to tooth eruption.

This study was conducted to investigate the reference value of mercury (Hg) in liver and kidney of Korean population. The mercury concentration in 244 'sudden and unexpected death' autopsies (male: 180, female: 64) aged from 0 to87 years was analyzed. The concentration of mercury was measured by atomic absorption spec(Perkin -Elmer Model 5100) with mercury/hydride generating system (FIAS 400). The contents of mercury in liver and kidney fitted well the log-normal distribution rather than normal distribution. Geometric mean concentration of mercury in liver and kidney was 0.115 ㎍/g wet weight and 0.149 μg/g wet weight, respectively. Geometric mean concentration of mercury in female was higher than in male (p<0.01). The mercury content in liver and kidney increased with age up to the forties and slightly decreased there-after, The regression model of mercury deposit in liver and kidney by age was predicted as the following equation : Log KHg=-1.0576+0.0045·Age -0.0001·Age²+0.0873·Sex, Log KHg=-1.0576+0.0152·Age-0.0002·Age²+0.1935·Sex. The liver burden of mercury was estimated to be 158.3~161.3μg in male and 163.0-166.9 ㎍ in female. The kidney burden of mercury was estimated to be 42.0~42.9 ㎍ in male and 55.5 ∼57.1 μg in female.

地方化時代의 到來로 高揚市는 많은 變化가 豫想되고 있다. 1980年부터 繼續的으로 論議되던 地方自治의 問題가 지금은 現實化되어 1991年 4月에는 基礎地方自治의 議會를 構成하고 6月에는 廣域自治團體의 議會를 構成하였고 머지않은 將來 에 地方自治團體의 長을 選出할 豫定이다. 앞으로 많은 施行錯誤가 있을 수 있겠으나 地方自治時代에 돌입한 것은 누구 도 否認 할 수 없는 사실이다. 1997年경의 住民構成은 1990年代初期의 高揚市에 居住하고 있던 原住民과 一山을 포함한 新高揚 開發地域에 90萬의 新 入住者로 구성될 것이며, 이러한 高揚市 住民構成의 變化는 地方自治에 커다란 衝擊要因으로 작용될 것이다. 新.原住民의 要求를 調和하는 問題는 여러 形態로 나타날 수 있으나 住民福祉라는 側面이 매우 강하게 대두될 것이다. 高揚市의 福祉活動은 生活保護者들을 위한 특수한 경우를 제외하고는 거의 전무한 상태이다. 地方自治制度가 어느정도 安定的인 국면으로 접어들면, 地域的 次元에서 市民 모두를 위한 福祉活動이 深度있게 展開되어야 할 것이다. 市行政機 關과 市議會는 兒童福祉, 婦女福祉, 老人福祉및 醫療福祉에 대한 現況울 把握하고 이에 대한 해결의 優先順位를 결정하 여 다가오는 人口의 增加에 따른 福祉需要를 충족시켜 나가야 할 것이다. 福祉需要에 대한 優先順位를 硏究者들이 제시하여 보면 託兒施設과 더불어 綜合病院施設을 擴充하여 市民들에게 奉仕 하는 태세를 體系化하여야 할 것이며 그밖에는 施設을 擴充하는 方式보다는 年齡과 性別 및 職業 등의 基準에 맞게 "프 로그램"을 積極的으로 開發하는 努力이 경주되어야 할 것이다. 그러으로써 量的인 意味에서 뿐만이 아니라 質的인 意味 에서 福祉活動을 展開할 수 있는 基盤을 造成할 수 있을 것이다. It is expected that Koyang City have lots of changes according to the emergence of Decentralization era. Nowdays local self-government has been realized since its disscussion in 1980. On april, 1991, the assembly of basic self-government was established, and the assembly of extensive self-government constructed on june, 1991. The chairman of local-government assembly is supposed to be elected in the new future. None can deny the beginning of local-government era inspite of potential trial and errors. Population structure in 1997 is expected to be composed of the existing civilians of Koyang City in early 1990's and about 0.90millions of new comers in new cities including llsan area, and he change of the city population will significant impacts on the self-government scheme of Koyang City. The problem to coordinate desires of existing civilians and that of new comers might be embodied in many kinds of aspects, but welfare-raising will be strengthed first of all. Existing welfare programme of Koyang City dosen't show any signigicant activities except the case of Green Card programme. It is desirable that whole-sideed welfare programme be perfomed by local levels in the stage of staionary self-government systems. Administrative institutions and assembly of city should survey and research the present situations of children welfare, female welfare, the old age welfare, and medical welfare, and decide their priorities to meet increasing desires coming from rapid increase of city-population. We, researchers, propose several outstanding problems by priority as follows; to expand medical institutions and public nursery schools accompanies by strenthening the attitude of government employees for public service, to develop various programmes in order to activate many exiting institutions more efficiently rather than to build new institutions needed, in consideration of ages, sex and occupations of their users. If these propositions accomplished the welfare programme will have cornerstone to enrich its activities as well as activities as well as enlarge it bounderies.

Inverters with high speed switching and advanced PWM techniques are widely used for variable speed applications. But some adverse effects on the stator winding insulation are reported due to excessive voltage stress, which results in the premature insulation breakdown. This is aggravated by the high switching speed of modem switching devices such as IGBT (Insulated Gate Bi-polar Transistor) with which the rate of rise in voltage (dv/dt) increases considerably. In this paper, the test results for evaluation on the stator winding insulation of 310V induction motors are presented. Also, the insulation characteristics are presented in order to analyze the insulation strength under high voltage due to high switching speed of IGBT PWM inverter. 26 induction motors of 6 types with different wires and insulation techniques are built and thoroughly tested. The maximum partial discharge (PD) magnitude (Qm) and the discharge inception voltage (DIV) are obtained by PD test. Under AC current test, the rate of change in AC current (ΔI) and the change in dissipation factor (Δtanδ) are measured. From the above test data, the effects due to different wires and insulation techniques on the insulation characteristics of low-voltage induction motors are compared and analyzed. The insulation technique to enhance the insulation strength is suggested from the test results.
