초등학교 교과서 어휘 분석 말뭉치를 대상으로 고유어 명사 파생 접두사의 생산성을 측정해 보았다. Baayen(1989)의 방법론을 한국어에 적용하기 위해 기존 공식을 검토하여 생산성 측정식을 ‘P = (n1+U+1)?T/N’로 제안하였다. n1은 단발어의 수, U는 미등재어의 수, T는 해당 접사 형성 파생어 종수, N은 빈도가 평균 빈도 이하인 해당 접사 형성 파생어 빈도의 총합을 의미한다. 측정 결과 ‘수- > 한- > 참- > 통- > 암- > 실-, 헛-> 맞-, 덧- > 쇠- > 맨- > 개-, 햇- > 알-, 줄-, 쪽-, 풋-, 날- > 돌- >잔- > 들-, 막-, 찰- > 먹- > 맏- > 늦-, 민-, 외- > 군- , 말-, 웃- >홀- > 메- > 겹- > 떡-’의 순으로 생산성이 측정되었다. 접사의 생산성에 대한 논의는 어종, 세부 범주의 측면에서 확대되어야 하며 그간의 이론적인 연구를 어떻게 어휘 교육에 적용할 것인가로 발전해 나가야 할 것이다. Discussion on the productivity of the macro is to be expanded in terms of species, will get developed into detailed categories and how to apply the theoretical study of vocabulary teaching meantime.
A case of penicillamine-induced dermopathy in Wilson`s disease

Penicillamine is a copper chelator, clinically used in the treatment of Wilson’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis. Long-term penicillamine therapy can induce cutaneous adverse events including acute hypersensitivity reactions, autoimmune disorders, and elastic fiber abnormalities. Penicillamine-induced dermopathy, characterized by milia, purpura, skin fragility and wrinkling of the skin, results from inhibition of elastic and collagen metabolism by high cumulative dose of penicillamine. A 54-year-old female presented with well-demarcated 4 to 6 cm sized brown patches with tiny white papules on the both lateral pelvic areas. Recurrent hemorrhagic blisters and skin fragility were also observed in the lesions. She had been diagnosed with Wilson’s disease and treated with daily dosage of 2 g of penicillamine for 7 years. The histological examination showed organizing crust with regenerating epidermis, band-like granulation tissue, and edematous fibrotic upper dermis.Vascular ectasia and RBC extravasation were prominent. Moreover, a specimen demonstrated multiple milia containing laminated keratin. For clinical aspects, the patient had to continue to take penicillamine. After 3 months from her initial visit, similar skin lesions were developed on the malleolar area and both knees, particularly over points of pressure. Consequently, a diagnosis of penicillamine-induce dermopathy was made on the basis of the clinical and histological features

Background: A photoaged decollete skin may cause significant cosmetic disfigurement in the middle-aged. The photoaged area shows mottled red-brown dyschromia, telangiectasia, and fine wrinkles. Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of a combined treatment with 1,064 nm Neodymium:Yttrium Aluminum-Garnet laser (Nd:YAG) and high intensity focused ultrasonography (HIFU) for a photoaged decollete skin. Methods: Eight subjects, all women, were enrolled. All subjects were received 2 times of HIFU treatment at 0-week and 8-week, and 6 times of 1,064 nm Nd:YAG laser treatment at 2-, 4-, 6-, 10-, 12-, and 14-week. The last follow-up was at 16-week. The clinical outcome was evaluated with digital photograph, spectrophotometry and questionnaire. Results: Most of subjects showed improvement of erythema index (14.4 to 12.4 at 2- and 16-week) and melanin index (36.4 to 33.0 at 2- and 16-week), not statistically significant (p=0.093 and p=0.069, respectively). The subjects, showing greater than moderate response (> 25% improvement) in a physician assessment, were 87.5%, 87.5%, and 62.5% in dyschromia, telangiectasia, and fine wrinkles, respectively. Also, in the survey, 75.0% and 87.5% of subjects replied that they experienced greater than moderate response in pigmentation and wrinkles. Conclusion: A combined treatment with 1,064 nm Nd:YAG and HIFU may be an effective therapeutic option for a photoaged decollete skin in Korean female adults.
A case of the clinical and histological transition in lymphomatoid granulomatosis

Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is a rare B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, predominantly involving the lungs and skin. LYG is associated with Ebstein-Barr virus (EBV) and characterized by angiocentric and angiodestructive atypical lymphoid infiltrate. An 84-year-old female presented with widespread erythematous papules and nodules in the whole body. No generalized symptoms and specific findings on the physical examination were observed. The histological findings showed mild lymphohistiocytic infiltrate around superficial vessels and sweat glands. The lesions were improved with systemic glucocorticoids. However, the lesions were aggravated after discontinuation of glucocorticoids. To confirm the diagnosis, a skin biopsy was repeated and the specimen revealed more significant lymphocytic collections and granulomatous change than the previous findings, with some atypical lymphocytes presenting positivity of CD3 and CD20. Nine months after her initial visit, she complained of severe dyspnea and generalized edema, presenting diffuse consolidation and ground glass opacity on the lungs in chest CT. The skin lesions were coalescent into plaques, and a biopsy was retried. The biopsy revealed massive angiocentric atypical lymphoid cells, showing positivity of EBV in situ hybridization. In conclusion, LYG, grade 3 was diagnosed on the basis of the clinical course and histological patterns.

Recently, Buildings have been ordered larger, more complicated, and free form design. So the adoption of BIM technology is in creasing the demand for large and complex construction of information for efficient management and utilization. Properties of BIM model can be used to automatically calculate quantities information in estimates field. This characteristic is expected to have a significant effect for the accuracy and reliability of the construction Cost estimates. This research is to develop a data model for Open BIM-based estimates to ensure accuracy and reliability, and improve interoperability of information. So studies of the overview of BIM-based QTO and estimates were researched. Also domestic and foreign BIM-based QTO and estimates case research were analyzed to draw out the implications to find a solution to the problems. Necessary properties requirements were drawn out by analyzing IDM and IFC spec was drawn out by analyzing MVD. Through these a method for Open BIM-based estimates was proposed. Also, to increase the application of the construction information classification system, domestic and foreign application of construction information classification systems were researched and analyzed. From the domestic research utilization the construction type classification of Public Procurement Service was selected as the most effective classification system and was applied. In addition “Code Generator” was developed and Pilot test model was applied to verify the data model and the availability of requirements was reviewed. With the variety of construction information classification systems that exist in the domestic construction industry, the method from this research can be applied into the domestic practical field.

Patients were a man who had visited the Middle East, his wife, and a man who shared a hospital room with the index patient. Rapid laboratory confirmation will facilitate subsequent prevention and control for imported cases.</P>

<P>Borehole data are more commonly used than other geotechnical methods for determining the 3D geospatial information of a given site. However, the inadequate acquisition of continuous geotechnical information over an entire site limits the usefulness of this technique. In contrast, 2D continuous geophysical tomography over a large area reveals geophysical characteristics that can be transformed into geotechnical information. It is therefore possible to obtain more reliable stratal information by combining borehole datasets and geophysical measurements using geostatistical methods. In this study, a 3D geostatistical integration method incorporating site-specific geotechnical variability was proposed to construct a 3D geospatial database for developing geological unit boundaries for engineering projects. First, borehole datasets, reviewed by a geologist, were modified to fit a geostatistical trend of geological strata using a cross-validation-based outlier detection method. Then, site-specific geological layer criteria were determined based on proper statistical comparisons to convert geophysical values into boundary criteria for each geological layer. Finally, 3D geospatial information incorporating site-specific geomaterial characteristics was determined using indicator kriging. The proposed framework was established as functional modules in a geographic information system (GIS) platform and applied to three testbeds in Korea, incorporating a variety of site conditions such as spatial variability of coastal and mountainous areas, to validate its applicability depending on various geophysical characteristics. Application of the proposed framework indicates increases in estimation accuracy of 3D subsurfaces using geophysical and borehole information. However, the geostatistical integration of the two datasets has limited application in areas of geological complexity, such as areas with faults or anisotropic geological strata.</P>
