        This presentation focus on the way of show to spread wheelchair dance sport among disabled people and integrate wheelchair dance sport in recreational and in competitive way into korea as well as International Paralymic Committee Wheelchair dance sport. Today, There is a little resource at this moment event hough when the first International competition in Wheelchair dance sport took place in Sweden on 1977. because Wheelchair dance sport was the latest sport to become an "IPC sport" in 1998. Wheelchair dancing emanated from ballroom dancing associated with dancers who were not disabled. It can be to participate all kind of different disabled people with wheelchair to join Wheelchair dance sport which is so social and recreational at the same time, combi-dance is a natural way for the disabled person to interact with a person without a disability. In wheelchair dance sport both partners are equal in all fields of psychological, social, and physical rehabilitation when developing the action of motion. Actually, Wheelchair dance sport is the new way to integrate with a disability and without disability as well as inter disability. It seem to new method in a form of social hobby with disabled person to interact with a person without a disability. The most important goal in wheelchair dance sport is to direct the efforts of work for close contact disabled people to improve every day life skill and their health, social relationship with able body.

      • 겨울철 제주연안 열수지 특성 : 강설현상 snowfall

        In other to know the characteristics of the air sea heat flux at on the coastal of Jeju Island. when there was a snowfall in winter. It is used as the basic data are Automatic Synoptic Observation System(ASOS) compiled by Jeju Regional Meteorological Office(JRMO) from 1993 to 2002, and SST data derived from National Oceanographic Research Institute(NORI) and National Fisheries Research & Development Institute(NFRDI) observations. the heat flux of the coastal of Jeju Island shows its maximum in January(latent heat flux : 35Wm^(-2) , sensible heat flux : 85Wm^(-2)), and shows its minimum in July(latent heat flux : -l3Wm^(-2), sensible heat flux : -5Wm^(-2)) the more the temperature gap between the air and SST is large and the stronger a wind is, the more it supplies the heat from the sea to the air. it shows that the north-western areas is about three times higher than other areas in Jeju Island. when fresh snow cover is 0.0∼0.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is 0.63∼0.67. when it is 1.0∼4.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is over 0.72 or more. When bowen's ratio increased upto 0.63∼0.80. fresh snow cover is increased gradually, therefore, it is researched the there is proportion between the fresh snow cover and the bowen's ratio.

        최대 암에르고미터 운동 시 경험 유·무에 따른 척수 장애인의 환기역치 비교

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of state for training at the VT using other relative physical factors as like a VT-Sec, VT-VO2peak, VT/VO2peak%, VO2peak, VT-HRpeak, VT/HRpeak%, HRpeak, with individuals with spinal cord injuries. The participants were composed of 7 spinal cord injured wheelchair basketball athletes who are involved with regular activity, 5 spinal cord injured sedentaries who are not involved any regular activity. The statistical procedures used to the analysis were unpaired T-test. The results were as follows; First, the significant differences in VT-Sec, VO2peak were observed between 2 groups. Second, the validity of 44-72VT/V O2peak% and 56.78VT/HRpeak% is suggested as an alternative exercise intensity by individuals with all spinal cord injuries.

        Motorized retractors enhance the safety of passengers by removing the slack of webbing and by holding upright driving position. Reliability of a driving mechanism that includes one-way clutch between the driving motor and webbing is directly linked to the safety of passenger. In this research, conditions for locking one-way clutch, and also conditions for sustaining locking are theoretically investigated. The operation of a motorized retractor under realistic conditions is simulated in order to validate the proposed retractor design.

      • 프리텐셔너가 장착된 시트벨트 시스템의 관성잠김 안전버클 개발

        To improve passenger safety, seat belt systems with pre-tensioner that tightens seat belt webbing using explosive just before collision are widely used these days. Even though seatbelt must not unlatched without passengers' operation. explosive power of pre-tensioner can cause unlocking of a buckle. To prevent the unlocking, an anti-g mass that blocks displacement of the release button has been attached to the buckle. In this study, the dynamics and statics of locking mechanism associated with operation of anti-g buckle has been theoretically investigated, and important design variables that affect the operation of anti-g buckle have been identified. Through the total seat belt system's dynamic simulation using force and displacement inputs obtained from seat belt sled test, design of the proposed anti-g buckle has been validated.

