      • 광플리커링에 대한 조도측정법의 적용

        철도차량 내에서 발생하는 전원변동에 의한 폴리커현상은 차량객차 내의 조명부하에 가장 예민한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 전등부하의 광플리커현상을 평가하기 위하여, 현장에서 측정하기가 보다 손쉬운 조도계를 이용하여 플리커지수를 평가하는 실질적인 방법을 제시하고 있다. 조도계의 조도량지시치와 플리커미터의 플리커지수와의 상관관계를 추적하고 그 응용가능성을 모색하였다.

      • 유연도 영향계수법을 이용한 결합부 구조물의 등가강성 모델링

        A practical method is proposed to construct a slide-way joint structure as an equivalent stiffness matrix element in the methematical modeling of structural dynamic characteristics. At first, the detail finite element model of a slide-way joint structure was buildup. From the finite element model, the equivalent stiffness matrix element was constructed by using the influence coefficient method and Guyan condensation concept. The proposed method was applied to finite element modeling and analysis of a double column gate type grinding machine structure. And the analysis results were compared with those from the equivalent spring element modelling method by Yoshimura??. Both results are in good agreement.

      • 악성 질환에서의 고용량 화학요법과 자가말초혈액 조혈모세포이식술 : 단일기관 치료 경험

        연구배경: 고용량 화학요법은 항암제의 투여 용량에 따라 항암효과가 비례하는 용량반응 관계가 있는 악성종양에서 효과를 기대할 수 있으며 현재 급성백혈병, 악성림프종, 다발성골수종 등의 혈액 종양과 유방암, 고환암, 난소암, 신경아세포종 등의 고형암 환자에서 시행되고 있다. 저자들은 고용량화학요법에 이어 자가조혈모세포이식을 시행 받은 악성 종양 환자를 대상으로 치료효과 및 부작용 등의 임상상을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 1997년부터 2003년까지 한양대학교 병원에서 자가조혈모세포이식을 시행 받은 악성 종양 환자 31예(남서 : 여성 15 : 16, 중앙연령: 50세, 다발성골수종 14예, 비호지킨림프종 9예, 유방암 4예, 호지킨림프종 3예, 급성골수성백혈병 1예)를 대상으로 후향적 분석을 시행하였다. 결과: 채집된 단핵구의 중앙값은 5.1×10^(8)/kg (범위 1.6~189.3)이었고 CD34양성세포수의 중앙값은 12.0×10^(6)/kg (범위 1.3~75.1)이었다. 말초혈액 과립구가 500/μL 에 도달하는 중앙값은 11일(범위 8~27)이었고 혈소판이 20,000/μL에 도달하는 중앙값은 11일(범위 0~32)이었다. 고용량 항암화학요법 후 21예가 완전관해, 5예가 부분관해에 도달하였다. 생존한 환자의 중앙추적기간은 29.5개월이었고 전체 환자의 2년 무병생존기간은 55.7%이었고 중앙값은 48.2개월이었다. 2년 생존기간은 62.9%이었으며 중앙값에는 도달하지 않았다. 10예의 사망환자 중 7예가 질병의 진행으로 사망하였고, 조기사망 3예(심부전과 신부전 1예, 장파열 1예, 패혈증 1예)가 있었다. 결론: 이 연구는 포함된 환자의 수가 적고 추적기간이 짧은 단점이 있으나, 다발성골수종, 악성림프종 등의 악성 질환에서 고용량 항암화학요법과 자가조혈모세포이식은 안전하고 효과적인 치료임을 추정할 수 있었다. Background: We performed the current study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of high-dose chemotherapy (HDC) with autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in malignant diseases. Methods: Between January 1997 and March 2003, 31 patients (14 multiple myeloma, 9 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, 3 Hodgkin's disease, 4 breast cancer, and 1 acute myelogenous leukemia) underwent HDC with ASCT. Stem cells were collected by CS-3000 after mobilization treatment with chemotherapy and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. The conditioning regimens included high-dose melphalan, BEAM (BCNU, etoposide, cytosine arabinoside, melphalan), BEAC (BCNU, etoposide, cytosine arabinoside, cyclophosphamide), CPB (cyclophosphamide, cisplatin, BCNU) and others. Results: There were 15 male and 16 female patients and median age was 50 years (range: 29~77). The median number of mononuclear and CD34+ cells was 5.1×10^(8)/kg (1.6~189.3) and 12.0×10^(6)/kg (1.3~75.1), respectively. The median time of neutrophil (>500/μL) and platelet (>20,000/μL) engraftment was 11 (8~27) and 11 (0~32) days after ASCT, respectively. Twenty-two patients experienced neutropenic fever. Twenty-one patients achieved complete remission and 5 patients achieved partial remission after HDC with ASCT. The median follow-up duration for surviving patients was 29.5 months. Causes of death included disease progression (7), sepsis (1), bowel perforation (1), and renal failure (1). Median progression free survival (PFS) was 48.2 months and median overall survival (OS) was not reached. Two-year PFS and OS was 55.7% and 62.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Our results suggest that HDC with ASCT was safe and effective modality in patients with various malignant diseases.

