형광검출 역상 액체크로마토그래피에 의한 Histamine의 정량

Histamine을 정확하고 신속하게 정량하기 위해 9.Fiuorenylmethyl chloroformate를 형광유도체화제로 하여 역상 HPLC법으로 정량하였다. 히스타민을 형광유도체화할 때 반응액의 pH, 반응시간, 형광유도체화제의 농도 등 최적 반응 조건을 검토하였다. 이 방법으로 히스타민을 분석한 결과 0.1~0.5ug/ml의 농도범위에서 상관계수가 0.922인 양호한 직선성을 나타내었으며 검출한계는 0.01??/ml였다. A rapid and simple method for the determination of histamine by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was established. 9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate(FMOC) was used as fluorescent derivative reagent. The optimum conditions for the derivatiation such as pH, reaction time and he concentration of FMOC were investigated. Linearity of calibration curve was obtained between 0.1ug/ml/and 0.5ug/ml(r=0.922) and the limit of detection was 0.01ug/ml.

This paper presents the result of a study on the fluid-structure-soil interaction(FSSI) of a port structure under earthquakes. In this analysis, the fluid is modeled by the 4-node element which is a modification of a structural plane elements, and the port structure and foundation is modelled by the plane strain elements. Since the present method directly models the fluid-structure-soil interaction system by finite elements, if can be easily applied to the dynamic analysis of a 2-D port structure with complex geometry. Finally, results of seismic analyses are presented and compared to those of the seismic coefficient and the added mass methods.

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma rarely occurs in the jaws. Although the histogenesis of this tumor remains controversal, it is best regarded as a primitive and pleomorphic nature reflected by collagen production and occasional phagocytosis. It is common for metastatic foci to appear in lung and regional lymph node. There are variable treatments such as radiotherapy, surgical excision or combination, therapy of surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. With the review of literatures, the authors report the clinical study of two cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the jaw.
온실기초의 구조물-지반 상호작용 해석을 위한 유한요소 모델링

In this study, structural behavior of plastic greenhouse foundation was investigated using rational finite element modeling for structures which have different material properties each other. Because the concrete foundation of plastic greenhouse and soil which surround and support the concrete foundation have very different material property, the boundary between two structures were modeled by a interface element. The interface element was able to represent sliding, separation, uplift and re-bonding of the boundary between concrete foundation and soil. The results of static and dynamic analysis showed that horizontal and vertical displacement of concrete foundation displayed a decreasing tendency with increasing depth of foundation. The second frequency from modal analysis of structure including foundation and soil was estimate to closely related with wind load.
비선형 접촉경계 요소를 적용한 교량의 지반-구조물 상호작용 해석

It was intended to study a method of numerically simulating the soil-structure interaction behavior of bridge system by a plane strain finite element analysis, with the interface element which was devised to represent the limited resistance to tension in the contact between the structure and the soil foundation. In finite element analyses of bridge systems, it is a widely used practice to model the contact between the structure and soil by applying fixed boundary conditions or by using spring elements, which can represent the effect of rocking response. Even though the analysis can be simplified, the soil-structure interaction in the contact region with relative motion cannot be represented properly by such modeling. For improved and more realistic modeling of soil-structure interaction in a bridge system analysis, this study suggests the use of nonlinear interface elements capable of simulating relative motions, slip or sliding, opening(uplift), separation or debonding and rebonding. The limited tensile resistance effect can be reflected in the analysis by using the nonlinear interface element representing the additional resistance to tension due to a water film formed in contact plane in case of water inflow. The resisting moment under a given load condition was computed as a smaller value by the analysis with the interface element than by the one with the fixed conditions. At the same time, significant shock responses to the superstructure were observed in the model with interface elements representing the thin water film.
단동 비닐하우스의 3차원 구조 설계 및 안전성 평가 시스템 개발

이 연구는 비닐하우스의 3차원 구조 모델링과 해석 및 분석, 그리고 안전성 시뮬레이션을 통해서 설계의 자동화와 최적화 그리고 구조 안전성 평가를 지원하는 시스템을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 구조물 모델링에서부터 구조해석 및 안전성 시뮬레이션 분석까지 전 과정을 일괄적으로 간편하게 처리할 수 있는 프로그램 “GHModeler”를 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 구조해석에 관한 전문지식과 모델링의 경험이 없는 사용자도 쉽게 접근하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자가 소유하고 있는 비닐하우스 등 임의로 정의한 비닐하우스에 대한 정보를 입력하면 구조 해석 및 안전성 평가가 가능하다. 세부적인 기능으로서 구조설계 기준은 허용응력 설계법과 한계상태 설계법을 선택할 수 있으며 이를 위해서 탄성해석과 탄소성해석을 각각 사용하여 구조해석을 실행하도록 프로그램을 구성하였다. 구조 안전성 시뮬레이션은 서까래의 간격과 단면 제원을 설계 변수로 설정하여, 조합 가능한 설계 변수별로 구조물의 안전도를 산정하고 정리하는 과정을 자동으로 실행한다. 이를 통해서 사용자는 시공 예정 지역과 비닐하우스의 폭, 높이, 길이 등 기초 정보를 입력하여 해당 지역의 설계기준(풍속, 적설심)에 적합한 다양한 비닐하우스 규격 정보를 얻어 비닐하우스 설계를 위한 의사결정의 지표로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 하중의 방향을 임의로 설정할 수 있도록 하여 가력 방향이 구조물의 거동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석할 수 있도록 하였으며 풍하중의 방향이 비닐하우스의 구조 안전성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다.
하이브리드 인터페이스 요소를 이용한 교량의 구조물-유체-지반 동적 상호작용 해석

A hybrid interface element is proposed to represent behavior of water film between the structure and the soil deposit. This element enables the simulation of the limited normal tensile resistance and the tangential hydro-plane behaviour, which has not been preceded in the previous studies. The hybrid interface element was tested numerically for its validity and employed in the analysis of structure-fluid-soil interaction(SFSI) responses of the continuous bridge subjected to seismic load under rainfall or/and rising ground-water condition. It showed that dynamic responses of the continuous bridge resting on direct foundation may be amplified under rainfall condition and consequently lead to significant variation of stresses.