        계피의 부위별 cinnamic acid 와 cinnamic aldehyde 정량

        In order to prove which layer of Cinnamomi cortex had been used in Oriental medicine, the contents of cinnamic acid and cinnamic aldehyde as indexd component on 3 different layers of Cinnamomi Cortex were analysed respectively The results were: 1. The cinnamic acid contents of Cassiae Cortex Interior was 0.135%, inner bark layer, 0.031%, peridium, 0.023%, and average, 0.068%. 2. The cinnamic aldehyde contents of Cassiae Cortex Interior was 1.686%, inner bark layer 0.139%, peridium, 0.183%, and average, 0.696%. From the above results, it is suggested that the main part of Cinnamomi Cortex showed pharmacological activity is its interior.

      • 갑상선기능저하증 이환견에 대한 치료 증례

        A 10-year-old, male, poodle dog was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University because of continuous cough and cardiomegaly. Weight gain, lethargy, unwillingness to exercise and decreased activity was revealed on history. Obesty and alopecia was also observed on physical examination. Hypercholesterolemia and increased ALP was revealed on blood exam. So, evaluation of thyroid gland function was performed and cTSH concentration was increased. tT4 and fT4 concentrations was decreased. Results of a history, physical examination, blood exam, and thyroid gland fuction test support a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Initial therapy with sodium levothyroxine was indicated. On 32 days after treatment of hypothyroidism, clinical signs was relieved and cTSH concentration was decreased, tT4 and fT4 concenctrations was increased.

        제주도 서부연안역의 수직 수온 염분분포의 특성은 상층용승형과 하층침강형이며 겨울철과 여릉철에는 뚜렷하지 않으나 년중 나타나는 것으로 보인다. 이런한 형태는 해류가 북상하며 오히려 약화되는 듯이 보이며, 관측 전에 북풍이 계속 불었던 11월에는 용승효과가 매우 커 저층침강형태는 사라지고 저층까지 용승형태가 나타난다. 바람은 모든 계절의 용승현ㄴ상을 설명하지는 못하지만 용승효과는 가장 큰 것으로 보이며, 시계방향의 흐름에 의한 와도변화로 용승을 설명하는 것에는 몇가지 문제점이 있다. 첫째, 하층침강이 설명되지 않으며, 둘째, 해류가 흐르며 용승효과가 약화되는 것을 설명하기 어렵고, 셋째, 그효과가 관측에 비해 너무 작은 것이다. 제주도 서부연안역의 상층용승형과 하층침강형은 해류가 간격이 넓어지는 등수심선을 따라 흐르면서 생기는 상층발산과 이를 보충하려는 하층수렴에 의해, 상층에는(-), 하층에는 (+)와도가 유도되어 발생하는 것으로 보인다. The characteristics of the vertical temperature and salinity distributions in the western sea of Cheju Island is a upper-upwelling and lower-downwelling feature. Although it is not clear in winter and summer seasons, it seems to be continued through the year. The feature is likely to be weaker, as waters flow north. The upwelling feature was very strong in November, when northerly winds had been blowing for 10 days before the observation, so that it reached to the bottom andthe lower-downwelling feature disappeared then. The year-lasting upwelling feature can not be explained by only winds, but, the effect of winds seems to be the strongest. There are acouple of problems in the explanation of upwelling by negative vorticity due to clockwise flows. First, it can not explain the lower-downwelling feature. Second, it is hard to explain why the feature is weaken, as waters flow north. Third, its estimated effect is so small compared to the observations. The upper-upwelling and lower-downwelling feature may be caused by negative vorticity in the upper layer and positive vorticity in the lower layer. Such a vorticity variation can be driven when waters flow along the isobates of which widths are widening. It will be followed by horizontal divergence in the uper layer and horizontal convergence in the lower layer.