      • 중력에 의한 경상분지 남부의 지각구조에 대한 연구

        The gravity anomaly of the southern part of the Gyeongsang basin and the adjacent sea is analyzed. According to the power spectum analysis method. calculated the mean depth of the moho and the boundary between the sedimentary layer and the basements is 32km and 6km respectively. With these values, regional and residual anomalies of the gravity for each depth are calculated by the running average method and interpreted. By the sin X/X method, the crustal thickness and the depth of the boundary of the sedimentary layer in the southern part of the Gyeongsang basin turns out to vary from 34km to 28km and from 8.5km to 0.5km repectively.

      • Cam-Follower 기구의 단순형상변형 설계에 의한 기구학적 성질의 변화에 관한 연구

        As direct contact mechanisms, Cam-follower mechanisms are used commonly. Disk-typed cams have 4 different types due to the different type of followers, such as reciprocating roller type, reciprocating flat type, oscillating roller type, and oscillating flat type. In this paper, iterative contact method is used to design the cam shapes and analyze the kinematic properties of the cam and follower mechanisms. For the given displacements, the shapes of cam must be designed accurately with the given types of the follower. But Engineers in domestic industry modify the type of followers by simple shape synthesis without consideration of functional aspects. This paper presents that the simple shape modification as the reverse design makes big trouble in machines the mechanism operates incorrectly.

        音'의 이중적 음가에 대하여

        '??' that appear to Koryo era Seokdok Gugyeol's data had seen and read by '-ㅁ' so far by '音' abbreviation. '音'(??)' is notation to be being expose as '音叱多' in notation of Hyang-Ga and is observed. It are scholar who read problem of '音叱多' that appear in notation of native songs as '음ㅅ다' and scholar who read as 'ㆁㅣㅅ다'. It is usual that read '音(??)' corresponding as a '음' of Sino-Korea, and it is impossible that '音(??)' as 'ㆁㅣ' in a Sino-Korea. But, important problem in consecutiveness with a language happens middle ages in case insist one phonetic value 'ㅁ' of '音(??)'. Problem that companion Treatment with respect law's existence existence and nonexistence becomes doubtfully is happend. Also, Umdok Gugyeol that is Koryo ear other data is using as word '-ㆁㅣ-' of companion treatment with respect using '巳, 刀, ??'. This paper asserts that must read '音(??)' as '- ㆁㅣ -' in case is used to meaning of treatment with respect. It saw that China South Wild talk's income of Sino-korea acts the role that must read '音(??)' as '- ㆁㅣ -'. Therefore, word of companion treatment with respect existed in an ancient language, and the method is borrowing and records '音(??)'.

      • 一部都市地域 靑少年의 成長發育과 最大成長發育年齡에 관한 類似縱斷的 硏究

        This study was carried out to know physical growth and development, physical and nutritional indices, and maximum growth accelerating phenomena by semi―longitudinal method to measure body height, body weight, chest girth and sitting height of 427 of high school 3rd grade students who were living in Anyang city and born from March 1 in 1973 to February 28 in 1974. The result Were as follows : 1. Physical growth and development Body height grew one―step direct―development and body weight, chest―girth and sitting height grew two―step direct―development. Female excelled made in two―step development. Intersection phenomena of male and female showed in case of body height : 9.5 ∼ 13.5, body weight : 10.0 ∼ 14.0, chest―girth :11.5 ∼ 15.5, sitting height : 9.5 ∼ 14.0. During this periods, female excelled male but after these periods, male excelled female again. 2. Physical and nutritional indices In all cases of relative body weight, relative chest girth and relative sitting height it was found to be increasing thereafter with advancing ages. In cases of Ro¨hrer index and Kaup index it was found to be reaching to normal state thereafter with advancing ages. In either cases of Vervaeck and Pelidisi index, if was found to be increasing and teaching to normal state thereafter with advancing ages. 3. Maximum growth age of physiques M.G.A.'s were 12.31 for male and 10.42 for female which showed that M.G.A. for female appeared about 2 years earlier than that for male, in body height. M.G.A.'s were 12.73 for male and 11.65 for female which showed that M.G.A. for female appeared about 1 years earlier than that for male, in body weight. M.G.A.'s were 12.75 for male and 11.54 for female which showed that M.G.A. for female appeared about 1.2 years earlier than that for male, in chest ― girth. M.G.A.'s were 12.52 for male and 10.44 for female which showed that M.G.A. for female appeared about 2 years earlier than that for male, in sitting height.

      • 단결정 Si(111) 위에 형성된 Ti-실리사이드에 대한 RBS 및 XRD 분석

        초고진공 상태에서 p형 Si(111)기판에 Ti을 증착한 후 고진공에서 열처리하여 Ti-실리사이드를 형성시켰으며, Ti-실리사이드의 상전이 및 형성운동학은 2 MeV⁴He? 이온 후방산란과 x-선 회절방법으로 규명하였다. 형성된 TiSi₂는 결정학적으로 C49(ZrSi₂)와 C54 구조의 두 종류로 확인되었다. C49 TiSi₂상은 열처리온도가 700℃이하의 저온에서 형성되었고, 700℃ 이상의 고온에서는 C54 TiSi₂상으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 확인된 C54 TiSi₂전이온도(??)는 700℃ 였고, TiSi₂형성온도 영역내에서 TiSi₂ 층두께(χ)와 열처리시간(t)의 관계는 저온(700℃ 이하)일 경우 ??이고, 고온(750℃ 이상)에서는 χ=ct+d 의 관계식이 만족됨을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 700℃ 이하에서 TiSi₂ 형성기구가 Si 확산에 의해 제어되며, 750℃ 이상에서는 핵형성 제어에 의하여 계면반응하는 것으로 나타났다. Titanium silicides were prepared by depositing titanium film on p-type Si(111) followed by annealing in ultra high vacuum. The growth kinetics of Ti-silicide has been studied by using ion backscattering spectrometry and x-ray diffractometry. Two crystallographic structures of Ti-silicide were identified the (ZrSi₂)structure and C54. The C49 TiSi₂ phase was formed at low annealing temperature(<700℃),and it transformed to the C54 phase over 700℃. The relation between the thickness of TiSi₂ layer(χ) and the annealing time(t) was ?? when annealing temperature was under 700℃ and χ=ct+d when that was over 750℃. The former implied that the formation of TiSi₂ was controlled by diffusion and the latter by nucleation of at the Ti/Si(111) interface.
